Amazing dinner. Being an omnivore, I was skeptical in the beginning, but that went quickly over. What a great dinner experience. Deep earthy and umami flavors, lots of mushrooms and miso. Very Asian inspired flavors. The wine pairing was also very good and I had my first Danish wine. Very good. Staff was also very friendly and took great care of us. Funny enough the dish I likes least was the main savory dish with oyster mushrooms and rice. The rice was a bit too salty for my taste and compared to the other dishes the mushrooms lacked originality. Overall, however, it was an absolutely amazing experience.

Innovative and delicious! Clearly the chefs have a deep and storied history of working with plant based cuisine and it shines in this menu. From the top, it impressed, stunned, and left us excited to return next time we're in Copenhagen. The only thing that seems like it could use refining is the dessert portion of the menu. The fermented pairing was so impressive all on its own, and perfectly balanced each dish. Overall, a masterclass that has earned its place among the best vegan restaurants in the world.

Elegant establishment with focus on plant based cuisine and sustainability. Menu was 9 courses and creative with great attention to detail given to plating and explanation. Wine pairings were very thoughtful and helped bring out underlying flavours. I never had asparagus in a dessert before but somehow it worked. Staff were amazing. Professional attentive and knowledgeable. Not an ounce of pretention. Nice use of local ingredients. Use of colour was delightful

Absolutely incredible experience. We celebrated our wedding day with a dinner at Ark. From beginning to end the staff were so accommodating and friendly. All dishes were great, but we highly recommend the wine pairing – truly a game-changer. Dima, your service was next level. Your attention to detail, patience and wit was very refreshing. That ‘96 dessert wine blew our minds. Thank you.

ARK has a green Michellin star 2025 and it truly is deserved. Food is exceptional, delicious and very innovative. You can taste chef caring about each dish and flavors dance in the mouth. At the end of the evening we got our menus as a gift home, and they contain forgetmenots flower seeds that we can plant in your garden next season. So sweet!

What a beautiful place. Stylish and warm and a calm atmosphere. I can’t even describe the food and the wine. It’s just to much to say. Everything was so incredibly tasty and beautiful. So many new and delicious flavors. I would absolutely recommend this perfect restaurant.

Really enioyed dining at Ark. For me new doors opened for plant-based cooking. Sauces that usually would consist out of 50% butter were just as rich and smooth of flavour without it. The front of house knew how to explain the dishes really well and were well prepared for any questions asked. Recommend this to anyone, also if you are not typically vegan or plant-based oriented.
