Visiting Winery was truly one of those unforgettable experiences. The setting is stunning, thoughtfully designed with great taste and care, and the atmosphere is warm and genuine. The food…Every bite was a delightful surprise—authentic flavors, perfectly paired with wines, and the most importantly: prepared with passion you simply can’t find anywhere else in the region. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a work of art. A heartfelt thank you goes to our host, whose effort, knowledge, and dedication were truly exceptional. His passion for wine and hospitality shines through in every detail. I wholeheartedly recommend Šapat to anyone seeking an authentic, rich, and soulful experience.

Atelje vina Šapat was the reason we decided to drive from Ljubljana to the area near Novi Sad. It’s one of the very few Michelin-starred places in the region, and it was definitely worth the trip. The building is beautifully designed, with an idyllic setting and an unforgettable view over the vineyards. They offer three different tasting menus, each with a unique focus: meat, fish, or experimental. The wine pairing features their own wines, introduced and explained throughout the dinner. After the meal, we arranged a visit to the kitchen with Nikola, as well as a tour of the wine cellar and their impressive wine archive. We also stayed overnight. Breakfast was available (on our request) as a pre-arranged box, which worked perfectly. A big thank you to Andžela for the warm welcome, and to Marko and Uroš for guiding the whole experience with care and professionalism.

This was one of the most amazing evenings. I came here with a group of 18 friends not sure what to expect, but I was thoroughly blown away. The service was amazing, the food fantastic, the venue spellbinding, and the tour edifying! I would recommend this to anyone as a perfect way to spend the day

A truly beautiful vineyard located on the banks of the Danube. The owners paid attention to o every detail and it shows. Modern operations with a wonderful restaurant and staff. We had an amazing meal and the truffle risotto, perch and tiramisu is not to be missed. Entire staff are so professional and helpful. Will return in the fall when it is cooler to enjoy the patio

Fleur de Sel restaurant is a delicate sensation on Serbia's gastronomic map. The tasting menu, curated by the head chef, emphasizes fresh regional ingredients, brought together in unexpected combinations, all with a distinct French culinary vibe, creamy textures, and excellent sauces that elevate each dish. The view of vineyard slopes and the river completes this outstanding experience. Notable dishes include: 1. Ravioli in pork fat with pumpkin sauce, filled with pumpkin and topped with fresh Vojvodina white truffles – delicate, creamy, elegant. 2. Potato spheres on Futog cabbage, tapioca chips, lobster, and white bisque sauce – a surprisingly excellent combination, absolutely delicious. 3. Valrhona chocolate truffles with graded doses of truffles, served with chestnut sorbet – an intensely rich flavor experience! A strong Michelin star candidate!

Amazing food, wine, staff, service, attention, pictures, cats, just TOP NOTCH. 7 grape varieties but a menu that includes all best wines around the world. Highly highly recommended

The most exclusive restaurant in this part of Europe, definitely a Michelin star worthy. The location itself is memorable - you can see endless vineyards and Danube while enjoying the best of the best vine and food. Servers and the entire dining experience is beyond highest expectations. Highly recommended. If you are a hedonist, this is a place you will return to.
