You can just go here without bringing a towel or soap. I came on weekday, it was not crowded. Be careful, the female and male sign is in Kanji. The right side is for male. The bathtub water is extremely hot for me. I was barely able to dip my entire body. Water temperature is about 40. It changes my skin to red 😆

A wonderful traditional Japanese public bath. If you are not familiar with Japanese traditional public bath, this is NOT the place for you. Someone complain about the shower, but actually without showers was a default of traditional authentic Japanese public bath. There are two baths inside: Hot and Not so hot. Actually, the not so hot bath is hot and the hot is even hotter. Great experience.

Such an old-fashioned style of house compared to others around it. The water is crazy hot (loved it), the place is clean, and it's all-in for cheap. Proprietor can be a little rough to foreigners but he warms up after a couple visits.

Clean, but crowded. No so spacious. The water might be a degree Celsius higher than other sentos. The neighborhood is simply gorgeous. Right in the middle of Kagurazaka.

It's the local bathhouse. Reasonably priced. Hot water.

これぞ大衆浴場入母屋千鳥破風の番台式銭湯♨️昔ながらの熱めの湯船に細かいタイル張り 当時、洗髪代を取っていた頃の名残りの作り 坪池には鯉がトイレを是非覗いて頂きたい！ 昭和30年頃を残す貴重な作りこれぞレトロ 女将さんは番台に上がるが！ご主人はご時世なのか？コンプライアンスを気にして番台には上がらず！脱衣所をウロウロ？創業７０年を超える昭和の代表的な銭湯熱海湯でした。

1951年創業。七十年以上も神楽坂の街とともに時を刻んでいる銭湯です。料亭や和食店の多いと神楽坂の街に宮造りの店構えがしっかりと溶け込んでいます。お湯が熱いと伺っていましたが、私はそんなに熱いとは思いませんでした。湯船には「あつい」と「ふつう」に分かれています。サウナはありません。ここでひとっ風呂浴びて神楽坂に飲みに出かけるのも良いのではないでしょうか。

運動後、サッパリしたくて熱海湯に直行！ 番台から男湯も女湯もどちらも繋がってるレトロスタイル！ 更衣室からは見事な富士山の壁画が見えます！ そして男湯のトイレ行く時にふと見ると池にたくさんの鯉が泳いでてなんだか優雅！ 身体を洗って湯船に向かうも、どうやらめちゃくちゃ熱そう！ 案の定めちゃくちゃ熱くて江戸っ子のお湯って感じ！ 水風呂とかは無し！ 熱々になった身体は水を浴びてやや整える感じでした！ トイレも古いけど清潔で、なくなってほしく無い、大事にしたい銭湯でした！
