Stanzione 87 Announces its Sudden Closure | Eater Miami
"Diners can still find Franco Stanzione's popular pies at Ash Pizza Parlor at the Citadel, where he offers unique takes on Neapolitan pizzas with more untraditional toppings; he also hinted at possibly revisiting the popular sandwich concept he debuted during the pandemic. In the meantime he is consulting with pizzerias around the country and throughout the Caribbean and exploring other business ventures, and says he is "not super rushed to open anything new right away" because the market is tough while he looks for the right location and time to make a move." - Olee Fowler
Pizza was super fresh and authentic ! Dough was very tasty and you can tell they use high quality ingredients. Staff was very friendly and attentive! Would definitely come back for more 🍕

Delicious authentic Neapolitan pizza. Thin dough, wet sauce under the toppings. Baked perfectly. Add it to your pizza rotation, you won’t regret it.

Solid pizza, great atmosphere with a bunch of different restaurants inside. Ample seating. Would purchase again.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza, and I specifically told them, not to add too much pepperoni. Moreover, crust is burned. I think this place has a great potential, just need better staff.

I have had pizza here 3 times. Staff are friendly and they appear to keep a clean and organized kitchen. Unfortunately the dough is possibly the worst I’ve ever had. Unevenly cooked, gum line and VERY chewy. I understand it is Neapolitan style so it won’t have a crispy crust, but last time I had it the dough was so chewy I could barely swallow it. The sauce has good flavor and the cheese and toppings were great. The dough needs to be addressed. They have great potential if they can figure that out.

Complete literal hit or miss. 50% of the time good. 50% of the time. They are out of cheese ( I swear this is true ) and they open late all the time. Management is a mess at this place. The last Emi
Came they actually had no sauce also. The last three times I tried no cheese twice and no sauce once. Like it’s really bad. Like how can a pizza place 65% of the time not have shredded cheese or sauce for pizza. They sell nothing else. They make nothing else. Crazy They have one nice employee. Wish I knew his name. The rest meh. Many speak literally zero English.

Burnt pizza and burnt bread. Taste horrible, don't know how this place has 4 stars. You guys are legit greifing. Little ceasar is better.
