Wonderful hotel, beautifully decorated. Spacious and charming room. Service earns a 10/10. Truly a hotel for discerning guests. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay exceptional. We loved it. Excellent, delicious breakfast. When I return to Cappadocia, I will definitely stay there again.||A highlight is the view from the hotel... marvelous.

This hotel is good quality and nice, with an amazing view. The amenities are overall nice, with a jacuzzi and beautiful terrace. However, I wasn’t impressed with the service, especially at this price level. The hotel quoted balloon rides at €310 during the busy months, and I trusted that this was a fair price, but it isn’t. The same service provider quoted €150 to us after our ride. The hotel claims they only chose the best pilots, but the provider we got our quote from (Universal Balloons) was the same one the hotel uses. So it seems highly unlikely the price difference should be so extreme. Separately, even though we booked through the Hilton Gold program, we didn’t get a room upgrade despite the hotel being half empty. Small complaints for an otherwise good trip, but at this price point I would recommend staying at one of the other luxury hotels nearby. The Museum Hotel next door looked nice and has the exact same views.

The rooms were spacious and lovely occiticane toiletries. The breakfast personalised buffet spread was outstanding-our waiter was friendly and brought extra pastries for our family. The a la carte had a great choice. The hot tub was a hidden gem. The reception staff friendly.||Tips:|- 300 dhirams to Göreme |- Seten restaurant great for views and traditional Turkish food|- pigeon valley and white valley walkable|- book balloon flights on 1st day and if cancellation allowed consider booking 2nd date if staying over a weekend. Our flights were cancelled on Thursday and Friday by Turquaz due to poor weather and they had no availability on Saturday. We paid the premium rate for Saturday last minute booking (worth every penny) with the hotel as didn’t want to gamble on flight safety and experience|-ihlara valley stunning|- cheap souvenirs compared to Istanbul and Antalya |- steep hills and slippery slopes |-Kelebek Hammam great

Breathtaking views and impeccable service made our stay unforgettable. The room was wonderfully spacious, and waking up to the sight of balloons drifting into the morning sky was pure magic. Breakfast was freshly prepared with top-quality ingredients, a delightful start to the day. Among the options in this charming town, the value here truly stands out. A stay I’d wholeheartedly recommend.

Very spacious cave like room. Very modern amenities. Ask for room with window view of the valley. The Turkish breakfast was excellent. Very nice but small restaurant with good wine from Cappadocia.

Very comfort stay in this little cozy lodge. The facilities and services live up to its name —luxury. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace where we can oversee cappadocia area and enjoy the drinks

Beautiful Hotel, very caring staff, genuinely amazing location, and different unique suites. Book the Siduri suite and enjoy the balloons from your balcony.

First of all, we paid €750 for 2 nights, Monday to Wednesday. Way overpriced. Museum hotel next door has a much better view, much nicer rooms and staff is much nicer and the price is the same. Huge red flag!! They charged €310 per person for a hot air balloon ride, which was €125 at the same balloon place (called Universal Balloon if you’re curious and they’re good to be fair). They said that’s the only available choice. Wonder how much they took in between. We confronted them and they said qualities vary significantly and needed to make sure the best, which was €125-150 for everyone else. So, where did €350-380 go?! The manager’s pockets? We also booked through Hilton Honors and are supposed to get an upgrade since I’m a gold member. Nope, we got the worst room (which we paid) even though there were at least 3 nicer rooms unoccupied and we literally only saw only more guest group when we stayed at breakfast for 2 hours from the start (we would have seen other guests). The sheets were not changed even though I asked them to change on the second night. I see the exact same stain for 2 nights in a row. The jacuzzi water was so dirty, full of bugs, floating on top. Very uncomfortable. The shower handle was broken. The door can’t be properly shut. Water splashed everywhere. Extremely hard to find. The pavements are not good to walk and people slip. Extremely steep slope you need to climb everywhere you go. The staff are not well trained and rude, know nothing. Asked how old the castle 5 mins walk from there and she said I don’t know. Another guy shut the door to my face.
