Aromi was really a beautiful experience. The service and ambiance make for an amazing date night. The food left a little to be desired but I have to admit I ordered possible the best cappuccino I've ever had and the tiramisu was amazing. Will definitely return and try some other menu items.

I love Italian food . Vegan pizza was quite to my liking, we enjoyed the drinks and gelato. I was surprised to see the quick turnaround. The customers went in and out, the spacing was a bit rushed, and we felt as if we could not really relax and enjoy this evening. The servers were coming to the table, making sure everything is great. But overall, we felt a bit rushed and had to order extra food just to feel that we deserve to stay in this place a little longer. Maybe it’s just us, but it felt a little bit uncomfortable on the server was ready to hand us our receipt before we even asked for a second round of drinks. I feel a little bit ashamed of how this cozy feeling of a family owned restaurant quickly changed to something like a food court where everybody wants you gone. Still I can recommend this place wholeheartedly for couples who just want to go on a quick date.

We absolutely loved this restaurant. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with families of all sizes gathered around, enjoying their meals together—a rare, heartwarming sight in Manhattan’s dining scene, where family-friendly vibes are less common. My son had the kids’ pasta, and it was exceptional. Unlike many places that simply add butter and grated cheese, this dish was crafted with care. The chef emulsified the butter with pasta water, creating that perfect "cremosa" texture. It was beautifully simple, and the taste was outstanding. I enjoyed it so much that I plan to order it for myself next time! I ordered the linguine al nero al frutti di mare, which was flavorful, and we also shared the Pizza Margherita. The dough, with its perfect texture and craftsmanship, was a standout. While the sauce and cheese were light in flavor. Next time, I might go for a savory topping. A pro tip: I used the crust of the pizza to soak up the sauce from the linguine—a move I’ll definitely repeat. We also enjoyed a delightful Frappato from the wine list, which I highly recommend. The service was lovely, and our waitress, Rachel (if I’m remembering her name correctly), took great care of us. We’ll be back soon for more!

Authentic Italian spot. We had the prosciutto pizza …AMAZING! Great espresso martini and the Nutella desert was the best way to end the night.

I really do like the Cobble Hill area lately. High quality Manhattan style restaurants with very tasty food, easy parking for much less $. So this place I found by pure strike of luck, as Brazilian restaurant where I had reservation has been closed already, we decided to give it a try to its next door neighbor. So, this is an Italian place where everyone from the owner to the waiter speaks Italian... Should I say more? They specialize in pizza as they have a real fire oven, and your pizza will be prepared as you order. They have a variety of good pastas, but you definitely have to try their ribeye steak!!! This place gets on top of the list of my favorite steak places! The finger potatoes that go and the side are out of this world, too. The stuff and the owner are very friendly and helpful to make sure that you will be satisfied to the fullest. Really great place! Highly recommended, I will be back again.

This place was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is 10/10. The pizza was heavenly. The crust is like a delicious cloud! The lasagna was to die for! Very authentic , delicious meal. Will certainly be returning !! . Menu diverse enough to satisfy any taste. Can’t recommend it enough.

“Where can I get the best pizza in NYC?” I definitely want to say that Aromi has the best pizza!!! Stuff is so welcoming and treat you like family and friends. This place is so cute… I had an espresso martini ( fantastic) and Margaritas pizza. I have to be honest that I never finished the whole tray of pizza by myself but I couldn’t stop eating them from the first bite. Absolutely recommend to my friends to try. Glad that I found the hidden gems in Brooklyn ❤️ can’t wait to come back !!

My new neighbors and my new friends! Aromi is one of those restaurants that brims with love. Seriously this place could be featured the same way some of these Michelin star restaurants are. All of the food is TOP NOTCH— simple menu, thoughtful, and very chic. When I first came here with my brother, we had just finished moving and it was the middle of the day. We ordered a wood fire pizza to go, and Alessandro one of the owners asked if we WANTED a glass of water while we were waiting. Once we left, the pizza was so good that we decided to come back to dine in. A great decision that was! Since then, Alessandro and the whole team have been so attentive, social, and wonderful. Plus the cocktails are fantastic! They really are a small family, with the decor, food, service, and playfulness speaking for itself. I tell EVERYONE they need to come here for an incredible experience. Although new friends, they’ve been treating us like old friends since we walked in!

Soooo I don't know exactly how they make their focaccia, but it was a revelation. Sooo pillowy with a chewy crust. Additionally the red sauce on the meatballs was delicious (though the meatballs them self could have been more seasoned/fluffy). The pizza was a continuation of excellent bread sauce and cheese. They serve spicy oil on the side - yes please! The eggplant appetizer was unique and delicious, the fried chicken plate was well cooked too. The orchiette was good, but the sausage was lacking character. Service was excellent, even with our two kids being naughtier than usual. Many people checked in/helped with ordering. The vibe is pretty chill too. We'll be back!!

So a very strange experience last night at this restaurant. The evening started off well enough with a pre-restaurant stop in at Travel Bar, a well-run bourbon establishment a block away as we were early for our reservation. As we walked into meet another couple, we were seated downstairs in a cozy covered outdoor area. They had already arrived and as we started to look at the menus, they relayed that before they had even taken off their coats, they were asked if they wanted still or sparkling water. The waiter then came over after we had been seated for maybe 4 minutes to ask if we knew what we wanted. One member of our party had just gotten back to the table as they have a single occupancy bathroom and we explained we had just gotten to look at the menus, the waiter said they were very busy and would have to turn the table over quickly. I get it. It's a Friday night but we had a 6:30 reservation and it was literally 6:35. We ended up ordering the four cheese pizza special,a radicchio salad, and polpette. Everything was good. We also ordered a few Negronis which were up to snuff. The food came lightning quick through the evening- (the good Milanese with the chicken uniquely acting as the serving bowl, the carbonara which was just okay) -)which in my mind can sometimes be as annoying as too long a week between courses. When you're out with another couple you want to be able to enjoy a drink and catch up but we felt like we were being rushed through the meal with the waiter at one point attempting to take away my pasta dish when I dared to put down my fork for a second. We wrapped up the evening with a couple affogatos. From start to finish, we were out in 90 minutes and surely would have stayed longer if we hadn't been made to feel as if we were holding up the next seating. The flow of the restaurant is also pretty tight with some of the tables in the main dining room literally putting you in the way of people waiting on the bathroom line. There were people waiting outside as we left so we had no doubt that it's a neighborhood favorite but due to the service, I don't think we'll be rushing back anytime soon.

The pizza here was better than some of those super overhyped places all across the city. I personally prefer chewy dough cooked in a brick oven, so obviously this is personal preference, but man was the pizza damn good. It was so good I had to ask the owner/manager how they got the dough so chewy! 10/10 I will be coming back for the pizza here.

This place was legit. They got everything right. Decor, service, drinks, etc. I came though to try the Neapolitan pizza and was very pleased. Look at the photo. The panna cotta is superb too.

Food was amazing. Service was very attentive and friendly. Very nice spot with a chill ambiance.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. I asked them to pack up the calamari fries, but they were so busy with their regular customers that they forgot about it. To make matters worse, my bill was $68.60, but I was charged $80. I had also given $12 in cash as a tip. YIKES.

I second that emotion: Who cares about that impossible reservation system at Una Pizza Napoletana, or the big bucks necessary to eat at L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele: I just discovered phenomenal Neopolitan style pizza at Aromi in Carroll Gardens! From the moment I stepped into this authentic Italian cafe/bar/garden restaurant Sat afternoon up to the offer of a Limoncello at the finish, the warm hospitality and a delicious leisurely lunch at the bar created a 5 star experience.

Amazing, authentic Italian food. A local restaurant in Carrol Gardens, with so much Italian charm. The owners were amazing and helped us decide what to try. We started with the Bruschette Burratoa. A toasted bread with the creamiest, fresh burrata, topped with truffle and prosciutto . We also had the Margherita pizza. The crust was the thinnest I have ever had. All of the ingredients are so fresh ! The basil was so fresh it tasted as if it was picked from a garden ..in the middle of winter. Watching the pizzas being made was a treat ! I highly recommend and will likely return.

This is a quaint Italian restaurant in Brooklyn, NY. They have a good selection of homemade pasta, pizza,focaccia and cocktails. We enjoyed catching up with friends over good Italian food.

Nice place, we ate in the yard which was decorated very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly service was spot on. The food was amazing I'm hoping to cater from Aromi in the future.

Dined here for restaurant week and it was an amazing experience. First off this cozy hidden gem is the perfect romantic date spot with its dim lighting and cute outdoor seating options. The servers are friendly and attentive and the aroma of fresh pasta and sauce filled the air. For appetizers we had the meatballs and tuna tartare. The meatballs were tender and the sauce was rich. The tartare was fresh and light. For entrees we got the spaghetti and Cacio e Pepe ravioli. I really enjoyed the Cacio e Pepe I've alway had it in a long noodle form such a fettuccini bucatini spaghetti but never a ravioli and it was the perfect amount of filling. For desserts the panna cotta was set perfectly and the consistency of both desserts should be praised. We also opted for a bottle of red that took the meal to another level and at an add on of $30 for the restaurant week deal it was a steal. Our servers were very friendly and we didn't wait long in between our meals. Only call out is that some bread for the table would have been a nice plus, but I left happy and full and will definitely be on the look out for this spot next time!

Went here a couple weeks ago for my birthday. It was highly recommended but I had never been. Immediately upon walking in the atmosphere was quaint and very cozy and cute. We were seated in the front of the restaurant which was lowly lit but I assume the back is just as cute. The service was also very good and friendly, however, I would pace your ordering or tell them to slow it down because our food came very quickly and we were in and out in about 45 min-1 hour. We ordered the orecchiette with broccolini and sausage as well as a margherita pizza (shared between 2 people), they also started us off with some break and hot chili oil. Everything was so so good especially the pasta. I really enjoyed this dinner and will definitely be going again, would highly recommend!

Amazing place. Came here for a private event on the back patio. Wait staff was super friendly and very helpful. Great vibe. Pizza was AMAZING. Living in NYC you have high expectations but the pizza here really truly blew my mind. Light, fresh, tasty. Wish I lived closer otherwise I would likely go here once a week just for the pizza. Had pasta too which was fantastic and the staff were very knowledgable and helpful in selecting wines for the event. Enjoyed every selection that was made very much! Will return and so will you if you try Aromi :)

What a great local spot pushing out great food. The pastas I believe are made in house and they are full of flavor. The Cabonara was to die for. The pizzas are also great. The dough is light and airy. Great sauce as well. We really enjoyed our meal.

Great hole in the wall Italian spot in Carroll Gardens. We loved the atmosphere and the service was impeccable. We started off with two cocktails, and the espresso martini was divine. Then, we ordered a pizza which had one of the most delicate crusts I ever tasted, and was well flavored in it self. The chef also gave us a bottle of his homemade honey to try, which really upped the flavor. Great spot and would definetly come back to try their pastas and specials.

Look out Lucali, look out Giuseppina's, look out Tutt' Appost, this is a great pizzeria made from native Italians and despite the high prices, they have a great, great product that will make you want to come back for more, even if it means having to wait until 5 pm to do so (if you come during the weekends, they open at noon). I tried three things, their grilled octopus, their meatball appetizer, and their Salamina Piccante pizza, which basically is their hot salami pizza. I also got some of their complementary bread, which basically is their ripped pizza crust, served with olive oil. The latter item is absolutely fantastic; incredibly light, I could eat this all day because it is so light. The olive oil is great too, and they have two types, a spicier and a regular, either one works. The grilled octopus is grilled perfectly. It could do without the red onion, but it is great otherwise. I have been to restaurants where it is overcooked, rubbery, and dry. This one does it right. A minute or two more on the grill and it would be all those things. The meatball appetizer is great too. Served with two pieces of bread, the meatballs are a great size, and you get three of them. This works well as an appetizer. It also sits in a pool of meat sauce, which I think you should keep after you finish eating the meatballs, as it makes for a fantastic dipping sauce for the bread. Lastly, the pizza is great. Everything is cooked beautifully, and their engineered crust works beautifully. The salami is ample on the pie, and the cheese and sauce marry well with it. You also get a nice sized pie, no shortchanging as I have seen too many Italian restaurants do. I would also like to point out how nice the owners are. Allessandro, one of the owners, was super nice and friendly. He was engaging and introduced himself when I first walked into the restaurant. I was also appreciative with how knowledgable he was with his product. I would recommend coming here and will likely return.

No reason at all to not consider this fantastic place As a great Neapolitan Pizza that can be compare to Una Pizza Napolitana . Yes I Said It ! Their pizza is as good as the fantastic Una , But you don't have to reserve and wait in line forever .... In addition I tried their (home made) lobster black ink squid's linguine - Excellent!!!! Very nice super Toscana red in a glass . Take the F , it's fast and its worth it ! Highly recommended!!!! Definitely A Destination!!!!

Going to Aromi is like going to your friends house to eat. Everybody treats you like family. Food is delicious. The place is nice and enjoyable. Service is impecable. Always wanting to come back.

5 stars for Aromi is not enough! A friend & I came here on a Wednesday night for a dinner date. Authentic Italian food, and ambience. The place is super small but a cute little gem. Service, food & drinks were AMAZING!! All pizza is brick oven (yum) If you're an Italian food lover this place is for you. We were super hungry & the food was amazing I couldn't even snap pics of all. We had focaccia bread & Pungent salad to start. Capricciosa pizza & Branzino al cartoccio mussel dish for entrees. Mezcalino for drinks (soo tasty) AROMI 10/10 recommend !!

This is a great neighborhood Italian restaurant which keeps getting better and better every time I visit. The staff couldn't be nicer the service is great. Drinks and wine are really good the chicken paillard was tasty and the Bronzino was fantastic.

I had the most amazing meal in a very long time at Aromi. I'm not one to easily pass along such a statement, but Aromi is top notch and a memorable experience. The background of the owners outlined some very impressive connections to past venues such as Il Brigante, one of my favorite restaurants in the South Street Seaport area. Trying Aromi was something I was looking forward to since they have been opened for about a month or so. FYI/need to know---Aromi, although Italian, is not the red sauce based Chicken Parm type of Italian restaurant. Although their menu items include dishes from a variety of regions in Italy, most tend to favor the Northern region. It's a refreshing twist on some so-called mainly Sicilian Italian restaurants with the same ho hum menu thrown together. Staff/owners/service was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Their outdoor seating area was just as cozy as their indoor with overhead roof/shelter and a myriad of potted herbs on a farm table in the middle of the space. We started off with one of their many craft cocktails known as the Rosemary Fizz--a refreshing vodka based drink coupled with Prosecco and infused with the flavors of Rosemary. I felt it was a spin off of the Aperol Spritz kind of cocktail. Very delicious. For appetizer, we shared the Polpo or Octopus. Theirs was grilled on a bed of leeks puree, with potatoes, cherry tomatoes and an olive crumble served with a side of warm, fluffy bread. It was suggested to drizzle some chili olive oil over it which we did and it was excellent. Since it was our first time dining here, for main we decided to share two different items--their signature, Napoli style pizza and a pasta dish. The pasta. Orecchiette con Broccoli E Burrata which was Ear shaped pasta with a pureed green broccoli sauce, bagna cauda, candied lemon and burrata. This pasta was flavorful and delicate; executed very well and exquisite. The pizza. We selected the Funghi E Tartufo, meaning mushrooms with truffle oil and mozzarella. Their pizza is thicker near the crust area (or more dough-y) and thinner in the middle. This is authentic Napoli style. It was a pizza without red sauce but absolutely delicious--good for sharing if trying other dishes on the menu or perfect as a personal portion. We raved to the owners how picky we are when it comes to Italian food (considering my father was an excellent/professional cook) and how the neighboring restaurants pale in comparison to this wonderful new addition to Carroll Gardens. To end our delicious meal, we were comped a dessert to share. We chose the Panna Cotta which was like no other. A vanilla and beetroot medley with a mixed berry sauce, yogurt gelato and crumbled pistachio nuts. Amazing. Theirs brought Panna Cotta to a new level. Unbelievably good. To complement the dessert, we were also treated to a shot of Limoncello. The folks here know everything there is to know when it comes to serving excellent, quality food in a cozy/rustic ambience with stellar service. Shout outs to Sarah and Andreas (co-owners) for their hospitality. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Aromi. And I hope they become a permanent fixture in the area. Highly recommend! Small, cozy bar and Italian restaurant in Carroll Gardens. We made ourselves a challenge for 2024 to try a new spot (new to us) each time we wanted to go out to eat. Another local spot checked off the list! We started with the fried calamari (and zucchini), which was a heaping portion! We ate it all, it was fresh and delicious! I steered away from the black ooze that was squid ink mayo or something, and stuck to the marinara dipping sauce instead! I gor the lasagne which was very dense and rich and filling. It had almost a smoky flavor. My other half got a margherita pizza which has a huge crust, which had a lot of black charring which isn't my cup of tea, but he was fine with it. The pizza crust had a squishyness to it, and the bottom isn't crispy, if that's what you're looking for. I just had a Diet Coke or 2, and he had a couple beers. I think they only had a choice of two beers. The service was good, and all in all it was a nice Sunday night dinner.

Food was more about delivering an authentic Italian experience rather than local, seasonal produce. Hence there is the use of 'imported' cheese and 'imported' tuna. The Carbonara we ordered was strangely more sweet than savoury. Pizza was definitely above average if not good. Service was extremely spotty and we were unsure if we had a dedicated server. Noticed other tables likely had similar issues and waited fairly long to get the check to the point that their frustration was audible. The indoor dining room was cramped. When the crowd picked up it was certainly loud and having a conversation was not easy. Unless there are changes to the interiors and the service model, this is not a place for a relaxing, quiet meal or date. I can, however, understand why larger groups might enjoy it.

Great food with friendly, attentive service! The pizza had a nice crisp, light crust and the pasta was delicious and Al dente! Wish we came with a group so we could try more dishes!

Aromi is another welcome restaurant addition in the neighborhood, they serve authentic and favorite Italian fare. We came here on a lovely Sunday afternoon, we were offered seats in the backyard or by the window in front of the restaurant, we chose the latter since there's also a jazz musician performing during our visit. This place offers a full bar with its own cocktails concoction. There's only 2 pages menu one for food, the other for drinks. We started with calamari fritti (my partner's favorite and we always order this whenever we can-as previously mentioned in my reviews) it was served with special squid ink mayo and salsa and polpette al sugo or meatballs. The dishes suited well with a bottle of Rosato. For the main entree, we decided to eat family-style. We shared carbonara pizza, Margherita, and carbonara pasta. All dishes are simply epicurean, it was served hot and freshly made. The dishes are all well portioned and we felt full that we didn't have space for dessert until the owner informed us that she already prepared us a complimentary dessert of pannacotta and crème brûlée, who could say no to that! Before we took off we were then offered a shot of limoncello, it was one of the best Sunday lunches to be had. With great food, and awesome customer service, this place is another neighborhood gem.

Great Italian place! The restaurant is so cute and they also have a garden in the back. The drinks are delicious and they have plenty of good options on the menu. On that day, we were all in the mood for pizza so we got a couple to share, as well as some appetizers. The pizzas were the stars - perfect crust and sauce to topping ratio. The service is great! Everyone was super friendly and attentive.

I'd rate Aromi four and a half stars. Authentic Neapolitan feel to the restaurant. Started with a glass of Primitivo which was a rich, juicy glass. Sweet with berry and light chocolatey flavors. Fine wine for late November / early December. We shared the Mista salad for the first course. It had mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, shredded carrots, and a citrus vinaigrette. Light and refreshing. Brought me back to summer on a cold, windy night. For the main course, I had the tuna, capers, and onion pizza while my wife had the burrata, pesto, zucchini, and fried meatball pizza. I liked the creativity on the menu. Dough was soft and airy with a light char on the edge. It was a fork and knife pie. For dessert, we shared the tiramisu in a cup. I also had a glass of amaretto on the rocks. I liked the tiramisu. It was on the creamy end. Staff was nice and allowed us to hang around without rushing us at afterwards. Service was attentive though out the night. They have one, spacious, gender neutral restroom.

Phenomenal, real, authentic Italian food. Aromi is my favorite restaurant so far here in NYC. The owners, Sara, Lorenzo, Andrea and Alessandro are super nice and the food is amazing. You feel like you're in Italy. if you go there, I recommend the Lasagna. Drinks are delicious and they always have a special dish off the menu. Comfy and intimate ambience.

This place i a gem , everything is exceptional!!! the food starting from their home made pasta to the stake,always cocked to perfection to the pizza, the pizza is something else, the attention to detail is what characterize AROMI,. needless to say that Sara ,Andrea ,Lollo and Alessandro are wonderful

Went over for my friends birthday, and the food was amazing. We had pizza, cheese pate , and some other appetizers all tasty and fresh. As a main, my husband and I had the ravioli and the lasagna, which were so good! Cocktails were well made, and the service was prompt and attentive. The place is also very intimate and cozy. We will be back for date night.

UPDATE: top notch customer service. After posting this, an owner Andrea texted me to rectify the situation, re-delivering the meal the next day -- it was delicious. He explained that they use a finishing oil for the pizza and to have it less oily, I can request it on the side next time. I suspect I also ordered yesterday right as the restaurant was closing so perhaps it was a bit hurried. I forgot to mention in my previous review that the tiramisu was excellent. I will certainly be ordering from Aromi again I ordered pizza, calamari and salad from Aromi and I am disturbed by how greasy it is. The entire pizza box was soaked in oil from the pizza crust, which I guess was fried? I no means have a healthy food palate, but this amount of oil is horrific

If are in the area - even if you not in the area, this charming restaurant is worth the trip! The relaxing decor to the friendly helpful service to the amazing food makes this place a MUST! We started with the fried calamari & octopus - each outstanding. We also ordered white pizza with mushrooms & truffles, as well as a Margherita pizza - simply delicious! We then ordered the pasta - oh the pasta! It has to be the best we ever had here at home (USA) - just as we had in Italy. We ordered pasta carbonara, the ravioli, the gnocchi & the orecchiette with broccoli rabe & sausage it all was so delicious we could not decide what our favorite was - it all was amazing! We also had the red snapper special - just delicious! We finished our meal with the tiramisu, espresso & an affogosto!! We were so happy with the meal from start to finish - it exceeded our expectations! We were recommended to try this amazing restaurant from one of the owners' mothers we met in Florence Italy when we were there visiting! She told us if we wanted a truly authentic delicious Italian meal like we had in Italy her son's restaurant in Brooklyn was the place to go & boy oh boys she was so right! We highly recommend this restaurant & we will definitely be back! Grazie Milli Alessandro!

Aromi is the new kid on the block but it stood out to me for several reasons and I'm highly recommending it for dinner - here's why: The ambiance is cozy and inviting. We had a nice view of the bar. Alessandro - one of the owners was mixing his speciality cocktails. I had the whiskey base drink that was perfect. The dishes were all fresh & flavorful. We shared a a few things: meatballs with bread, spaghetti allá carbonara, and salamino piccante pizza! We couldn't decide on what to get for the dessert so our server sent one on the house - panna cotta & creme brûlée - all homemade and delicious. We enjoyed all the food. I definitely plan to become a regular at Aromi because everything was great but I really felt that the service stood out. So kind & helpful. You can't beat that! Check them out! #Aromi

Great service and cozy ambiance Can work for both groups and dates Burrata special: Burrata was amazing, super fresh and prosciutto was tasty. It is served plain. Ask for some olive oil, balsamic and salt to sprinkle on the burrata to amplify the flavor. Margarita pizza: amazing--these Napoli style pizzas are excellent--fresh ingredients, fluffy crust. Easily rivals Lucali, Roberta's etc. Will be back again to try more pizzas. Orecchiette pasta: OK. I have had better. But well executed Amara salad: fresh, if you don't like the bitterness od radicchio you won't like it Tiramisu: on point, and good portion Panna cotta: well executed

Such a wonderful restaurant!! We dined here for lunch some time ago and loved it so much, we decided to have our wedding dinner here. Sarah made sure our dinner went according to plan and executed everything perfectly! The ambiance of the backyard was beautiful and romantic. All of the food was so tasty - we especially love the pizza and that there are vegan options :) also, all of our guests were raving about the tiramisu and panna cotta! Our new "regular." Don't want to cook? Aromi. Want pizza or pasta? Aromi. Need a great cocktail? Aromi. And that's the name of both our favorite pizza and my favorite cocktail. They put their name on the best! Oh, and that friendly, talented bartender is probably one of the owners, Alessandro. Say hello for us, if we're not already next to you at the bar.

We were really excited to come in here as it's been talked about in the neighborhood. The wine was great. The pizza all looked amazing. We got two apps and two pastas and they were really just ok. The menu is pricy. City prices, which I was ok with going in, thinking this is an authentic Italian place. But the dishes were all lacking seasoning, cheese, my husbands was cold. For what we paid we were pretty disappointed. The seating wasn't comfortable either. They brought me out the wrong app and were very nice about it and then proceeded to gift the mistaken app to the table next to us as a free dish. While I waited another 15 min for my correct app to come out, which again, was not very good. I had to get out of my seat to find the server to say the dish was a mistake. I want to come back and try the pizza but overall I was less than impressed.

NIce little spot in Bk. Food was tasty and the service was on point. Good deal on the lunch special too. Id def stop back. Thanks to the owner who corrected a mistake i made on my receipt.

Great oven pizza place in Carrol Gardens. Pizza here is exceptional, one of the best in Brooklyn. Service is so nice, actually impecable. And the space is alluring, with an outdoors covered area, very nice for the summer. A good candidate for my best pizza place in Brooklyn .

We stopped by here after playing mini golf in the area. We were seated immediately and the staff here are so nice. It seems to be a newer spot but they've already made their impression. We started with the calamari with the black truffle mayo. We got the spaghetti Al pomodoro. Tuna salad, Cornish hen and catch of the day. I haven't been to Italy but I imagine this is what authentic Italian food taste like . We'll be back to try the pizza

Aromi is a welcome addition to Carroll Gardens. The food is always excellent and the owners and staff are welcoming and attentive.

Incredible food, service and atmosphere! This restaurant has the coziest interior with a garden back patio. Great for a Sunday lunch with a larger gathering. The staff are so sweet as well

The fact that I have to take an hour-long train ride just to get to the restaurant says it all: Not only is the food terrific, but the service is, too; it really does feel like visiting family. I visit often, and suggest you do, too.

I love aromi. This cozy, beautiful, warm Italian neighborhood gem is one of my favorites. The back covered garden is romantic and great for parties and bigger groups. The best part for me is they always go above and beyond to provide lots of vegan options! Vegan pizzas and salads. Can't recommend it enough.
