My friend and I came here over the weekend to get drinks and play games. He had been here before, but this was my first time.
Art Marble sounds like a modern and sophisticated place, but the paintings on the walls are strange and obscure. It fits the Seattle vibe though.
Art Marble has a wide selection of unlimited games including skee ball, free throw basketball, Mario Kart arcade, ping pong, shuffle board, pool, air hockey, darts, and more. Unfortunately, a few of the games were out of order or missing pieces.
We came here around 4:30pm, hoping to catch Happy Hour. However, we learned that Happy Hour is only on weekdays from 4-6pm and so we ended up paying full price for food and drinks. We split a Peruvian Ceviche ($10) which consisted of shrimp, peppers, tomato, spinach, and mango. It was served with chips, which my South American friend said was not authentic. It came with a decent amount of shrimp, but it wasn't super flavorful. I also ordered a Vanilla Float off of the special cocktail menu which had vanilla vodka, half and half, root beer (although it wasn't fizzy) and whipped cream. It wasn't overly sweet, and was just the right amount of creaminess. My friend ordered the non-alcoholic Lonely Island Tea which had pineapple juice and soda. He said he liked it, but would order an alcoholic drink next time. Our total came out to about $28.
Service was good overall. My main complaint about this place is that it isn't the cleanest. Both the game area and the bathrooms were noticeably dirty.
Art Marble is not a high-end place, but it is a good place to meet up with friends if you are in the South Lake Union area.
