Nice seafood restaurant near Central Park. My group and I were wearing attire that might be considered less than appropriate, but thankfully were seated anyway. I do feel like we were treated weirdly because of it, but maybe it was just how the staff is. It was later in the evening so it was pretty much empty; we weren't wasting space or anything. For my entree, I got the beef cheeks, which was fantastic. I loved every bit of it. I finished off with the churros and they were also good, although the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste. Still, we had a great meal here and I'd recommend coming dressed up even just a little.

I have yet to have anything I did not love in this establishment. The staff is beyond amazing, especially Kayla who makes every visit into a holiday for me. She is amazing. I have to say she is more amazing than the salmon but only fairly as the salmon is pretty outstanding. I recommend everything here, but the sushi is to die for. I’m currently enjoying the preheater dinner which included tuna, Tartar and the salmon that I’m going to show picture, it’s all fantastic

A very chill yet formal atmosphere. Staff was super professional and on top of everything. I tried the crab ravioli and really liked it I also tried the walnut noir dessert which was also great!. It is high end so expect to spend a lot.

I stopped by for some drinks while I waited for my dinner reservation. Marjorie was our bartender and was great. I decided to order some oysters, which were pretty good.

I had a lovely dinner at Atlantic Grill. The shrimp pizza was an absolute treat, and their cocktails were simply delightful. They also offer a variety of wines that pair perfectly with every dish. The outstanding service made my evening dinner truly special. Highly recommended!

I had a delightful meal at the Atlantic Lounge. Kayla, our bartender/server, made our time at the bar a treat. The Calamari was fried to perfection and the lobster spaghetti was the perfect main to cap off the night. I will absolutely be back!

I had my daughter birthday dinner and it was a success. Service was on point attentive yet not intrusive. Everything tasted great my daughter is picky but she did enjoy every single bite. The ambience was great for conversation and the candles gave it a cool touch. I am glad we chose this restaurant for her special day. She can't wait to comeback!

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with elegant décor and just the right lighting to set a relaxing tone. Whether you're looking for a romantic evening or a casual dinner, the ambiance there suits every occasion; The staff were incredibly attentive, We particularly loved the Ravioli Atlantic Grill was rich in flavor.

Such an elegant and classy addition to UWS. I have walked by this restaurant several times and never thought to stop in. Wish I did sooner! Atlantic Grill is a place you would find yourself before a show, date night or take the parents to a place where you want them to be impressed. I personally love to sit at the bar here. The warm vibes and positive energy from the staff and the customers make an amazing scene for a happy hour cocktail. I would recommend the spicy margarita to start. Perfectly made! I love seafood but I have to say, while I've had main dishes (seafood paella is amazing) - every time I come I go straight for the sushi. My favorites are the yuzu yellowtail roll and the fire cracker roll. Fire cracker has a bit of a smoky/ spice that makes it hard to not finish the entire thing (even when you are stuffed!). Service is also fantastic. Bartenders are all attentive and constantly checking in. Very highly recommended for this hidden gem of a classy restaurant in the neighborhood!

This was our first visit back to the Atlantic Grill since the pandemic. The room is beautiful. It's dark and clubby, with adequate room between tables. The staff were lovely and attentive. Cocktails were very good. The bread service was good. The food was uneven. I started off with a very good dragon roll. My wife had the shrimp cocktail, which turned out to be served over salad. The presentation was beautiful, but my wife didn't love the shrimp. Our friends enjoyed their Mediterranean salads. The entrees were a similar story. The grilled salmon was fine. My wife didn't love her branzino. The only real outlier in the meal was the cauliflower gratinee, which I can only describe as heinous. It was served in a gloppy cream sauce and was overwhelmed with a spice that may have been cumin, but didn't work to good effect. Coffee was very good. Prices are typical for a seafood restaurant. This is a beautiful restaurant with great service. The food didn't quite match the rest of the experience. Still, it's a solid place for a pre-theater eat.

I live in the UWS and am a repeat client. However, this time I hosted a party of seven. All my visits have been great food and service, in a warm friendly atmosphere. Moreover, our "crowd" of seven was no exception!

Excellent service continues to thrive. The ambiance, staff, service, cuisine, and cocktails were all outstanding. We appreciated the coat service upon arrival, well-timed table service, and prompt clearing after each course. Our octopus appetizer and sushi were both superb; the thinly sliced octopus was incredibly tender, and the sushi was among the best we've had. For our main courses, we enjoyed the lobster roll and the catch of the day, which was the Grilled octopus. A perfect martini was created (although blue cheese olives would have made it out of this world). The atmosphere was sophisticated and evocative. We definitely plan to return.

Best Negroni in town! I stopped for a quick drink, and had a Negroni from the bartender Gustavo. It made me feel like I was back in Italy. And the pizza was great too!

We happened to be around the area and we ended up at Atlantic grill on west side. We found a table pretty easily. The ambiance of the restaurant was gorgeous. The hostess offered us a table right away and the server was on top of us all the time trying to make our experience pleasant. We ordered the seafood paella, the lobster roll and oysters. All plates were delicious. You feel the freshness the ingredients. We enjoyed our dinner and the whole experience was really nice.

Beautiful decor, exceptional service, great food. I was really impressed by the service especially: very attentive, and helpful suggestions. The fish tacos and asparagus exceeded expectations. It can be a bit pricey but it was a great experience and it was nice to not have to chase a waiter down to request the bill.

Originally came for restaurant week. We happened to come on what was supposed to be the last day of restaurant week which they didn't honor. They had claimed it ended for them the previous Friday, although they were listed for Sunday participation. That was a downer but we were already there so we continued. The food items ordered were the sushi, Lobster Bisque and Escalope de Foie Gras, Salmon Béarnaise: Grilled Salmon, green beans, cherry tomatoes, dill, Béarnaise sauce, and Ravioli Atlantic Grill: House made ravioli, Maine crab, brandy cream sauce. The Lobster Bisque was really good. I'd honestly only come back for the that. The sushi came out fresh. The salmon entree didn't feel cohesive I didn't love it. I felt like the entire dish needed more love. The ravioli was okay just missing that extra oomph. I'm not sure if this place would get a second visit from me. I am pescatarian and I just wasn't loving the food as I'd hoped for. The aesthetic is nice, intimate and quiet. suitable for a date night.

The food is okay, and good, but VERY overpriced! Too expensive! We have visited that lovely place and has a beautiful scenery, But I had found a hair in my food! This is absurd! I also wanted to say my kids hate the food! I will not come back with my kids and husband. Do not recommend! 2/5 2 because of the scenery. But best get on with that food!

Mediocre food at best and beyond overpriced, the ambiance is pleasant but that is about it.

Highly recommend. One of my fav 5 in all of NYC and I've been to most truly great restaurants in the city. This one is awesome on all levels.

I came back for a 2nd meal this time opting for Orata and rapini. Unfortunately this time the dishes didn't match expectations. The Rapini was salty and they only serve Orata deboned and as luck would have it overcooked. I would go back but not repeat this meal. I love Orata and Rapini so this pained me. I should have stuck with the languostines

3-12-Brunch (1st time) was terrible-opted for sushi and Fish Burger since eggs/other breakfast foods avaialbe many other places. Sushi /rice, not remarkable and could easily have been purchased any sushi restaurant in neighborhood.We order fish burgers. Fish burger tasted strange (not spoiled -not great) very salty and was wet inside -not mushy, though wet like just defrosted and not cooked well enough. There was melted cheddar cheese on top ( didn't realize when ordering/my mistake) that tasted like processed American cheese and was very salty. Again, like so many others, should have check the reviews for this item -just not good. Coffee and bread/bread were good. Expected much more from restaurant. Have been trying to submit review on Open Table -wont allow me to submit -wonder if there are screen for words such as TERRIBLE !!

Very nice place. Everyone was polite and professional. The food is really delicious. We ordered salmon and eggs off the brunch menu. The food is fresh and well presented. The eggs had real organic egg taste, the veggies were delicious. The prices are on a bit higher side, but totally worth it!

I wish the Atlantic Grill on the Upper East Side was still there. I have a very happy memory of going there 8 years ago to order a shellfish tower following a work promotion. Well at least we still have the west side Atlantic Grill, right? I've tried many of the Lincoln Center pre/post-show restaurant options, but I think Atlantic Grill might be my favorite. I was there this past Saturday night before attending the ballet, and everything was great. Service was impeccable, from wine recommendations to meal timing. We didn't even have to tell them we were attending a performance because they were very clearly on the ball. The recent interior renovation was beautiful too, and the restaurant's appearance has a very eclectic style that works. On to the food! I love a caesar salad, so I started with that. AG's variety comes with a 7-minute egg, which I loved. The dressing was great, but I missed the anchovies. I didn't see any of the promised bottarga (which would've filled the anchovy void), and the croutons seemed like they were shaken out of a Pepperidge Farm box instead of homemade from the stale leftover house bread. Speaking of the bread, I loved that they did a bread basket with individual cups of herb butter. But the bread wasn't amazingly fresh - and I was there at 6pm, which is pretty early. I recently had a lackluster lobster ravioli at another restaurant, so I had high hopes for Atlantic Grill's crab ravioli. I love ravioli. I have always loved ravioli. I will always love ravioli. Atlantic Grill really came through for me. The creamy red sauce had great flavor and featured minced red pepper and zucchini, which was so unique and appreciated. We didn't have time for dessert, but maybe next time. I'm sure there will be a next time.

Joe at the bar is great! But I was taking a flier and treating myself to a special night, and I felt pushed out by the other staff well before the time just the kitchen was supposed to close. It seemed like some of the patrons knew to get out early, and once that happened, everyone else was under pressure to leave. I ended up just wishing I had gone somewhere else because I really needed a relaxing experience. So 1000% go in for Joe and a drink at the bar, but it's a lot of money to drop otherwise.

The post-pandemic Atlantic Grill seems much smaller and more upscale than I remember, less of a boisterous good time and more of an elegant evening. Not as kid-friendly as before - especially not the prices - but it's a beautifully appointed and proportioned space, top-notch service. If Cafe Fiorello is Times Square, this is like turning the corner and finding yourself in Bryant Park.

I was indifferent to the Atlantic Grill's pre-COVID iteration and when I found out about it being taken over by the same group as Fiorello (gag), I put off trying it. We popped in one Thursday evening and no one was there and they took one look at us and said they were completely booked. It was a scene right out of Ferris Bueller. Not sure the Maitre 'D could have had his nose higher. So I wrote them a bad review about that and we've not darkened their door, until we were really hungry a couple of weeks ago and desperate and did not want to walk more than a half block. So we risked it. To make it worse, it was a Saturday night and we were not dressed for it. I had a sweater on and my wife had pants. We were way under-dressed for the pre-theatre crowd, as there were quite a few elegantly dressed couples. They looked us over and relented, giving us one of two tables left and we were ok with the seating. Then the menu, which was really quite amazing. The service, by about three different people, was great. When the food came, the tastes were spectacular. Salads, sushi (the wasabi had a lemony something to it), and the fish entrees were exceptional. They had so many choices on fish I could not believe it would be fresh. I picked the swordfish. Very fresh, and buttery. We saved room for dessert and were not disappointed. Delicious. Choc sauce and raspberry compote on whatever. Just the kinds of tastes you would want. It was not cheap, but we had ordered a lot of food. No wine, so if you're drinking, hold on to your horses. But it could have been much worse at some Columbus Circle food/steak factory. I was so very delighted the whole time. I promptly removed the first review and am taking the time to replace it now with this one. I understand their desire to keep things upscale. The crowd changed a lot over the evening, to a much more casual diner, after the first rush for theatre left. Bravo, and we'll be seeing you again soon.

Lovely dinner last night at Atlantic Grill. Service was amazing - and I highly recommend the ravioli with crab and coconut creme brulee.

Everything!! Service, ambience, cocktails ..and food!! Fresh, chilled to perfection, oysters to start and a sublime seafood paella ( with a respectful nod to a classic jambalaya) were just delicious. A delightfully piquant Negroni set the table and the mood. The waitstaff were discreet yet abundant! From top to bottom , an excellent evening out.

Was on a vacay, walking on that side of Central Park, stumbled onto this place. We kinda loved it. Neighborhood joint, upscale but casual. The kinda place you can roll into for a craft cocktail, sushi, lots of food options (not all seafood), wearing your Birkenstocks, and they sweep the crumbs off the table. Dark, cozy, decent costs.

I am so happy to see this place re-opened, although I'm not convinced I love the reinvention. The new owners: Monte Carlo Hospitality Group (MCHG), have cut the restaurant in half. Now, Atlantic Grill is a much smaller intimate space. The prices are even higher than they used to be. For example, the fresh fish is priced per pound and comes a la carte. We were told that the half of the restaurant that used to be on W64th St will reopen next year as a French restaurant. We ate at the bar. The bartender doesn't have a big repertoire, but what he does make is excellent and priced right for the size. These are not skimpy cocktails, but they're at least $19! Everyone at the bar agreed with us that the food was excellent. I loved their bread basket too, especially their white bread. It reminded me of scones. The butter comes with seaweed mixed in and they have plain butter upon request. They no longer have the salmon burger (my lunchtime fav); they do have a fish burger which I'm looking forward to trying in the near future.The manager, was very friendly and helped out with the service. Note: There is no outdoor dining. They did check for COVID-19 vaccinations.

Came here with friends for dinner for Winter Restaurant Week. Wow, this place is spacious! After you pass the front section, there is a back section and another bar! Very impressed. Had a nice booth for dinner. Food and service were good here. This was one of the restaurants we wanted to try on the upper west side by Lincoln Center. Complimentary bread... Appetizers: New England Clam Chowder - they didn't serve it with oyster crackers as per the menu stated, rather 2 pieces of crackers already in the soup. Salmon poke bowl - was good too. Entrees: Grilled jumbo shrimp - very good shrimp though not a fan of chickpeas. Seafood rigatoni was good - small dish but filling Salmon was good as well. Dessert: Spiced carrot cake panna cotta w/ fruite compote and walnuts - delicious! Sorbet trio - grape, mango, raspberry (raspberry was tart) LSC members - don't forget to get points for dining here...though nothing special for your birthday except a candle on dessert. Would be nice to a complimentary dessert like some other LSC restaurants... but still good overall.

I ordered the fish sandwich and the fish had a very fishy taste. The other person ordered shrimp for $30 and there were 6 very small shrimp. The lobster bisque was delicious. We used to go to the one in Boston that was quite good but this is not the same at all. Would not return. At least we didn't get sick. Very expensive and not worth it at all.

We went there when it first opened. Maybe it's improved. We were regulars at the old Atlantic Grill. Loved their selection. Not anything like what we were hoping for. Found the staff a little cold. The salad I ordered was delicious. But the main course was extremely expensive and nothing special. Salmon. When I asked about the price, they said they price by the pound which of course didn't make sense since I wasn't buying a pound, and this wasn't a fish store. I think it was my birthday or some special occasion which I mentioned. At the old Atlantic Grill they would have acknowledged this somehow. We knew by the end of the meal we were not returning. And we were a little annoyed that they were using the name of a restaurant, we loved so much. But apparently it's getting some very good reviews. Much too expensive for what they are offering. I was a publicist for restaurants and I think I made some suggestions which were not received well. They just seemed to be all about their brand and not about the neighborhood or the former clientele.

The decor is your standard old school seafood restaurant, picture the place your grandparents would want to take you for a fancy dinner. The wait staff was accommodating for our group so that part was fine, although also was a relatively quiet night. As far as the food, the appetizers, while nothing was bad, were underwhelming and for the $15-20 price point, there could've been a little bit more food. Also, the presentation was mediocre. Come to the main course though and there's a major difference. The presentation was great and the food itself, delicious. Overall a good experience, but wish they'd have put a bit more effort into the apps.

Not worth a visit. Service was very good, ambiance is pretty however, the mussels and clams were sandy. Could not chew it. The salmon was soooooo dry and unseasoned. The firecracker roll was really good. That was the only good thing. The ravioli was good but you get a few raviolis, the dessert was yummy but the brownie wasn't warm as promised. Expensive place.

We arrived a bit early for our 5pm reservation after a matinee show at Lincoln Center. The host welcomes us and asks if we'd like to check our coats, we do. We are taken across the restaurant (This place is huge - entrances on 64/65th St) and given an awesome rounded booth meant for 3. Really an excellent table to check out the smaller bar and people watch. We order a mule and negroni and given an uninspiring bread loaf (better to save room for the menu). Didn't try the mule and negroni wasn't the best one I ever had. There are many things I wanted to try on the varied menu so we ordered some plates to share: 3 east & 3 west oysters: Quality oysters, but our server didn't bother to point out which were which. I liked the horseradish sitting separate in with cocktail sauce and a choice of mignonette as well. Charred Octopus: A loved how tender and flavorful the octopus was, but the portion was rather small. Nicely plated. Truffle Rainbow Roll: If you plan on getting any sushi rolls, let this be the one! A common RR is elevated with a citrus truffle sauce, which is probably the best sauce I ever had on a sushi roll ever! We shamelessly ordered another. This pairs excellent with the house Riesling. Hunts Point Fish Market Scallops: Everything you want in a scallop - plump, juicy, perfectly cooked on a bed of roasted corn, mushroom and tofu. The thai coconut-curry was very light and did not overpower the scallops at all. We had the kitchen split this entree. Brussel Sprouts: Maple Sherry was a bit too much sweet for me and I would have prefered large bacon pieces. I had better. For Dessert we went with a new item - Banana Ice Cream Tower which is served inside a cylinder of hazelnut, almost brittle candy like, with chunks of banana and ice cream inside. Beautifully presented and a good finish. They serve a great cup of coffee. This place gets packed so make a reservation! Our server was decent, but we heard others giving diners more recommendations and going over the market fish of the day. Got the sense that they know they are a long time, popular classic so didn't try as hard.

The service, food,and portions were all excellent, would definitely return again. View is another plus.

Great to Be back to one of my favorite Westside locations. Started with some great sushi and a wonderful dish of their spicy calamari. was a little disappointed with the steam muscles not very special. For dinner the grilled tuna was exceptional, however the lobster and pasta dish was a total disappointment, ordered a side of their Mojo potato's Aka Syracuse salt potatoes, Which should've stayed in Syracuse. I will say that their service was spectacular And went a long way and making the evening and enjoyable one.

I'm cautious about outdoor dining because I've noticed quite a few spots throughout manhattan are simply too crowded. Their outdoor setup is hardly conducive for social distancing when every table is just an arm's length away from the next. But! That's not an issue at all for this restaurant. In fact, I noticed that they were especially careful about safe practices, and provided attentive service as well. I've sadly never had the chance to dine inside/pre-covid but from what I can tell, this is a prime seafood spot- also right near the Lincoln Center. The food was quite wonderful as well. The menu is incredibly diverse (all seafood but a wide range of dishes) and the price point is reasonable for the quality and venue location. My table ordered the Chirashi bowl, the Truffle Sushi Roll and the Tuna/Salmon poke salad and each were memorable. Seafood dishes be over- salted but here, I thought everything was seasoned well. I would probably order again for takeout. It makes me sad that the service industry is hurting a lot as a result of covid. I hope the city bounces back soon.

Overall, this restaurant was great. Despite minor mishaps in portions of food, everything was delicious. I'd like some more sever attentiveness, but it was worth it for that food! I strongly recommend the "Salmon Ikura" Sushi roll. Really, really good. In addition the "Tomato Salad". Some of the best tomato's I have had. I have had many tomato's. Go to Atlantic Grill. You won't regret it. Unless you don't like fish.

Well, I loved it here. Great for pre-theater drinks and dinner or a full-length dinner around the Lincoln Square area. True, the atmosphere isn't as hip as The Smith or Boulud nearby but I'll take quiet/able to have a conversation over loud/trendy any day. Plus, our waiter was incredibly friendly and re-filled our bread basket not one but three times (the thing they don't tell you about graduation ceremonies is how hungry you get after the whole thing is over). Let's start with the house bread while we're at it. I'm always impressed when there's some effort put into the bread, given that it's free and there'a always a chance it'll go uneaten. This one came in sourdough and focaccia, the latter of which was SO much better than other places, both toasted, with a pat of warmed butter. Again, I personally love it when my butter comes slightly hot. Not a fan of trying to scrape out flecks of refrigerated butter. Do yourself a solid and order the lobster bisque and spend most of the meal trying to soak up the last drops while looking as dignified as possible. Give the oysters a whirl. There's no $1 happy hour like at Mermaid Inn but I found these babies incredibly tender and sweet. We ordered one of the sushi specials - while it was good, I think it's generally a good life tactic to save the sushi for the Japanese restaurants, not the fish and grill places. They got the fish part down but the rice was unevenly cooked and there was way too much of it as filler. Also ... I got one of the best chopped salads ever. The AG's salad counts as one of my top five. The dressing could have used a bit less lemon, as the acidity got overwhelming at times, but the reason you're not seeing a photo is because I ate it too quickly. This salad actually delivered on the ingredients besides the greens filler: tons of snap peas, grapes (!!), tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, feta, and carrots. So delicious. Tried bites of the grilled shrimp and cod. They obviously know seafood well. As for dessert. Well. I ended up liking the blueberry lemon cheesecake way more than the mango/coconut pudding, which could have been sweeter. And we walked away with these gooey white chocolate cookies on the house (as a theater treat, I think they intended them to be, but my dad and I scarfed down half the bag here). Wonderful meal here. I'd love to come back, maybe for just the bar food and the drinks. I will say, though, that the atmosphere and the proximity to Lincoln Square do reflect a more formal attire - just something to keep in mind.

I came here for a formal dinner event with 10 others. The place is large with two main dining rooms. The staff is very attentive sad provided great service. I ordered the Bronzino with a side of sautéed spinach. Both were wonderfully delicious. The Bronzino was sautéed and had a nice moist buttery lemon flavor. The spinach is cooked with garlic, but I'm not a big garlic fan and had them cook it without the garlic... it was still very delicious. If you like great service and really quality food in a more private intimate setting, then I would highly recommend this place. Our waiter Ryan was AMAZING and provided great service to the table and especially to the two disabled members of our party who were both in a wheelchair. I will definitely be returning!

In ideal scenarios the hostess is friendly and welcomes you to a restaurant. Not here. The hostess was kind of snippy and didn't look happy. They gotta fix that. The place has a nice setup with a cool bar to your right when you walk in and a dining room in the back. As for the food it was ok. The Salmon was cooked pretty well but the accompanying parts of the meal were lackluster. The pumpkin risotto kind of sucked. I also tried the Sorbets for dessert and they were good. The dessert was the best thing we had all night. The lobster bisque had a unique presentation to it but there were no chunks of lobster in it. How do you have a lobster bisque without lobster?! It did have lobster flavor but that isn't good enough... come on Atlantic Grill! I'm not sure I would come back because of the total package here. Nothing draws me back. The food was average and the place wasn't the most welcoming. Good luck if you come! Hopefully you have a better experience.

Atlantic Grill is an awesome spot when you want to have good food and ambiance, feel like you're on the scene, but aren't looking to be grandiose on a level that exhausts you. It's a perfect blend of everything with a dose of heavy chill. It feels like a best kept secret.

Had been to Atlantic Grill a number of times before for brunch (which we like very much) but not for dinner until we went on a late Friday evening and had a great meal. Both the Linguine and the Arctic Char (Catch of the Day) were terrific as well as the Truffle Fries which we had as a side. The S'mores Chocolate Cake was a nice finish to the meal. Victoria our server was wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back when we are in the Lincoln Center area!

Classic Seafood // Sushi Rolls Dress Casual // Lincoln Center A long-time resident on the West Side, Atlantic Grill does not disappoint. Many options for salad, entrees, and sushi. This is not an inexpensive place but the quality is great and so is the service. Atmosphere is not too loud. Just across the street is Lincoln Center with a beautiful fountain that lights up at night. Another apparent casualty of the pandemic, this restaurant is a pale shadow of its former self (when there were two dining rooms; for some reason they closed the best one). It's hard to benchmark on upscale dining prices given inflation in recent years, but unfortunately several of the dishes were just a miss (rubbery octopus, unripe avocado in every roll). We will miss you Atlantic Grill (we are still in mourning over the closure of your east side sibling years prior).

I must say I was very impressed with this place not knowing what to expect. Came here with my mom and a friend for an early dinner. I arrived a little after 6 but it was quite full already since it's a popular place to come before a show at Lincoln Center. The service was very friendly and considerate. We received a variety of complimentary bread which was very good. For the main course I shared the chicken and gnocchi dish. Oh man that gnocchi was the best! And the chicken was so tender. It also came with mushrooms and a very nice sauce. The only thing that could have made it better would be a little side salad for something light and refreshing afterward. Then for dessert we shared the chocolate molten cake, which did not disappoint. It came with ice cream and cappuccino crunchy bits for a nice texture. The presentation was beautiful as well! Although this place is on the pricey side, I would definitely recommend checking it out if there's a special occasion. There's also a bar in the front if you just want to get some drinks before/after a show.

Poor service by front desk . Reservation was for 5 they claimed 4 and weren't going to seat us. Made us wait 40 minutes on side until they figured it out. Good food doesn't cure incompetence.

I came from out of town and grabbed lunch with a friend. This was probably the best meal I had in NYC on this trip and the service was really good -- servers and manager were very attentive without being interruptive. I was very pleased with every part of my meal ($29 Restaurant Week prix fixe lunch menu): * Roasted fig arugula salad - just enough dressing but not too much, I liked the addition of manchego cheese and pistachio texture. * Faroe Island Salmon with caramelized kimchi on top of creamed corn -- not for the lactose-intolerant...unless you take a lactaid like I did, and the KIMCHI was my favorite part of it (one of the chefs is named Boo Lim...I'm guessing he inspired that! * Triple Chocolate Cheesecake -- was very was obsessed with this. I like that the cheesecake was rich and creamy (so if that's not your thing, probably choose something else) on top of a cookie-crumble like brownie thing on the bottom (such a nice surprise). I don't normally eat cherries but it went very well with it and I also enjoyed the vanilla gelato on the side so it wasn't overkill with the chocolate.
