I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this really seemed disrespectful to me in terms of service, the boy, his name is Oswaldo, when he took my account without printing the invoice, he gave me the total amount of the account without telling me that he had the tip included, I leave him 20% of my part when I swipe the card on the device and he doesn't print the invoice either, I ask him to send it to me by message or phone and he did as if he had done it, but he didn't, so I insist that the bill had not yet arrived and so I give him my phone number again, after this I noticed him nervous and when I see the bill, he had already charged me a 15% tip without notifying me (this is not legal) I understand that there are people who do not leave a good tip and that is part of their salary, but I am obligatorily leaving a 35% tip to a person because I was already giving them 20%, they should have at least notified me beforehand and print the receipt what he was doing because it's not legal. To top it off, he was rude when I asked him if he had already charged me the tip before paying because he didn't notify me, and his answer was that if he wanted me to refund the money, I said no because I didn't want to be as rude as him and Obviously he needs it more than me. What a lousy service, I'm sorry. I feel sorry for Yubel and his wife because the food is excellent, but unfortunately sometimes we make the mistake of hiring people because they do poor service. Look for parking for almost half an hour to eat there with great desire, too bad that I felt so badly treated when I went with my family. I'll not come back
