Disappointing Dining Experience Despite Great Service Upon arrival, we were greeted (loosely speaking) by a host who seemed to have left his good mood at home. Since our full party hadn’t yet arrived, we were informed that our table would be held for only 10 minutes—despite the 15-minute grace period stated online. Not the warmest welcome. We waited in the bar area, which was nicely decorated and had a charming ambiance, but the negative first impression lingered. We were a party of eight and fortunately had the pleasure of being served by Augustine, our waiter. He was the highlight of the entire experience: upbeat, attentive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations. 5 stars for him—he truly elevated the mood at our table. Unfortunately, the food didn’t follow suit. Out of eight entrees, none stood out as memorable. While nothing was outright terrible, everything felt uninspired. With two professional chefs at our table, the consensus was clear: underwhelming. Also, no sense of customer service at all. As I was walking from the restroom back to the table no one let me through. They walked full body towards me not making eye contact as if I was in their way. Need to retrain your employees on customer service asap before this ship sinks. Some specifics: • Two orders of truffle fries arrived inconsistently seasoned—one overly salty, the other lacking salt altogether. • The bacon in the breakfast burrito was thick, chewy, and under-seasoned. • The fried chicken sandwich was dry, difficult to cut through, and overwhelmed by garlic. • The Greek salad didn’t resemble a Greek salad and went mostly untouched. • Lattes were just okay—basic presentation and not filled to the top, which added to the overall sense of mediocrity. It’s also worth noting that the restrooms lacked toilet seat covers. While not mandatory, it’s a small touch that would’ve shown more attention to guest comfort and hygiene. In summary: Arden might be worth a visit for drinks and a photo-op, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a dining experience. Augustine was a true gem, but sadly, he was the only standout in an otherwise forgettable visit.

Came here for a Sunday brunch and had wonderful experience. The dining area is elevated and beautifully decorated - impressive place to take friends visiting LA or someone for a date. The staff worked hard to take care of us and make us feel special, and the food was tasty. Loved the wagyu burger and truffle scramble in particular. The pancakes are decadent and we love Nutella so they were great for dessert. The drinks were also good - enjoyed the Lush Lavender was very refreshing and the Rose Latte was great. Will definitely want to come back and try the dinner menu or come back here on another weekend with friends!

Dine LA Week. Visited first time. Giovanni, our server, was a true gem. Very helpful, friendly, and attentive. Food was very tasty and well presented. We tried everything that was offered in the special DineLA menu. Everything was great except for the artificial flowers all over. Not a fan of those, and for me, it was too much. Though, in photos, that interior comes out very appealing.

We visited Arden back in May to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous the decor and atmosphere are stunning, making it perfect for a special night out. Our waiter was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We started with the Brussels sprouts appetizer it was crispy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. For our mains, we had the pasta and risotto, both of which were delicious and perfectly cooked. We also ordered a bottle of white wine that complemented the meal beautifully. Highly recommend Arden for a romantic evening or a special celebration!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Arden Restaurant in West Hollywood, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were enchanted by the beautiful flower decor that adorned the restaurant. The cozy atmosphere and intimate setting made us feel like we were in a secret garden, hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service at Arden was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel welcome and taken care of. Our server was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, taking the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food. Oh, the food! Arden's menu is a love letter to seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine, with dishes that are both creative and delicious. Throughout the meal, we were treated to a culinary journey that was both exciting and comforting. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative flavor combinations. One of the highlights of our experience was the beautiful patio seating area, which offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere amidst the bustling city. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely dinner .

Don't order the pancakes from this restaurant. The presentation and aesthetic is excellent but the pancakes are lacking in taste. The more you bite into them the more disappointing they get. You could probably get better tasting pancakes at any other location. The syrup could have also been better. (The omelet was not mine)

Google
The venue is intimate, yet the cuisine is exceptional. The aesthetic is visually stunning, ideal for photography, with abundant floral arrangements. While some tables are closely situated and smaller than average, this is inconsequential if proximity is not a concern. Otherwise, the establishment is perfect. The beverages are also of high quality, and any surplus food may be conveniently packaged for takeout.

Google
We had a wonderful dining experience, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The only hiccup we experienced was regarding the cake we brought in. We walked in with it visibly, but no one mentioned there would be a cake-cutting fee until we had already started slicing it. While we understand and don’t mind the charge, it would’ve been helpful to be informed upfront when we arrived. That said, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. We still had a great time and would definitely come back for the food and service.

Yelp
Absolutely stunning ambiance. Chic and playful. We had exceptional service and the food and cocktails were delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Yelp
Valet parking was convenient, though the valet driver was busy chatting with a friend, and wasn't attentive. The ambiance is beautiful--I'd recommend sitting near the fireplace for a cozy experience. We ordered the truffle pasta, meatballs, and Brussels sprouts, and everything was absolutely delicious. The service was just okay. The staff did the bare minimum and weren't very personable. It also took a while for the waitress to acknowledge our table and give us water. Overall, it's a great spot for a romantic date.

Yelp
The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, but the restaurant's attitude and vibe was giving "2012 Sunday Funday brunch vibes". The food was okay, and there was nothing to write home about. Service was ok but not the greatest as some of our food was slow or missed. The waiter was nice and comp'ed a couple of items off our final menu to make up for it. We came on a Saturday morning, right when they opened. When we first arrived, there were plenty of seats still open, but they squeezed our party of 6 into the tiniest corner. When we asked to spread out, they commented there wasn't any room since they were fully booked for the day. Odd, but whatever. I ordered the breakfast burrito and wanted to change out the protein but they were not open to accommodations. I ended up paying extra for chicken to replace my bacon on the side, but instead, my order was mixed up. A few of my friends also had their orders wrong. This was a cute place to visit once, but I probably wouldn't come back.

Yelp
Where do I begin? The restaurant has beautiful decor and ambiance. Now let's discuss the issues. 1. We had a 1pm reservation that required to put our credit card down to hold it but did not get seated until around 1:30pm. 2. While waiting for our seat at the bar we did not get acknowledged until I spoke. The bartender did apologize but a couple did get acknowledged and served before us, even though we were there first. 3. Our food did not come out altogether. My friend ordered fremch toast which came out well before our other 2 orders, so far in advance she was done eating before she got her bacon, I got my salad, and my other friend was served her avocado toast. Our second round of drinks took forever to come as well. I was sadden for the low quality of service although our waitress who did not provide her name was nice and attentive. I hope they improve and don't rely on being a place of one time customers.

Yelp
The cutest floral aesthetic I've seen in a restaurant! The colorful flowers everywhere gave it such a charming, enchanting vibe. Loved the Ambiance. Our server Augustine gave us a run down on the menu and some great suggestions on food and drinks. Ordered the Branzino which was delicious, the Brussels sprouts, meatballs, and the pasta Truffle Cacio E Pepe. I liked everything but probably could have passed on the pasta dish. The meatballs were good, but were not seasoned enough for my taste making them mildly uninteresting, but were saved by the sauce and breadsticks that accompanied. A little disappointed we could not visit the speakeasy after dinner like we planned due to a private party. Hope to check it out next time. Our waiter suggested we try out a bar/ lounge walking distance down the street called OR, which turned out to be a great move!

Yelp
We had a reservation for 6:30 pm but waited around 10-15 mins. Cute crowded little semi outdoor space that is overly decorated with fake flowers~ tables are way too close to each other, it makes getting in and out awfully uncomfortable for anybody around. Staff service is great, hosts and servers were lovely. Food wasn't bad(?) The wagyu meatballs were served cold and I'm not sure if that was intentional. O_o but I enjoyed the lobster Mac and cheese. Very cheesy and big pieces of lobster. :) the risotto was bland.. :/ The roasted Brussels sprouts as garnish on the risotto was the best part about it.

Yelp
Recently visited this place for Dine LA after seeing it pop up all over social media, and I just had to check it out for myself. The decor was absolutely to my taste--gorgeously adorned with flowers everywhere. The dim lighting and elegant tables create such an intimate, romantic atmosphere. Our service was top-notch, thanks to our server Augustine, who went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. He was incredibly attentive and so pleasant, he gave fantastic recommendations, which we were so glad to follow. For appetizers, we had the Charred Octopus and Shaved Brussels Sprouts. My boyfriend really enjoyed the octopus, while I (a huge fan and critic of Brussels sprouts) was pleasantly surprised. The miso vinaigrette it was dressed with really elevated the dish. For dinner, we went with the Lobster Rigatoni and the Filet Mignon--both were absolutely delicious. We literally cleaned our plates! But my favorite part of the meal was the side of homemade focaccia. It pairs perfectly with any dish and literally melts in your mouth.

Yelp
Great looking venue with amazing food. We had the prix fixe menu for Valentine's Day and it was a lot more filling than I expected. The ambiance was originally what we went there for, but the complexity of their dishes is what surprised me. Their appetizers are packed with flavor and presented beautifully. Their sauces are expertly crafted. I had a sole fish with lobster sauce and there was a lot of lobster packed in there. The cocktails were good too. Service was good and the food came out very very quick that night.

Yelp
I celebrated my birthday at this place last night for the first time, and wow, what an experience! First off, the decor is incredible--every corner feels like a magical wonderland. My friend and I indulged in the New Zealand Lamb Racks (so delicious!) paired with a Strawberry cocktail that quickly became my favorite. Our waiter, Giovanni, was an absolute gem! His vibrant energy made us feel so welcomed, and he was attentive throughout the night. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu. Being here feels like stepping into a dream!

Yelp
When there is even the slightest hint of a wintery day in Los Angeles, I grab a coat and run for some place fabulous to celebrate it, nearby. I had seen Arden a couple of weeks ago on my way to an event in Beverly Hills and made a reservation, feeling I would need something festive to cap off the holidays. I am so glad I did. First of all, it's beautiful. Yes, I know, it uses artificial flowers but with such flare and color sense that you are uplifted just looking at them. Imagine if they were real -- they would wilt in the December cold. I love them despite their being a bit of a throw back. Just downright colorful and pretty. Next: the menu is a dream for vegetarians and sophisticated carnivores alike. Have a look at it (see my menu shot). I could not decide which one sounded better. In the end, every single item we tried was exceptional. The entire vibe is fresh, fun, and festive. There was upbeat music piped throughout and so right for the frosty mist that covered the area in a pearly glow that people were tapping their feet -- I almost thought they were going to jump up and dance. Service was perfect. We were late. No problem at all, Charlie, the hostess simply changed the reservation time and welcomed us when we arrived breathlessly. By the way, we were there at our magic hour between 2 and 3 and were able to snag head-on free parking right around the corner. That was a sign of great things to come. Michael, our server, was the soul of customer care. He smiled and said "Yes!" to every request. Out came what we ordered with perfect timing. Portions are generous, the tab was really modest, the whole place was spotless and whimsical. We have to come back for dinner. Don't miss this little gem when you are in the area.

Yelp
Went in for Valentine's Day dinner and we had the Ribeye Black Angus steak well worth the money good taste and enough for two people. Lobster Mac & Cheese was ok could use a bit more sauce but over all nice place to eat and our server was on it good service.
google avatar

Dana T.

Yelp
As you have already seen from the photos, this is a super aesthetic and beautiful place! A little warning that the portions are a bit smaller and expensive. The lamb was delicious especially with the hummus but it only came with 2 small pieces. The yellowtail crudo is a must have and was easily my favorite item from the menu. The mashed potatoes were very solid as well. The lobster mac and cheese was underwhelming, as it did not come with much lobster given that it was $30- definitely not worth it. They also forgot to put in our lobster mac and cheese order at the beginning, so it was awkward to eat everything and have them clear the table for new plates. It would have been nice to eat the mac and cheese along with everything. A side note that the restaurant has tables very close together, which can be a bit inconvenient. My boyfriend was sitting on the non booth side and it was a bit annoying to have employees and customers keep asking him to squeeze behind.

Yelp
We went on a Sunday for brunch & had reservations but we still had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The waiting area was packed. The aesthetic is pretty with all the flowers and the ambiance is vibrant and open. Just be aware that the tables are super close to each other and it can get crowded. Our server SoYeon (not sure how to spell it) was nice and friendly. She was attentive and she catered to our needs. Here's everything we ordered: -Arden pancakes: they were good and looked beautiful -Salmon Benedict: it was good but the salmon was too salty and the portion of the potatoes was so little compared to the salmon so it was a little overpowering -Truffle fries: were a standout, so crispy and the truffle aioli was delicous; must try! Just a little complaint though - some other server took our pitcher of water without asking us, or saying anything to us and it still had more than half, so we weren't sure why he just took it from us...

Yelp
OMG, this place is literally a dream come true! If you're obsessed with all things pink, girly, and Instagram-worthy, then you need to brunch here ASAP. From the moment you walk in, you're surrounded by the prettiest pastel pink decor, floral walls, and the cutest little details that make you feel like you stepped into a fairytale. The food? Delicious! We ordered the streak And eggs with a side of Mac. Think edible flowers, and some adorable and delicious fries everything is just as gorgeous as it is yummy. And don't even get me started on the cocktails! I had the most adorable drinks served in a glass with amazing detailing--total main character vibes. The staff was super sweet, and the entire vibe was perfect for a girls' day out, birthday brunch, or just an excuse to dress up and feel fabulous. If you're looking for a brunch spot that's as cute as your outfit, this is the place to be. 10/10--can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I was very excited to come here on a Sunday morning and I had a very fun and cute brunch date here! The inside is beautiful and the service was amazing. Here is my review on what I ordered: Arden Omelette (4.5/5) - Very delicious and simple! Croissant was baked perfectly and omelette was good. Lavender Matcha Latte (2/5) - Unfortunately the latte was very grainy and the flavor profile was not very pleasant, the matcha did not taste very high quality. I do think the recipe of this drink has a lot of room for improvement. However, my friends ordered the coffee and said it was delicious! With the very friendly service and beautiful ambiance, I had a good experience here and would love to return once I am ever in the area again!

Yelp
Had this on my just is restaurants IV needed to get to, and was finally able to make it. It is in the space that used to be The Conservatory, and I recognized it the moment I walked up. Ambiance is very cute, almost like being in an enchanted garden with rows of fire along the back. Just watch and welcoming at Arden Started at the bar while we waited on a friend to get there, so grabbed a couple drinks: Lush Lavender and Rosalind. The Rosalind had a nice lemon for flavor with a rose mimosa back taste. The lush Lavender is a gun drink with a noticeable, but not overpowering, lavender flavor. After Debbie got there, we were seated. Started out with some Wagyu Carpaccio, charred Octopus and brussel sprout. The Russel's were cooked perfectly with a nice o sauce drizzled over it adding another level of flavor. The octopus was perfectly charred on the outside but nice and juicy on the inside with a potato crema to give it added depth of flavor. The Wagyu Carpaccio was delicious with the capers giving a nice pop of salt with the parmigiana. Entrees we tried the salmon and the lamb. The salmon, I was so hopeful for, as it came with a corn crema and jalapeno, but, like with most salmon dishes, the salmon flavor is so powerful, anything nuianced with it is masked by the salmon flavor. Maybe with a different fish that has a flavor more forgiving, then the corn and jalapenos would come forward. In this case, the plate just tastes like salmon. The lamb was also cooked perfectly with a nice char on the outside and most meat inside. It can have that "gamey" taste that some people refer to, but it was really good for what it was. . We had also got another round of cocktails, with a Wicked Garden, which is a cucumber and jalapeno margarita A Tastes like Strawberry, which is a vodka cocktail with a nice, refreshing strawberry taste. The final cocktail of the night was Perfect Trinity, which has a grape wine base and pineapple shrub. Also very good Overall, a restaurant with a fun ambience, good drinks and great appetizers. I would say to skip on the skip the salmon and, if you aren't into "gamey" meats, skip the lamb. But overall, a nice addition to West Hollywood

Yelp
Food was fiiiiiire ! Honestly , every plate that we ordered was really good , great taste! Service was quick, server was polite & very attentive. Valet guys were also spot on. Ambiance , so cute , so chic . Girls, dress cute; it's a nice place for a gno dinner :) Ps, don't forget to make a reservation, it does get pretty busy !!

Yelp
Arden is as delicious as it is beautiful! The ambience is definitely gorgeous but the food is delicious too! I highly recommend the Caesar salad as it has been ordered every time I am there! The service is excellent and they are so willing to satisfy and make sure your dining experience is 100%. I have genuinely no complaints whatsoever.

Yelp
This restaurant is so cute. Decorated with beautiful artificial flowers throughout. I've been wanting to go here for a while and we had our girls Galentine brunch here. Happy with valet for $15. Location is a bit reduced in space and I can't imagine walking to find parking. We had made reservations prior and had little to no waiting time. I will say there's extremely a lot of seating close together. The party next to me felt like they were part of our party. Staff was friendly, but you could tell during lunch time. It was a bit overwhelming for the staff. They kept forgetting some orders placed. But understand they had a lot on their plate. Bill for 5 was around $400. Not bad at all. During the daytime, I would say there's more youth. I believe the manager mentioned night time is adults time. lol. The food was delicious and the drinks were as well but the best part was dessert. You must try the warm croissant Sundae. Overall, I might give it one more shot during the night time to try their truffle pasta. But never going again for brunch or lunch.
google avatar

Brionna K.

Yelp
Came here for a friends birthday celebration and we had such a good time. The service was great and so many options for food to choose from. Unlimited photo opportunities as this place has the super cute aesthetics that you are looking for. Parking may be a little difficult in the area but valet is offered nearby. Will definitely come back again.

Yelp
This place is great for the vibe. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and positive. They made the experience great. It was cold and they gave us a blanket The food was mid. They didn't have oysters, the salmon tartare was very bland. The truffle pasta was good but disappointed that they didn't shave it on like the advertised in their photos. Nonetheless , it was still good. The bread was good. Drinks were good. The staff and ambiance made the experience great. But the food was alright.
google avatar

Darlene T.

Yelp
The Brunch is now open for full service on Tuesday-Sunday from 10 am-3 pm and my girls and I were delighted to have tried it. This space is just gorgeous. The pricing for brunch was fair. It's just so beautiful in there. Parking available on the street with meters.

Yelp
We weren't expecting much. Our son turned 18 a few days ago and he hung out with us last night, and he choose this restaurant for its floral theme. I rolled my eyes knowing how these theme places usually failed at food, but didn't want to be parent duds. We ordered conservatively, expecting mediocrity: charred octopus, truffle fries, jidori chix, salmon, lobster rigatoni. Wow, each dish was better than the next. Fries were addictive with their homemade sauce, octopus was charred with flavor oozing out, with it's own delicious sauce; salmon was huge to the point I thought it will definitely be dry, but it was flaky and moist. Chicken was nicely roasted and moist. The only slight disappointment was the lobster pasta-- a little small, but the kid liked it! I was impressed, and discovered they revamped their menu recently, as in a couple weeks back! No more weird pizzas, lol, but a serious attempt at good food. Our first time, but we definitely recommend.

Yelp
The food was AMAZING! Truffle pasta, Brussel sprouts and the truffle pizza?!? SHEESH! There's a lot of photo opportunities bc the restaurant is so beautiful! The heaters kept us warm and the service was amazing!
google avatar

Aurielle C.

Yelp
Waitress was super sweet! Overall, great service. The food, however, not so great especially for the price tag, I had high expectations but that was despite not looking up reviews prior to coming here. Ordered the truffle white pasta (forgot the name) and it was very bland. Tasted like it came straight from a boiling pot of water to my plate, literally as bland as you can get. The wagyu meatballs were okay, could've fooled me for just your average ground beef meatballs. We also ordered the filet mignon and that was pretty good, but nothing to rave about and definitely not worth coming back here to have. I've had better food at places with just as "cute" or nice ambiance settings and this is just a place I don't care to revisit. The ambiance WAS cute and gave GNO vibes.
google avatar

Anna A.

Yelp
Arden was such a cute spot, especially for a girls' dinner! The place is filled with beautiful flowers everywhere, creating a very feminine and inviting atmosphere. Overall, we had a great time, but I couldn't shake the feeling that it had a bit of a pop-up restaurant vibe rather than a fully established venue. While I love outdoor dining and the indoor/outdoor concept, the design didn't quite feel upscale. That said, our server was fantastic--super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night. The food and drinks were delicious! The filet, lobster mac, truffle pasta, and cauliflower were absolute must-haves! However, the burrata beet salad and pizza were just okay and didn't quite wow me. We didn't have time to check out the speakeasy, but I'd definitely go back to see how that part of the experience is as well.
google avatar

Jennifer C. L.

Yelp
I came here last month for a romantic dinner with my husband. Our service was okay. Our food was okay. I say that because it took forever for us to get our food. The place was an okay experience.
google avatar

Yelp
Stepping inside Arden your immediately transported to a flowery garden. The inside is absolutely beautiful with all the flowers and lights and chandeliers. Everything I ordered was delicious. There are a shared dish restaurant so portions could be a little bit smaller than regular, but everything was truly delicious.
google avatar

Erin T.

Yelp
Dined at the beautiful bar with my long-time friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! The ambiance is so stunning, that you find yourself looking around the entire time! The flowers flowing from everywhere, especially the ceiling, is just so well done; Even the bathroom is beautiful! The Truffle Pizza and the Prawns were outstanding. The "Lush Lavender" cocktail was also delicious! The only thing that was not as thrilling was the "Panna Cotta de Guava" dessert. Can't wait to come again! Gotta try that speakeasy w/ the hidden door!
google avatar

Amanjot K.

Yelp
Super cute restaurant for brunch but the food was alright. Super overpriced for the food that we got but the place was cute and worth a shot. The drinks were good. The service was decent as well but not amazing. It was super crowded so I feel like our server was just busy overall. The managers were great as it took a while to get us seated even though we had a reservation.

Yelp
Had an amazing experience at Arden, the food was delicious and decor was spectacular! Highly recommend!!!

Yelp
Came here for a lovely date. I made a reservation in advance, and they require you to put your card down in case you don't show up. It wasn't extremely busy when we were here on a Saturday morning, but I can see how it would fill up fast. The decoration is genuinely so stunning and Instagram worthy. I love how everything is very pink and floral. I ordered the avocado toast with pineapple juice. My partner ordered the salmon Benedict. Both were scrumptious and prettily plated. My only complaint is that the valet was very slow afterwards, which was a slightly annoying way to end an otherwise great meal.
google avatar

Trang N.

Yelp
My friend and I had a great time coming here on a Saturday morning for brunch with a reservation. As most reviews have stated, the aesthetically pleasing floral decor must be one of the most attractive features of the restaurant. The Mushroom risotto with crispy kale was good and although I don't think I would go back just for it, it was nice to know that it was one of the popular dinner dishes they have added to the brunch/lunch menu. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable of the menu. There is background music but not so loud that you cannot hear yourselves. A hidden door from Arden leads to a speakeasy bar that opens in the evening. If you are dining there and interested in checking it out, a separate reservation would be needed.
google avatar

Michelle W.

Yelp
This place is gorgeous! We loved the ambiance with flowers and cute decor everywhere. We loved the focaccia bread and butter and the appetizer. The truffle pizza was SO GOOD. That was an experience in itself. Food we did not like was the spicy rigatoni. Although there were some highlights, the food is in my opinion, way overpriced and very small portioned. Would I go back? No. However, I am glad I tried it and it was a decent dinner.

Yelp
The most amazing food and drinks!!!! If i had to recommend any restaurant in LA it would 1000% be arden. Can't wait to visit again soon!
google avatar

Danna K.

Yelp
I only like the truffle pasta.... Without the scallions which ruin it. I tried to order the Brussels sprouts dish without chili, and there was chili. So I tried the Brussels 'side dish' without chili, and it came with chili... The ladies in the front were nicer than before. The person offering us water was super nice. Our server preferred the table of four that was ordering drinks. Understandable but obvious.

Yelp
Arden is located in West Hollywood off of Santa Monica. Recommend reservations by all means as this place is pretty busy. However, even with a reservation expect a wait as we had 8pm reservations this past Saturday and we didn't get seated until 8:45. They encourage you to go to the bar and wait which makes you feel inclined to order a drink. I'm sure this could be a revenue tactic but a poor one as the service of the bartenders was pretty lackluster. They acknowledged you when it was best for them which I understand but a simple hello or be right with you would have been appreciative. The drinks were $18 and up. Pretty fruity and barely tasted any alcohol. Once we were seated; service was attentive. The only ding is our server said the portions are extremely small and to order 2-3 dishes each. Granted we took her advice as it was our first time there and it was definitely not true! We did feel taken advantage of. The rigatoni was a standard size and was actually quite delicious. My girlfriends enjoyed the salmon and the pizza. The sides fell short for us from the cold French fries to the basic mashed potatoes. However, I will say the Brussels were exceptional, seasoned and crispy. Overall, the restaurant is beautiful aesthetically and some great photo ops. It definitely adds to a girls night and makes it fun. The food is solid for the most part but service could have been better.

Yelp
*Beware*reservations are times to 2 hours*or else you will get kicked out of your table the way we did* Why 3 stars? Because at the end of our lovely dinner the manger "Taboa" (I spelled that wrong) came up to our table and stated " you guys have reservation for only 2 hours and I timed your table at 2 hours and 40 minutes, you all have to go" in a very condescending manner/tone. Although on the reservation it indicated a 2 hr time limit, at all other restaurants that I have dined at, where there is a time limit, we are reminded once we are seated at the table. A reminder was never given to us. Food- the food was pretty good. We were a table of seven and we all ordered different things. I ordered their truffle pasta with a side of chicken as my protein. The chicken I order was cooked beautifully. It was super moist. For appetizers we ordered their truffle fried, lobster mac & cheese, and a cauliflower dish that was Amazing. The drinks were super yummy as well. Service- I thought the service was really good. Our service was nice and polite. Wait staff always came around to clear used plates. And we always had water at the table. Ambiance- The ambiance was ok. IG makes everything look good right? The restaurant was pretty and they played pretty good music. ***Taboa pls go back to etiquette school so you can be more effective at your job*** Cheers!

Yelp
Celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday ... Yay!!! My daughter made the reservation. We arrived 15 minutes early and Wow they sat us in. What a great start!!! The place isn't busy but as the minutes passed by, customers kept coming in. It was around 7:20 ish when it was really full. The place is bursting with (fake) flowers hanging all around. Making the place feel like you're deported into some kind of another dimension. Love the music playing on the background. Giving a lively vibe and atmosphere. I just didn't like how the tables are situated though. No privacy. They are too close to each other. The next table can hear what you're talking about. Our server is lovely with a good attitude. Smiling most of the time and kept on checking on us. We enjoyed the food that we ordered and took home some. Although I find the food pricey on the side and some are not shareable. All recommended though. These are the food that we ordered. Truffle Tagliatelle ($42) - scrumptious, small portion, not shareable Organic Roasted Jidori Half Chicken ($32) - savory, well - seasoned, shareable Mashed Potatoes ($12) - tasty, very small, Lobster Mac & Cheese ($30) - rich, shareable Truffle French Fries ($17) - yummy, shareable Cocktail Rosalind ($18) - not for me Dessert Flourless Chocolate Cake ($16) - you can't go wrong with a chocolate cake, it's delicious A good place for a date night or unwinding with some friends. I would come back but not anytime soon. The prices made a hole in my pocket. lol

Yelp
Pros: The restaurant boasts beautiful decor and a warm, friendly staff. You can choose between a cozy indoor dining experience or a relaxing outdoor patio. The food is both delicious and satisfying, with several vegan options available. The music adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Cons: Street parking is paid, and there are a few stairs leading to the restaurant without a ramp. However, there are patio areas at the entrance. For a more comfortable experience during the summer, the patio could benefit from additional sun cover or fans. Overall, it was perfect for a Summer Saturday Brunch in LA.

Yelp
Went here for our anniversary a few days ago. I was amazed with all the flowers all over the restaurant, including bathrooms. The foods were amazing and amazing staffs. Food came out very quickly, except for dessert. We ordered a few things off of the menu and everything came in perfect. 9/10 for the lobster Mac and cheese, one point off for too little lobster meat for a bowl of like $30 8/10 for tomahawk, portion way too small for $150. 10/10 for carpaccio. I would recommend if you have a special occasion, once in awhile kind of thing. It is very expensive for small portion.

Yelp
I've been wanting to go to Arden Cafe/Restaurant for several months upon viewing it on IG. I went for brunch a couple weeks back and I made a reservation a couple days prior. It was relatively easy to book, but they do request a credit card in the event of a no show. Parking There was no street parking nearby, so I had to opt for valet. They charge $15. When I arrived, there was no one at the valet booth. I waited for a couple of minutes and eventually they came and collected my keys. I think they were short staffed because I noticed the same guy was literally running back and forth down the street to retrieve guests cars. Decor It was way more beautiful than I expected. It superseded my expectations. So many photo ops. This is a stunning restaurant. From the cafe portion and the floral display on the street, to the striking floral arrangements on the ceiling above the bar and dining area. Food Their food was really underwhelming. I ordered the chicken sandwich with truffle fries, and the signature Arden pancakes. The food took about 15-20 minutes to prepare. The sandwich came out before the pancakes, which wasn't ideal. I meant to share it before my entree came out. The chicken was thick & cooked well, but needed a little more seasoning. The fries were an acquired taste because of the truffles. The pancakes were extremely dry, flavorless, and needed more Nutella. I expected so much more out of the food. Customer service Our server was very friendly and personable, & provided recommendations. He was a pleasure to work with. He was very engaging. Overall I enjoyed my brunch. I took great photos, & spent good quality time with my friend. If the food quality improved, it would be perfect!

Yelp
Came here for a friend's birthday and we had a pre fix menu. Food and drinks were great. Service was amazing. The restaurant was pretty full. It was a little hard to get past other tables as it was pretty tight with the gaps in between. If you come here, you must try the Truffle Pizza and pasta!

Yelp
I have been really sick for years and haven't been out in almost two years. So finding a restaurant to celebrate Christmas Eve for the first time in a while was pretty important to me. Once I saw the pictures of Arden on OpenTable I knew I just had to go there. Obviously, the food and service had to considered to. After a deep dive of photos, reviews, and reading their Christmas Eve pri fix meal options, it was settled. We were going to Arden! Making a reservation and special seating requests was so easy. They also are one of the few newer restaurants that actually answer their phone. I was running a few minutes late and they were really accommodating. The valet was cheaper than taking a ride share service and the gentleman was so polite. Walking up to the entrance was gorgeous. It just kept getting more and more beautiful as we ascended the steps and made it to the restaurant floor. Luckily, they also are very wheelchair/handicapable! I normally am in a wheelchair and would have easily just ramped up to their wheelchair elevator and been let out on the main floor. Once we made it up to the floor we were immediately greeted by a very kind employee who assisted in helping us find the perfect table for my needs. Water and my requested coke almost immediately showed up at the table! Our waitress, Mika, just made out night. She was extremely informed about every dish listed in each category on the menu. Food arrived promptly, hot, and with a smile. I needed a slight change to the dish I really wanted. And even though there were no substitutions, she came up with a great idea and made it happen for me so I could enjoy my meal. Mika had a fabulous disposition, was funny and kind, and was available/checked in the perfect intervals. Plenty of service without being smothered. We never felt rushed, even though they were busy. She kept my water and coke filled without asking, helped us adjust the heat when needed while keeping other customers comfortable, and was just an all around delight. She completely made our night. Additionally, I have to commend the pastry chef, specifically for making literally the best puff pastry I've ever had. My appetizer was a sheer delight for the senses and that puff pastry made it. I almost want the recipe. At the end of the meal, Mika showed us the best place to take a few couple pictures. When she noticed the very kind busser was maybe taking photos I wouldn't have chosen, she stepped in a snapped the perfect pictures. All in all, it was the perfect evening. Finally going out with my amazing husband to a restaurant. The noise level was perfect for conversation, and the staff and ambience were the *perfect* backdrop. I can't wait to go back and try their regular menu. Which I was kindly informed changes seasonally. So if there were certain dishes we wanted to try (the prawns and truffle pizza were called out specifically), we were kindly told to make it back before the new year. As a Los Angeles native, I've seen many restaurants come and go. It was a pleasure to see a restaurant that not only put money into the look and marketing, but solid staff, exceptional ingredients, and wonderful food! I can't recommend them enough. Below are pictures of some of our food (sadly we missed taking the entree pictures....it just was so tantalizingly gorgeous, I jumped right in!). Do yourself a favor a check out Arden for brunch, lunch, dinner, and it's really awesome speak easy! You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate a friend during their brunch hours on a Sunday. Parking was impossible so I valeted for $15. The ambiance is stunning and I lovveee the floral decor. I was a little skeptical about the food as this place is somewhere I considered to be "hype" but my breakfast was actually really good! I got the steak and truffle eggs and had two drinks. Con: EXPENSIVE. Although my breakfast was delicious, $25 for eggs seems a bit like highway robbery. In total I spent a little over $100 just for myself. Other than that, I'd love to come back and try dinner and see if my opinion of the place changes!

Yelp
Give me all flowers! Found my new favorite restaurant in West Hollywood! Dine LA is offering fun prix fixe menus at participating restaurants in Los Angeles. We chose Arden Restaurant in WeHo and had the best dining experience. Our server Shirel was amazing and so kind! Loved atmosphere and good vibes there. I saw many ladies who were in fancy dresses too, I was like Oh My Gawd They made 2 mocktails for me which I loved, food was great, everything was very organized. I would love to come back to try more food and brunch options sometime soon. They have seafood options and I'm obsessed. I have to dress up next time for their Speakeasy too! Haha

Yelp
Arden West Hollywood is the perfect mix of chic ambiance, great food, and creative cocktails. The vibe is stylish yet cozy, making it a great spot for brunch, dinner, or drinks with friends. The menu offers a variety of flavorful dishes, from shareable small plates to satisfying mains, all beautifully presented. The cocktails are just as impressive--well-balanced and unique, perfect for a fun night out. Whether you're celebrating something special or just looking for a trendy West Hollywood spot to hang out, Arden delivers on both atmosphere and taste.

Yelp
I have to say that the social media posts don't do the actual place justice. The decor is gorgeous. I really enjoyed sitting in it and I was taking in the views. That really is the highlight of this place. Lots of people were taking pictures and rightfully so. It is just absolutely breathtaking. Our server was very kind and attentive. She was thoughtful, and it seemed like all of the servers were very kind. I personally enjoyed my truffle pizza tremendously. That touch of honey was very delicious. And they have a good variety on their menu. I just have some gripes with some of the restaurant policies here which made the experience less pleasant. 1) I called in to reserve for a party of 7, put my credit card in for the reservation so that way I would have a reservation. That part is fine. What is not fine is when the hostesses say that our whole party needs to be present within the 15 minute grace period or else they will give up the reservation. We have 5/7 people already there and the other two were 5 minutes away and they had to look for parking, so I was pretty on edge about that. I made this plan to celebrate a friend's birthday, so it would have been embarrassing to not lose a reservation because two people in my party were on their way, almost there. 2) The dress code. Having a dress code is absolutely fine, but as a suggestion, it would be nice to have it more apparent on the website. I might have missed it, so perhaps it is on me, but it would be good to know. So for future reference-- no shorts, sweatpants, or flip flops. Found it on the FAQ. 3) Outside Dessert fee. Honestly, I get that the restaurant has to make money and so a fee for an outside dessert is fine but $30 is quite a lot. I appreciate the effort the staff put to put in the candle and cut us slices. But wow, $30 is not really worth it. Bottom line: Beautiful restaurant, but it's like a one time thing for me. I am sure they have lots of customers all the time, so they won't miss me.
