"In this pretty half-timbered house just opposite the ruins of the abbey, a friendly green-fingered chef showcases his passion for the riches of Normandy's terroir. Following the seasons, he fêtes ingredients such as trout, beef and lamb, ciders and Calvados, goat's and cow's cheeses. Everything comes from Normandy, not least the fruit and vegetables picked in the restaurant's kitchen garden – the chef does his own planting. With the greens and pastures of Normandy on his doorstep, he composes the magnificent cheese trolley using produce from neighbouring farms. Savour in an inviting and chic contemporary interior, or in the glass-paned extension giving onto the terrace." - Michelin Inspector
Magnifique Restaurant, with delicious, local, high quality food. I had the menu with fois gras, beef, local cheese and desserts, accompanied by the appropriate drink. All the dishes were fantastic, the service was great as well in a calm garden.

This restaurant will appeal to some but for me the flavours I experienced were not good. Presentation and service were great, portion size was fine, but the actual flavour of the dishes I ate did not match the presentation.
The restaurant interior and the service were the best bits.

5* plus
Definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
Stopped for lunch and took the “small” Menue for 45€
Every course offered new surprises, the wine selection was good and the service a pleasure!
If they have the strawberry-red beet dessert on offer when you stop by - it is worth a try!
Nice location as well, we sat on the covered veranda, thus enjoying the sun when out and being protected from the scattered rain.

Great experience at this amazing restaurant in Jumièges. Food is very tasty especially the beef, local seasonal ingredients and produce. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. Passionate about food and the portions are generous. Highly recommended for a pleasant evening.

Nestled in a quaint town in Normandy, this gem of a restaurant boasts a modern setting with a delightful ambiance. The cuisine is both excellent and unique, and the staff are exceptionally friendly

So we dropped in (dressed as real tourists) at 21:30'ish the place was pretty full (people nicely dressed up) ... staff was working really hard. The allowed us to take an unreserved spot and told us it could however take a bit of time before they could get to us.
However service was fast , extremely friendly. The food was exquisit. (experimental at times) but clearly this chef knows his cuisine !
And a very reasonable price. I would have given it an all arround 5/5 but I don't want to take away their hope that still some improvement might be possible (can't think of any...but lets keep the options open).
Congratulations on the staff and owner of this restaurant !
Two appreciative very hungry shabby looking belgian tourists !
