The 20 Best Bakeries In Paris - Paris - The Infatuation

"You won’t find baguettes at this industrial-chic boulangerie on the quieter side of Montmartre. What you will find are dense, sour rye tourtes, whole wheat loaves with grains and seeds, and a wheat-rye mashup so hearty and well-made it’ll keep for a week, no problem. And since this is a destination for bread nerds, each loaf gets a label detailing the grind and origin of each flour. But this starchy playground gets better: They one-up the classic bakery sandwich with a golden, turmeric-scented ciabatta piled with kimchi-infused tuna rillettes and bright pickled courgettes. The local’s move is the formule, which gets you a sandwich, drink, and a dessert. You’re also contractually obligated to get the palmier that’s so caramelized it’s the color of a centime." - sara lieberman, emily monaco

Bring a friend—and share an off-menu savory tartlet made with an earthy olive oil crust and filled with seasonal silky, slow-cooked zucchini topped with almonds and currants to fresh tomatoes and olive. Take your spoils just across the street to feast in the picturesque Square Léon Serpollet." - Emily Monaco

I had to try their much talked about tartlets, mushroom ones (vegan) were amazingly savory and perfect snack size. Enjoyed it along with their onion ricotta focaccia which was equally good. Their sesame cookie didn't hit the spot. The service was excellent, they have a table if you'd like to sit and eat which i did.

the first bakery we went to on our trip to paris and we ended up going back twice! there can be a line sometimes, but it moves fast and the praline pain au chocolat is to DIE for (very sweet, but pairs well with another pastry).

Perhaps one of the best bakeries in Paris, you should definitely try the carrot or zucchini tartalet. A large selection of freshly baked bread.Very polite staff, please note the schedule is open all days except Mondays and Tuesdays!

Heavenly good praline pain au chocolat! It was everything you would expect a perfect pain au chocolat to be (flaky, crunchy on the outside, buttery inside) but the praline elevated the pastry to another level. The quality of the praline cream is something I’ll remember for a long time (rich, nutty, not too sweet). One of the best pastries I tried in Paris.

This place is so so so good! Staff was awesome! I highly recommend all the treats here! My faves were almond croissant, praline pan au chocolat! They were perfectly baked! Bought some for take away and even after 4 days- still tastes great! Truly a winter indulgence! Cant wait to be back!

The place smells wonderful and the colours in the place feel warm and wholesome. The staff were super helpful and friendly, spoke perfect English and clear French ( I promise one day my French will be good enough ). Opens early and was quite busy early Sunday morning, so get there early for the best stuff. Had a good amount of vegan foods that looked delicious and I will try them all next time. Can’t wait to come back!

We tried this bakery because of the good reviews. Breads are ok, really expensive for what it is. I didn’t take the photo bus we tried Cinnamon and Chocolate Babka. It had no taste at all. It’s a shame because the breads looked lovely.

Came with my young child to get pastries while on vacation. These were the best pastries we've had our whole trip. The bread smelled amazing too, we hope to be back to buy some soon. The cashier was also very kind and friendly with my child.
