Avanti Food & Beverage - Review - Vail - The Infatuation

"Avanti shakes up Vail's dining scene by giving you everything under one roof, from sushi, pizza, and burgers, to Mediterranean eats, ramen, grab-and-go snacks, and a lively après-ski energy that doesn’t break the bank. No reservations needed: park out front, wander (or ski) in, pick up what you want—might we suggest a bowl of spicy miso ramen from Glo, a saucy smash burger at Backyard Burgers, or mezze and pita from Boychik? Grab a seat by the fire pits or on the patio overlooking the slopes, and let the mountain vibes take over. Order right from your phone or at each food station, and sidle up to the long bar and order a cocktail like the Buckin Chute with spruce-infused vodka." - Kim Fuller

The Best Restaurants in Vail, Colorado | Eater Denver

"The food hall format has finally arrived at altitude thanks to Avanti F&B, which operates popular longtime locations in Denver and Boulder. Taking over the former Larkspur space at the Golden Peak base area with a $4 million renovation, Avanti Vail opened its doors in early 2025 with five different dining options, a buzzing bar, and a sprawling slopeside patio. Whether you want oysters and clam chowder from Detoor, a hot slice from Powder Crust Pizza, hot ramen and sushi from Glo, spicy mozzarella sticks and smash-grilled goodness from Backyard Burgers, or a mezze platter from Boychik, there actually is something for everyone — and all at the same time. Plus, the prices for food and drink are super reasonable compared to other ski base areas." - Katie Shapiro

We were traveling to Denver and stopped by to eat something in Vail. Unfortunately most of restaurants were closing at 8pm and we couldn’t find much open. So we stopped here cause the Google maps saying they open till 9pm, and they actually close at 8pm as well. Bayard Burger took our order at 7:54pm and prepared us a super yummy burger and some salad. Thank you we enjoyed your food very much! Recommending this place if you are in the area.

The views from its outdoor patio were great, just at the base of the lift. There were plenty seating areas and fireplaces to warming up. There was no service (bar was an exception), though, kind of self serving that you have to order online and get the food from the vendors. We order Japanese soup noodles, tasty but very salty. Good place for a quick lunch, not so for a nice dinner.

Avanti Food & Beverage in Vail is a great addition to the Vail dining scene—modern, and thoughtfully redesigned. The open, communal layout and variety of food concepts make it easy for everyone to find something they enjoy, Mediterranean from Boychik, ramen, pizza, or drinks. I only tried the happy hour chicken “sliders” for lunch from Boychik, they were flavorful, nicely presented, and felt like a good value, especially for Vail. The overall vibe is casual yet stylish, perfect for après-ski, meeting friends, or grabbing a relaxed meal with mountain views. Great concept, great execution, and I’m looking forward to going back to try more of what Avanti has to offer.

I got some dinner from the burger venue here at Avanti food and beverage. Your service is really quick and the food was super good. I did not enjoy the mozzarella sticks. They were a bit too over seasoned for my taste but others might find them very good. The views are spectacular and there's tons of seating.

Avanti in Vail is the perfect spot to relax, refuel, and take in the mountain views. We had the pizza—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. The burger was juicy and satisfying, but the real standout was the fries—crispy, seasoned perfectly, and seriously addictive. Our drinks were cold and refreshing, rounding out a great meal. The outdoor seating offers a beautiful view of the mountains, and the atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming. Whether you’re just coming off the slopes or strolling through Vail Village, Avanti is a must-stop for great food and great vibes.

This place is gem! The inside is all vibes. Cozy and so many different seating options. The shio ramen was excellent like so freaking good. Smash burgers were also a hit and the house made sauces made them even better!

Great patio with lots of shade. Great burger and fries. Solid cocktail and shwarma bowl. Pizza was a disaster. Lost our order and gave us incorrect information. Took 35 minutes to finally just take someone else’s pizza. Pizza had almost no cheese and was a hard cracker like crust.

We had dinner with friends. You can order food with their website and when it's done you go get your meal. It was nice to have a variety of options. The atmosphere was nice and beautiful views.

Yelp
I just returned from Vail and discovered a new casual eating spot. I got the recommendation from a bartender at the 10th. Avanti Vail is located at Golden Peak in the old Larkspur location. It's a bar and food court with food vendors. I ended up going here because I was craving a burger and fries. I was staying at the Tivoli Lodge so it's just a short walk or if you're really tired and lazy from skiing you can catch the in-town bus for the very short distance from Hansen Ranch Road to Golden Peak/Avanti Vail. It's always easier to walk downhill than uphill. lol When you walk in, a large bar will be on your left. It was quite busy for après ski when I walked in around 6:30-7. The food court itself has a few high tops and tables so lots of seating. You can get ramen, pizza, burgers, Mediterranean and breakfast. I opted for a burger from Backyard Burgers. If you order a burger it comes with hand cut fries. I ordered the Double Wit' Cheese and the mozzarella sticks with a "dilly" ranch sauce. My only suggestion would be to offer regular ranch sauce. The dilly ranch was good but too much dill is not a good thing. In the end, I didn't use much of it. The burger was really good and hit the spot after a day of skiing. I will definitely get the burger the next time I'm in Vail. The other food vendors include: Boychick which states it's Mediterranean-inspired but looking at the menu its Middle Eastern food. Everything on their menu looked really good including chicken shawarma wrap, lamb gyro, baba ghanoush, hummus, falafel, fried cauliflower and quinoa tabbouleh. Detour - coffee bar, breakfast grab & go, sandwiches and soup, and different kinds of bruschetta. Glo is a ramen bar and also serves sushi. If I wasn't craving a burger, I would have gone for a nice big bowl of ramen. Powder Crust Pizza - you can't go wrong with pizza. Some may think the prices are high but it's Vail. What I really like was how casual it is. I imagine a lot of families will like this food court. I will definitely explore the other food choices when I come back.

Yelp
Such a great addition to the mountain! Same vibes as the Boulder and Denver locations, this one currently has burgers, pizza, ramen, mediterranean, etc. I got the spicy mushroom ramen from glo and it was expensive (as everything in Vail is), but so so good. Perfect amount of spice for me, and she let me remove bean sprouts :) Bar can get busy, but it's a great spot.

Yelp
Terrible experience at Avanti. Massive private wedding welcome party being hosted at Avanti - Should not have been kept open to the public. Selfish move. Sushi took over 65 minutes - never came out. Pizza was rough. Place was horribly overwhelmed. Shuttle to the covered bridge, walk over to Avanti, ruin your evening. Check with the place to make sure they're not a private party venue when you try to bring your family over at 6:30pm on a Thursday. At least warn the patrons as they're arriving and before you take their orders. Instagram pictures paint a rosier picture of the glorified food court. Tourism personified.

Yelp
Love this place! The vibes are immaculate. There's a few restaurants inside and a large area to sit and eat or drink with friends. Great drinks and awesome food. I came here one night for a work event and had a blast! I also stopped by the other day for lunch and checked out Boychik and it was soooo good. I tried a lamb gyro and it was delicious and very filling. The service is great, everyone's super friendly and helpful. Someone even brought me over a glass of water while I was waiting on my food.

Yelp
Backyard Burgers had an impossible burger option which was a positive. It ends there. They mark it up $4 from the regular price. Plus their default is to offer a double patty burger. For the impossible they just make a single 1/2 lb patty. My friend got a single though and mine was bigger, but definitely not double. The buns were kind of mushy too. Absolutely not worth $20 for a burger and fries.

Yelp
Went to Glo last night in avanti and the service was awful no one was ever at the register and then when my girlfriend bought a Thai boba tea it tasted like dirty milk. I asked very nicely if they do refunds and he just responds with we are closed when we got food from them 20 minutes before. Also seemed like no one like working there.

Yelp
The bartenders working on 6/10/2025 gave us exceptionally poor service. I wouldn't be leaving such a low review if they hadn't ignored not only us, but also another couple and the woman sitting next to us. We waited over 30 minutes and were completely ignored. When we asked the cocktail waiter if we could order drinks, he said yes, and then continued to ignore us. I'd understand if it were busy, but it really wasn't, especially for a Tuesday night in the summer. I know there was a dinner party, but it was a small group, and that doesn't mean regular customers should be ignored entirely. I just don't get it, isn't this place supposed to be known for exceptional service? The food was mediocre as well, unfortunately. I recommend tavernetta, food is exceptional and service makes it worth the price. Not this place.

Yelp
Brand new, elevated food court at the base near Riva Bahn lift. Our group enjoyed the Ramen, burgers and Italian subs. They even have a raw oyster offering. Avanti bar has great energy with fun music pumping all day especially during apres ski.

Amber S.

Yelp
Best après spot in Vail, hands down! I have gone three times now and it never disappoints. The music, people and vibes are all there!

Yelp
Fantastic spot! Came here around 1PM for a late lunch + drinks. My group got an outdoor area with a fire pits and couches - so warm and comfortable. Mare was so nice at the bar and she had espresso martinis on tap! I ordered from the pizza place and it was delicious plus the staff were very nice. My group also ordered burgers and they were great. Prices were surprisingly reasonable for being in Vail.

Tradd N.

Yelp
In my opinion, Avanti is a great addition to the Vail scene. The food is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The DJs are fun. BRAVO!

Yelp
They are not officially open but I've been here twice in the last week. Every aspect of the experience has been excellent. This is a perfect setting for groups and families. The food hall concept is great and the bar offerings extensive with many local options and good NA drnks too. We have tried offerings from from all the food providers with rave reviews. Ramen, burgers, pizza, bruschetta, gyros, cheese steak and more. BTW the breakfast burritos to go are very good too.

Yelp
Absolute gem. The Vail Valley has been in dire need of a place like this. Awesome vibe, great food, impeccable service. Can't wait to get back, so many choices. A++
