Incredible food, impeccable service. Dinner for 2: carpaccio and tuna to start, t-bone steak and cod for main course, paired with a great local wine. All perfection! Highly recommended!

Uauuuu great place, great quality but it is not 5star as two issues the first one is that we ordered the xuleton we ordered was blue and they brought medium done, the second is the price we paid as that was round +90 euros per person, that after all great restaurants we did during Camino the price was quite excessive. The owner showed the great wines they have and also see that the chuletón was not cooked as agreed but he did nothing but invited to chupito, buti this type of restaurant you need to show more. The quality of the food was amazing and I consider the very best in Santiago. I need to come back and try again.

It was a great experience eating at Asador Gonzaba. All the food we had was excellent - especially the Galician beef, which had an intense beefy flavour and was well prepared (we asked for medium). Service and wine were great too. One of the pricier meals on our trip, but definitely worth it.

The gastronomic delights of Santiago continue, the reviews are on point and the pulpo and vieiras were so good! Mains chosen were the cod and lamb, I have never tasted lamb quite like this anywhere. So so good! Portions are generous, waiting team are great, Adrian looked after us and recommended a local wine to accompany our lamb dish. Perfect!

During our stay in Santiago, my husband and I planned to go to Asador Gonzaba to have some delicious meat. The food at this restaurant was genuinely good, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by disappointing service and long wait times. Compared to so many other places in Santiago, this one left us with no positive or memorable feelings. The staff’s attention was noticeably uneven, with some guests receiving significantly more focus than others, which felt disrespectful. While the dishes were well-prepared, the lack of attentiveness and warmth in the service took away from the enjoyment of the meal. Sadly, this is the only place in Santiago we don’t plan to revisit.

Absolutely outstanding! This steakhouse in Spain exceeded all expectations. The octopus, lamb, and Tommy hawk steak were sheer perfection, and the service was impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place - it's an unforgettable dining experience. Kudos to the team for delivering the best meal I've had in Spain! 🥩🍽️🇪🇸

Absolutely amazing meal. Scallops were excellent. The steak was incredible. Can't praise enough the waiting staff. It is expensive but worth every single penny

Traditional Galician delicious food with classic ambiance and decor. Huge variety of the vines. Highly recommended to visit.
