Atlantic Grill

The service was bad upon walking in. No greeting no customer service at all. The food had no flavor and not as advertised. What made the truffle fried truffle? What made the blacked shrimp blackened? Our servers attitude was unappreciative and it was because he got an automatic tip.

This was my first time at this place, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I sat at the bar, Britney, my server, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. She was incredibly professional and genuinely kind, making me feel truly valued. I can’t wait to return! The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were equally impressive. Britney outdid herself by creating the best lemon drop I’ve ever had! It’s a must try

service was absolutely terrible. no real customer service or any form of hospitality from Brittany. service was less than the bare minimum. our server spent most of our visit laughing and joking with her teammates (which isn’t an issue if we were fully taken care of). she wasn’t present when needed. we were ready to order the moment she put out drinks down, but walked away before we could even say anything nor did she ask us were we ready for appetizers or to order. then she came to check on us when we got out food (before we started eating) and disappeared again and only came back to check on us when we were about ready for the check. our food was absolutely disgusting, i cannot even put it into words. lemonade was also disgusting and extremely sweet. on top of it all there was automatic gratuity, which isn’t the issue itself, but the lack of service made it feel undeserved. i am an operations manager of a chain restaurant with an international name and would be so disappointed if my servers were providing this type of experience. the host was very nice and was working diligently from what i can see, so she was a nice part of our visit.

The food and atmosphere was great. Thumbs up. Gratuity is 18% which is a minus but I agreed so nothing for me to complain about for good food. You’ve already got almost a $28 in gratuity. With that being said don’t ask any customer if they need change if youve already got your gratuity and looking to double that. Let the customer decide when to deny change. Most customers don’t mind spending but let them decide. That was my 2 star away from service.

Brittany the server was truly amazing! Very beautiful personality. She made me a really good espresso martini too! I had to give her a good tip! Music was good and the food was good too. I recommend the shrimp and calamari. Just great vibes all around.

Great location, had a ribeye steak and it was very flavorful and tender with a good sear, partner had salmon plate. Highlights were also the mashed potatoes, they were delicious!

What a hidden gem inside of a bustling center. This place definitely screams neighborhood bar with the low key feels and welcoming hospitality. You immediately feel right at home and the food is very tasty. They have a nice variety of the various menu items they offer and you receive your order in great time. I love the drinks and the staff is always approaches you with very genuine service. If you're looking for a down home place, with good food, service, and drinks, INSIDE of Atlantic Station, this is it.

Most restaurants at Atlanta Station are always packed. This was was just about empty. The #1 reason is probably that as soon as you walk in, there is a sign saying that they charge 18% gratuity on ALL CHECKS. That’s whether or not you have a part of 20 or a party of 2. My waitress was perfect! She would have received a much more generous tip, had forced gratuity not already been added. Just increase your prices and pay your wait staff more. 2 of the children wanted shrimp alfredo but were informed that there wasn’t any. We also ordered the calamari and shrimp appetizer. There were 3 shrimp, a few calamari pieces, and whole lot of fried onions and peppers. Don’t order that. The rest of the food was good. Not amazing and not bad.

I can honestly say that I have an AWESOME time every time I come to this place. The food is very good but it is really about the people. It reminds me of cheers or a neighborhood pub that people continue to frequent for a lifetime!

Jerk wings were spicy and fab! Waitress (ReeRee) was attentive and helpful. Sat outside under the shade, which was nice.

The food was top tier and the customer service was even better! The food came out super fast 15-20 mins tops waiting for food! Give them a try you won't regret it!!

Was not good to me ,and the portion size was way too small for the price ,I expected so much more in flavor and size plus our waiter was not as welcoming

I come to Atlantic Station only during the Christmas time and they never disappoint! The music is always great and there's always different things to try from the food options to the ice skating to shopping to even movies! This is my favorite spot to go during the holiday season and the service never disappoints (depending on which place you go). I would definitely recommend this location to someone who has never gotten the chance to check it out! Make sure you check to see what event is going on or which spots are best to try! Even though we Ubered here parking is underground in a parking deck and they also have street parking available, just make sure you don't go when it's too busy! 10/10 would recommend!!

Never again. I suggested Atlantic Grill because it had been recommended by a friend who lives in Atlantic Station. My girlfriend and I were looking for a restaurant to go to after Cirque Du Soleil. We were greeted warmly by the hostess, told there was no open seating and asked if we would like to sit at the bar for dinner. It went from OK to really bad quickly. The bartender was either in a bad mood or hard of hearing (or both). I told my friend the entire staff acted like this restaurant in Chicago that is famous for being rude to patrons. I ordered coffee. It was served cold and tasted so bad I was shocked. I asked about how old the coffee was, and was told by the bartender he was only drinking it to stay awake. Do you think someone could have bothered to make a new pot? We put our food order in. I ordered the nachos, which came out luke-warm and not hot enough to have all of the cheese melted. I asked the other bartender for salsa, hot sauce (really anything). He was rude, didn't smile and looked annoyed. He wound up bringing me Tabasco. We were never even given napkins with silverware. We were using the cocktail napkins from the bar. When I asked another staff member for real napkins the bartender finally brought over our napkins and silverware, well into our meal. He just dumped them in front of us, like "whatever". During our meal, I could hear the bartender barking to staff to "go get the food" or welcoming someone coming on shift with, "it's about time you got here". No one seemed very happy at all. The bartender and staff were nice to the regulars, but, I haven't had service this bad for a long time. It really ended our evening poorly. I will never, ever - and, I mean forever go back to the Atlantic Grill. It was in one word, awful.

I hate to make to make this a "Bad" review but unfortunately this food is by far some of the worst I've had in a while. We decided to come to this restaurant because is right across from the movie theaters we were attending later and want to get a quick bite prior...We walked in and was friendly greeted by a sever and gave a menus to review. I decided to go with something safe which was "Wings & House Fries" and when I tell you I didn't think a restaurant could mess up wings & fries...This place provided me wrong! The wings had great crisps but NO FLAVOR...all they do is fry unseasoned chicken and toss in sauce...the fries was just extremely greasy but the plus side was all the food was hot and the sweet tea was really good. The restaurant space is clean and the offer patio seating. I will most definitely not patronize here again.

Had lunch here with a group of 9 around 1:15p. Not a huge place. They were able to move tables around to seat us. Waiter was good. Not chatty, not rude, checked on us regularly. A few of us got the wagyu burger all medium rare & it was very good. 2 people got the the wagyu ravioli. Then there was a smash burger, chicken bowl & nachos which were huge but it was an appetizer. Everyone enjoyed their meals & raved about the fries. One drink order was wrong but the person didn't feel the need to send it back. All in all we enjoyed our experience. I'd done here again.

We popped in here for basic American fare while enjoying a day at Atlantic Station. Party of 3, 2 adults and a 7-year old on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered the smash burger, mild wings and chicken fingers. We were really surprised at how much we enjoyed each entree. The service was nice (it wasn't crowded) though admittedly it took a while for the food to come out. Great drink and cocktail options as well. If you need to eat at ATL Station and don't have a plan, this is a good spot with a variety of options.

I'm one of those people who stumbled into this place after being at a festival. I did I initially came because some lady was drunkly telling me about how they had the best salmon, but I think she was talking about some other place because I didn't see that on the menu. This place is pretty quaint, but they do have an outdoor patio so they can see a few more people so that's cool. I got the sweet and spicy fried chicken it was a delicious spicy barbecue style sauce and it came with a side of macaroni and cheese and brussell sprouts. My brother got the fish and chips and had order remorse the entire time I didn't eat my meal. I have to say that meal alone is the reason I keep coming back to this place it one of the best meals I've had at any restaurant in this area. As a matter fact, I was at that rosé bistro and ended up, leaving there afterwards, coming to Atlantic Grill, and getting this meal to go lol.

The SOUTHERN STYLE BURGER IS A MOST! I've visited here before and for some reason we didn't stay, but there wasn't many people here this day for Saturday at the station. Our server professional and the restrooms were clean. I can't get over how good my burger was and the triple stack or whatever it's called that someone at my table got had beautiful presentation. They did not last, but the number of tvs was great for game day if there is a place you're looking to watch some sports.

The food came out nice and hot, and the drinks were GREAT! Grabbing a bite before a show, the waitress was very accommodating of our time and we were served quickly. Good music playing too! I'd revisit.

First of all, it smelled amazing when I walked in. And even though it was small, that doesn't say anything about the damn food. That food was fire. The nachos, rice, chicken. Amazing, the chicken was crispy, fresh, hot, and not burnt! I would go here everyday if I could. I recommend this place if you just need a bite to eat that's nearby! Also the food took like 15 minutes to get to my table! That's how you know it's worth it.

I ordered the blackened shrimp tacos and the brussel sprouts which were both pretty good. The chips on the side seemed a tiny bit stale to me. I would come back though. I was told they have good burgers. It was pretty empty at lunchtime on a Wednesday, so we got right in. The server was real nice. Parking in the garage is free for up to 2 hrs so I'll come back to this area more often!

If there was a zero star that would be my rating. Got seated and sat for 20 minutes while the waiter assigned passed us several times and took orders for tables seated after us. Rude staff is an understatement. When trying to share that h overlooked us proceed to gaslight us to say we are the ones being rude and he will get u someone else. After waiting 10 minutes went and spoke with a Manager and still nothing changed when she stated she will send someone over. So after being there for 40 minutes with not even anyone taking a drink order we left. They basically had no intention of offering us any service. Totally disrespectful behavior and clearly management has no influence on the staff and did not event make the attempt to just take care of our order since they were short staffed and needed the help

This was a good place for lunch. I will be back. The wait could have been a little shorter, but the food made up for it.

I am typing this review as we're in the restaurant because our experience has been THAT bad. My partner and I came in tonight to get out of the wait time at the much better Yard House. While I do not *want* to assume the poor service was a result of homophobia, I feel that way for a number of reasons. 1. We arrived around 7. We ordered the fried calamari appetizer and it arrived 30 minutes later. Our food took at least an hour from the time we arrived. Again, two very simple orders. 2. My partner received some not-welcoming glances from staff. He made a request for some sauce. Never came. 3. Mind you, a single man sitting directly behind us ordered the same appetizer and received it immediately. His food came within barely 15 minutes after. He did sit down for his meal after we did. Oh and the table of 4 behind us? Got their meal within 20 minutes of sitting. It's just so glaringly obvious. 4. Our server practically vanished. No "is everything good?" No introduction. It seemed like a deliberate attempt to minimize contact. As if that weren't enough, we waited an extra 10 minutes for the check. Seriously. If this is how this establishment approaches same-sex couples, I wish you the best of luck in the city of Atlanta. First and last time visiting. And I'll be sure to give this glowing recommendation whenever I can.

Great burger! However, the staff isn't very good and they add an 18% gratuity to the check automatically, which I do not mind. The problem is... The staff will present the check and not let you know that the gratuity is already added and they don't show the details on the receipt which I think is very shady.

Salmon fillet was very nice. The accompanying sauce was the best I have had in a while.

Starving so I walked in here and was going to leave back out until the waitress stopped me and said it was good. Hungry as hell, I decided to order food at the bar. I was in the mood for breakfast so I got the [Brunch Sampler]. The pancakes were amazing. I loved how well seasoned the potatoes were and that there was fresh seasoning used also. The bacon was too crispy for me, but that's ok since I didn't tell them the way I wanted them. The eggs were pretty good. I didn't like the fact that it came with a cheddar biscuit, but since they were out, they gave me a regular biscuit without even telling me they were out. I was hoping to try the cheddar biscuit. The strawberry lemonade mimosa was pretty good. One more and I would have been sitting sideways like Paul Wall, but I had to drive so I settled for just one drink THIS TIME! It was a great price also, $7.98 and you get a lot! ;)

Just happened to be in the area and decided to stop at one of my tried and true spots for a good ole all American cheeseburger! Still slamming and haven't been here in about eight years.

The Rueben Sandwich!!!! Yes Yes Yes!! Second visit to this place, recently on a first date. Nice and dark full bar, not a lot of food options, but the food is great. My first time around, I ordered a burger which was ok..... I mean it was a decent burger! On my second visit I ordered the Ruben sandwich and it was delish!!!!! The perfect amount of sauce, sauerkraut and beef, it was actually recommended by the waiter. My date ordered the salmon plate, he was especially happy about the grilled broccoli. Nice little spot, not enough TV's to watch sports but a pretty cool place to have a drink and get a quick meal.

Okay, this place is great for an afternoon lunch during the week. Atlantic Station was not crowded when we arrived for lunch after our shopping trip. There was good service since it was less crowded around the area. Our waitress kept us updated with drinks and updates on our burgers in the kitchen. My sister and I both got nice American burgers. My sister got the Bacon Cheeseburger while I got the original Cheeseburger. Overall, the service was quick. We were in and out for about 45 minutes.

The service and food was pretty average for a bar. I wasn't really impressed with either. The food was prepared well just nothing interesting. You could feel the spring and wood under the bench seat cushions. My brother had a burger and said it was really good. I had the shrimp tacos and was not impressed but it was okay. My dad had the salmon salad which he said was exceptional. They put the crunchier part of the lettuce in the salad. Beer was nice and cold. Atmosphere inside is pretty cramped like you'd expect from a bar.

The food was very good with shareable portions. There was live music, and a friendly vibe. Will be back next time I'm in Atlanta.

Okay so I ordered the Mahi-mahi sandwich with Parmesan fries & a blueberry lemon drop. My boyfriend got a bacon burger with tater tots. My sandwich was good but wasn't the best nor something I would order again. My fries were really good, along with the burger my boyfriend ordered. My lemon drop was good but I really didn't taste the alcohol. Overall, I probably wouldn't come back unless I crave the fries because they were really good!

Tried this place the weekend before last. It was decent, but seemed out of place. On the inside, it had a Pub feel to it. I wouldn't not classify it as a dive. Upon entering, the host asked if we wanted inside or outside seating. We said inside, and he rolled his eyes. Not sure why...we assumed because he needed to bus the table. However, he was going to have to do that anyway. The server came over promptly, but for the rest of the evening he spread way too thin and seemed like the only server there. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, med well, with fries. My friend ordered wings. When my burger came out, it was literally bleeding and undercooked. After tracking down the server, I told him that I requested med well and this is a little too undercooked for my liking. He said, "let me see." Looked at the burger and said I'll get you another. What they did was basically place the current burger on the grill and cooked it well done. I thought that you couldn't recook food that had been touched by a customer, but I could be wrong. The fries were fresh and hot with both versions of my burger. So, I guess that is a plus. Would I return? Ehhh...leaning towards no. The food was decent, but the experience was lackluster.

This place is the undiscovered jewel of Atlantic Station... there are so many chains there... this is a locally owned pub with a gourmet chef that has a menu and food quality that rivals any restaurant in the city! The service and drinks r on point!!!

My 5 star review is only for the server Brittany, the bartender Zach and the atmosphere. They were amazing . The food is a different story. Being from Chicago, I got the Chicago style Italian beef and it was horrible. It tasted like over cooked shredded pot roast. I asked for my sandwich to be dipped in the juice that the meat was cooked in and they brought me 3 cups of the juice on the side. After all that the meat was still dry. I will definitely be back but I will not order this again.

this place is for people who can't get into yard house. our meal tasted like boxed food that came from their distributor. just bland. staff didn't really care until time to give us the bill.

I've been to Atlantic Grill a couple of times...and I finally feel like I can give it a proper review after trying their 50/50 Burger. The restaurant is perfectly located across from the Movie Theater. Parking in the deck is recommended vs. on the street with meters. The atmosphere in Atlantic Grill is very chill. If you're lucky, try to get LV as a server! Good service & great food recommendations. The 50/50 Burger is THE BEST BURGER that I have had in Atlanta. That sentence needs to stand alone! The 50/50 Burger ($11) is made with 50% ground chuck and 50% ground short rib and comes with fries. If your mouth isn't watering yet, then you just don't like burgers. You can add cheese, bacon, jalapenos, etc. The burger is huge! Juicy! Very Tasty! Tender! And just delicious. The bun is toasted. The french fries were very crispy and just how I like them. But the star of the plate was the 50/50 Burger.

We ended up here after the line for BGR was out the door. We should have waited there. I had visitors from out of town and they were just ready to eat something. The mood here is pretty chill. Maybe too chill. Took 10 minutes for our server to take our drink orders. I ordered a veggie burger with ghost cheese & fries. Y'all know I'm a Fries connoisseur! But I was willing to give them a try just because. The burger was ok. The ghost cheese made it interesting. It lacked flavor. I tried the burger by itself and it was bland. No salt, pepper or flavor. The bun was big & fluffy though. The fries were a complete miss. They were very reminiscent of those horrible checkers fries. You know what I'm talking about. I can't tell you when I last had checkers but this was bringing back some not so great memories. Moral of the story: stick to what you know and don't settle because the line is really long. Your hungry belly will thank you!

Worst brunch ever. Waited over 30 min for brunch...get dry Eggs cold bacon and a Biscuit with a side of Scotch tape..waitress doesn't have a care in the world..Deplorable...don't eat here..Ever

I have dined at this restaurant a few times over the years. In particular, I enjoy their burgers- well done and still tender. Also, they have good fries and the servers are friendly.

Horrible service and management. Never will attend again. Took too long to get my food and the silverware was dirty. Ill pass

Good dive spot. We got the nachos with chicken and Moscow mules. The food was good, service was excellent and the mules were decent.

Amazing area to be around, great vibessss. Food came within a decent time and the waitress was good. Food presentation 10/10!!! The ribeye was 7/10 but that makes sense bc it seemed like they specialize in burgers. Mashed potatoes were 6/10 could've used more butter, salt, and some pepper. Asparagus was 10/10 really good. I also got the chili on the side, it was 7/10 nothing special about it but it was decent.

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. My companion found a black hair in his Reuben. He was done eating, and had half of the sandwich left. The server took the sandwich away (appropriate) and then said she'd take half the sandwich off the bill. We were shocked at the fact that they said they'd only take half off after a disgusting black hair was found. We asked for the 'manager' and were told that because half the sandwich was eaten, he could ONLY take half off. Essentially we were accused of 'planting' a black curly hair. I've been in this business my entire life. I've NEVER had an issue like this. I will never patronize this place, nor should you. Not because of the darn hair, but because of this 'manager's' inability to fix the issue. Terribly sad and disappointing.

Looking for a sports bar with the game on last night and room for the team of 15. Charles was very cool getting the game on and Maria best awesome server ever. Food was good and she kept drinks flowing, appreciate this place and highly recommended. Thanks for the great night!

I can't judge them on the food. I can't judge them on the drinks. The furthest I got was the front door. After 8:00pm, they charge an AUTOMATIC 18% gratuity on allllllllllll orders. Yes, you read that right. Which means if you are one person dropping by for a drink- you will pay 18% gratuity on that one drink. OH. HELL. NO On top of all of that, I wanted a frozen drink and they don't offer that. I appreciate the bartender being honest and giving us a different recommendation as far as getting the drinks we wanted. But unless I go before 8pm, I'm not trying to go anywhere where 18% gratuity is already added. Not happening. Horrible Experience

First off, this isn't bar food! The chef has some unique and tasty treats!! Advice #1: as soon as you waiter or waitress comes to the table, order the smoked wings app. It takes 15 minutes and you'll want a nice drink in front of you as you sit back and let these smoky, moist with gs fall apart and melt in your mouth. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. Q, Brittany, and LV have waited on us and we're friendly and knowledgeable. And if your alone, pull up a chair at the bar and Zach, David and crew will take care of you. Occasional Sunday brunch is off the hook. Steak (filet mignon) and eggs with potatoes were my bride's choice today. Filet cooked perfect Medium Rare and potatoes were crispy on the outside and silky smooth on the inside. I had the huevos rancheros and I swear I heard a mariachi band playing in the background. Viva Atlantic Grill! (check out my picture of before and after. They never stood a chance.) This place is friendly, clean, and offers great food at a good value. We will be back often!

Was excited to eat here. Walked in, waited 5-10 minutes after sitting to be asked for drink orders, then another 10 to be asked about appetizers. We were there an hour and a half before our 8:30 pm movie, and let our waiter know we were trying to make the showing. When we ordered our food finally at 7:50, after sitting with the empty appetizer for 20 minutes, we figured a burger and chicken tenders would be relatively quick. We did not receive the food until 8:25, yet another table sat 45 minutes after us received a full order of 4 burgers 5 minutes before us. Served by our waiter who then rushed past us and said "oh your food will be right out". We then received chicken tenders that were clearly fresh out of the fryer, and a burger that was completely pink on the inside despite being ordered medium well. I guess our order was forgotten and then quickly made? Safe to say we won't be returning.

My friends and I came to this place in Atlantic Station because they were really hungry and the wait for the place we really wanted to go was too long. Anyhow, the bartender greeted us since there was no one at the stand and the bar is right when you walk in the door. Our server wasn't the best. He wasn't very attentive but it wasn't the worst service I've received... I ended up getting the bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. I think the sweet potato fries were the highlight of my meal! They had the perfect amount of crisp to them. The burger was not the best by far. It was not flavorful. Just bland beef. The bacon helped though. This wouldn't be my first choice when at Atlantic Station.

I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere was extremely inviting. We sat at the bar and my Sweetie had a HUGE burger and I had some chicken tenders that looked half done. The fries were yummy and his Burger was delicious and HUGE! The bathrooms were clean and the artwork was hella funny!

Food and service are both excellent. Even being short-handed was no issue for the staff here. I will definitely come here again.

I ordered the Lobster Roll and it was delicious . Highly recommend it! Our server Britney was very friendly and very attentive to our needs. I'm sure coming back to try other options in their menu.

Fish and chips. Price was ok; food doesnt stand out much. Maybe if you're in the area and want to eat seafood this might be the place for a try. On a side note, I went here because it has 7% cash back on Dosh which I do not recommend signing up because they still haven't credited me the cash back and it's been over a month. Yelp has a better cash back system which gives you instant cash back. They have almost the same restaurant offers as Dosh.
