Usually you can judge a lot about a place based on the quality of their fries, and I was little disappointed in the fries. The atmosphere/energy in there after 7pm just does not match the rest of East Village. The food wasn't bad especially if you've been out&about indulging all day.

The food is always great here, super fast delivery on it as well. The Customer service is always exceptional and the guy at the counter really knows how to make you feel right at home coming here. What I love best is that everything is halal. Will be back soon!

We had ordered the food with empty stomachs and hope . Only to be disappointed upon arrival of our order. Our food was not handled with the proper care it deserved resulting in the damage of our food presentation and the packaging in which it was held. Also we had ordered several sauces with our wings , every single one open in the bag which had led to the current mess on my pants and my desk. We will not be ordering from here again improve your delivery service , and tell your drivers to use some TLC

Atomic Wings is the BEST! There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from. We got their Garlic Parmesan Wings, Medium Hot Wings, and Honey BBQ Wings. Our favorite was their Medium Hot Wings - it's a classic. Their Garlic Parmesan Wings were coated in parmesan and nicely fresh chopped garlic. Great for garlic lovers! The Medium Hot Wings were so hot for us, we could not imagine going hotter but this was perfectly right for us and they don't skimp on the sauce. As for the Honey BBQ Wings, it was sweet and the barbecue was full of smokey peppery wonderfulness.

The whole entire business has been reported to the department of health and also sanitation for the cook Roberto who continue to mis treat the order contaminated the food by sneezing 🤧 and spitting into the food without Camara monitoring his behavior..I always kept them especially staff in business until my own order was contaminated by this cook Roberto and continue to do so.. especially he races against black people..I'll be letting the east village and the whole entire lower east side about how this business mis treat everyone food order..this business need to go and stop contamination and stop getting everyone sick

Love love love the wings, waffle fries and onion rings. The 20 piece combo gets you 4 different sauces which is a great way to try the different sauces. Perfect place to go to after a night out as they close at 12:30pm.

I ordered (10) nuclear wings and (3) tenders. I can’t front, the wings were spicy. They weren’t the spiciest thing I’ve ever had but they were hot. The tenders had a good flavor and didn’t need the sauce. Actually, the garlic sauce took away from the flavor. On the plus side, the garlic sauce gave value to the wings. I’m unsure why the wings were a sweet though. It didn’t bother me but I expected heat only. The heat snuck up on you since the first thing you taste is sweetness. I’d go back.

I was passing by and suddenly I saw Atomic Wings and saw the Halal sign. I went into the restaurant not knowing what will I try as it was my first time going to the restaurant. It took me sometime to decide on what to get but the cashier was very patient with me. I went with Chicken Quesadillas and quite frankly, it was so much filling and Freshly made that I forgot that I had to wait for it for almost 10 minutes. The store was busy with mobile orders but they took care of dine in customers as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re around the area.

I enjoyed watching the tv while eating with my girlfriend here (tv on the wall). The burger wasn't bad at all Taste good (meat was thick$8.99). Mozzarella sticks was good as well and the hot sauce with the all American burger was good. One chief when I order so things could be a 10-15 mins wait when ordering here so be patient.

This restaurant has positively delivered on multiple occasions. 10/10. Their team is friendly and my orders are always correct. Food always hit. 100. Simple space, they really do be standing on business.

Never again! Thankfully Grubhub gave us partial refunds for these disgusting old leftover dried out wings and smelly tiny lamb bits of meat kebab plus inedible rotting celery and carrot sticks. This place is a joke, ruined Atomic Wings good food reputation permanently. My local pizzeria has better quality buffalo wings and free carrot & celery sticks for less money too!

Not an eat-in place. If you're here on a weekend or rainy night, the dining area will be packed with DoorDash, Postmate, GrubHub delivery guys sitting and waiting with their moto helmets and square backpacks where eating customers would. It gives the place the air of a bus station. So does trash on the floor. Your order appears as if it's to-go no matter what. The night manager was literally tallying receipts and doing office work on a dining table. If you're looking to sit and enjoy your wings in the East Village, go to Dan & John's.

Such a low rating, wow I don't get it.... I love ordering wings from here! Why? Great array of awesome tasting sauces, food always arrives both fast and hot. Also the prices are way better than Dan and Johns- who forgot celery and carrot both times I ordered from them. Atomic Wings has never forgotten anything on my orders so again, they beat out competitors there as well. Favorite sauces are mango habanero and sweet thai chile. My go-to order is Buffalo Blue salad which is a big portion! Super crunchy lettuce and always has nice big chunks of chicken. Again tho, their wing sauces hit the spottttt. Also get their wings+fries combo platter when I'm feeling less healthy and more glutinous. Seriously what's up with this terrible low rating guys, damn. I order delivery from here at least once a month (never been inside the restaurant) but I'm a huge fan overall.

Not sure how to word this but listen when I say honey BBQ wings are it the best ever this is the spot for you these wings are tasty crispy delicious they crisp to your liking they are phenomenal the host has a very professional demeanor which is great reads back orders and assist you like your supposed to I enjoy this place a lot and I do not again eat chicken but when felt the urge this is one of my top 5 spots thank you keep up the good work

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. We decided to place an order (30 wings) for the Super Bowl this year....bad idea. After 2.5 hours with the phone lines busy we got a call, asking if we still wanted our order. I then remembered we placed an order the year prior and never got our wings from Atomic because we got a message, they ran out of wings, similar to this year. Thanks but no thanks.

Delicious fresh wings! I usually get the thai chilli wings and they're great. Fast and friendly customer service too..will have to try their platters soon!

I ordered $62 of wings from this business and waited for 4 hours and never received a message , phone call or even a person from the establishment to answer the phone or even a call me to let me know my PAID order was not coming. I completely understand it was a busy day as it was super bowl Sunday, but a simple call/message would have been nice to receive. Ordered at 7:34pm and it was 11pm and still no wings. Very disappointing.

All I can say is I'm impressed... Truly. That was probably the worst ROI on dollars spent on "prepared" food in my 25 years. As you can see, I got a puddle of a "milkshake" with roughly 8 of the 16 ounces in the plastic bag and 8 inside (and coating) the container. Really don't know if there was ice cream in it. It tasted like the marketing team for Kirkland brand milk tried and failed at an Oreo flavor last fall and then Atomic Wings bought their leftover inventory at cost. Yum. Then the main course, a buffalo chicken bowl. I absolutely adore buffalo chicken. The only thing this had in common with that was it looked kind of orange. I know that sourcing and importing real buffalo sauce is financially unfeasible, but you guys gotta remember when you spray the food coloring on to at least put some pepper or something in so I can have a nice, immersive illusion. And I adored the signature take on the waffle fries, served with "extra squish". Way too many places making them crispy nowadays, so mainstream and unoriginal. I got the buffalo chicken bowl 2 for 1 and the dairy liquid 40% off on Postmates. Recently lost my job so I might just stomach it for the calories, we'll see. Cracks me up that this would've normally been a $36 order of "food". It was half off and I'm still feeling genuinely embarrassed for having paid for it. But hey, I LOVE pranks so I gotta give it to 'em, you got me guys!

The wings were pretty okay tasting recommended the garlic ones and the honey bbq. The fries weren't that great to me and a bit soggy.

The wings were HORRIBLE!! Bland tasteless, not throughly cleaned!! Just awful! DO BETTER ATOMIC WINGS!! UBER EAT should have standards, Don't work with crappy restaurants!!!

One day I was walking by and saw that there was halal food here, so I wanted to come back here and try their wings. Got the chance to go now and tried the 5 pc mixed wings with Thai Chili sauce. The wings came out to 7.50 so a decent price for good size wings. The wings were really good and I couldn't get enough of Thai chili sauce that they drenched the wings with, seriously finger licking good. Can't wait to go back and try their other sauces. Only thing i found a little weird was that I was eating there and they still gave them to me in a to-go box which was kinda weird after I specifically requested to eat there.

I ordered through seamless at 7pm. Was supposed to be a 45 minute wait. Food took almost two hours to arrive. The box was smashed, the food was cold and it had been "out for delivery" for over an hour. When I called to find out what was taking so long, they were rude on the phone and unhelpful. Will NEVER order from Atomic again. A complete waste of time and money. I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option.

Food was not bad but not good either cold chicken and very small. I spend $14 for a wrap and a soda- ridiculous Short Hispanic girl helping me was not very nice Not coming back

The wings are fine, they have good sauce options and are priced well enough, however every time I have ordered from here they have somehow messed up my order. Once they gave me the wrong sauce, once they gave me boneless wings instead of bones. Most recently, I had placed a preorder for Super Bowl Sunday two days in advance, the wings did not show up 30 mins after we had requested so we called, the woman told us the wings were on the way. 30 minutes later we called again, she told us she would look into it and call us back. She never called back and the wings never came.

This place is trash. Ordered and paid. They Messed up my order, food inedible, manager was rude, manager yells at me, manager refused to rectify the situation, the list goes on. Don't eat here unless you want to wake up sweating and in dire need of a toilet.

Atomic Wings is still the go to spot for wings ... first time having the chicken and waffles. The waffle was very soft and moist and the chicken was cooked prefect full of flavor.. the best wings is the honey BBQ/Buffalo/chipotle BBQ and sweet and tangy... almost of all them. Atomic wings will always have a place in my heart

Service was ok!!! Atomic wings seems to be busy with take out orders!! Been walking by this place for a long time!! So today decided to check it out. I ordered a 10 piece half regular and half garlic parm ,order of jalapeño poppers and a Mac and cheese. Took about 10 mins cause wings are cook to order.the wings were ok a little over cook for me, jalapeño poppers were good, Mac and cheese was awful!!! It's a bowl of oily cheese OMG!!! I recommend this food to be eaten fresh and not cold or put in the microwave cause it really drys out!!!

Atomic wings has been around NYC for a few decades and they do wings right. This location closed down for several months shortly after Dan and John's (tough competition for sure) opened up a few blocks away.. And rightly so, quality had really gone down and the place really needed a facelift. Back in business, the hot wings are spot on good. Crispy, meaty, flavorful. Great selection of sauces, awesome waffle fries, and the classic chicken tenders.. nom nom. Wings are made to order so expect least 20 min wait for eat in or takeout. Delivery is another issue. Last few times took over an hour... And does not come with celery and carrots, ya gotta pay extra. If not for slow delivery and not including celery/carrots would rate 4 stars, but 3 it be.

Worst restaurant experience ever Wings never arrived despite preordering (and paying) 3 days before. Never answered our 10+ calls, never received an apology. So many better options than this place

This spot has changed. The wings are not the same it's a shame. My husband and I frequently would stop by for our favorite wings. Since COVID-19 we haven't been out. I decided to make an order today. Which with all that's going on the price I paid grrr I thought ahh it will be worth it. It's been awhile. No the food I received that I was so looking forward to was not the same. As soon as I opened the container I was just like Wow what happened? The wings where huge chicken drum for one and then icing they where stale (Really Dry and hard ) Not crispy . if you can even say that about wings. My heart is broken. Side bar I'm just a wing lover and this hurt my feelings. Also sauce what sauce .

So this is my first time ordering wings for my super bowl party and I've gotta say they are soo good. My guest absolutely loved them. I did have to wait a bit to get the wings, however that is expected as the place was very crowded. The wings itself if spicy and crunchy. The bleu cheese was a big hit. I will be ordering from here more often!

Didn't deliver wings on the Superbowl for my superbowl party. Spent $95 and I could not get in touch with anyone for days. Finally got in touch with them, they offered to refund me $75 (no tax, tip, delivery fee). They would not refund me so I had to dispute via my credit card.

I only came because I received $1 5 boneless wings as part of an NYU student event, but I'm really glad I came! Love the variety of sauces--I chose teriyaki and my friend chose honey bbq and no complaints from either of us. In addition, I ordered chicken and waffle for $6.50 and my friend got the mac and cheese for about $5. I loved the chicken and waffle; the waffle was warm and tender, with a pastry feel to it. The dough came off soft and stretchy, and had this light buttery, salty flavor to it. 10/10. Now, my friend's mac and cheese wasn't awful, I'll say. It was gooey and stretchy, with generous amounts of cheese, but that meant the cheese flavor (and the oil that came with) overwhelmed the macaroni. The thing honestly looked like soup. The place is pretty small, as are most of the joints along 1st ave I believe, but it has a cute sort of retro vibe to it. I dig it and would come back again.

This place did not deliver our order and is not answering their phone. Not much else to it.

This place in particular, never disappoints. There are several around the city, but so far this one has everything. This location in particular, is way better than say, the one by Tribeca. First, the one in Tribeca is twice as expensive and does not have the denomination combos like the one in the village. This one is cozzy, has more flavors and is cheaper. The takeaway, this location (if you are around) is a must have. For $9 bucks; you have a full meal if you order the 5 piece wings like me with fries and a drink. Elsewhere, expect to pay $15 plus for the same combo with a drink separately.

Food doesn't travel that well, and they seem to question you questioning their mistakes (order a 'build a burger', and the option says 'would you like to add cheese' with 4 options and you select none, and they put cheese anyway, and they think it's your fault). Might be decent to dine in, but not sure that's an option.

0 wings delivered after 12 hrs for super bowl. Place is a sham. Scam. Fyre festival of Wings. Should go out of business and lose their ability to be a business in NYC after fiasco that happened yesterday with hundreds or thousands of customers without wings. I mean what else are you supposed to eat for the super bowl? Many left hungry. Place charged credit card. Need to be reviewed by BBB and sued for malpractice

The only reason this place earned 2 stars is because they gave me 2 coke cans instead of 1 BY ACCIDENT. This place is single handedly the most disgusting environment I have been in in my 22 years living in NYC. I have been in some disgusting places but this one takes the cake. My sleeve literally stuck to the table which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a year. The paper towel roll placed on each table was covered in gross stuff, I don't even know what it was. If you don't believe walk in there and pull a seat out from under the table and look at the cushion. For a place that's only focused on wings, the wings were not good. The quality of the food was unacceptable. My wings were slimy and I ordered the hottest sauce hoping for that burn effect but was left thinking they weren't hot at all. I won't be back.

It's Super Bowl Sunday, I ordered wings for 5PM delivery on Wednesday. It's currently 8PM and no wings in sight. At 6PM, after calling 8x and getting a busy tone each time, I went to the store to see what was going on. Take a look at my photo. Dozens of people crammed in the store, delivery guys waiting for their orders outside, and zero direction from management as to what was going on. The biggest night of the year for wings, and these guys dropped the ball. After waiting for 30 minutes, with the game already starting, I left. No one said anything about how to get a refund, who to talk to for their orders, or what the wait would be. Trust me, I will NOT be paying for this order and will be calling for a refund first thing tomorrow. Get your act together. It's the Super Bowl. You should have thousands of wings premade. Terrible.

I ordered a large order of wings for my Super Bowl party a day beforehand for a 6pm delivery. It is now 8:30p and my wings and other food items have not arrived. My credit card was already charged $150. I have called the restaurant and it's other locations and all phones are giving a busy tone. I also tried texting them as instructed by the website, and no one has answered. A robot answered and gave a managers phone number, which went straight to voicemail. This is extremely unprofessional and people are leaving the party because we now only have chips. Will NEVER order from here again. Very unreliable and unresponsive.

UPDATE: As of 02/11, which is over a week from the super bowl, they have still not refunded my credit card. They claim that OVER 500 customers orders were not delivered and it will take some time to refund everyone. THIS PLACE IS THE MOST POORLY RUN ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

LOL the reviews below me re: super bowl fiasco are hilarious. Those guys didn't miss out on much. Ordered delivery on a whim when an emergency wing craving crept up on me from behind... The wings are pretty tasteless and are not particularly tender. The quality is what you would expect at a diner or TGIF, not a dedicated wing spot. Other much tastier options in the area.

The lemon pepper wings are to die for. Though I made a second order could've sworn I order more the classic lemon pepper chicken but instead I got the boneless pretty sure that was my mess up. Other than that great quality of food. Can't wait to go back.

We ordered wings on Thursday ahead of the Super Bowl. After waiting outside for our wings for 60 minutes on Super Bowl Sunday, we were then told that our order is canceled. By this time, of course, everyone was sold out of wings so we had to order pizza from a random place. This is the second Super Bowl in a row where they've had a wing meltdown, just read the articles- no excuses.

I ordered at 12:09, they had some issues with Chow Now and syncing the tickets and ended up getting backed up. It didn't come until 4:01 but they threw in a concession. I know times are tough right now and we're adjusting to new processes. Would've appreciated better communication. Not expecting anything free while we all are hurting. Giving a 4 star because the food came hot and was still good

This place is so poorly run. Placed an order a day before to give them ample time and they still delivered it 3 hours late. If I hadn't called 20 times it wouldn't have been delivered at all. It wasn't until I said I wanted to cancel that it was suddenly ready and on it's way. They wouldn't give a refund and offered no apology. Awful service and no gesture to try to make the situation right.

No complaints about the food, try the boneless wings w/ chipotle, atomic, or mango habanero sauce. Waffle fries make a good side. Service: could do way better, a bit slow and confusing Atmosphere: its really hot inside

*WARNING* SUPER BOWL MELTDOWN 2021 After the well documented fiasco in 2019, I decided to roll the dice and order from Atomic Wings for the Super Bowl this year. No way it could go wrong again, right!?!? WRONG! After ordering ahead of time on Thursday, I show up at 6pm after receiving a text from Seamless that my order was about to be ready. When I arrive I see a long line outside the door... a bit concerning. Then an employee comes out with a note pad and starts asking what people's names are - we give them to the employee and s/he sheepishly returns inside without giving us any more information regarding our orders. The game starts and after about 30 minutes people start asking more and more questions apprehensively. It appears the Atomic order system is having some sort of a meltdown. The employee returns and starts calling out random orders for in-person pickup, but oddly, none of these orders are for anyone in line. We are all confused. After a few more minutes, a group of frustrated customers, who have now been standing in the cold and snow outside for a least an hour, make their way inside and start asking for clarity. Inside, employees are frantically searching through orders and trying to give them out for delivery, but in many cases, they struggled to identify who the orders belonged to. Customers ask if they can take some of these unclaimed orders but the manager refuses stating that they are going to get delivered (which is unclear, given the growing number of unclaimed orders). Eventually, my friend shows our order documentation and the manager then tells us and several other customers that our order is not in their system at all. They flat out lost our order despite us receiving confirmation from Seamless! Several other customers appeared to have a similar problem despite ordering directly from Atomic. In summary: if you want to order wings for the Super Bowl DO NOT ORDER FROM ATOMIC. STAY AWAY! It is insane that they continue to fail to honor customer orders on Super Bowl Sunday. Hopefully the management takes greater ownership moving forward - not a good way to treat customers.

I ordered 10 traditional wings the other week for delivery in the neighborhood. Sadly, they arrived 90 minutes late and by that time were already soggy and cold. I understand the bind that restaurants are currently in, but when 10 wings are $14 I think it's fair to expect a little more. I will order for pick up the next occasion I get wings, be it from here or elsewhere.

Should have taken heed of the other reviews - simply put, do not order food from this place on any important sports day/holiday. Ordered $80 worth of wings for SB 2022 with the confirmed window of delivery 6:16-6:45. I even called at 5:30 to make sure they had my order, they said yes. At 6 I got the notification they were "preparing my order" and that it'd be there soon. An hour passes then two, I've called the restaurant 8 times but they disabled their phone line (probably bc a million people were also pissed). Then suddenly at 8:45 I get a notification from Uber eats that "my food has been delivered, enjoy!" - look at my door and nothing. They fucking charged me for the full amount and I had nothing. Have some decency and At least cancel peoples orders so they can buy elsewhere.

Amazing wings. Great sauce. Asked for them extra crispy. Amazing taste. Good customer service. Better taste then dans and John's to be honest.

Came here Wednesday night around 10 PM. There was one person inside eating, and after I ordered 2 delivery persons had come to pick up their orders. Seems like a lot of the business comes from deliveries, but that's expected nowadays. The menu is rather extensive for a wing spot. Offering items like buffalo spring rolls, fries, waffles, and deep fried oreos. They also offer chicken tenders [3 for $5.99, 5 for $7.99] as well as wings (obviously). I believe the wings come in portions of 7($6.99), 12($11.99) and 20. I hear they even have larger portions like 50 and 100 wings, but I didn't come here for that so I didn't inquire. Atomic Wings also give you a variety of flavors of sauces. Lemon pepper, mild, thai chili, honey bbq, chipotle bbq, jamaican jerk(as if there's any other kind), atomic and nuclear. You want to stay clear of the last two unless you really want the temperature cranked up. I ordered 7 chipotle bbq wings. They took a while to come out but I was thoroughly enjoying watching playoff basketball on the TV. The wait was worth it. The wings didn't have some sauce on it, or a few with sauce some with non and most of the sauce in the container... these wings were "wet"! Completely covered in sauce, a good amount of sauce in the container in case you need to recoat the wings. And a flavor that was incredible. By wing 5 I wished I had ordered a 12 piece. I was so sad that I was done. I can't wait to go back and try their other flavors!! Ps 4 stars cuz the wait was pretty long, will revise after next visit as needed.

The last two times I've ordered from this restaurant, I've had to get Seamless to cancel and refund me because the order just never came, and I got no contact from the restaurant. First time I was told they were "too busy" (after waiting more than a half hour after the estimated delivery time) and this time I was told that the food was left by my door, but it was not. I'm done with this restaurant. (Posting my review here, because, conveniently, when your order gets cancelled on Seamless, you can't leave a review there!)

This spot has been my go to in the East Village. It works well with my keto diet so I am very much happy that this is conveniently located near my job as there are not many businesses that offer keto friendly menus.
