Now, let's talk about the food—absolutely spectacular! As someone whose wife has a very sensitive stomach, I was pleasantly surprised to find that she was able to enjoy the dishes without any discomfort. This is a true testament to the authenticity and quality of the Italian cuisine they serve. Each bite was bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's expertise and passion for traditional Italian cooking. Equally impressive was the service. Our waiter, Lance, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. He was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with helpful suggestions that made choosing our meals a breeze. Overall, Ariani exceeded our expectations in every way. This place stole my heart. Truly amazing food and service. Our server Cameron was charismatic, kind, and had a great sense of humor that made the night fun and enjoyable. The owner/chef Dario made us feel like family and felt like we’ve know him for years. The food was absolutely delicious. Their complimentary bread is made from heaven. The meatballs parmigiana appetizer was perfect to share for four people. I had the fettuccine carbonara and I can’t wait to get it again. Chef Dario treated us to a Napoleon dessert and it was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Can you tell I’ll be back? Lol thank you Ariani!

Ariani Ristorante Italiano has a lovely and welcoming Atmosphere. It’s a wonderful place to briefly step into another world, where one can relax and unwind. Several Alcoves line the walls, some for display, and others for a more private dining experience. Soft lighting adds the perfect Ambiance, along with a candle lamp at each table. The servers are professional, prompt and courteous. Each has a slightly different personal style. It is always nice to be remembered, and much appreciated to have drinks along with fresh bread for each person immediately brought to the table prior to ordering. Ariani’s mini bread loaves are a culinary delight in and of themselves. The Menu offers a wide variety of Italian and Seafood choices. The portions are large ~ enough for another meal, and snack at home. The Meatballs Parmigina Appetizer (sufficient for a standalone dinner), Salmon Oscar, and Baked Manicotti are some personal favorites.

Service, food and atmosphere was very inviting. Family feel and owners greeted everyone. Highly recommend. TY ❤️

We were here for my birthday, and Anniversary celebration. Lena our bartender made our celebration a great one! She's fun, beautiful, and can help you choose different meals, drinks etc. Everything was wonderful. We ended our meal with a decadent chocolate cake that was given to us for our special day. Beautiful ambiance, and great service! We are now regulars!

My husband and I needed to grab a late dinner out, but wanted to go somewhere with some ambiance. Since we were both craving the same thing we easily decided on Ariani. The restaurant has been around forever, and for good reason. The food is delicious, the servers are friendly, attentive, and lend to the casual elegance of the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is charming, and has music playing (speakers) at a level that lends to the meal but doesn’t overpower the conversation at the tables. We shared the homemade meatballs as an appetizer, and both agreed they were beyond delicious. From there we had the Chicken Alla Ariani, and the Risotto. Both were very good, but the chicken is one you don’t want to miss. We love many of the restaurants around Cape Coral, particularly the ones where you are made to feel like family. I would definitely include Ariani on that list. The owner of the restaurant came out and greeted his guests, even spending a significant amount of time with folks who had just moved to the Cape that day. It was a lovely meal, and evening. We will definitely go back soon!

My partner and I, both from Connecticut and New York, were blown away by how authentic this Italian restaurant felt! It was our first time at the location, and from the moment we stepped in, the ambience completely transported us to Italy. The cozy, intimate setting, paired with the subtle charm of the decor, made for an unforgettable dining experience. The service was beyond amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Every dish we tried was full of rich, traditional flavors that reminded us of the best Italian spots in the city. We left feeling excited and completely fulfilled. We will definitely be returning! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Italian experience!

This is one of those places that you ask yourself, why haven't I been here before? The ambience was lovely. Our server, Cameron was outstanding! The owner walking around greeting people was great! We started out with the salads. I had the Caesar and for my meal I had the Salmon Oscar and my husband had the house salad with Chicken Parmesan. I had a Cosmo and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Everything was top-notch!!!!!

The key to this restaurant is ordering the right thing. Twice I struck out. The menu description of Chicken Ariani sounds appealing: eggplant, prosciutto, fontina cheese, marsala sauce. What could be bad?! It's great to have all this stuff topping the chicken, but when the breast is too thick and virtually flavorless, no amount of toppings make a difference. Add to this, pieces of tendon or cartilage I spit out and well .... I wasn't thrilled. So when the chef/owner made his rounds -- which I see now is a gimmick -- I told him very nicely, why I didn't like my meal. He said, "it's one of our most popular dishes," before turning on his heels and yukking it up at the next table. So I ate spinach -- very good -- and angel hair (which I asked for instead of fettucini alfredo) and called it a day. T and I shared a slice of limoncello cake (not made in house) which we enjoyed. Note to self: IF we come back, order Chicken Riviera which is pounded thin and delightfully lemony.

Haven't been here in more than a year and it was just as good this time around !! Walking in... all the Italian smells rush at you all at once. The decor is quite a tribute to their past in Italy. They even have a very cool video showing different Italy scenes on the TV in the bar area. After seeing that.... I am ready to go to Italy !!! We met friends there, everyone loved their meals. Seva was our server and was very pleasant & accommodated every meal alternative request. My husband had the Penne pasta with a meatball & a sausage, which was tasty and the meats were moist & flavorful. Our friend ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, which she said was delicious and she ate it all. . No leftovers for her as she thought there would be due to the large portion. . I ordered the Escargot with a DELICIOUS tarragon cream sauce. It's my favorite and I order it most times we go there. It tasted fabulous BUT..... for the price at $14.00 I thought there should have been a few more escargot on the plate. It was kinda chintzy on that plate portion. Would I order it again.... Oh, Yes, I will. I even asked to take some sauce home, which Seva promptly got some for me. They serve dinner only.... Starting at 5:00. Owners~ Alice & Dario are hands on and make their way around to tables to say HI & ask how everyone is doing !! Highly recommend.

Came with friends who have lived in the area for a number of years now... the owners are originally from Croatia and are hands on at the restaurant. We enjoyed the Italian wedding cake martini (vanilla vodka, coco cream and pineapple juice- AMAZING!!) Our appetizer consisted of their delicious hot artichoke and spinach dip served with mini crustini breads- did not disappoint! Main course.... I enjoyed the chicken piccata served with spaghettini and probably the best side of flavored spinach I've ever had! The atmosphere was very inviting for an intimate dinner and the pace was appropriate for the evening. We took a cannoli hole for dessert, but I am going to try some of the other amazing desserts next time! Our server Sarina was fantastic! We will be regulars here when we want delicious Italian food!

My husband and I always go to an Italian restaurant on our wedding anniversary. We recently moved to Cape Coral and went to Ariani. What a pleasant surprise! The food was delicious, the service was amazing. I recommend it if you want to spend a special evening with good wines and a great atmosphere.

If you like delicious food, an intimate atmosphere and excellent service, you will love Ariani's! . We had a five o'clock reservation for four and were seated about 4:50. Our waitress Katani suggested the Artichoke Dip to warm us up on this chilly day. It was served warm with toasted bread and was gooey and cheesy and full of artichokes. I had the mussels Fra Diablo- full of mussels, shrimps and melt in your mouth fish in a red broth over spaghett! What a treat. Dave had the seafood paella and it was orzo with lots of seafood, chicken and sausages. Both of us had doggy bags to take home! We ended with coffee and cappuccino. Our waitress went out of her way twice for us. Once by bringing extra sauce for our friend's spaghetti. Then bringing our friend a second cup of coffee because she had forgotten to bring the sweet and low right away. Attention to service and delicious food will definitely bring us back to Ariani's again!

Our family went to Ariani for Thanksgiving dinner. It was our first visit. Only one person ordered the holiday meal, while five of us ordered off the menu. The meal and portions were great and the mozzarella and escargot appetizers were absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about our server, Yari. She was beyond exceptional and made sure that our experience was one for the ages. Checked on us just the right number of times, was phenomenal with our kids, brought us extra sweets at the end, and spent time talking with us about her experience emigrating here from Czechia. We will return and will make sure that it's on a night that Yari is working. Absolutely one of the best servers and nicest people we've ever encountered over decades of dining out all over the country.

Hostess greeting, atmosphere and drinks were very good. Waiters service matched and also included a very good drink recommendation called an Italian Margarita. Ordered a lamb special that wasn't bad. Lemon Buttered Tilapia & Shrimp was ok. Will definitely go back to try the rest of the menu.

We came w/o a reservation one Saturday & the Metre de seated us shortly. Full house & she made room for us @ a waiting table. It was waiting for US. The waitress acknowledged and arrived smiling shortly. Meal was excellent. Cozy and intimate. Wife loved the surprise. We have never been dissatisfied with food or ambiance. Service has had ups and melts.

In town for a training program for 10 days, staying at an Airbnb, and my hosts recommended this place that is a little under the radar in terms of reviews but I am here to tell you - this place is a hidden GEM. Friendly, responsive staff and management await you at the door, with knowledgeable suggestions of daily specials and how things are prepared when it comes time to order. I couldn't pass on the Shrimp Riviera special: Shrimp, pasta, capers, artichokes dressed in a rich, delicious cream sauce, and with the added bonus of Sautéed Spinach that was just off-the-hook good. I could have eaten an entire plate of just THAT. Hot, Fresh bread on the side, well made cocktails - just a great experience. Shout out to Danielle who took excellent care of me! A credit to this establishment....

First off, I am not sure why exactly there are such bad reviews for this place it's quite upsetting. My fiancé and I decided to try this place with reading all the horrible reviews and I'm so glad we did. Our server Dave was the MAN! He made our time enjoyable and was very professional. The food was outstanding. Hands down the best marinara sauce I've ever ate! Do yourself a favor get the meatball appetizer!!! TO DIE FOR! I really enjoyed the layout of this place. There is little cubbies so if you have a big party you can enjoy the little area to yourself. We will be back! We really enjoyed ourself, thank you!

We had a special birthday dinner at Ariani Italian restaurant on Del Prado, and the evening couldn't have been more memorable. Delicious food, extremely attentive service, lovely quiet atmosphere, even a welcome by the owners/chef. What a rare experience--dining in a relaxed environment where we could hear ourselves talking without loud booming music in the background . We certainly look forward to returning. My new favorite place to dine and to bring visiting guests! The food always tastes fresh, and the meals adhere to a standard of excellence. You can tell that the dinners are made with care and are of consistent quality. It is nice to have a place to rely on to bring visiting quests and not worry about being disappointed.

Such a pleasant environment and good. The waiter knew his job and made every effort to make us have the best dinning experience there. I had chicken Alfredo, it was delicious. And the tiramisu was amazing. Will definitely be back.

This restaurant is a very popular place in the Cape, so I recommend always making a reservation. The environment is very old school Italian and welcoming. I discovered my hands down favorite dish here is Ariani's parmigiana combo. It's chicken, veal and shrimp parm, served with spaghetti. A trademark at Ariani's is sauteed spinach. It's served with everything. And it's good! My friend likes the salmon Neptune and eggplant parm. But wait. You better take half the food home because their desserts are fantastic. We had the tiramisu and ricotta pistachio cheesecake. All the desserts are mouthwatering. Wish I lived closer. They do have a full bar so you can follow up the meal with sambucca and espresso, which is what we love. There are many good entrees and appetizers it's just that I'm stuck on one dish right now. Everyone there is very friendly and you get a family feeling from the place. Dario, the original executive chef and owner, walks the rooms talking with folks and making sure you love the food and want to come back again. I know I will be because I can't wait for my next parm fix.

Our birthday party of 10 was sincerely treated like Royalty by the entire staff! We enjoyed appetizers and drinks at the bar then dinner in the beautiful dining room which transported me to Italy in the good ole days. The food was AmAzInG and desserts were fabulous! We look forward to our next visit!

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Ariani for the first time. The dining experience was beyond excellent. We were greeted at the door and taken to a table immediately. Our server was fantastic, and everything from the initial basket of bread to the appetizer and finally our meals were delivered in a timely manner. 10+ on the service. I had the San Daniella chicken, which was lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. The accompanying mashed potatoes had a wonderful flavor. My wife had the chicken parm, which was also cooked to perfection. The portions are large. This is the best chicken parm she has ever been served. The atmosphere is like an old school Italian restaurant. The dining room is large; however, the noise level is very tolerable. Overall, I would give Ariani a 10+. We found our go to Italian restaurant today.

Superb evening! This was our first visit to Ariani. We had heard great things... But we were blown away by the food, service, and lively atmosphere. Our server Yari was exceptional in every way. She was attentive, made wonderful recommendations, and checked on us frequently. In fact, she told us "I am only happy when my guests are happy." If I could give her a 10 star review, I would. Can't wait to go back to this lovely locally owned restaurant. Highly recommend!

Our first visit to Ariani, we will be back. It is a quaint Italian restaurant. Our waitress suggested the Italian margaritas and white sangria. So good. We started with warm bread and a nice Greek or Cesar salad. Our entrees were chicken Marsala, lasagna, and penne sausage. All dishes were flavorful and delicious. And the owner stopped by the table to see how our meal was, very impressed with Ariani.

Food was not sufficient. Service was intimidating. Price was high . Ambiance was good.

I've tried there food once and never went back. I thought I would try their rice dish with the shrimp in it. But I found the rice to be extremely mushy and only ate the shrimp. They over charged me for a glass of wine that I drink at home and can find at our local ABC liquors so I won't do that again. But all in all, I wasn't impressed. I got a better meal at Olive Garden. But then who doesn't?

My husband was eating a manicotti meal, and as he was about half way through, he chewed a bandaid!!! . Talk about GROSS! We told our server. He did apologize and said how that was disgusting. Moments after complaining about what we just experienced, a worker comes from the kitchen to the table behind us and has his hand cut! His finger is literally bleeding and has a white rag with blood stains all over it. Soaked in blood!! Think of our thoughts as we see this. How would YOU feel? Disgusted to say the least! Was he the one who cooked for us? After minutes of waiting for someone to come speak with us, the manager NEVER came, she would send her employees to speak with us. Ridiculous! Finally, we had to ASK for the MANAGER to come out. She finally comes out and says how she is "sorry and can cry". She showed NO emotion. She then tried to turn it on us by turning to the birthday boy and said "We were barely able to accommodate your party because it was so last minute". WHAT did that have to do with ANYTHING? Please tell me. Horrible service. This was our first time dining here. Will NEVER dine here again. Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE OWNER. ALICE ZULJANI IS RIDICULOUS. STAY AWAY!!!!! SHE WAS RUDE AND DOES NOT OWN UP TO HER MISTAKES. RIDICULOUS.

This is the best Italian place to eat in the Cape. Best bruschetta I have ever had! Meatballs and lamb shank were also so delicious!!! Service was great! Ambiance was lovely, love this place! We will def be back!

Amazing Italian food with great ambiance. Met the owner on first visit where he sat in bar with us and told hilarious stories about his country and family! He kept the bar open late for us as it was raining too hard to leave. Definitely recommend.

Waiter insisted we order entire meal all at once we stressed that we didn't want all of our food at once appetizers, salads etc. we were assured that would not happen - it did ! We asked for olive oil for our bread, butter was supplied- we got a very small dish to share and it was never refilled- there were 10 of us I noticed on my receipt that I was charged $6.00 for this dish of olive oil! What a surprise! No one else had this charge. When I called I was told that " it cost them money and I don't know where you are from but this is done in NY" We have been here before but will not return. BRING YOUR OWN BOTTLE OF OLIVE OIL

I've never been so disgusted in my life. I've live in Italy, the Middle East and Asia. my wife ordered fish and it was gone... months ago. I spent nearly $50 on a beef Wellington which was a flank steak cut into two, stacked and wrapped in puff pastry. missing duxelles and other Wellington ingredient. it was Mother's Day so I decided it was best not to complain in front of grandma and wife. gross food. we spent $330 dollars for a disgusting experience.

Had a fabulous dinner this week with friends. Yari was our server and she was delightful. In fact, all the staff greeted us when we arrived. Good good food, great salads, had an excellent leisurely dinner. The atmosphere is beautiful. You will enjoy dining here and returning often. A 5 star dining experience. Thank you!

We were seated as soon as we walked in. Our server's name was David and he gave us amazing recommendations. We had only been here once years ago, and I can tell you, we will not wait that long to return. I had the tenderloin Wellington, and although I couldn't eat the whole thing- it was done to perfection. The tenderloin was cooked medium rare and the pastry crust was hot, flaky and crunchy. I usually order a salad with my dinner, but my "other half" reminded me that when I do that, I don't eat my dinner. LOL I am so glad I listened to him for a change, because no salad would have been better than my dinner! We usually try a bite of each others dinners but he ordered blackened Mahi Mahi and before I could ask for a taste- it was all gone!! I guess that would be a great recommendation. They have a nice wine list but they also offer a full bar.

My good friend/bro bought me a gift certificate for this place on my birthday a while back and we are finally trying it out on a small date my wife and I. My wife ordered Penne al Padrino, & I ordered Chicken alla Ariani. We tasted each other's meals and I'd say mine was more delicious because mine had more sauce to it. Her meal was decent though. My meal's sauce was really interesting and fantastic it soaked into my food and made it very spectacular.y wife and I agree we will be back to this place. The only down side is it can be very loud in here. Like a high school cafeteria style kind of loud. But other than that Ivan our server did a great job he knows how to make sweet tea I'll tell you that much. He provided excellent friendly professional service. For dessert my wife ordered Rum Cake, and I ordered Cannoli. We both agreed the rum cake was more delicious. It was more a soft texture than what I ordered my cookie was hard so made me like her dish better And the food was perfect to perfection. Restaurant was clean and very nicely set up. The bathrooms are clean and they have very nicely scented candles inside the restroom area. The chef care over and introduced him self to us and all other tables around.
