Man God bless the cooks in that truck!!! I first ate birria tacos in Orlando and had to try this place when I came back. When I tell y’all I had to pull over and park my car to eatttt 🥹 If they didn’t close at 8 I would have turned around for more. $10 for 5 with all the fixings, YOU CANT BEAT IT!

First time having Chicharrons that were not fried pork skins. This dish that I have never seen before was the most amazing and delicious item I received. I could not wrap my brain around it and am still not quite sure of what is in it, but I loved every bite. The Birria taco and Birria smothered fries were great as well and so was the elite. I got my food delivered via Door dash and it still was fresh and hot. This was amazing special food truck and I will get more of this Chicharrones.

The love that I have for Aztecas's is so big ❤️, this is the best Taco truck of Louisiana. The quality of the ingredients is amazing, so fresh, and so delicious. La Shinita is passionate about creating stunning and wonderful dishes. The presentation is beyond amazing 👏 🤩

I can't believe I've lived in Baton Rouge for a year and a half and I just made it to Aztecas. The burrito of asada was amazing. The tacos were also the best, I so recommend the Barbacoa one. Juicy, moist, tender, and such a deep flavor. Can't wait to come back for more! I really want to try every item.

I think this is one of the best food trucks in Baton Rouge. The Birria tacos are flavorful, fresh, and will make you full with just one or 2. The Birria sauce is good and not greasy like other places I've had and the service is nice and fast. The parking can get a little congested but no other complaints

One of the City's Hidden Culinary Gems! Azteca's Food Truck is seriously incredible! I first came here for the tacos--which are all great--but the birria tacos really stand out. They're packed with juicy, fall-apart roast beef and melted cheese, all tucked inside a perfectly crisped tortilla. Each order comes with fresh diced white onion, cilantro, grilled onions, consommé, and a fiery green sauce that packs serious heat. More recently, I discovered the Quesabirria pizza--and wow. It's made with two large flour tortillas stuffed with a generous amount of birria roast and melted cheese, crisped on both sides. It's served with all the same flavorful accompaniments as the tacos, and the portion size is huge--easily enough to feed two to three people. Don't let the pictures fool you! The staff is always friendly and happy to offer recommendations. If you haven't checked out this food truck yet, you're missing out on one of the city's best-kept food secrets.

This is a little food truck near Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge. I placed a pick up order for the Birria Quesadilla and it was huge! It only comes with grilled onions so ask for cilantro and raw onions on the side. The service was quick but it can get busy near the service road so be careful.

We stopped by this food truck today, and we had the birria tacos, they were delicious. The consume was amazing also. Put this place on your list if you haven't already.

I absolutely love this food truck. I'm glad someone put me on. I've eaten this Ramen 3 times. It's turned into my new comfort food! It makes me so happy lol They give you lots of meat, enough noodles and the broth is amazing. I'd put two bags of the cilantro and onions if I could. Today the limes were perfect the other couple times they were hard and couldn't squeeze them. That's the only thing I would like to be better. More salsa would be great also but no biggy. Did I mention it's 11.00!!!! I can't wait to try other things on the menu but their ramen has me in a choke hold.

My food came after just a few minutes despite the line. It was easy and quick to order, plus they have a few tables for seating to eat or for while you wait. Definitely some of the best birria tacos in BR (I've tried several, trust me). The chicken taco wasn't super flavorful, the salsa helps. The salsa that it comes with crept up on me and was 10x spicier than I thought. Be careful with it!

I was surprised at how quickly the food was ready due to the crowd which is always a good thing. Sadly the tacos were honestly mid at best. Don't get me wrong they were loaded, but the chicken lacked a lot of flavor and was very dry. This along with the heavy handed cilantro or parsley on top made the whole taco super dry. The sauce that came with them was very spicy and added some much needed flavor but there wasn't enough of it.

I saw a friend on Facebook post their tacos and just one look was all it took for me to make the drive to Azteca's. The plates are dressed in such a way that makes your mouth drool. The service was quick and friendly. The parking lot they are parked in is clean and open. Once I got home, I ripped into my box and devoured every morsel of food. It was delicious! The consomme was so flavorful and the portions were hearty and filling. I will be visiting again, soon!

Cool little food truck. My co worker swung me by here one day. Great food. They have also have Birria Raman And a Birria pizza. Def will try them next time. Friendly service too

The BIRRIA RAMEN WAS SO GOOD! Full of meat. Plus I ordered the special. 5 Birria Tacos! Shell was just rt for the dip sauce. And the spicy green sauce-just a smidge is enough! Definitely will be back & price was good.

As always the food was amazing and with large servings! It was delivered earlier than expected and was still very hot.

I would dropkick handicapped kittens out of the way to get my hands on these tacos. The elote is also really really good. The only issue is the verde sauce burned my lil white girl mouth. I mean, I still dumped a bunch of it on my tacos because I have no self control, but I burped flames after.

Fast and delicious my go-to spot for good tacos. The ramen is very good too and comes with all the same toppings. You can call ahead and pick-up.

Ordered for lunch, we had their quest iris and corn in a cup, when I tell you this is the closes you will get to authentic, it had flavor and good flavor.

I just get their fruit cups. Fresh cut watermelon, cucumbers, jicama, pineapple, mangos, and coconut with chamoy, tajin, and sour candy! Delicious! Love it! Haven't tried any of their other foods yet but can't go wrong with the fruit cup.

I stopped over here on a whim one day. It was a weekday around lunch time . There was a slight wait , but well worth it . I ordered two tacos ( steak & chicken ) . The flavor was sooooo good , the tacos were overstuffed with meat , diced onions , fresh cilantro ( the spicy green sauce ) . I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to going back to try everything , lol. Prices are very reasonable too.

Aztecas 9375 Florida Blvd, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Just a plethora of tacos like beef head, marinated shredded beef, beef tripe, marinated pork, beef cheek, and elotes entero. Give this place a try at the food truck and it's downtown location. It's well worth it!

The food was alright but tasted super plain, it definitely needed more (any?) seasoning. I didn't get any broth for the birria and am unsure if they forgot it or it just doesn't come with any. I was pretty disappointed but think they could be really good if they just added seasoning!

I don't leave reviews but got dang, this pregnant momma is in HEAVEN. Do not sleep on them! We got the 25 taco pack with pollo, carne asada, birria and barbacoa! DELICIOUS. Also we got the carne gordita thing (they call it something else) and it was on point. I devoured it before the photo. There was a to go box full of the fixings as well (cilantro, onion, radish, cucumber etc) The salsa is HOT. There was a line for placing orders and pick up and the locals raved about it. I don't know how they don't have more reviews, they've been there for years. Definitely going back again! The trailer is clean and well maintained from what we could tell!

Didn't have Pastor tacos around 7pm :( I'll come earlier next time :))))) This must be the spot!

Food was delicious. Never thought I would say this but the nachos was just to much food for one person. Consider sharing and the chips got soggy while commuting home. Well worth the price

This location is a food truck that operates during limited times during the week. Do yourself a favor and order the birria tacos! You will not be disappointed. It comes with 3 beef tacos and a dipping broth. The broth was light and flavorful. The tacos were packed with beef and cheese. Both were a great combination. I also ordered an assorted fruit cup that was both savory and sweet. This food truck is a must!

I went for the birra it was bland . they were nice ppl.. i guess i was expecting something else .. the service was fast .. it looked good just not seasoned well

Being from Texas it has been struggle finding authentic Mexican food in Baton Rouge. I decided to give this place a try and it was amazing!! I would definitely recommend eating here! So good!

these were the best birria tacos ive had in Baton Rouge! also loved their salsa verde as most restaurants' arent as spicy as I like. i've been wanting to try them for about a year now, but they always had weird hours so i never got around to it. I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the person at the window that day was not as welcoming as I'd hoped but i dont hold it against her, we all have bad days. All in all, I would definitely go back. The price was unbeatable as well, I believe 5 birria tacos and consume for 10 dollars!

As a hispanic I went looking for some authentic food yesterday, food itself was good. However, less than an hour after eating I got food poisoning & was left throwing up for the rest of my day. I spent $61 on their box combo (family pack) just to throw the rest of the food out. I was very upset with this and want a refund. Be careful when getting food from here, i don't know how well they take the time to cook their food thoroughly or prep, but food poisoning was definitely NOT what I ordered. (Is there a way I can get a refund or something?)

Does not taste good at all and the service was okay . The birria tacos were horrible and the sauce for them is horrible. The whole truck is not good. I really was excited to try and was so disappointed. The atmosphere of the place is not great. They don't have many places to park.

I LITERALLY just pulled off the lot about 10 minutes ago and I absolutely had to write a review ! This taco truck has better quality than anything I've ever had. I got the Birria tacos , a birra quesadilla and my fiancé got a burrito. When I say , the portions and taste is AMAZING! I've been trying different Birria taco places around Baton Rouge and all of them were lacking something , EXCEPT THIS PLACE. My new favorite place to eat . I couldn't help myself from digging in immediately . 10/10 recommend!!

Food is amazing, no matter what it is. Everything is fresh and served with the perfect side pairings and toppings. The service is always smooth and fantastic. I've received customer service that well, from a food truck. You can tell they care about their business, and food keeps the people coming back!

The birria and consommé was phenomenal! The barbacoa was not only juicy but had a good char to it. Don't forget the salsa verde( had a good little kick to it)!

Best birria and fruit cups in Baton Rouge.The meat was well seasoned and the front sweet! The consume was delicious! It reminds me of taco trucks here in California! Well definitely be back for more.
