I had hoped for a better experience. I appreciate the difficulties from changing from a wholesale distributor to public sales, but the distribution in Royal Oak on 3/31 was a mess. We had signed up for a 12-12:30 timeslot to pick up, but they were overwhelmed with cars and people bypassing the lines. We got to pick up our order after a 1+ hour wait. Our order was incomplete as well as corn was left off the truck and now we have to go back to ask for a refund via e-mail. The produce wholesaler we bought from we had a terrific experience, with Atlas I think we will not go this route again.

Today was the first day of our new food norm, which was picking up orders at the designated location in Fraser. 5 stars, Atlas. 1. Setting this up in the first place. 2. A well thought out parking lot set up for pick up. 3. Super nice and pleasant team members checking and placing orders in the vehicles. 4. I was 6 cars back and only waited about 7 minutes! People are friendly. It’s not as tight as all the other reviews make it seem. If you know how to do your job it’s a cake walk. Just pay attention to what your doing and it’s easy.

Super tight turning in (small gate)..stick to the right so leaving trucks can still make it out when you check in...definently no space to show up early..docks are inside back of building..i checked in got dock right away..started on trl immediately..was out and leaving in 30 mins..nice people overall good delivery

One of the employees here that works overnight has a YouTube channel that all he does on there is harrass people I won't come to a place that employees that creep. Metro Detroit audits is the channel name Young white male About 5 foot 4
