Nestled on Broadway, Assembly Food Hall is a vibrant, multi-level venue serving up Nashville's beloved hot chicken and a global feast of casual eats, all accompanied by live music.
"Your son wants hot chicken, your daughter wants to try Thai food for the first time, and your picky in-laws are visiting. All you wanted was to park at Music City Center with enough time to eat before Kacey Musgraves takes the stage. Assembly Food Hall is the move here, and any situation where you need to accommodate a lot of different opinions. There are a lot of reliable vendors (Prince’s Hot Chicken, Thai Esane, The Pharmacy Burger, etc.) and most of them do mobile ordering. So, while you walk to Broadway, the grandparents can decide what they want and your daughter’s panang chicken should be ready right when you get there. Meanwhile, you just earned a quick dram of bourbon from Single Barrel while Gran and Grandpa do some entertaining for a few." - Adam Sloan
"For a group who cherishes variety, the Assembly Food Hall is truly the best bet. It’s always bustling, but easily accommodates large groups in its many seating areas. Back in the day, this would’ve been called a food court; today, it’s a food hall with over 20 different eateries and several bars scattered throughout. Prince’s Hot Chicken, Velvet Tacos, Hattie Jane’s Creamery, and so much more are available to order ahead, so diners can claim their spot and let everyone roam freely to grab the food of their choosing. Concerts and other events are frequent, so check the calendar before heading over." - Ellen Fort
"Assembly Food Hall is bringing Bourbon Street to Broadway this year with two Mardi Gras celebrations suited for all ages. On Saturday, February 10, and Fat Tuesday, February 13, a host of restaurants will be churning out specialty Mardi Gras bites, including a crawfish boil and shrimp po’ boys from Dock Local, a trio of beignets from the Philly Special, king cake shaved ice from Cotton & Snow, and a king cake waffle from the Liege Waffle Co. Assembly Food Hall will also serve up Hurricanes and Sazeracs and feature live music. Entry is free." - Bailee Mulder
"Massive mixed-use development Fifth + Broadway added dozens of excellent dining options for those visiting the popular honky-tonk strip. Standalone highlights include locally grown chains Hattie B’s Hot Chicken and Slim & Husky’s (the pizzeria made history as the first-ever Black-owned restaurant to open on Broadway) plus the wine-soaked Sixty Vines and the glamorous Twelve Thirty Club, which offers live music and food across several floors. The Assembly Food Hall here also offers a staggering variety of stalls and seating areas across multiple levels, including local favorites like Thai Esane, Saffron the Indian Kitchen, Steam Boys, Donut Distillery, and Prince’s Hot Chicken — creator of the iconic Nashville hot chicken." - Eater Staff, Delia Jo Ramsey
"Located right off Broadway, Assembly Food Hall is a uniquely Nashville food court in all the best ways. It’s a casual one-stop shop representing dozens of local restaurants and bars, including two favorites for Nashville hot chicken: Hattie B’s and Prince’s, which created the iconic dish. Coupled with a rooftop event space and three stages for live music, it has a little bit of something for everyone, including revelers along the famous party street that is Lower Broadway." - Jackie Gutierrez-Jones
