Manon is the best designer I have ever worked with. Her design sense and eye for beauty is unique and unerring. Her skill pairing colors, textures, shapes and proportions when decorating a room is wonderful. She relates affectionately to her clients. I once changed my mind about a fabric choice that we had decided on previously. When I discussed it with her there was no sense from her of irritation, annoyance or push-back. Instead she responded with, “I want you to be happy.” That remark is the essence of how she worked with me, always flexible, always timely and responsive to my opinions, yet still with clear design thoughts of her own. Manon also has many wonderful resources whether it is a furniture maker/upholsterer or unique retailers that offer designs one wouldn’t find in mass retailers. She brings her excellent business sense as well which for me resulted in her managing expectations, meeting deadlines, setting expectations and never surprising me. Her fees are very reasonable for the amount and quality of work that she does. She goes above and beyond what is contracted. I without reserve encourage you to reach out to Manon if you want a relationship with a designer that is collaborative, personal, gracious, kind, within your budget and whose goal is to make you happy.

Manon was clear about every step of the process, understood my need for a design that was both aesthetically pleasing and functional for a family with two kids, and delivered a fantastic design plan that incorporated my preferences but also pushed me in helpful directions. She was great at not only selecting items for my home, but in explaining the rationale behind those selections, leaving me feeling simultaneously supported and empowered. She puts a lot of thought and care into her work with clients, and it is apparent from the very first meeting.
