omg I was here on 9/10/23 around 7-7:30pm I bought a pint of Jack Daniels a coke and a sangria margarita jose quevo drink and a small margarita in a can my total was 46.14 and I just checked my account I was charged 462.14 I need my money back ASAP I don’t understand how this happened and I put my pin number in and it says 46.14 not 462.14. I will be at this store tomorrow morning when they open I pray I don’t have any issues with them refunding me my money because I will definitely get an attorney involved. I swear I hope this was some kind of glitch because I like this place and would hate if they are scamming people. I work to hard for my money to just be giving it away.

Great location and prices for neighborhood liquor store. They have all the new and old liquor items. Definitely higher than the larger chain stores but still within reason for the convenience of it all.

I went the other day for the first time despite being a lifelong resident. Guy popped up from nowhere and asked if I needed help, I asked him if he had an sours and he proceeded to walk me through the fridges pointing out brands and flavors. He even knew when one was the last case. Great services. Prices are a tad bit higher, but services will bring me back.

I've been going here for years and its been ok until today. I witnessed the staff physically assault a female delivery person (Uber, I think) after checkout because, as he said "his system took too long to update after she swiped pick-up in her app". I was shocked to see this in my own neighborhood! He grabbed her by the arm to take back the bottle, dropped her phone, may have even broken it, he followed her to the car and blocked her car yelling about "you people". It was disgraceful. When I came out, I realized she's a local teacher who we see volunteering throughout Beverly. I'm so sorry to see her treated so violently in the community she works so hard for. This place needs to issue a public apology & require sensitivity training for its staff... and give up Uber if they have such "aggressive trust issues". Beverly doesn't tolerate this kind of bully behavior.

It's a "one-stop" liquor store. Of course they have the full measure of libations and mixers of all sorts, but they have chips, dips, and other goodies as well as cigarettes. I called them a "one-stop" place while at the register. The cashier said, "Remember that." Gotta love it!
