Food, service and atmosphere were great. We got the beef combo for 2 and drinks, and it came to a little under $90 before tip. Come hungry, its plenty of food. My only suggested improvement would be a better explanation of everything in the little bowls. We said we hadn't been here, but they still didn't explain what anything was. We just sat awkwardly, not knowing if we were supposed to just eat it.

Google
Ari is an excellent choice for Korean BBQ. We've been multiple times, and the food is always excellent. The thing that we appreciate most about Ari is that they cook the BBQ at the table, we don't have to mess with it. We can just relax and eat. There are 2 of us and we usually get the beef combination for 3. The side vegetables are good, healthy, and not particularly filling and I'm not into soup, in general, which comes with the meal. So, a little extra meat to share provides for a satiating meal without being overly full. We could certainly make do with a beef combination for 2, we've just learned it's not quite the portion we prefer. We were there on a busy Mother's day, and arrived shortly before 5:00 and were seated promptly. We noticed by 5:15 all the tables appeared to be full so if you're going on a busy day at a busy time, it's probably best to arrive a little early or be prepared to wait a few minutes for a table. Ari consistently provides an enjoyable Korean BBQ experience.

Tried out their new AYCE sushi and meats option at the Plano location! They rolled out this new menu this week. We got the premium option for $49.99. Great selection and quality for AYCE.

We celebrated our Daughter's birthday at Ari. The food was great, service was great. If you have never tried this place put it on your list you won't be dissapointed. Great selection of Sushi and other items, you definitely can find something that suits your taste. We will definitely be going back......we made reservations so it was nice not having to wait for a table

Google
First time at the restaurant. A friend recommended the restaurant. I had the Korean BBQ. Four words - Nothing more spectacular than...The ribs were beautifully cooked. They were fatty ( in a positive way), juicy, and well marinated. It reminds me of eating a very nice cut of beef! I love the little side dishes. We plan to dine with you again and again! Very impressive food, service, and atmosphere. I am glad that you were highly recommended, and the recommendation is definitely with merit! This is a must try place. You will not be disappointed.

Google
My all-time favorite restaurant in all of Texas. All the servers are wonderful, and the food and service are immaculate. Su, the manager, is the most wonderful person, and I was surprised that the owners of this place personally serve the food and grill for the customers as well. No wonder why this business is so well ran. As a Korean from Korea, I fully approve of this place and would highly recommend it to anyone. They can get pretty busy on the weekends and holidays, so I normally choose to go on a chill weekday. I even took my wife's grandparents and their friends, and they absolutely loved it! ♥️♥️♥️

Google
Ari is my favorite Korean BBQ restaurant in DFW. The quality of the meats is fresh and high-quality. Even though it's packed every time I go, the servers do stop by quite often to help cook the meat, replenish our drinks and sides, or just check up on us. On my previous visit, we had a party of 6. We planned to order the Large Beef Combination for 4 people plus a couple other dishes, but our waiter said just the combo should be enough. Really appreciate her honesty, as it ended up being just the perfect size for us. We especially loved the corn cheese that is cooked around the edge of the grill.

Mercedes

Google
The meat quality here is great. Their seasoning is light. And the pork jowl is thick and fatty. The only thing we think could improve, is the sides. It’s personal preference of course. But the kimchi is not as crisp, juicy, or flavorful as most others we’ve had.

Yelp
Our favorite restaurant Ari restaurant is always cozy and clean. We had all you can eat this time and food was great as usual Daniel's super awesome staff we really enjoyed he's great service thank you !

Yelp
Amazing service, great food, and the prices are very competitive for what you get. So what do you get? You get a full service meal where the servers cook your meat for you as you eat it hot off the grill. The side dishes were good. Steamed egg, corn cheese, and one choice of soup comes with your meal along with side dishes and rice of course. I can't recommend enough their boneless prime short rib. It literally melts in your mouth! Please trust me on this and just get it!! Weekends can get busy so expect a wait. Plenty of parking available.

Yelp
I hardly give Korean BBQ places 5 stars but what I find most impressive is the service Ari provides and the fact that I didn't really smell after leaving! It's not AYCE but the packages they offer are decently priced. AYCE probably wouldn't been almost the same price (but AYCE is slightly more). We had 3 adults, a 16 year old and a 12 year old eating the large beef package. My hubs also ordered a bowl of the cold noodles. We were stuffed afterwards. Banchan, eggs and corn are unlimited. Rice is not! I was impressed with the service - they came by to cook the meat for us. There was one instance where our waitress was gone a little too long and the meat was charred. She offered to get us new meat, but we actually like it charred. After they were done cooking all the meat, we did have to hunt her down to take care of the bill, but overall, I find the service here way better than other KBBQ spots I've been to.

Yelp
Always love eating here. They have expanded their menu. They now have a $39.99 per person AYCE! Must try! But you have to cook your own food.
google avatar

Patrick M.

Yelp
Ari BBQ never disappoints! The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the service is super attentive. I was excited to see they now offer both AYCE sushi and AYCE meat options--best of both worlds! Perfect spot whether you're craving quality BBQ or want to mix it up with sushi. Definitely a go-to place for group dinners and big appetites.

Yelp
1st time having full service at KBBQ! Really nice to know everything was cooked perfectly & all the sides were great. They definitely know what they're doing here & doing it efficiently.
google avatar

Jacquelyn C.

Yelp
Very good quality meat and I'm glad that the servers will cook for you! There was plenty of banchan, and my favorite was definitely the cucumber. We got the combo menu for 3 people as well as a kimchi fried rice. The meats were all cooked perfectly and again were of great quality. The kimchi fried rice was all right, but I love the parts that become crispy at the bottom.
google avatar

Megan L.

Yelp
I sadly did not think Ari was that good, and it was overall a pretty underwhelming meal. For almost $40 per person that's not AYCE, I also thought the amount of meat you get and the quality of ingredients was not worth it. It's nice that they help you cook the meat, but I felt like everything was just okay. Side dishes didn't have any standouts, the kimchi stew was incredibly salty, and the corn wasn't sweet at all. The meat portions were also very small for two people, and I could tell the quality wasn't the best.

Jessica L.

Yelp
Opted for the AYCE menu which is supposed to include KBBQ & sushi, just to be told while being seated that there is no rice? So no sushi. Wouldn't even let us order sashimi??? Felt ripped off and did not get our moneys worth. The meat quality was mediocre at best. Brisket tough & spicy pork was bland. Kimchi soup was too sour and salty, I bet eating it with rice would've helped. It was our first time and last time visiting here would not recommend. Nothing stood out with the workers, we did not get full service like the other Yelp reviews mentioned.

Yelp
Ari is my favorite Korean BBQ in the DFW area! We ordered the Beef and Pork Combination for 3 people which came with 2 beef dishes, 2 pork dishes, sides, rice, cheese corn, and steam egg. What makes Ari stand out is because the servers actually cook the meat unlike traditional Korean BBQs. They go around each table and flip/cut the meat and the customers will eat it. They offer a variety of meats and side dishes, and the service size is very generous. Their air vents on top of each table actually work so the place isn't "smokey" so it is a good place to eat with family.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a good spot if you are trying to have intestine + beef/pork combined. The restaurant is spacious and wait time was not long for a weekend. The food was decent, but their service is slow. I feel like they don't have enough staff for how many tables the restaurant has. I also did not receive a good service specifically from a Korean lady who speaks English, she gave attitude on everything we asked for (such as not allowing to ask for another set of banchan). If you have the patience, then the slow service will not bother you.

Yelp
Ari Korean BBQ is my favorite korean bbq joint to go to for a la carte when I am not feeling all you can eat (AYCE). THis was my first time at the Plano location located next to Mitsuwa market! We always typically go to the Carrolton location. There were 5 of us and we spontanesoul decied to go to Ari and we were closer to the Plano location. We were about 18 minutes away and I called to make sure there was no wait, we went on a Thursday night. We got lucky! No wait. We love Ari and the meat quality for the price. WHAT WE ORDERED: -LARGE Beef Combo (4 people): Thin sliced prime brisket, boneless prime short rib, marinated rib finger meat and bulgogi. **We actually substituted the bulgogi for extra prime brisket** -Pork Jowl -Seasoned Raw Beef - We ate it raw of course, so much flavor! The asian pear and the mixed egg with it pairs really well The large beef combo comes with TWO soups and since we ordered the pork jowl we were able to get another one. You can decide between kimchi stew or soybean paste soup. All of the banchan (sides) were great and were filled when they were empty. Harum (I'm not sure how to spell) was our server cooking the meats for us and serving us was FANTASTIC! He was so attentive to us the whole time we were there even while having other tables. He made our experience at the Plano location very memorable. It came out to $66 a person for 5 people including all the alcohol (I think 4 bottles of soju, 5 bottles of terra) Highly recommend checking out Ari if you haven't!

Yelp
This is my favorite kbbq place for high quality meats in a casual setting! The prices are a little higher and it is a la carte, not AYCE, but I really think the meat quality and marinade here is great! We always order the prime rib finger meat. You can order a set of beef or pork for 2, 3, or 4 people, which gives you several different cuts to try. However, after getting this combo before, I find the marinated prime finger meat to be the best out of those cuts, as it is super tender and has a wonderful marinade! The entree for the prime finger rib meat is $31 and is a pretty good size! If you order 2 or more meats, you also get a side of stew, your choice of kimchi or bean stew. I like the bean stew more as it has more flavor in my opinion, the kimchi one is a bit too sour for my taste. They also give you corn cheese and egg on the side of the grill with salad and rice! We also tried the thinly cooked spicy pork belly this time, and the marinade is a little more watery making it less greasy. It also is a ton of meat for $27! Service is great, they cook the meat for you and check on you often. Additionally, they have great smoke vacuums above the grill so it does not smell at all and it is nice and cool inside. Love coming here for a bit of a nicer kbbq!

Yelp
Highly recommend the beef combination. We did for 3 and it was plenty of food. All the sides are fantastic as well.

Yelp
FOOD - Beef Combination - Beef Tongue We ordered the medium for 3 people (for a group of 4 since we don't eat that much). The Beef Combination comes with thin sliced prime brisket, boneless prime short ribs, marinated rib finger meat, bulgogi, side dishes, steamed egg, corn cheese and kimchi stew. All the meats are very good and tender. My parents absolutely loved the corn cheese. Side dishes were yum too. The only thing I would say was that the kimchi stew was a bit on the saltier side. Other than that, everything tasted great. VIBES I went to celebrate post MCAT and I would say it's good for other celebrations as well. Lots of families were there and it is a little bit on the louder side but definitely a fun experience. You can cook the meat, but if you are waiting for long, sometimes the waiters and waitresses will come by and help with the cooking. SERVICE Service was amazing. We had Andrew as our main guy and he was great! Very sweet and welcoming. Quick and attentive to our needs and gave us great recommendations from the menu. The food is a little bit on the pricier side but worth the experience to go at least once.

Kay K.

Yelp
So not worth any hype. Mandatory two meats. Not all you can eat and even at that the servings for one dish is really only enough for 1-2 people. Quality of meat was pretty solid but for price the portion was not cutting it and the atmosphere did not feel like what i was paying for. With one window having a huge tarp over it, grills looked outdated, the smoke vacuum swings and can get annoying. Overall min youll be paying is close to 65 backs for a sub par Korean BBQ experience. The service was great. Our server asked questions, listened and responded to all of our needs. Unfortunately we werent able to cook our own meats the server did, so it took some of the fun away but she did very well. Very professional. Shes honestly the only reason im giving this place the stars its getting. Find a different place!

Yelp
Omg this is the best Korean bbq spot in DFW. You can expect unlimited side dishes just like other kbbq, but this restaurant (two locations) is better because it is NOT AYCE. So the meat quality is great, they cook it for you and all the sides are phenomenal. They have egg and cheesy corn cooking on the side (unlimited). The best part is they cook it for you lol We got the small beef combo for $70, I thought it was a good deal for the quality of meat. Would highly recommend and return.

Yelp
I wanted to show a few of my friends Korean BBQ for the first time, and this was a great entry into the Korean food scene. The portions are huge for the prices, and I loved the banchan they provided. The service was so nice, and they gave us a rundown of what each meat was, how to eat KBBQ, and they cooked everything for us so all we had to do was keep eating. We ordered the large combo (five meats), and for four people, it was more than enough. The meats were pretty good quality, and they tasted good on their own. There was a cut that was marinated to perfection, and the table was in agreement that it was the best one of the evening. Although this place is a little pricier, it's very tasty and it's a great place for a group.

Yelp
Tremendous food and stellar service + staff. This is our favorite Korean BBQ spot to go to and it's such a treat for us to go. If you're a first timer, you'll probably want to try the combo meal (which is what we did). That said... always trust your server. If they recommend something to you, it's ALWAYS on point. Every time we've gone with their suggestion, we've been very happy we did. Today we had jalapeño infused boneless spare rib and marinated short rib... it was so delicious. The other cool thing about this spot is even though you have a dedicated server, random other servers will come by and finish cooking your food or cutting up your meat. It's really well run in that manner. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Fire Do yourself a favor and just go and try . I promise you will not regret it!! Everything was delicious and the service is good. The ambiance is also nice.

Yelp
Came here for friends 50th! Delicious food. Attentive staff. We had a good time! Give it a try!

Yelp
We went to this location because it is near the Japanese market. This place is not as great as the Carrolton one, but it does deliver a good punch to this. We ordered the following. 1. Intestines 2. Pork Jowl 3. Beef tongue 4. Rib eye The intestines were pretty disappointing as it had a gamey taste to it and not quite as good as the other location where it was loaded with fat and more tasty. The bonchons were great as I love the lettuce they gave you. I like the kim chi as well. Overall, I prefer the over location.
google avatar

John B.

Yelp
$40 for one order of spare rib? Wow. I would rather spend the same or less and go to an all you can eat Korean BBQ.
google avatar

Yelp
09/02/23 Came in around 8-9, had to wait 10-15 mins but that's normal. Ordered single entrees instead of sets since some didnt have combos I wanted. The portions are more than I assume which I'm not complaining about leftover kbbq. Instead of one single person cooking for you, you have the whole staff running back and forth helping each others table cook/help, which is great because each one has different personalities so it was great having multiple conversations. Had the spicy cold noodle which was good, it just needed to be more cold and savory. To me it was on the sweeter side but still good once I balance it with hot mustard and vinegar. Side dishes were okay but when I asked for a refill, it was instantly refilled. I do want to say that this is more affordable than other ala carte kbbq so a good way to try it out. After going to ala carte kbbq it's difficult to go to ayce kbbq since meat quality is so much better. I hope this review helps

Yelp
We go here and often, the experience is fun and the grill in the middle of the table just works. Don't worry if you're a rookie the staff will guide you and even cook for you. Meals come with every side you could imagine so you can try a bunch of pickled kimchi etc. Simple and easy in the heart of all good Asian. Give it a shot

Yelp
Ari Korean BBQ is definitely making their mark on the map! Delicious and different makes for an exciting night out! We were there for the soft opening and ordered the beef combo. On our second visit, we ordered the pork belly. The quality of the meat was the best we have eaten in our area. The dinner included sides like kimchi, corn, egg. All of it was fresh, flavorful, delicious, colorful, and amazing! I'm really loving a place that uses OpenTable for reservations. YaY! they take reservations! The ambiance is lovely, casual, clean, and comfortable. Love the outside seating area. The staff was friendly, helpful, and thrilled to have us there. We will definitely become regulars here.

Yelp
This is hands down one of the best Korean BBQ place in this area (if not in Texas at all!). We were a little apprehensive to raise our expectations regarding this restaurant as it seems to be very similar to a famous Korean chain restaurant in CA but no worries y'all, it is really good. First, I like the fact that I actually can enjoy the meal while carrying conversation without having to worry about my meat burning/cooking. The servers will take care of it. From grilling to perfection and changing your grill after each meat. (Something you have to request and ask frequently at other Korean BBQ restaurant.) Second, the side dishes are all delicious and just perfect additions to your meat entree. I always try the kimchi first as it is a great indicator if the restaurant cares and knows how to cook well and take great pride in their food. Their kimchi is perfect! (Well seasoned, not too spicy which would have overpowered the meat taste, and fresh!). Also their kimchi stew, as soon as I had my first taste of it, I thought of my moms cooking. It has a deep kimchi flavor, spicy and they even add pork to it which makes the broth just taste better. All their side dishes are great! Third, some of y'all might prefer AYCE style but this works better for our family as we rather pay a little more for better quality of meat, side dishes and the overall dining experience. We had their brisket, pork belly and marinated pork and our family of 5 came out very full and satisfied with our meal. Not once did I feel like I had to flag down a server to help us or get the things we need. Very friendly and helpful! After living in Austin for so long where there are no good Korean restaurant, so happy to see this location being so close to us! Best Korean BBQ ever y'all!

Yelp
Today, four adults (two women and two men) and four children (two of whom are four years old and one each of six and eight years old) came to eat Korean barbecue. We ordered a large beef combination and a large pork combination, but I am still hungry, my husband is hungry, and the kids had come home and ate again. The large combination menu was for four people, so we ordered two, but even though we shared it with the kids, I am still hungry... I am not even moderately full, I am really hungry... The funny thing was that when we ordered meat, the server said the portion would be very large. The reason we didn't order more food was because we were disappointed in the quantity and quality, and the server, a middle-aged Korean woman with glasses, was unfriendly. At first, we sat at a large table with two grills, but they only set up one grill, so we asked them to give us one more, and she said, "Are you guys going to use two?" She said like this with sullen expression.. I was dumbfounded because I thought they were really trying to grill meat with just one piece. How can they feed eight people with just one grill? It was absurd. And when my husband ordered two large combination, the lady tried to dissuade him, saying it would be a lot of food. we ordered two generous combinations and tried to order more to eat meat generously enough, but she tried to stop him several times, saying it would be too much. It was a bit strange that the server kept saying it was too much even though we said as we ordered it because kids ate a lot. It's not that I'm ordering little, I'm ordering a lot. So if there's any left over, shouldn't I just take it away? Also, I asked if I could bring a stroller because I brought my 5 months baby to eat and I thought it would be uncomfortable eating with baby. The lady muttered that the fat would splatter and told me to bring it and she looked upset. I thought If I hold the baby, more fat would splatter on the baby. I don't know what she was talking about. I wonder if she just doesn't like us or doesn't want to work. We were thinking of going to a AYCE, but we came to this restaurant because people said the quality of meat is good, but I am not sure if it was that good and the portions were really very small. If the owner does business like this, I think he(or she) will get rich quickly. We ordered a bottle of makgeolli and 20% tip was automatically added, so the bill came out to about $350. We usually go to a Brazilian steakhouse. I think it would be better to pay a little more and go churrasco and have a delicious and filling meal. The side dishes weren't very tasty, the steamed egg cooked on the side of grill wasn't seasoned properly, and the corn cheese had no cheese and it was really bad. I've never seen like this. My friend's family said they wanted to eat Korean barbecue, so I went with them, but I felt sorry. As a fellow Korean, I don't want to come here again.
google avatar

Mikala D.

Yelp
I love their seasoned prime rib!!! That's the best meat to be honest, everything else is okay. We only come to get this meat. They cook the meats for you and check on you often. The plano location is better than the carrollton location, due to service and food quality. It never tastes the same at the carrollton location. Definitely recommend the plano one!
google avatar

Henna L.

Yelp
Great KBBQ place in Plano! Even though it's not all-you-can-eat, I think the portions are enough. Their combos are also good and well-portioned. They didn't have the side dish corn cheese when I went this time so I was a little disappointed. The waiter taking our order also forgot part of our order and gave us the wrong meat. When we got our meat though, it was all really yummy! We got the brisket and marinated sliced spare ribs, which was my favorite.
google avatar

P O.

Yelp
Great kalbi but they changed their saamjang! So disappointed. It tastes more like chojang. I mentioned this to the waitress and she was adamant and annoyed saying that it's never changed and she'd been working there since they opened. We've been there since they opened and I've never seen this older lady. It's not saamjang if it's bright red with zero taste of any dwaenjang and has a vinegar taste to it. Please for the love of God bring back your regular normal brown saamjang!
google avatar

Rafaela D.

Yelp
Best KBBQ in the DFW area in my opinion. A little on the expensive side, but you get really quality meat. My friends and I always try to go to AYCE Kbbq to get our money's worth, and if that's you, please don't let Ari's set-menu turn you away! The portions are perfect, and we leave feeling just full enough, and we don't feel like our post-boba trip will make our stomachs explode. HUGE plus: THE SIDE DISHES ARE HEAVEN. Banchan always makes the meal. The BEST kimchi I've had around here. They season all of their side dishes with their spicy sauce recipe. I definitely keep the server coming back constantly for refills.

Julia C.

Yelp
Ari is my go to for Kbbq for the quality of meat and service but most recently I felt like the quality of meat went down. We ordered brisket which was fine but it was the LA galbi the rib finger meat and the lightly marinated short rib had a lot of fat on there and not much meat, the cut of the meat looked thick so for some meats you had to chew more before swallowing. The color of the raw meat doesn't look as red and vibrant as before so it may have been cut a long time ago.
google avatar

Ernie K.

Yelp
With all the hypes about this place, we decided to give it a try and damn, I hate it when they decide to make it more Americanized and cut corners to save money. First of all, what Korean bbq place doesn't offer red leaf lettuce to wrap galbi? Even when I asked in Korean, they simply said we don't have it. I asked for Korean peppers...they brought out jalapeño. They didn't even serve it voluntarily so if you don't know about it, they won't even give it to you. And the meat quality, it was just okay. I think there are other places who does a better job with meat, real soot for fire, side dishes, lettuce, peppers, different kids of wrap options and service. Not sure if I would be coming here again. And my friends said the same. Oh well.
google avatar

Rhea M.

Yelp
Great gem in the neighborhood! The food was great, vibe was nice, employees were fantastic. A little on the expensive side, we paid $75 for two, with no drinks but if you're looking for a fun date night, I recommend this cute place. They also have a nice patio area with lights for a fall evening.
google avatar

Farheen I.

Yelp
We had a great time here at Ari. We got the beef combo for two and my husband and I left stuffed. The quality of meat and service here is outstanding, and I like that the servers really help with cooking table side. We've done more hands off BBQ places, and we tend to overlook, so the servers cooking for us really helped. I liked that they had really heavy duty exhaust mechanisms, we didn't leave smelling like bbq. Overall, a great date night with good food and amazing service!

Albert C.

Yelp
I've been to both this location and the Carrollton location and this location is WAY better. There was no wait when I went, service was really good, and there was plenty of parking. The servers were quick to cook the meat and to replenish side dishes and water. The Carrollton location usually has slower service because of how busy it is. I came with two friends and the three of us got the Beef Combo for 4 people. We were very satisfied once we finished and we all agreed it was a good amount of food for 3 dudes. The meat was very high quality as usual and Ari remains my favorite KBBQ option in Dallas. Will definitely come back to this location over the Carrollton location in the future.

Yelp
Kimchi stew was too salty but the barbeque meats are high quality and 3 people can easily get full on the 2-person option.

Molly T.

Yelp
Really disappointed on how the quality of this place went down now vs earlier this year and even in the summer months. Ordered beed combo, beef was so rubbery, couldn't chew, definitely was not the quality we had with past visits. Kimchi soup, side dishes, especially kimchi was extremely salty. You can tell extra salt was added. Such a disappointment even when they raised their price an extra $10/combo. Service- the only 2 stars for this place now, friendly front desk and the wait staff was short, so I understand the rush. But asked for everything multiple times and only get it when we're about to leave, such as napkins, rice, etc. it was so bad. Waiter came in to grill and cut up meat, and then gone the entire night. Overall a disappointment since we go here all the time and close to the plano area. Will pass on to others who offers more side dishes, attentive service and most importantly, kept up their food quality.

Yelp
Everything was so tasty and delicious and the service was impeccable. Personally I thought the music was loud and a bit distracting. Overall, an amazing meal.

Yelp
Ari has to be my favorite place to get high quality, filling Korean barbecue at a great price now. I love the bottomless steamed egg and corn cheese moats, I love the banchan, I love the soups and salad and radish paper, I love the meats and sauces! The pork jowl, beef tongue, and LA galbi are some of my favorites here - in my opinion coming with a big group and doing a la carte items instead of relying on the meat combos is the way to go. We came a few months ago for my mom's birthday and she loved it too! Looking forward to our next visit :D

Yelp
I'm so glad we ended up going here. I was hesitant at first because it's not all you can eat and you don't cook yourself but both of those things didn't even matter. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD!!! The meats are such high quality. I've been to many Korean BBQ spots in TX and CA and this is by far the best I've ever had. My children were even raving about how delicious it was and they are picky eaters. Our waiter Brian was amazing. He recommended so many great choices, he provided outstanding service, cooked our meats to perfection and was just awesome all around. We will DEFINITELY be coming back here and make it a must have when we're in the area. Eat here, you won't regret it!

Yelp
Went for lunch today and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. At first I thought this was an AYCE chain, but I was happy to see that it wasn't. The service was extremely good and everything was delicious. My husband and I ordered the dinner for 3 that came with the beef brisket, the boneless short ribs, and the marinated beef ends. The banchan was all really good and the salad was amazing. We ordered the soybean soup and it was tasty as well. The inside reminded us of being back in Korea with the pull down vents. All in all this was a great experience, can't wait to come back and try other meats!

Yelp
Our party came to eat here for lunch and it was ehh. We didn't really feel satisfied on what we got. We had the beef combo for 4 people. It was quite pricey in my opinion and I was still hungry afterwards. It was our 1st time there and the server told us how it worked, you order the meat and they bring it out and cook it for you. Unfortunately, majority of the time we had to take over and cook it ourselves. Our meat sat on the grill for awhile and started to get burned so we went ahead and flip it. There were a few times where they did actually cook it and paid better attention to the timing. The sides were very small portioned. I only liked the jalapeños and kimchi side dishes. The salad had a good dressing on it. After coming here, I think I prefer AYCE style. Most of their meats were barely marinated while their bulgogi was super sweetly marinated.

Yelp
The foods and services were excellent! I love to see robots running around serving foods! They used to open for lunch everyday but now only open for lunch weekends only! I would recommend this place!

Yelp
We came here on 11/12/22. Our friends called in to make a reservation for 8 people at 7pm. The server has no manners! Terrible services! He was rushing to cook our food and left to serve another tables. No refills on side dishes and very slow to refill anything even after we have asked a couple of times. We had to ask several times for water refills, side refills, etc. Of course they automatically charged a huge gratuity amount to our ticket! Based on his service he probably does not deserve a single $ of gratuity but he doesn't care about service because it was automatically charge it to our tickets anyway based on the number of people! As for the food, all side dishes were either salty or spicy except for the tossed salad. Meat was pretty tasty but not enough to overcome the bad services! We will probably go to another Ari location but we will never go here again.

Yelp
I took my dad to Ari for this first time and it was my first time at the Plano location. We arrived for an early dinner around 530 and thankfully we did because it was super crowded around 6PM. We got the Beef and Pork combo for 2. The meats came out quickly and the meat selection was absolutely fantastic. The waiters will come back to help cook the meat for you and will replace the grill every so often. THe corn and egg as well as the small dishes were delicious. This place is one of the best Korean BBQ restaurant in Dallas and I would definitely come back again. The food, service and atmosphere were 5 stars!
