One of my favorite restaurants ever! Food is real art here. Beautiful presentation, sublime flavors, intriguing combinations, amazing taste. The service is warm and extremely friendly. They deserve a second star 100%! An experience to repeat 🤩🤩🤩

Phenomenal meal here at AT. Came here for lunch. Flavors were inventive and fresh. Service and pacing were excellent. Hope to be back soon for the dinner menu

Super slick, super easy, super cool atmosphere, and extremely friendly staff. 1-star Michelin with a twist. The menu is intriguing and surprising and is a delight for the eyes too. With the many amouse-bouche and courses, often composed by two or three many dishes, you will not leave AT hungry. A special experience in Paris.

A spectacular blend of technique, flavour, and presentation. Service was very warm and welcoming! My wife and I had a blast talking to the staff — who were very friendly, and showed us a fun time! It was a pleasure to meet Chef Atsushi as he came to our table at the end of our meal. The balance of flavours was quite exceptional. At A.T. You can identify Chef Atsushi’s personality through each course. The signature dishes are a good standard for the menu. However, the other dishes surrounding the signatures showcase creativity and seasonality. Thank you very much Restaurant A.T. for welcoming my wife and I to your fantastic restaurant.

Fantastic food and service. And the wine pairing was above and beyond. Really friendly staff, that made this lunch one of our beat in Paris

A.T. Has quickly jumped to the top of my list for exquisite Japanese - French inspired food in Paris. The restaurant decor is very taken back to leave room for the great presentation and food quality. We enjoyed their tasting menu for dinner and every course had its own wow factor. We did one pairing and enjoyed a few alcohol free cocktails - which I would highly recommend for anyone even if they enjoy alcohol. Highly recommend to get a spot!

It was a very nice and special experience, I would love to book another meal here in a different season to see how many surprises I will get from the chef. During the 13 courses in the tasting menu, most of the time you will get 3 tiny dishes prepared with the same main elements in a totally different way. Sometimes the staff will ask you to try by the order, sometimes you can just play and mix them as you like. There are several moments that I felt strongly connected to the emotion and experiences from the chef team. There must be someone in the chef team who loves diving in the sea. The table wares are also part of the food exhibition, they carefully picked every plate and spoon as the canvases, and the dishes are just a glance and a touch of the sea. You can also smell the coldness of the winter, as like you are standing by the cliff and breathing the seaweed under the water, a bit salty together with the algae green and gray blue color. It’s modern art, within a humble expression. It couldn’t be too much, or too little. But it will bring you to share a journey with the creators again and enjoy tasting the nature. The chosen vegetables are very alive and full of taste. The combination of sea and land elements shows the passion from the chef team. While I can also feel the ceramics are made in an unrestricted free way other than the food. Running a restaurant in Paris must be very difficult, some dishes are kind of the “Michelin trend” other than the chef’s personality. Such as the beetroot, it’s nicely prepared, especially the candy one is fun, while for me it is “beetroot again?”. I also saw the staff team is full of young people with different personalities, and they all have sparks in their eyes working here even though it was super busy and quite stressful lunch time. I would be happy to see if the dishes could be more bold and wild, more passionate and unlimited next time. P.S. Try the Japanese shoju, it matches all the seafood dishes.

Yelp
J'y retournerai. / I was able to sneak in for a "no-reservation" lunch, in this small minimalist decor restaurant with only 8 tables.  I enjoyed the smoked mussels with "Naan" style fried bread, the pigeon breast and leg, and the red tuna carpaccio, and of course, the marigold dessert (four choices), Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the signature dish (spider crab), although it was technically clever. But the servers were excellent, and I otherwise enjoyed myself... I'll return.  2023 09 08. M1.

Yelp
Dinner at restaurant AT was my favorite meal on a recent ten-day trip to France. Although it's listed here as French cuisine, I think that's an oversimplification. It's more like... Scandinavian-influenced food prepared by a Japanese chef in Paris? Anyway, whatever it is, it's unique and beautiful. The menu is seafood-forward with a lot of chilled courses and subtle flavors; we ate here towards the end of the trip, and, after days and days of red meat, cheese, bread, fois gras, and more bread, the lightness of this REALLY hit the spot. I can't remember any one course as a particular favorite because the whole meal just flowed together in seamless way, with each course relating perfectly to the ones before and after. I usually avoid taking pics of my food in really upscale restaurants because it feels tacky- and when I do I am super sneaky about it- but here the presentation is so beautiful that it was impossible to resist photographing. (Also, I felt much less awkward because the woman next to me was taking photos of HER food with a small stuffed bear, sooooo.....) The serving vessels and utensils are works of art, right down to the single most beautiful carved spoon I have ever eaten with. We chose to forego the wine pairing and have some sake, and the ones on offer were fantastic. I truly loved this place and hope to visit again next time I'm in Paris.

Yelp
A.T was a party in our mouths! This was probably one of the best tasting menu experiences we've had, plus nice interiors and service, beautiful custom made ceramics etc. Chef Tanaka coming out to chat with us was the cherry on top of this experience!

Yelp
It took me a few days to fully process our phenomenal culinary experience at Chef Atsushi Tanaka's Restaurant A.T. There are so many great restaurants in Paris and many of them are owned by a new wave of Japanese chefs, but Restaurant A.T. stands out even when compared to the three Michelin star restaurants that we've been to around the world. Chef Tanaka has worked at some of the world's most prestigious restaurants, including Pierre Gagnaire and Geranium and his dishes have hints of each of these restaurants that has had an influence on him. What makes the experience at A.T. so special is that you get to experience everything you want from a fine dining experience in that single meal without it being too formal - beautiful aesthetics, delicious food and warm and friendly service. Each dish is like a work of art (indeed, his former boss Gagnaire describes him as the "Picasso of the kitchen"), but this is not a place where the food is just pretty to look at because everything really does taste as amazing as it looks. The dishes are minimalist yet rich and packed with various ingredients and each bite brings out so many different flavors that are hidden inside. The food is modern, Japanese and Nordic while also retaining traditional cooking methods and taking in influences from French and Spanish cuisines. We couldn't understand why this place hasn't yet received as many accolades as it deserves and perhaps it's because Michelin inspectors consider the place to be too casual for it to receive more stars, but for us the casual fine dining aspect of it made for a perfect experience. For 105 euros this is the best tasting menu that the city has to offer.

Yelp
I eat at Restaurant AT every time I come to Paris. The last time I ate here I chose to eat alone. Every dish was like a meditation- I would close my eyes and let the combination of temperature and taste mess with my head. The wine pairings are always unusual and outstanding. It's so reasonable too- for what the chef offers. I am blown away by this place. Thank you so much.

Yelp
I was pretty excited to try this place out as a Michelin star restaurant. And we had made reservations beforehand. But if I'm being completely honest, the food is not the best I've had. Maybe because I'm not a big fan of seafood or anything served cold/raw, and a lot of the dishes were served that way. They do have a very comprehensive menu set with 8 dishes in total (we did add one for an extra 20E). The overall dining time was over 2 hours, and that's fairly typical for a restaurant like this. It only opens for 3 hours everyday (1.5 for lunch and 1.5 for dinner) and only serve those with reservation. The food was very creative in terms of the style and design. But it was a lot of fish, mussels, and cold-served dishes. My friends really liked it though. But the last two hot dishes were indeed very delicious. I think it's a very good experience if you're looking for an authentic or fun tasting experience.

Yelp
Restaurant A.T.'s tasting menu was fun and fairly creative with dishes that ranged from very creative and delicious to commendable efforts in culinary exploration. The restaurant has guests come at specific seatings to enable the restaurant to serve each course to more or less the entire restaurant at the same time. Despite this, the waiters and sommeliers at times seemed frazzled, forgetting to fulfil our wine and drink orders. Overall however, the service was very good and the restaurant including the head chef, seemed eager to please. We saw the head chef come out on several occasions to assist the Japanese-only speaking guests to select their wine and to provide an explanation of the meals. As for the individual dishes, my only qualm was that at times, the creative element in each dish failed to shine - either due to the accompaniment of an overpowering herb or flavour or cooking methodology. Nonetheless, the restaurant was successful in incorporating unusual ingredients and flavours to the diners' pleasure, more often than not. The highlight of the meal for me was the dessert. First, there were two dessert dishes!!!

Yelp
Came here upon a friend's recommendation. The set menu was fun, each course was unique and some where surprising. Most of the dishes were 10/10, and it was a fun 2.5-3 hours dinner. Definitely make a reservation in advance. Go for the wine pairing too, you won't regret it!

Yelp
I have to say that I was VERY disappointed. This restaurant was recommended to me by good friend (that now I have to reconsider our friendship...). The food is very sofisticated and "interesting" but the taste palate and flavors are, sorry to say, awful. At the end of the dinner we ended up with 240 euro check for couple and went to eat baguette.....
