This makes two times I’ve paid for inedible pretzels. It was so hard because it was so burnt. I had to trash it after one bite. A few days ago, this happened and the pretzels (yes, several) were so burnt, my 4 year old niece said, “someone needs to teach them how to cook!” When money is tight and all one wants is a small something to brighten their day. Only to pay for and receive this! How can soneone EVEN THINK it’s okay TO SELL something that looks like this. I know they’re kids. You’ve employed many of my former students. But… COME ON!!! It wasn’t a busy time. I ordered, pulled up, waited 20 minutes at the window. (I’m okay waiting because I’m fairly patient.) but…: Something needs to be done! There is no excuse for something to be sold that is THIS BURNT!! Please use my photos for training purposes. This is a pretzel that SHOULD NEVER EVER BE SOLD to a paying customer!!

I’m not sure how the tiny hut at Firewheel is so on top of it, but this big location never has one thing ready. Expect to spend at least 10minutes in the drive thru. There are no sodas? Which thought was weird. They are decently friendly. I’d definitely say this is more Jamba Juice than Auntie Ann’s. I wouldn’t bother if I wanted a Pretzel, which sucks because I love the location.

went here today for smoothies and pretzels. We got the salted pretzel bites, and they were fresh and delicious. It was brunch time, so not too busy. The bites were fresh and really tasty. The staff was nice and helpful. I would recommend this place.

This location is the worst. Will do everything I can to avoid it. They never have the special piece of the order that makes it special. Once I ordered ahead of time to get my son a bucket of pretzel nuggets for his birthday. They had no bucket so we were just given 4 cups of nuggets. Took away from the wow factor. I ordered a super bowl snack stadium today at 9:30 before the store even opened. I go to pick up my order that I placed for 4:30, not only is it not ready, they had no snack stadium. I know distribution everywhere is an issue but they could have told me earlier in the day that they didn't have any so I could pick up a cute platter or something before coming. Now I'll be showing up at my super bowl party with Christmas pretzel cups. Will definitely do what I can to avoid this store. I don't have a problem that they didn't have the stadium but I have a problem that they didn't communicate with me in a timely manner. The manager claims below they have worked out the new store kinks but it doesn't appear to be so.

As soon as we walked in we went up to the counter to order, we are very patient people so we saw that there was only one girl working, although we heard multiple voices in the back. She was making the pretzels so we gave it a few minutes, we did not get any “we’ll we right with you” or anything. We waited a good 10 minutes without even being acknowledged wich is so insane the worker also had an airpod in. Another girl came out and went right back to the back. This is crazy if you don’t want to serve your customers that are there to give you money then don’t be open at all. Is it really that hard to take our order and the fact that she first even acknowledge us is wild.

I went in at 7 to get a pretzel and the person in front of me walked out with 2 bags of pretzels. Once it was my turn the girl said they stopped serving pretzels yet they close at 8. The teenagers who work there suck and are rude.

No one in the store but 3 lonely old and dry pretzels. It’s 3 pm in the afternoon. How come there’s no selection to choose from that is fresh? No one wants to pay for it old food that has been sitting for who knows how long. A little disappointed. I won’t bother with these individual store fronts. Never have a visited this store in a mall and didn’t get hot and fresh food. Don’t bother with any location other than a mall.

Just ordered a bucket of Mini Pretzel Dogs through Uber Eats and the entire bucket was burnt to a crisp. THANKS FOR RIPPING ME OFF!
