Had the al pastor, asada chikali style, barbacoa chikali style, and regular barbacoa tacos. Each was great. I do prefer the trompo style al pastor, and even though theirs is not that style, it is very flavorful, well seasoned, and has good consistency. I only regret that they were out of deshebrada, which I also wanted to try. The asada was very good. If it isn't cooked over a wood fire, it's not the same for me, and theirs definitely has that smokey flavor. It's mesquite grilled, and just writing about it makes me want to eat some more. The flour tortillas were excellent. I love the Baja style tortillas and food in general, and this did not disappoint. I could eat a few of their hand made flour tortillas, and that alone would be worth it. They also serve their food alongside a tray full of toppings like guacamole sauce, spicy pickled onions, salsa, limes, and more. To top it off their service was exceptional. They were very attentive, happy to explain about available options, and welcoming. Last but not least, everything was clean and they had good music.
