"Argyle, located in Ponte Vedra Beach at the iconic TPC Sawgrass, focuses on American cuisine with local ingredients. The seasonal menu includes barbecue carrots with pecan butter and buttermilk dressing, jerk-rubbed black grouper with shallot butter, and a unique pasta dish inspired by Mexican street corn. The restaurant also features a full bar with a snack menu offering more than the typical charcuterie board, including a substantial burger and pork belly skewers with a maple and vinegar gastrique." - Megan duBois

We love this place! Everything on the plate is so purposeful - and absolutely delicious every single time. The attention to detail extends beyond the food. The cocktails are interesting and delicious and the service is impeccable, with our server offering great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The restaurant is beautiful and just really cool! Perfect for a romantic evening, a family dinner, or a gathering with friends -

Most food was very yummy. Super overpriced, but nice if you can afford. Server took long to respond after taking drinks, no check-in with us during meal or even after meal. Very polite, though- well mannered. There was a wedding next door, so it was very hard to hear with outdoor seating (I would say it might have just been tonight, but I assume it is popular to have events with DJs there often).

My dad and I had dined here for an early Easter dinner. The outdoor seating had an amazing view of the golf course and the interior and restroom were clean and comfortable. Our server was excellent and helped us find the best options for dessert and appetizers. Everything from their steak, bread, burgers, and fries were delicious. The key lime pie and especially the cookies and hot chocolate made the meal even better. The whole dining experience was great and the food was some of the best I’ve ever had. I’d recommend their tuna appetizer, steakhouse burger with a side of fries with truffle aioli, and, if you have room, the 3 cookies and hot chocolate. Huge thanks to Argyle, their great servers, and my dad for this great dining experience.

Jonathan was our server and he was excellent! He gave us insightful advice on the menu of food and drinks. The food was incredible, the drinks, specifically the bartenders created cocktails, were amazing. Worth every dime!

Google
Thank you for a beautiful evening! Loved everything about our dinner. Great atmosphere ..upscale and unique. The food was good. Manager Brandon and our server Jonathan were outstanding. Can’t wait to get back again as a couple and with friends, or visiting family from out of town. We felt a Napa Valley vibe. Well done!

Google
Wow very surprised at how great this restaurant is! Very nice, shady, and cool outside seating area. We had some great cocktails, literally the best salad I’ve ever eaten, and delicious entrees. This is one of the best restaurants in town. We had great service from Zack. We’ll definitely be back. Kudos.

Google
Always an amazing experience! This is one of those gem restaurants - where you can depend on consistency with every dish that you try and love. Everything we've had has been so unique and flavorful. We try things here that we end up loving - that we never like or eat anywhere else! Bar service is always top tier, even when busy. Love the views and firepits. Some of our favorites: spicy Ahi tuna, caesar with crispy capers, burger, bistro fries, the sourdough boule, street-style asparagus, bucatini & radiatore pastas, the salmon, and of course the desserts! Always go when there is brunch!

Wife and I had dinner last night at Argyle for the first time and were ecstatic to have another high quality restaurant close by. Our server Isaac was attentive and personable. The food was downright delicious. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Yelp
Gosh I love this place and they are so helpful for parties and reservations. I miss their steak tartare but looooove the Lebanese flair. Allison is my favorite server and I love her recommendations!! Drinks are legit here, enjoy their drinks and take an Uber home. Highly recommended

Yelp
I recently dined at Argyle after frequently playing golf at The Yards, and I finally decided to try their restaurant. Here's a detailed breakdown of my experience. For appetizers, we ordered the Lemon Chicken Soup and the Caesar salad. Both dishes were fresh and flavorful, setting a promising tone for the meal. For the main courses, we tried the akaushi steak, Salad with Salmon, and Radiatori Stroganoff. Each dish was excellent in taste and presentation. The akaushi steak was cooked to perfection, the salad was well-balanced with the salmon, and the Radiatori Stroganoff was rich and satisfying. The bread basket was delicious too. The drink and wine selection is impressive, with the frozen Transfusion being a standout. It was refreshing and well-made. Service and staff were attentive and courteous, enhancing the overall dining experience. However, the major drawback of Argyle is the kitchen's speed. Despite the quality of food and service, the time it takes for the kitchen to bring out the dishes is unacceptably long. During both visits, we experienced significant delays--over an hour between the appetizer and the main course, even when the restaurant was not busy. In conclusion, while the food and service at Argyle are excellent, the kitchen's inability to deliver food promptly is a serious issue. If you're planning to dine here, do not come very hungry, or you will be disappointed by the long wait times. This needs to be addressed to improve the overall dining experience.

Yelp
Beautiful space! This place really sets itself apart from a lot of what this area has to offer! Creative food/drinks and a very attentive/friendly staff. We had a small party this visit, but there were larger parties all around us raving about their wonderful experiences as well.

Yelp
Argyle Restaurant promises an unforgettable dining experience that's worthy of a special trip. Their extensive menu, highlighted by a tantalizing Sunday brunch, caters to every palate. Whether you prefer indoor comfort or the scenic backdrop of the golf course from their outdoor seating, Argyle delivers on ambiance. The culinary journey at Argyle is nothing short of exceptional. The red lentil falafel sets a new standard, surpassing even the most renowned Mediterranean eateries. The Kristi salad bursts with vibrant, fresh flavors, while the Australian Wagyu steak and eggs is a regal feast deserving of a perfect rating. But it doesn't end there. Prepare to be transported to pancake paradise with the Horchata Pancakes--moist, flavorful, and utterly divine. The spicy Ahi tuna dish is a symphony of tastes and textures, with each bite igniting the senses with its blend of spice and savory goodness. Pairing this culinary delight with impeccable service and breathtaking views, especially from their outdoor seating, Argyle creates an atmosphere of pure indulgence. While we didn't sample their extensive bar offerings, the promise of excellence extends to every aspect of the dining experience. The French press coffee was extremely good with the right richness, aroma and flavor. In conclusion, Argyle Restaurant comes highly recommended for those seeking an extraordinary gastronomic adventure.

Yelp
First time coming to Argyle was Valentine's Day so this review should not be used if you are coming on a regular day as we had a prefixed menu. Argyle had been on my list of places to try for a while and I hadn't had the opportunity yet. We made a reservation on Open Table I believe, thinking I would be the standard menu however someone did reach out and let me know Argyle had a fixed menu that night and it would be $100 reach for the meal. I figured it is Valentine's Day and most places do a prefixed menu so why not try it out. I took a picture of the options we were given which were very good options, I think we saw almost everything come by our table and it all looked delicious. We started with the salad which was very good, I would actually order the salad if I went back. My starter was the truffle risotto which was just okay, in their defense it was the veg option so it wasn't made with a flavorful broth like I am used to. Mike ordered the scallops which were wonderful and definitely the dish to order. My main was the braised lamb short rib gnocchi it was wonderful. Mike got the roasted pork rack and he loved it and suggested our neighbors order it as well when they were trying to decide. Honestly the dessert was a bit underwhelming, it wasn't bad it was just not a wow. All together we enjoyed our experience, the restaurant was elegantly decorated, drinks were good, service was good and food was good but the real question is was it worth $100 each? Honestly the answer is in my opinion no, not as it is. I think there are some things they could do to make me feel better about that high of a price tag, give everyone a complimentary glass of champagne, make a wow dessert meant to be split by two people, serve a truly stand out unique dish. I would say as is it is an $80 experience with a $100 price tag. I did however know the price coming in and again the food was good so think it was a four star Valentine experience with a five star date!

David F.

Yelp
We had another lovely brunch experience at Argyle. To start with, try an Espresso martini. A little sweet but with a nice kick. Kristi always comes up with innovative salads so be sure to order one and maybe split it. I'll always love the pastrami but I have a new fav in the form of the short rib grilled cheese. The tuna melt is delicious too. The bread here is excellent. Thanks again for taking care of us. The service is top notch!

Mike S.

Yelp
I had not heard about Argyle till Ashley told me she had made reservations for Valentines Day here. I of course had to check out the menu early and liked what i had seen. The weekend before Valentine's Day we were called and let known that they would have a prefixed menu and that it would be $99 a person. I did think that sounded a little high but again didn't really have much time to change plans so we went with it. We arrived a little early for our reservation and were quickly taken to our table. I did like that it was very nicely done up and the restaurant was on the driving range though you could only see that for so long since it was getting dark. I looked over both the drink and dinner menu and went with a Dirty Vodka Martini with Bleu Cheese Stuffed Olives. Don't know what is was but just wasn't feeling bourbon that night. I started looking over the dinner menu which was a Local Strawberry and Butter Cake Lettuce Salad, and appetizer (I did the Jumbo Diver Scallop), an entrée (I did the Roasted Korubuta Pork Rack), and a dessert which I had the Corn & Brown Butter Madeleine. Our drinks and salad came out pretty quickly and I was a big fan of both. They did a good Dirty Martini (switch I still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong) and the salad was also very good. I'm normally not a sweet/fruit salad person but I would I gotten it again. My Jumbo Diver Scallop came out soon after. I was very happy to see that it was 2 Scallops and no just 1. They were cooked perfectly and was for sure better then Ashley's Black Truffle Risotto. My entrée is which I had the hardest time selecting but the waitress told me the Roasted Korubuta Pork Rack was her favorite of the options and I don't get pork that often and if it's done right i always enjoy it. The Roasted Korubuta Pork Rack was very good and cooked perfectly. The fatty corners were caramelized and crispy making for the best bites. I also tried Ashley's Braised Lamb and Gnocchi which was also very good. We think we made the right decisions. I will say dessert was just fine and the most boring part of dinner. Not bad but would have thought they would have been better. I will say again the think was price was a bit high. Could have maybe used a glass of champagne or sparking wine included with dinner but that's just me. In the end we had a nice night, enjoyed our food and found a new restaurant we liked so i would say that's a win!

Jill W.

Yelp
A beautiful spot. It seems more like a clubhouse bar than a restaurant, but maybe it was the time of day I was there. The service was fantastic and the presentation of the food was on point. The Parker house rolls- they came out hot in a cast iron skillet. They were a bit over done and dry in my opinion but tasty. Who doesn't love hot bread?! The chopped salad was premiered beautifully, but it could have used a bit of salt or acid to liven up the dressing. My friend had the burger and fries. It was cooked to exactly her temperature preference. The fries came with a homemade aioli which I could have eaten with a spoon. I highly recommend the fries. I will have to return to try other items.

Rachel R.

Yelp
Our first time in the new restaurant in the old 3 palms. They've upgraded the decor and changed the tables and it feels like an intimate dining experience. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable and informed us about their in house bread that was delicious! We shared some lemon caper Brussels sprout leaves which were crispy and tangy, think piccata sauce over crunchy Brussels. Our entrees were the pierogis and salmon. Both were great. The only critic I have is more pork in the pierogis. They use pork belly which is quite fatty and very little meat. While delicious it left me wanting a bit more protein. Our waiter also told us about their lunch options and sandwiches on their home made or locally made breads and we'll definitely be back to try them.

Ridge S.

Yelp
Outstanding food... excellent friendly service... very comfortable outside seating... beautiful water golf view... pasta salad was possibly the best I've ever had... Kristie's Spring Salad with salmon and feta cheese was amazing... highly recommended

Amber J.

Yelp
Love this place! The new Chef is very talented with locally sourced food and elevated flavors. I'm so excited to have such a nice restaurant this close to home. Some of my favorites: mint chocolate martini, carrots, ribeye, ahi tuna, madeleines

Brittany G.

Yelp
All Around Amazing!! From ambiance to food and perfect place to go for date night, girls night out, or after a round! From craft cocktails (my favorite is the espresso martini!) to a curated chef menu that is ever changing and fresh based on what is in season this place gets all the stars it can! Each visit is a new experience as the menu changes to what is in season! Each bite is also better than the last! Also!! Talk about atmosphere! The inside is an instagram heaven! while the outside gives amazing views with fire pits and the golf course and water to look out onto! While it is behind the Sawgrass gates just let the guard know you are going to the restaurant and you can go!

Melissa T.

Yelp
Argyle is located inside Sawgrass. You can enter at the gatehouse on Roscoe rd or on A1A. Once you stop at the gatehouse you just tell the guard you're going to Argyle restaurant. If you enter on Roscoe it's easier because you follow the signs to The Yards & restaurant. It's pretty easy once you've been there before. I haven't eaten here in several years since it was a different restaurant. On this visit we were "ladies that lunch " & decided on a whim ( no reservation) to try Argyle because it was a beautiful day and they have some nice outdoor seating. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, who asked us if we wanted to sit indoors or out. We opted for outdoors, even though it was hot, but it felt great out there because they have a lot of fans and you're not in the direct sunlight. It was very comfortable. If you choose to sit indoors the restaurant is comfortable & stylish. The Argyle has a very pretty bar and it would be a nice place to sit and have a cocktail looking out onto the golf course. The lunch menu is small but has a varied amount of appetizers, salads and 2 full size mains such as salmon and chicken masala. My friend and I both chose the Mediterranean salad because it looks so interesting. The salad is roasted cauliflower, golden raisins, pine nuts, mint, parsley, sumac & hummus with a rose vinaigrette. The salad was absolutely delicious. We both really enjoyed it. We had a nice relaxing lunch outdoors overlooking the golf course. We definitely will return and try some other items on the menu. This is also a great place to go after a Pickleball game at The Yards as it's only a few feet away.

Kelly F.

Yelp
Every single thing about our meals we loved. The service, the atmosphere, the food! Do not miss out on the falafel. All homemade in house breads & falafel.

Tom M.

Yelp
Hard to leave a recommendation. I've heard a lot of good things about this place. The menu was new due to Cinco De Mayo week. The food just band and not very good. The service was slow but the waitress was nice. I'm guessing more training is needed. My daughter sent her lamb shank back because it had no flavor. She was very disappointed. The grouper tacos were mediocre at best!

Rebecca T.

Yelp
Love the atmosphere--outside is a great place to hang out with family and friends. There's lot of different seating options and you can watch the golfers play. We enjoyed the food. We ordered a variety of different things but the burger and fries were the best. For Mother's Day I wish they would have had more specials and staff to be able to check in more frequently.

Mary Jane K.

Yelp
Nice to have another PVB restaurant open again! Great location and bar and happy hour!

Ira B.

Yelp
Amazing restaurant, and great service. We sat at an outdoor/covered patio table overlooking the golf course. Our server was Farhad, and this guy was amazing! Great energy, wonderful smile, excellent recommendations and super-efficient. The ahi tuna appetizer tasted great, and the scallops were first class. Make sure to save room for dessert. Pricing is more affordable than I would have anticipated at such a quality restaurant. Whether you go for the bar scene, the indoor dining or the outdoor patio, I assure you that you will not be disappointed...and I you can get Farhad to be your waiter, you will have the time of your life.

Kelly T.

Yelp
This was our first time dining at the new Argyle restaurant. We wanted to sit outside and got a lovely table overlooking the water and the golf course. Our waiter, Farhad, recommended the spicy ahi tuna appetizer, and it did not disappoint. His service throughout the meal was outstanding, and his passion for his job was infectious. We had the scallops and the pierogis. Both tasted great. For dessert, we opted for the madeleines, and they were very good. Our whole dining experience was delightful.

Rose H.

Yelp
Perfect atmosphere, food, service and ambiance! Delicious food! The Kristie salad was amazing! So fresh, as huge portion of lettuce! Plenty of toppings (I couldn't tell when I got the salad but as soon as I dug in they were hidden beneath!) the dressing was delicious! The peaches and Baratta was a hit and the drinks were tasty overlooking the beautiful golf course! It was our waitresses first day, however you could tell she studied the menu and knew what to recommend! Will be back

Troy V.

Yelp
My wife and I had the pleasure of discovering Argyle PVB for lunch today, and it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The menu presented a perfect array of options, making our ordering process a breeze. Each dish that arrived at our table was a testament to culinary mastery - perfectly cooked and impeccably seasoned. The Cobb salad we savored was a true standout, bursting with freshness and flavor. As for my petit steak, it was cooked to perfection and simply seasoned with butter, salt, and pepper, allowing the quality of the meat to shine through. Our server added to the exceptional experience, providing attentive and friendly service, along with helpful recommendations. Without a doubt, Argyle PVB has earned its place in our list of favorite dining spots, and we look forward to returning to explore more of their delicious offerings

Sarah C.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch and sat at the bar. Service was attentive and food was great. Highly recommend their Capicola sandwich. Requested medium rare for the steak salad but it was over cooked but otherwise a solid dish. Overall excited to come back for dinner.

Allison J.

Yelp
Immaculate experience!! Ambiance, cocktails, service, food all 10/10. Probably the best steak we've ever had in our life not exaggerating. Definitely pricey but perfect for a special occasion dinner. It was well worth it. We will 100% be back!

Paola M.

Yelp
had dinner at Argyle last night. I had fish tacos and fries with their garlic aoli. The food was delicious! The drinks were amazing, but the best part was the staff. Jesse was our primary server and he was sweet and attentive, but the rest of the staff was super friendly and helpful as well. We ate so much that we couldn't have dessert so we'll be back to try those!!

Bill F.

Yelp
We expected more because of all the hype but were sadly disappointed. The location is great and the views are great but the food was bland. Service was spotty. We got there early to grab a drink but the bar was overly crowded and we never got our drink before our table was ready. We did eat outside which was wonderful but again....just a so so meal. Doubtful we'll be back unless they upgrade the food for the prices they're charging.

Al M.

Yelp
They screwed up our reservation. Sat us inside. Ran out of 3 dishes (it was 6:30). Food took forever. Won't be back.

Viktoriya M.

Yelp
The scallops and the drinks were wonderful! I really liked the fact that they have their own herb garden. My boyfriend really enjoyed his pork chop as well. Only thing I would've liked more is a more extensive dessert menu.

Monica M.

Yelp
They are understaffed, like so many places now. We waited a half hour just to get our water glasses filled, finally, by the hostess. We gave up and left. Maybe we'll try again sometime.

Kevin G.

Yelp
Food is ok - some things are really good, strange collection of items in the menu; wasn't anything that was a must have that Jr our table got. Service was lacking, appetizers set to come out with main dish!? Prices a little high for what it is, prices are the same at nineteen, which at that, I'd rather eat there where service is always great and cocktails better

Wen B.

Yelp
Thinking they are missing the sweet spot for dinner. They need to have more hand heads, apps, etc. people don't always want the steaks, chicken, seafood etc. especially sitting outside. They need to lower their expectations of their business model, and more people will come. Not everyone wants to spend $100 $150 to eat outside.

Holly N.

Yelp
Excellent food, excellent ambience and fantastic service! Really enjoyed celebrating with friends for a "big" birthday and we will definitely be back!

Jennifer M.

Yelp
Very average. Certainly a step above Three Palms but chicken enchiladas were cold, my friends hamburger was really over cooked and the service, while very friendly and professional, was extremely slow. Won't return, although the setting on the golf course is pretty and it is probably a decent place to have a cocktail.

Martha L.

Yelp
Waitress was pleasant but kitchen has major problems apparently. Ambiance was fine. We were informed when we made reservations that this week in celebration of Cinco de Mayo, menu was Mexican. Menu was not Mexican by our expectation and most items were from regular menu. Best item was fried flounder tacos. Worse part was it took an hour & a 1/2 to get our food. Our party of 6 were 2nd table to be seated at 5:00 (not exactly your peak busy time on a Thursday). About 8 tables got food before us & 1/2 were finished before we got our food. They didn't even bring us rolls (that they sell for $8 & we were willing to buy). One of us ordered Mexican dumplings (Mexican dumplings??) & fries. Fries were cold. 2 ordered salmon. It was about a 3 oz size & came on small bed of green olives with 2 small potato cubes on a large plate. Overcooked. $33. We had house cabs at happy hour (at $9 a glass). Then for some reason, waitress decided to serve us "Quilt" wine @ $20 glass. We aren't tourists, we live here. In the end (after complaining for a 1/2 hr,) they comped the wine. Thank you but we won't be coming back.

Tiffany C.

Yelp
We ordered the popular scallops...when they arrived, they looked beautiful! However, when you cut them.... they were raw. The server agreed the scallops were raw and said he would get a new one. He returned approximately four minutes later with recooked scallops, specifically, the scallops that we had already cut with our used fork and knife.... I wonder if a food inspector would be okay with that. I was not okay with recooked scallops. Disappointed on our first visit.

Susan B.

Yelp
We dined for the first time last night for dinner. The food was excellent and in my opinion a good value for the quality and portion size. We enjoyed stuffed grape leaves, something you don't see on menus around here. Very fresh and tasty with lamb filling. Caesar salad, enough for 2 to share. Beef and mushroom stroganoff with house made pasta. Sautéed flounder with couscous dates and butternut squash. Warm spices and brown butter. Sounded a bit odd but was wonderful. I had enough for a second meal tonight. All around very good service, the bar got in the weeds around 7pm and it was about 25 minutes to get my second glass of wine but they also had a wedding going on outside. We will be back. Again thanks for the grape leaves!!!

Shelby C.

Yelp
We showed up promptly with another couple. Appetizers were very good. The shaved Brussels and the eggplant tuna dishes were small but delightful and came out promptly. Our entrees were a salmon, grouper, two rib eyes. We started with the house salad that was tasty but extremely small (was told it was for sharing) and very very over priced at $16 dollars!! 45 minutes later our entrees arrived. Both fish meals were slightly over cooked and very small portions for the high price tag. Our $57 ala cart steaks were marketed as high marbling but really it was just huge portions of fat. 50 percent of it was inedible. The saving grace was the delicious roasted garlic and butter. They were out of vegetables for sides. Yes at 6 pm there where no vegetable sides for the $57 dollar piece of fat steak. I will say that our server was amazing and very attentive and knowledgeable. We left with both our stomachs and wallets empty and went to a different restaurant because we were all still hungry.

Joan C.

Yelp
My husband got the pastrami sandwich and was very disappointed. After reading earlier reviews, we were expecting a lot. With no sides and not a lot of meat, he won't be back . I liked my salad

Mark R.

Yelp
Great food, best quality I have found in the area. Prices are very fair and portions excellent.

Janna S.

Yelp
Burger was great, tuna and steak tartar were good but not amazing. Ambience is fabulous and service is not bad.

Erin L.

Yelp
My new favorite restaurant!!!! It's absolutely beautiful and the food is inventive and delicious. We loved everything we ate - I can't stop thinking about the tuna and eggplant, the falafel and the burrata appetizers. All delicious and so fresh. The scallops were the best I've ever had- big and beautiful and perfectly cooked. The steak and garlic was another favorite. I can't wait to go back!!!!!

Oscar C.

Yelp
The service was outstanding! The ribeye steak was excellent! Cooked to perfection, this was one of the best steaks I have ever had! The puréed potatoes were delicious! We will definitely go back more often.

Betsy M.

Yelp
We were the first to experience dinner at the newly opened Argyle. Cocktails and wine selection were top notch. The tuna tartare appetizer was fabulous. For main courses we both ordered steak (filet and ribeye). These were the only items that were still very good but didn't stand out. The sides were great. We had pureed potatoes (excellent flavor) and sautéed greens. Dessert was refreshing, unique, and delicious. Atmosphere was a lot of fun. We sat outside and watch the golfers finish. Service was impeccable.

Irving L.

Yelp
We had a table for 4 reserved on 9-2-23. We arrived on time. The food was decent, however the service was unacceptable! The waiter could not tell us any details regarding beverages or entrees. Further, when we asked for bread for the table, we were told there was an upcharge. Lastly, when our entrees were delivered, there were only three. The waiter had forgotten to place the fourth order. This establishment may end up to be a good dining experience, but they are not prepared to serve customers at this time. I will not return nor recommend to any friends.
