"Located just a few metres from its former location but now with more space, this culinary “workshop” has a fresh, bright and neighbourly feel as well as an eclectic functionality that includes a completely open-view kitchen behind the serving station. Raúl Sierra, the highly enthusiastic chef at the helm, focuses on contemporary cuisine that continues to showcase Andalucian flavours and modern techniques with a nod to other countries and meticulous presentation. The à la carte, which features the restaurant’s classic dishes, is complemented by a tasting menu with a continual emphasis on seasonal products." - Michelin Inspector

Very cozy, small restaurant with excellent service and attention to detail. We tried their seasonal tasting menu and loved it. The dishes were elaborate with complex and unusual flavors, made from local ingredients. Watching the food being prepared at the bar counter was enjoyable. We wish we had one more night in Granada to experience the rest of the menu, as everything looked so delicious. Big appreciation for the chef and the whole team.

A culinary masterpiece in Granada! We had the tasting menu at Atelier Casa de Comidas, and it was absolutely incredible. There were 9 courses in total, each beautifully presented and a true feast for the senses. Every dish was delicious and of the highest culinary standard. We also opted for the wine pairing, and each course was accompanied by a perfectly matched Spanish wine. The sommelier's recommendations were spot-on, and the service overall was fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. If you're in Granada, don't miss this culinary gem!

We managed to make a reservation on a weekday at 830pm. When we arrived it was empty but soon it was filled out which shows how popular it is despite being outside the city center. We went with the standard 8 course which costs just 55 euros which is a steal for a Michelin star place. I was surprised at how many ‘main’ dish they had, definitely not complaining. I enjoyed the barramundi dish in particular which was served alongside an eggplant side. The onion soup was strange for me as it was served with cow snout which is a texture I’ve never had. I also had prefer there would be more flavored broth however the one they used are usually the clear ones that isn’t very strong in flavor, perhaps a style unique for this place. I certainly felt the dessert was a slight letdown, while it tried to bring out the essence of Granada and blending in elements of Muslim spices, I felt it made the dish very complex and unenjoyable as the tastes and tastier didn’t compliment each other. Otherwise, I can’t fault them for anything else in terms of presentation, tastes, service, quality and price. Definitely worth to check it out when in Granada but ensure you reserve in advance to avoid disappointment!

What a fantastic restaurant! If you are in Granada, you owe it to yourself to come here. We ordered a la carte and the food was amazing! Each dish was better than the last: the initial chef starter that was a play on patatas bravas; the oxtail in croissant was delicious, balanced, and craveable, we ordered three entrees - the marinated pork filet roast, with onion toffe and spiced pumpkin puree, that was something really special; the duck breast in botanical oil, corn, and black pepper sauce that had skin rendered to perfection; and a special that was potatoes with eggs, pork and mushrooms that was mind blowing in the complexity of flavors and textures. For dessert, we had the chocolate sponge cake that was rich and delicious. The service throughout was absolutely fantastic, above and beyond, the sommelier had great recommendations. We have been in Spain for almost a month and this is far and away our best meal. It is our best meal for 2024 and my husband works in restaurants in NYC and we eat out a fair amount. It really is worth going to. The tables near us were having the tasting menu and that looked lovely as well. I don't think you can go wrong here.

Atelier Casa de Comidas - Worthy of the Michelin guide, Chef Raul Sierra focuses on contemporary cuisine showcasing Andalusian flavours. Regretfully, we did not pre-order the tasting menu. The A la carte tho was very good. - Free starter was Patata Bravas with kimchi and Paprika sauce. Sour and spicy kick was perfect way to start - Mushroom pastry that was off menu with Uni was really good, full of mushroom flavour without being too overwhelming. The Uni was probably meant to give a hint of the sea. - Liquid Salad of lettuce bud roasted in Kamado, Sturgeon, dehydrated tomato in Wine, beetroot cured Japanese style - This was the best salad I’ve had in my life. Felt like I was walking through the forest, so much texture, savoury, sour kick and umami - Roasted Sole with mushroom, Shisho, emulsified artichoke with beef aged fats - W balanced and the sauce and various vegetables goes so well with the tender and fresh fish chunk, perfectly cooked. - Grilled octopus leg, broccoli, jalapeños, fermented pineapple juice (salty sour sweet all in 1) - This really overshadows all the octopus legs we had in Spain. Huge and tender and not overly tough nor overcooked, goes so well with the fermented pineapple juice and everything else. - Beef tenderloin aged 30 days and baked potato - One bite and the intensity of beef flavour in your mouth. Smells abit like Cantonese waxed meat - Creamy rice pudding with Mascarpone Cheese and cookie bits were incredible, similar to the Gula Melaka dessert in Singapore. IG:@melvineateat

Fantastic dining experience. Tried their tasting menu - 8 dishes, perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, with attention to detail - stars of the show were Watermelon with Fermented Tomatos, Squid Tartar, Game Coulant and Iberian Presa- SPECTACULAR dish! Service was top notch, everyone kind, professional and loving their job. And nothing beats the price for such an amazing dinner in Michelin-noted restaurant. Highly recommended!

Overall excellent value. Very creative and innovative and the wine pairing was very generous as well. If I had to give some constructive criticism, it would be that the chef is a bit too ambitious. Sometimes there are too many flavours and complexity in a single dish and could be more simple.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Atelier Casa de Comidas, an upscale establishment known for its innovative cuisine. Overall, my experience was delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and ushered to our table. The staff was knowledgeable and guided us through the menu, offering insightful recommendations. We ordered a taste menu. But as far as I understood, you need to inform the restaurant before if you want to get a taste menu. We liked the taste menu in general. 55 euro for the taste menu was also not too much considering the number of courses. However, while I appreciated the complexity of the dishes, some combinations felt a bit overwhelming. The flavors were ambitious and innovative, but at times, they seemed to compete rather than complement each other. This made the dining experience slightly confusing and detracted from an otherwise exceptional meal. Despite this minor critique, I would still highly recommend this restaurant for those seeking a memorable fine dining experience.
