5.24.19 - I rarely give one stars, but there is no other option. One star because of value for food. The customer service is fine, albeit not so charming (not a ding). $11+ for this dinky cold chorizo thing. It leaves me baffled how there are a number of locations, unless this location provides sub-standard service? Nevertheless, there are tables in the back; kid friendly; music can be very loud; location is in the middle of many other better fastfood options.

Why give a restaurant a five rating with the name “factory” to begin with? The simple answer is authenticity. Arepas are unique and often associated with Venezuela and Columbia. This restaurant uses the white cheese and other ingredients that make arepas special. While there are seats, this place more resembles a fast food joint so do not expect a sit down meal with table service. However, if you want to try a unique Latin taste this is the place to try one.

I think the arepas here are terrific. So far have tried the frida kahlo, which has ground beef, and the del corral, which has shredded chicken. They’re big enough to be your lunch or dinner and are fairly priced. They’re juicy and flavorful. Both are pictured. If you’re in the area and want an arepa I say skip Caracas and its dry cornmeal and come here!

This is an authentic Venezuelan spot! This is what you would call a "hole in the wall" and I was not expecting this small place to carry such amazing food. Super delicious food, full of flavor, the portions are good, a little bit pricy but it's totally worth every penny. I will totally come back here. Excellent staff members, really caring, nice and attentive.

Very small, okay restaurant with a few different Arepa (Corncake- like a thick tortilla) options. (If you've never tried Arepas, I would recommend going elsewhere to try them for the first time.) There aren't many seats, so go across the street and eat at the park :)

The reviews for this place are average but I wanted to try for myself. I feel I've had better arepas elsewhere though the variety of fillings this place offers could be what makes it more appealing. Personally, I felt the arepa was a bit dry and the texture a bit different from what I am used to. It was enjoyable but not something I'd get again when I return to the Turnstyle market. I'd probably try a different vendor next time. But for about $10 or so I could understand it being a decent deal for a quick lunch.

Overpriced, small portions. Arepa tasted really bland, but the filling was good. Juices sounded great but were super expensive. It was not worth it sadly. My friends liked their food enough that they want to go back, but I'm not convinced. Service is friendly and the space is clean.

Very disappointed with this place, I'm originally from Venezuela and I know my food very well. First of all the services is terrible, the cashier looked like she didn't want to be there and she wasn't friendly at all. I was the only person at the restaurant and my food took more than 10 min and I only ordered an arepa. The arepa was ok the feeling was good but the arepa itself wasn't fresh. They don't serve tap water or coffee, and they don't have restrooms! And overpriced
