Alvyn made our late lunch/early dinner enjoyable with his good nature and laugh. It was by far the best service we've encountered on our trip to South Beach. The Greek salad and paella were both very good and reasonably priced. Happy hour drinks (mojitos) were good and well priced. We really enjoyed our meal here!

We came in for breakfast and were welcomed by Santiago and he was awesome! Super friendly, upbeat, and made us feel welcome right away. He kept things running smoothly and set the tone for a great start to the day. His positive energy really added to the vibe and made the whole experience even better. Great restaurant. Very quiet and not music blasting. The server Alvyn was very attentive, friendly, but not intrusive. Excellent Chef. The food was European standard. All very reasonably priced. Late drinks selection. Great indoor and outdoor seating. Reminded me of some cafes in Venice. Thanks Akvyn for making our lunch memorable.

Great new spot! Juan was amazing and so attentive. I was out for a walk and checked the menu and decided to have brunch here. Highly recommend smoked salmon bagel with a nice mimosa.

Came to have brunch on a Wednesday at lunch time as part of a party of 6. To begin, I asked the manager about the vegan part of the menu, as seen in the website but not in the "in loco" menu, but the manager never replied. The restaurant was not busy, but the food took over one hour to arrive and only arrived for 4 of us, when the 4 of us were finishing eating, one of the remaining 2 plates arrived wrong. The food was quite bland. The bellini we ordered was brought wrong (they brought a mimosa). They never brought any sugar for the coffee, and the vanilla latte came with no vanilla. Since the waitress repeated the orders to us and she had them written down, we know the mistake was done in the kitchen. At the end of the meal, the last plate hadn't arrived, so we had it cancelled. The waitress was really nice but clearly lacking training. The manager was around trying to lure more customers in, he never came to our table to apologise, even though he knew of the issues we had.

Delicious food! Mel was the hostess and she was exceptional. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The restaurant is small but offers outdoor seating. It is a hookah lounge at night...?, I think. They have a cute little hookah garden towards the back of the restaurant which is an intimate spot for friends or a date. The manager, Mehmet was also attentive and provided excellent customer service. The food portions were a generous size and the alcoholic beverages were strong but very enjoyable. I highly recommend ordering the Chicken Parmigiana, it was chefs' kiss!! The prices were on the higher end, but considering the location, service and portions I thought it was fair. I recommend having lunch or dinner here!

The restaurant is an open area inside and outside. Their servers were quick and very friendly. The food is ok but very expensive. Two bagels with cream cheese & smoked salmon was $45.

A nice, quiet spot for dinner with a peaceful vibe thanks to all the greenery and trees around. The staff were warm and friendly, which added to the experience. The pizza was a bit underwhelming -- it was supposed to have truffle oil or sauce, but tasted pretty average. The penne pasta, though, was quite good and flavorful. The chocolate lava cake was just okay -- decent, but nothing to write home about.

This restaurant was the meet up point for a food tour I was supposed to go on that didn't happen. So I decided to eat here for dinner. It's a nice spot. The restaurant part is in the front, the bar is in the middle, and there is a hookah lounge/area in the back. I sat at the bar and ordered a margarita and the ceviche as an appetizer. For the main course, I ordered Gyro. I learned from the bartender, who is from Turkey, that it is pronounced as it's spelled, Gyro and not Yee Rrho as they pronounce it in Greece. The ceviche was good but had too much lime on it. The Gyro meal was very filling. I tried the Jalisco old fashion drink but wasn't a big fan. The bartender did warn me that it was sweet and has cane sugar but I associated sweet as being fruity. It was indeed sweet, too sweet for me. As I was getting ready to pay the bill, the bartender said I couldn't leave without having a shot and the drink he made was sooo good! I asked him what it was and he only told it's his secret drink. So if you want something fruity that goes down easy, request the bartenders' secret shot drink. You won't be disappointed! All in all, the atmosphere, the food, the staff, and the bartender with the Mea Culpa arm tattoo were great!

A great vibe for a Friday night in Miami! I attended an event at the Aura on Lincoln but the venue is perfect for a date night spot or ladies night out. The music was great and diverse so I absolutely love that. I really enjoyed their ceviche! It was loaded with flavor and the presentation was adorable. They also have a hookah bar in the back so that's perfect if you want to keep the night going after dinner! The ambiance is so cute as well. It is very well lit and the outdoor patio is super intimate so it's perfect if you want to avoid a big crowd.

OMGosh!! This place was delicious! Had the opportunity to bring my husband here today for his birthday and we had a great time. The staff was also kind and knowledgeable of the menu. The music was perfect. Not too loud, just right. We are definitely coming here again. The steak, fries, shrimp, lamb, crab cake....... I mean, it was ALL good.

We randomly stopped in here because we couldn't get into the spot a few doors down. The food was amazing. Way better than I expected. I wanted even more food, but couldn't fit. The service was extremely friendly and welcoming. The music wasn't to our liking but they let us choose what we wanted to hear which was dope.

I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food at Aura is! I think generally the food options on Lincoln road haven't always had the best reputation for quality as they are typically a tourist trap. However, I must say the food at Aura was exceptional! Will definitely be going back whenever I'm on Lincoln road again! Great food and for a good price! Definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

We just had a wonderful birthday breakfast for my husband this morning and had to leave a review. The breakfast was exceptional and fast service! We got a breakfast quesadilla and the power burrito to share. The service was excellent. Alvyn, one of the servers, was incredible. We had another server who was newer and Alvyn was so helpful to him in training him and ensuring we had a great experience. We thought he must have been the manager with the initiative he took to ensure everyone in the restaurant had a great experience. We will definitely be back soon!!!!

U was in MIA for 7 days and everyday i stopped by this establishment. I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant but i wish i could take the servers with me to nyc. The energy from start to finish was mind blowing man everybody was so nice. The food was good the hookah was great i was lucky to find it on Groupon and it was a blessing. Decided to stop here after shopping. Our friend/host, Tanya was so friendly, we had to go in. The place is so cute, offered hookah and such a vibe. I didn't care for the bathroom too much, off the beaten path, but everything else, great: the food was the best part. We frequented nearby, more fancy restaurants and they had nothing on this chef. We could eat more if our bellies allowed. The staff from Tanya, to our waitress, to the hookah guy, was so friendly and pleasant. We will definitely return!

We had tickets for a play on Lincoln Road and made reservations for an early dinner at Aura not really knowing what to expect. Despite the fact it was mostly empty, they weren't able to sit us inside. But, it turned out to he a nice afternoon so it was great to sit in their covered patio. We ordered the hummus and guacamole as appetizers. The hummus was excellent, although a bit runny. The guacamole was creamy although I felt it lacked flavor. For our entrees we had the churrasco, the Mahi, the Gyro/Doner and the lasagna. Everything was excellent (although the churrasco was a bit overcooked). The Mahi Mahi was my favorite, the lemon caper sauce was very flavorful. Drinks were good too. The server was friendly but she did take a while to bring us our check. Overall a good experience!

Excellent food and service. We went there for Sunday brunch (11 am); the restaurant was serving lunch or breakfast. Eggs were cooked to perfection along with the ham and sausage.

Enjoyed Aura as part of a walking food tour. We enjoyed avocado salsa, hummus with tahini, Florida sweet corn salsa, and yuca fries. The food was fresh and delicious. We sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance of the Lincoln road mall. It was a beautiful day in Miami to be outside. The wait staff was also very friendly. I would recommend stopping by.

Stay away if you want what you ordered from the menu. I ordered a "HOMEMADE" Veggie Meatball wrap and got a "frozen" veggie Patty ... When I brought it to the attention of the manager she claimed they make them in house and freeze them. I was also told it was a "meatball burger"... I've never heard of that in my years of being vegetarian. Then asked me if I'd like my check! I'd put money on it that it was a frozen burger from Costco. I do want to say our waiter (Mehmet) was great and I wish he worked at a restaurant I'd frequent.

Food was ok. Waiter did not write down our order. Instead he tried to remember everything and of course, that never goes well. He was trying hard to put on the charm so I give him credit for that. There was a homeless person wandering around near the tables and the manager made sure he didn't bother any of the customers.

Good nachos, good latte, great service, awesome outdoor location on Lincoln in Miami Beach! Great place to hang out, have a beer and people watch!

this place had good service good food and we will be dining there again if we ever come back to Miami. We we were just walking by looked at the menu and decided to eat and boy was it a great experience. We had the beet salad and salmon with asparagus, and it was awesome, best restaurant in Miami so far from our experience.

Simply awful. I ordered a rum and coke, and it was served in a tiny glass... mostly rum with a splash of coke. For lunch, I ordered the tuna melt and was so disappointed. The taste was bland and the huge pieces of cucumber took away from the sandwich. We also tried the margherita pizza and again we were very disappointed... nothing good about it! It was a terrible lunch experience.

Came in on a Sunday night and I have to say the service was A1 ! They recommended me an awesome Drink that was big enough for me and my girls, great prices and the flavors are amazing, they are connected with the hookah at Aura so we smoked a Pineapple head long lasting yummy flavors and had some appetizers that came out super fresh ; overall the place is wonderful, food and drinks are great and the service is 10 out 10! The manager came to check that everything was ok to our table which is very important in the restaurant industry, it shows you care what you serve. I highly recommend anyone to come and check it out! I will be back soon!! :)

Great ambiance, service, delicious food. You feel the good energy and care from all the staff. Their food was nicely presented and beyond my expectation.

Very good restaurant with delicious food, attentive service. Inside there is a small garden where you can smoke hookah. The staff is very friendly and in general everything is very high quality. I ordered a churasco steak with rice and beans, very tasty. I recommend trying a hookah with Russian dark side tobacco, just fire! overall score 10/10

I've frequented this place quite a few times and the service and food have always been good - today not so much !!! It took a while for even water to be offered, we then ordered an appetizer which took quite a while !! We placed our order and the service was extremely slow and took much longer than usual. The salad was good, however the salmon was over cooked from the order as was my friends skirt steak. Food was not prepared to order, we had to request the dressing for the salads. When I spoke to the waiter he started to provide excuses that the kitchen was too far from the tables, my simple reply was that's not the customers concern. Overall for the amount of money charged and service provided, if the service isn't improved, I won't be back.....

Ordeeed avocado toast with a poached egg on top and this is what the toast looks like smh. Asked for a side of toast and 20 min it finally comes out as my eggs are cold. Bacon was burnt & turkey sausage was awful. Chef was on a power trip and argued instead of just making new toast right away. I was charged full price. Waitress was great tho.

I had hummus to start. It is amazing how much better freshly made hummus is than the store bought variety. Then I enjoyed a healthy filing avocado Greek salad. I washed it down with some delicious unsweetened iced tea and did a little people watching. Great lunch spot!

Polished, but not warm. A decent menu selection and a strong Mojito saved this place for me. While the food was A-OK the service left a lot to be desired. Trying to get the waitress' attention to refill water was a chore. Even though there was plenty of staff, they all seemed to be excellent at avoiding eye contact. From the moment our food arrived until we requested the check, we never had any follow up on our meal. Had the place been busy I could see not getting back to check, but with the amount of staff hanging near the greeter / hostess stand I felt more irritated than I likely should have. Perhaps it was just a bad day but when you get a first impression like mine and still have to pay an 18-20 % gratuity which is automatically added to your bill, more effort should be present in the actual service.

Super blah and average food, service and atmosphere. We stopped here on a whim and ordered breakfast for 4. It was so blasé and overpriced. Lemonades did $8 and pancakes that are out of a box. I very rarely give bad reviews but over $100 later (with a guaranteed 18 percent gratuity), this left me totally unsatisfied and cold. Skip this place

We liked the location! Food is cooked and seasoned well. We ordered the Tropical Salmon, Avocado Greek Salad, and Turkey Burger. The food was a good size. The salad was nicely balanced. The burger was also outstanding. The salmon was delicious and had a great flavor. Service was excellent from drinks to food. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

This place is the spot if you are looking for a place to smoke hookah, grab a bite and shop around. The staff is so friendly here. We really enjoyed our time!

My GO TO on LINCOLN ROAD with a DIVERSE MENU,and many Healthy OPTIONS..ALVYN LOPEZ was my Server and did an amazing job..Always refilled my Ice Tea without asking,and would frequently come over to check out how is everything,and if I needed anything..Great Service..

Books & Books cafe under new management changed into Aura Books & Books. Not impressed. The new chef clearly lacking experience and has no knowledge of good food. So sad. We expected food to be the same good but .. disappointment. Vegetable soup (0/5) was like 1/5 of the bowl (looks like they gave me someone's leftovers) and it was extremely salty! Like completely a SALT BOMB. Either the chef was sick and lost his taste buds or they never tasted the soup. We sent it back to the kitchen. Hummus (3/5) was not as good as it used to be. Hummus from Books & Books used to be my favourite hummus in Miami - not anymore. Sweet potato fries (4/5) - did someone eat half? Again, the smallest portion ever, used to be 2 x bigger. Also the hostess is also lacking some knowledge about what's cooking in the kitchen. I asked her about the soup and she gave me wrong information. If you don't know, say "I'm not sure, let me check with the kitchen!" On the other hand, our server was really, really nice and friendly I'm very sad... This USED to be my favourite restaurant in South Beach! Please hire new chef for the evening.

This place has never disappointed me. Been coming here for a long time and the food is absolutely amazing. It's worth it Everytime. My personal favorite is the chicken Parm but my girlfriend didn't allow me to get it this last time. Check it out though, very delicious and also generous portions!

Delicious Wild Mushroom plate on their vegan menu. Loved the warm service. Loved the outdoor seating too. I'm visiting from San Diego and this was my first vegan meal in Miami. Super impressed.

I had time to burn before my flight. So I googled dog friendly restaurants and this place popped up. As soon as I got there, the server offered my dog water and the WiFi so I could work from one of the outdoor tables. Can't speak for the food because I just had breakfast, but the steak and eggs were delicious. Steak was perfectly cooked and wasn't dry. (Served with home fries and sourdough toast.) Server and busboy were attentive. (Stopped by frequently to check if I was done eating or if I needed anything else.) Server also offered to watch my luggage and dog so I could go to the restroom. Great Yelp worthy experience.

The only saving grace this place has it's the memory of what it once was and it's location is prime for people watching. The food is ridiculously over priced for the undercooked and under portioned dishes. I'd much rather spend my lunch taking a walk if this were to be my only Lincoln Road food option, thankfully it's not. Hopefully they can look back to what they once were and get an idea of how to inch their way closer to a possible Lincoln Road option.

Maybe the breakfast isn't the thing to get here. But I got pancakes, scrammed eggs, and a coffee. And those simple things where SO bad I'm posting a negative review so no one else makes the mistake of ordering this. I can compare the food to cafeteria food... and the coffee... just terrible.

The food at Aura is devine although a little pricey but worth it. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor setting where you can people watch as you dine. Everything is presented well and the staff is attentive. I ordered a Spaghetti Bolognese. There was ample meat in the meat sauce, the pasta was Al dente to perfection and the dish came with a big spoon for twirling the spaghetti; this is no small thing. At most restaurants, I have to ask for a big spoon. They know what they're doing, I'm happy to say.

This is my second time. I ate churrasco steak. It was great. Nice outside sitting. Friendly staff awesome food. Totally recommend Aura.

Good place especially hookah, it's delicious and very friendly service. Definitely recommend this place for shisha/hookah. They have variety of flavors and tobacco brands. Nice atmosphere and music outside. Owners really care about customers. Must go if you're in Miami.

The best food in south Florida. Really enjoyed it. Pricy but worth it. You Will enjoy it for sure
