Atalaya is a real gem in Alcossebre. The Michelin star is more than deserved — every dish is beautifully crafted, full of flavor, and clearly rooted in local products with a creative twist. The tasting menus are a true journey, with surprising textures and presentations that make the experience memorable. The space is bright, modern, and welcoming, with a calm atmosphere both inside and on the terrace. Service is outstanding: professional, attentive, and friendly, with detailed explanations of each course. It really feels like the team takes care of every detail to make your meal special. Some reviews mention the pace can be a bit slow with the longer menus, and the terrace in summer can get hot or attract mosquitos, but overall the level of care and quality more than makes up for it. A fantastic choice whether you’re looking for a fine dining experience as a couple, with friends, or even with kids (they offer a thoughtful children’s menu). One of the best restaurants in the region — definitely worth the trip! My only criticisms if can be called like that is that the service is a bit slow and should pay more attention to when to replenish glasses or bread but that’s it!

Very tasty dishes paired with good wines. Expect an evening filling program. Not cheap but certainly worth every penny

We had the Bergantin menu at 70 euros per person. Beautiful food served in an attractive and thoughtful way. Mainly fish and every bite delicious. Service was unobtrusive but prompt. Good selection of wines to suit each menu. I would definitely recommend if you want a special meal

Great experience, happy to have this place in Alcoceber. Nice way to present local products and dishes, super friendly and relaxed staff, special mention to the lady helping us with the wines; she's got knowledge and tries to understand what you'relooking for. I do recommend it and will be back!

Just amazing place! Must to visit if you stay in Alcossebre. Very nice atmosphere, super polite people, incredible menu! It's sad that we couldn't take the complete menu, but even a short version was amazing and we left full. It was very nice that we were advised about timing per menu (the long one is about 3 hours and if you are with kids, it's good to be informed in advance!) They also have a kids menu. It was the first time when in a degustutaion menu all plates were incredible! Dinner or lunch in this place will make your day speccial!) Thanks a lot, we will come here again for sure!

One of the best meals we've had in Alcosebre. We had the €45 tasting menu, all in all pretty decent, with friendly helpful service. Its pricey, for Alcossebre, close to London prices, but worth it.
