After a break of a few years, we were so happy to be back to Auberge.
It was a balmy, beautiful July evening, 29 C at 7.30pm! We were sat with another couple in the terrasse outside.
Highlight of the evening was the Langoustine Ravioli with it's bisque. It was in - cred - able. We also had the pleasure of an exquisite 2019 Manetou-Salon white, which was rich in perfume, beautifully balanced and all-in-all just perfect.
Thanks to the lovely husband and wife proprietors who were perfect hosts. Can't wait to return.
