Been here many times since that first visit (est. 25-30 times, as recently as a week ago). The food is still solid, but it has never recaptured the magic of that first visit. Some of the finishing touches and recipes seem to have changed; the bulgogi has not reached the heights of that first trip and seems to have fewer ingredients and/or finishing touches (no green onion or visible white/sweet onion). The jeon (pancakes) are also different, as they now have a fair bit of corn in them, which is just not something that I personally prefer. The sides/banchan included in the Dosirak box are always solid, but tbh the price for two banchan and rice with bulgogi is more than I'd expect. Previously, on occasion, rolled omelette was a side, but I haven't seen that in quite some time. My favorite current item on their menu is the spicy pork Dosirak box, although the quantity of pork vs rice seems to have decreased a fair bit over time, from 50-60% meat to ~33% meat. I still order from them when I'm in Bentonville when I don't want to drive to Lafayette for Korean food, but am still waiting for them to recapture that magic that I experienced initially.
