Had a great experience, to cashier to the employee that bagged my food to go were great. The talked highly about everything on the menu but I couldn't resist going straight for the mixed box. The chicken moist and juice not greasy like many other places but just like when they batter it they let it rest after cooking on a raise baking pan. Now the chicken alone is not overly flavorful so if your looking for Nashville hot chicken then don't do it. This is a great balance that just taste good and clean. The sides are no joke either, they serve a huge cheddar biscuit, amazing sweet potato salad and my guy the Mac and Cheese. It's good food and I plan to visit again, I was hearing tale that the deviled eggs are delicious.

This was a very disappointing experience. Not only will I never go back, but I am writing this review from the Station Masters Office because the food got me sick. I ordered the Chicken Mix and was greeted with a box that didn't allow you to gain proper access to the food without you having your shoulders in your ears. I had to break the box to properly eat. But wait! Utensils?? They gave you cheap plastic that couldn't even cut the food! And the food? Well it's awesome if you are interested in fried chicken that's hard as a hockey puck and grits with a generous side of grease. I didn't dare try the alleged biscuit. That looked questionable as well. I returned the plate and told them I wasn't interested in this garbage. Yes, I said garbage. As for the atmosphere, it was classic Grand Central, loud with a set of drunkards on the side. And let's add loud cursing music with kids around. I heard a kid ask his mom, "what's does F*** mean?". Don't want to be that parent right now. I'd give it less than a star if I could.

Down under Grand Central there are many places to eat....a nice and fresh salad was an unexpected pleasure. Warm and sliced fried chicken in a salad (not quite fully chopped, but no worries). Enjoy with a refreshing water and back to it! Enjoy!!

I tried to order the chicken and waffles but they were out of waffles so I got the mix box. This was about the most flavorful and juiciest pieces of chicken I have ever had. I ordered the chicken, fries, and a biscuit. I was completely stuffed after I was done. Like waddle out of there. The service was fast, generous, and the food was fantastic. I would definitely try it again. Recommended!

We ordered cheddar biscuits and chicken sandwich.. it was good, disappointed with customer, waiting time and quantity. Spicy mayo was so good :p

Art Bird puts their name on a stand in Live Nation concert venues. It’s frozen, flat chicken tenders that are absolute garbage. In the beginning this stand had quality food, now it’s junk with their name on it. 10/10 do not recommend anything but the restaurant itself. This is disgusting garbage. The only decent thing was the biscuits. Clearly frozen, but at least clearly the chef’s original recipe.

I was prepared for the worst after reading the reviews but ended up pleasantly surprised. The chicken was delicious, perfectly spiced. The biscuit was also good. I am picky about my fried chicken growing up in the south and can't believe all the bad reviews this place has after tasting their chicken. Maybe when it gets busier they slack off. I was there around 1030 am. I will definitely be back again to try to some more items on the menu.

I ordered the Art’s Mix Box. Chicken was cut wierd - it looked like they gave me scraps. In reality they butchered it so that they took the bones out but left skin on. Chicken was warm - not hot. It was well seasoned and the crust was delicious. Sweet potato salad was good but needed salt and pepper - none were anywhere to be found. Also it was obviously prepackaged as there was water at the bottom of the container. I asked for unsweetened iced tea with lemon when I placed my food order. My food came first then the iced tea arrived a few minutes later with no lemon. This was at 11:15am so before the lunch rush. I have been waiting to try this place for a while now - I wanted to wait a few months for them to get the bugs out. It seems like they still have work to do. I will try again in the future as the chicken has a lot of potential for greatness.
