Aruba Day Drinking Bar is a great little spot for drinks off the beaten path in Tijuana. They have a cool, contemporary cocktail list that, while being slightly more expensive than divier spots in the city, is worth every penny. They use quality ingredients and have a somewhat generous pour.
The atmosphere is chill and laidback — bartenders aren’t coaxing you into drink after drink, and the bar is well lit and feels fairly open. Even if you’re on a budget, you can get beer for as cheap as $2 USD. A great spot to chill at between breakfast and dinner, or to pregame before hitting Avenida Revolucion.
