Are You Hungry Grill is always the answer in our house. We come here regularly, even after getting our tattoos done, it’s always our go to spot for a little break. The food is consistently amazing every single time. The smash burger with loaded fries and the Pan con Bistec are so delicious, but my absolute favorite has to be the chicken wings with their house sauce! Oh my gosh they are so flavorful and perfectly cooked every time. The staff is always friendly, the service is quick and you can tell they really care about quality. They even have different gaming consoles at each table you can play with while you’re waiting for you meal and after. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, they make you feel like a regular. Definitely one of the best local spots around, highly recommend!

This place is AWESOME. Free games everywhere — Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Nintendo 64, plus classics like Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man 🤍 The food though?? Unreal. We got the wagyu burger, smash burger with fries, chicken wings, and fried yuca, and every single thing was incredible. The sauces were next level, and the wagyu burger was an absolute explosion of flavors. 10/10 experience.

I went to Are You Hungry? Grill and had an amazing experience! I ordered the double smash burger with onion rings, and both were absolutely delicious. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the onion rings were crispy and full of flavor. On top of the great food, the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. I've seen this place all over IG and we finally tried it, even though I was skeptical. OMG this place is absolutely 🔥. Service: the service was amazing. Everyone had welcoming smiles. The owner's dad attended us and gave us feedback on items we asked about. The biggest thing that stuck out was how kind they were and how proud this dad was of his son's restaurant. Food: the food was amazing. Hands down, BEST lemon pepper wings i've ever had. Very seasoned and the wings were cooked perfectly. Smoked then fried. The fries were perfect skinny fries, the chicken Philly and the smash burger-- amazing. Drinks: they offer glass bottle sodas and local craft beers. All very good Overall this place exceeded expectations... 5 out of 5

This place very warm welcoming. The staff said hi as soon as I walked in and took my order right away. I ordered smash burgers (double) which was amazing. There are also a couple of video games to play which make you not want to leave this place.

Went on a Sunday early evening with my family (which includes two hungry teenagers). Ordered smashed burgers, a frita, and chicken tenders. Everything was well seasoned and delicious. One of the best Cuban Fritas in town!!!! Oh, and the fries! ❤️ We all loved the vibe, kind of an 80’s and 90’s feel to it. Good food, good ambiance, good service!

I had really high expectations based on other reviews I had read but the food was just okay. We ordered it on DoorDash as we had just arrived to hotel from a four hour drive. Chicken tenders were crispy but fried I think had the intention of being crispy but arrived overcooked. The garlic sauce is amazing though! The buffalo chicken Philly is more of a garlic sauce chicken sandwich. Didn't taste much buffalo or any veggies listed in the description. Could use more tang from buffalo to balance out the savoriness of the garlic sauce. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy but just lacked the texture of a traditional "Philly style" sandwich. Looking forward to trying the chopped cheese and loaded fries in the future.

I can't tell you how much I love this place. Raul (chef and owner) really takes care of me and my family when it comes to our hunger. I'll start with the menu. The food options are great and quality. The options are also a welcomed surprise since I am meatatarian (or carnivore) and my wife also. The wide array of burgers from smash or bean to wagyu jalapeño or frita makes it easy to be a regular. Plus other yummies like the pan con bistec or the chicken burrito are all easy favorites. The menu has evolved since the food stand days. I see some cool new items that I haven't tried like wings. That's not even mentioning the delicious sides like the fries, pretzel with beer cheese (oh that pretzel is good) or the yuca fries. So many goodies make the menu so so good. They'll even have some delicious pork (caja china). Oh, there are sauces! Each entree has a bomb sauce to go with it. Another favorite of mine is the shrimp and fries (which also comes with tostones), it has has a great sauce that you can dip the shrimp in or the fries. Now, taking all that in, please understand that Raul is so accommodating. My son has allergies and makes his favorite (double smash) with special care. Whether you are a regular or a new customer, I feel you will be taken care of with special attention and great tasting, quality food. It's been a long time since I've had a favorite place and it makes it all the more sweeter that it is in my neighborhood. So to sum up, Are You Hungry? Grill is worth a try or several. There are many options and they are well above average on quality. And to answer the question "if I'm hungry", the answer is most definitely YES!!!

Can't believe I've never noticed this place before. I always get gas right in front of it. Just happened to see it come up on Yelp. These burgers are very good. Love the bun. The smash burger wasn't super smashed and small like your typical one but it was delicious. Also tried the og burger which was also good but I prefer smash. The fries are thin crispy and salty so amazing. The truffle fries were awesome and really had a good truffle flavor. The sauces are good a remind me of a curry ketchup a those sauces at Colombian restaurants. Place is really cool with memorabilia and games. Will definitely be back.

This place is a little whole in the wall behind a gas station. The tables are bar tops with about 6 people fitting in each. They have old school toys and things hanging all around. They have gaming systems all along the wall. It was empty when we went. We were there for lunch. At first I thought it was a red flag but the burgers were actually very good. They were not over seasoned and they were actual smash burgers. The reason I gave 4 stars is that it was a little hot inside and they didn't have many options as for sodas. It was either Coke or sprite. They did have beer options and water.

Come with me to Are You Hungry? Grill, located in the Tamiami area. I wish I had tried them a while back because their burgers are among the best ones I've tried. On this visit, I had the Hungry's Sampler, which comes with 1 Waygu beer cheeseburger, four wings (with your choice of sauce), one Smash or Frita Burger, and one side of fries or yuca fries. We went with their house sauce for the wings, and when I asked for an opinion while ordering, the owner said their frita was their most popular when it first started, so I had to try it. The Wagyu Beer Cheese Burger is a masterpiece. The combination of the pretzel bun, the juicy 7oz wagyu beer patty, topped with melted cheese, cilantro sauce, and BBQ sauce makes for magic in every bite. The Frita Burger was sensational. Made with a 4oz Short Rib patty, Chuck, and Chorizo, topped with Provolone Cheese, Stix, their Secret Sauce, and BBQ Sauce, on a Potato Bun. The patty has a crisp exterior and packs flavor in every bite. I've never had a frita as sensational as this one. To drink, I went with a beer; they had a few to choose from. I went with La Rubia, which they had on tap. I was most impressed by the fact that the didn't fall apart for being very saucy burgers and the buns were not soggy. Overall, I loved Are You Hungry? Grill and will probably be back again this week. The service was very nice and attentive. The place's vibe is chill and laid-back, and you can even play OG video games.

Are You Hungry Grill? Yes, indeed I am! That's why I swung by to try the UD Double Burger--absolutely delicious in every way. Just look at this beauty! The staff was super friendly too, and I highly recommend their fresh-made Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade.

Great little spot you'd never expect to find behind a gas station. The space is small but set up in a great way even with a bigger group. Each table of 6 has its own TV with a gaming system-- everything from PS5 to classic Nintendo, and even a small Mrs. Pac-Man wall unit. They offer a small variety of beer that pairs well with the burgers on their menu. I opted for the smash burger with fries. The sauce was amazing and everything was seasoned very well. The staff took great care of us and were very attentive as well. Worth a try!

This is a little hole in the wall restaurant with maybe 6 tables. Casual atmosphere. There's a few arcades and gaming systems by each of the tables for the patrons to use while they wait for their food. They brew their own beer, which my husband really enjoyed. The food is really good! Raul, the owner, is very friendly and personable. 4 stars because it's a little pricey, but the food is definitely good!

Seen this location on Instagram had to check them out when I was in Miami. They did not disappoint lots of food for the price they threw in some free stuff. Very nice service. The restaurant was very clean. We had a very nice time when we were at this location. Check them out. Food is placed on the ground because we ate outside of the restaurant not to bother anybody

Description Are you hungry is a burger place on 8 st that is open every day except Monday if I remember correctly. They have burgers, wraps, wings, burritos and some other things available. They are also open until 2am on friday and Saturday. It is a cozy place where you can eat inside with limited seating of 2 tables or so, and 4 long high top tables which each consist of a TV and a console where you can play game and there are also two classic style games which one of them is Pac-Man. Some of the consoles the available at the long high top table are an xbox, ps5, Super Nintendo and nintendo 64. Im not able to recall if there is bar style seating available. What I ordered I ordered a double smash burger and loaded fries with my husband and a cheeseburger for my son. and a chocolate and vanilla shake. Now I messed up in ordering the double burger because it was so filling to the point I was not able to finish it but the burger and fries were both delicious. My husband finished it and he crossed the line of fullness. If you get full easily I would recommend the single smash burger where iit'sone patty instead of two. The kids cheeseburger is the same size as an adult burger but made simple with a patty and cheese to cater to kids, but its not a mini size like some places sell. Value The value is well priced in my opinion due to the fact that you will leave full and not hungry, and as I mentioned the kids size portion in a normal size not a smaller or mini size. Ambiance/Crowd When I went it was mostly empty except for a couple. But from speaking to the employee it does get busy on the weekend. The ambiance is interesting due to most table having a video game console where you can play with friends and its not a dress up place its more of a leggings and jeans kind of place. Service The service was great no complaint, unfortunate I was not able to catch the employees name but he sat down by us and spoke to use and was very kind. Parking This is located behind a gas station and there is limited parking but there is a parking lot that it connects to as well for the rest of the plaza. I did got around 8pm so I was able to park infant of the restaurant. 5 year olds thought corner He enjoyed the loaded fries and he was two bites away from finishing his cheese burger which actually left me shocked but he enjoyed the pac-man game on the wall as well as the food and most definitely the chocolate shake he got.

Delicious burgers! My husband and I went to try this place out today and I'm glad we did. The service was quick and friendly, we ordered at the front and did not have to wait long for our meals. There were many seats available and they were all clean. I love the decor of this place and the little things they include such as a basketball hoop, little arcade games (including different gaming consoles like Nintendo, PlayStation etc). You can tell a lot of thought went into this place. The food was very good, both my husband and I enjoyed our burgers, the fries were also very good. Definitely will be coming back again and recommending this place to others!

Went there for the first time today. I had the double smash burger and fries. My girlfriend had the double Frita and fries. . Both were delicious and very big!! It was fun playing Ms. Pac man and other arcade games, which by the way are free to play. The music being played is 80's and 90's which brought back many memories. The only thing I would have liked more is if they had fountain drinks with refills. They only sell cans, but that is just a minor thing. Maybe in the future they will offer that. Will be back soon!

Wanted a burger + beer and Yelp lead me here. Great first time experience. Gentleman behind the counter (umm looked like guy on logo lol) had excellent customer service. Wasn't sure I could finish a whole burger, so went for the chopped burger fries; they are delicious. Along with my local brewery IPA, added a sweet ending from another small business, hit the spot. Definitely a solid place for a burger! Give them a try and support small!

Very good neighborhood burger place. Definitely will return to enjoy one more time the juicy burger and maybe next time I'll try the wings. It's a small place behind a gas station but it's worth a visit for the flavorful burger and the fun gaming atmosphere. Great neighborhood stop.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Don't keep reading, just go. We found this place on Yelp. The reviews said amazing things about the food and service, but also mentioned the place looked "sketchy" and they were only right about the DELICIOUS food. The place is by a gas station and there is a lot of light on it, pretty clean as well. They have a small menu, but close your eyes and point at anything and you will love it. Larry had the steak burrito. The only "complaint" was he would have rather had more steak on it but all the ingredients complement each other perfectly. I ordered the Smash burger (double) OMG! So juicy. I loved it. We also order a side of fries (they are for 2). My recommendation: if you want to dine in, make sure to go right before getting home because you will smell like food after you leave the place. But like my husband said "at least you smell like GOOD food" Lol.

I ordered the steak sandwich and loaded fries. It did not disappoint. The steak was soft, well seasoned and no gristle. The loaded fries come with a lot of sauce on top. I personally would order it again with sauce on the side. The service was fast and the ambiance feels like a local dive bar.

So happy they have a permanent home. Are you hungry serves all our go to favorites but with a punch of flavor. Raul some how perfected the basic bar food into a whole new experience. First of all I came here skeptical, but man was I wrong. The food was perfection and fresh! This is honestly such a great spot to eat "fast food" and kick back and play a game. My husband and I had such a fun date night. They have an Xbox, ps5 , Super Nintendo and Nintendo 64 with a bunch of game options. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Honestly this is probably going to become a weekly spot. 10/10 recommend you to come.

Came across this place because it was close to our place and wanted something quick and good. Well that's just what we found. This Chicken Burrito was so well seasoned, full and down right good. Love the Garlic Cilantro Aioli to go with it. Even asked for extra because I'm a sauce queen. Raul was so helpful explaining the menu and what they were known for. Also, they had game systems at the tables for entertainment while waiting/dinning in. Overall, I would recommend visiting this restaurant. They also mentioned they have a food truck!

This place is a little hideaway gem on 8 St west of FIU. Intimate Sports Grill with a family feel. Smash Burgers are tasty between a hamburger and a frita. My favorite is the burrito with rice & beans, chicken and a special sauce.

Been eating here since Raul first popped up at Unseen Creatures! My favorite thing to order is the chicken burrito! Imagine a burrito filled with rice, black beans, shredded chicken, salsa, cheese, and garlic cilantro sauce in a jalapeño wrap pan fried with cheddar cheese! I always order an extra garlic cilantro sauce because it's THAT good!! I recommend the pan con bistec and smash burger as well! Location is great because you can just sit at the brewery (unseen creatures) and enjoy a beer and games while you wait for your food!

I just got back from a trip to New York and was looking for a place to get a chopped cheese. Are You Hungry? Grill did not disappoint! The owner was super welcoming and friendly. I got a chopped cheese, truffle fries, and their fish dip. All of the food was delicious and they have an incredible selection of other items on the menu. They have retro games beer and great food. I found this place as i was fueling my car. It's a super small establishment so if you blink, you'll miss it. However, i told my hubby and we ran over for lunch. Tasty burgers (had the double) and huge order of fries (you can share an order) . Beer was nice and cold. Ambiance is cool. Chef was very nice and service was fast! Definitely worth it!
