"Open Wednesday through Sunday, this family-friendly brewery in the woods is worth the drive. Situated on seven acres of country, B-52 features outdoor fun like horseshoes and ping-pong, which can be enjoyed after exploring the pale ales, pilsners, IPAs, and smoothie tart sours. Check their calendar for a list of fun events, like Trivia Night, plus the schedule for its rotating list of food vendors." - Sean Hekmat, Brittany Britto Garley, Megha McSwain

Nut Allergy friendly: I don't think any of their food items use any nuts! B-52 is located in what feels like the clearing of a huge forest. There is considerable outdoor space with picnic tables, four different event spaces, a bar room, and a light kitchen. We took over some picnic tables with a large group. Food-wise, it took a VERY long time to get our pizzas on a Saturday night. I think nearly an hour to get two pizzas. They were very, very burned when we got them. We ordered a prosciutto honey pizza (The Boss) and some kind of mushroom sausage pizza (Portobelly). We all preferred the prosciutto honey, but none of us ate the crusts. It seems like a great spot to hang out with friends and grab a beer, but definitely order your food far ahead of time if you plan on getting any from their kitchen.

A place to drink and have your kids play. No food offered except food truck. A bit rustic but depends on what you are looking for. We thought it was a restaurant.

Beautiful location with plenty of shade, good vibes, and a vast beer selection. The kitchen is a nice touch but loses points for a lack of vegetarian options. Really enjoyed my trip to here.

Last Sunday was my second time to go to B-52. I can't tell enough people how awesome it is! From the staff to all the brews, the brewery, and all its outside accommodations are superb. Great friendly atmosphere, everyone is laid back and just enjoying life. Their staff is very knowledgeable of their offerings and can help you find a flavor that suits you or just try them all is what I say! I haven't had the chance to eat there yet but there firewood pizza oven smell amazing!! All the food I've seen coming out of the kitchen looks gourmet and delectable! I can't wait to try some. I'll see y'all soon B-52!

Great beer selection, usually really good food trucks. We always take home at least a few 6packs or growlers

I love the outdoor space, so cool to see them keep all the trees on the lot. Some of the beers are good, some are a miss. Pizza truck is a great snack option to have. Staff are always friendly. Bathrooms are clean.

Been to B52 Brewing multiple times, each time has been memorable. This place is unique and has a multitude of craft beers to choose from. Came on 9/04 and they had a few food trucks present. We tried food at the Refill Station as well as Bright Relish. Good food from each place. I look forward to enjoying the burn pits here when the weather cools down.

For a local brewery this place is probably not the greatest. They have a huge selection for their size but only a couple out of the whole menu didn’t taste like acetone. We came through when they didn’t have a food truck and now I understand why they need the food truck because the food is below average, pizza rubbery crust, the artichoke dip was the best thing on the menu. They gave us raviolis for free that were cold and also rubbery. Come for growlers and a pint but I would recommend eating elsewhere. I was disappointed that the “pint” glasses we came there for from the Groupon promo were tiny and not as pictured at all. Cute but still false advertising

Yelp
Overall: Date night, girls night, or any reason worthy. Parking: Owned lot that is covered in random trees. They probably have more parking elsewhere but word to the wise, don't bring a fancy or low rider car here. Service: such kindness and friendliness with the staff. Drinks: huge selection of 20 plus beers, something for everyone from sours to stouts. Love they aren't just about the IPA. Atmosphere: cool but upscale. Outside is more chill, inside is surrounded in barrels and assorted tables. Great place to do board games and hang out all day. Value: Beers are around 6.50 each, I'd love if it was a touch lower but can't complain and less of a chance of young ones coming for cheap beer and getting wasted and being silly. Notes: Dog (leashed) and family friendly.

Yelp
They have a large selection of beer. They also have some food- mainly pizzas with a few apps the food was great. We tried the Canadian pizza and spinach artichoke dip. Both were good and I would try it again. They have a huge amount of sours and not as many traditional beer selections. If you like lots of flavors you are in the right place. If you like more traditional style beer this might not be your best option. Overall a good experience and a great venue.

Macey M.

Yelp
Ambiance: Large brewery with a giant outdoor patio area consisting of multiple picnic tables and high tops perfect for birthdays, bringing the dog, or hanging out with a large group. Onsite parking available. Several beer options. Roaming cats available to pet! I did not try their food options but their beers hit the spot. Given the "forest" vibes of the outdoor area, I would recommend bug spray if you plan to sit outdoors.

Yelp
Overall, not coming back . The husband and I are lucky if we get a date night once very few months. We came here and the tap tender that I ordered from may have been one of the rudest service experiences I've ever had. My hubs and I have both worked the service industry, so we know the trials and tribulations of it. I don't recall EVER being short, crappy, or treating a paying customer like they were inconveniencing me, which is what happened while we were here. Simply ordered some beers and our lady tap tender was full on rude. RUDE. The male tap tender later said to me "everyone is allowed to have a bad day" when I was paying my tab because he was standing there when she served us. I mean sure, everyone is allowed a bad day, but damn, if you are working a business for someone else and your attitude is affecting the bottom line like that... whoa. It was about 830 on a Saturday when we ordered and went outside. At 9, all the lights around us started getting shut off and another person came and started collecting our unfinished drinks saying "just so you know, we close in an hour". Okie dokie. Sounds like they wanted us to leave. So I got lids for the three pizzas we bought, and instead of buying more beer, we left with our pizza and grabbed some cans to take home to make the best of our rare date night. So we won't be back.

Sandra S.

Yelp
Very nice outdoor seating to handout, thry have corn hole and picnic tables to seat outside, you can bring kids and dogs and enjoy the whole family, i try the cider and it was very good , they were almost out of food onky cheeseburgers and street corn.

Yelp
On Saturday, a group of us went over to B-52 Brewing Co. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed the great weather & the great beer. Considering the crowds & the main tap room being shut off for a private event the bartenders in the original tap bar did a great job. The only negative is the loud noise from all the generators being used by the many food stalls. There were generators placed so near the picnic tables it was impossible to sit at a table & hear each other. Luckily we were able to get a table a distance away but the background generator noise was annoying. The number of food & flea market-type stalls at the entrance was overwhelming. All this bedlam dampens the beer garden ambiance. I went ahead and gave my review 4 stars but B52 needs to manage the vendors better.

Barbara P.

Yelp
B-52 is a great place to grab a beer and hang out. I love that there is plenty of outdoor seating and dogs are always welcome. Their Pilsner mixed with the house made lemonade was so so good. I am not a beer drinker but this drink had me coming back for more. I also enjoyed their blueberry crumble sour.

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Usually have a great time here. Love the different events and trivia is the best! St. Patrick's Day was a bit of a mess though. We will be back as they are our local go-to, but hopefully next time will be up to their usual standards.

Kat G.

Yelp
amazing service, excellent beer, my only qualm is the amount of children running around seemingly unattended wreaking havoc. It's difficult to relax and have a good time with screaming kids running everywhere): it's not fair to the guests and it's certainly not fair to the staff (they're beertenders, not babysitters) other than that, i love b52 and it will always be my top local brewery!!

Neha M.

Yelp
Sour beer?! I've never tried it before and this place was the perfect place to have my first experience. There's a sampling option, and you can try various beers. Loved the experience and the atmosphere. Huge seating inside and outside... and very spacious. Highly recommended and would try again!

Christina I.

Yelp
Fun place for all. Good beer and great service. Always a good selection of food vendors.

Brent L.

Yelp
I'll start with the positive. I had a pint of the Oak Lagered Vienna Lager for $6. It had a very interesting taste to it, but it wasn't as oaky tasting as I thought it would be - and I'm glad. It's aged in Pinot Noir barrels for 3 months, and it gave it a really good taste. I also had a pint of the B52 Pils for $4, and it was nothing to brag about - tasted like any ole pilsner to me. Food truck on site PLENTY of space and seating outside, and it's placed in the middle of a wooded area surrounded by beautiful pine trees. There's also plenty of room outside for games, such as tether ball, an outdoor ping pong cornhole, giant Jenga and giant Connect 4. They have 3 retro video arcade games inside setup for free play (Donkey Kong, Mortal Kombat, and an Ice Hockey video game called Hit the Ice)! It's kid, pet, and hipster friendly Now for the downside: We *literally* stood in the beer line for 15 minutes - see pix - I timed it when I saw the size of the line. When I finally got to the counter and ordered, the tap master asked if I wanted to leave my tab open and I thought to myself, "Hell no! There's no way I'm standing in this line again." I was there for 45 more minutes nursing my beer, and when I left, the line was just as bad as when I got there. They allow smoking on the patio and they keep the garage doors open, so the cigarette smell drifts inside and you have to deal with that smell. Although they have a nice setup, I won't return. The beer was just "OK", but the 15 minute wait is really what made my mind up.

Deidra B.

Yelp
Great concept, beautiful outdoor atmosphere, extremely clean. They appear to be family oriented. It was pretty hot in the barrel room. It was not packed and not much waiting in line really, staff could have been more helpful with selections. ( she literally said I have no way of knowing, since I don't know what you like to my companion) First place I have ever been for a brewery that didn't offer small taste before buying.

Annalisa P.

Yelp
This was my first time out here. A guy friend once told me about this place last year since I'm a fan of sours. Dog friendly, people friendly, cheap beer, free wifi, and the woods. What more do you need? I came here for a dog 1/2 birthday party. Not just any dog, but my former Texas Children's coworker's dog who suffers from cancer and a form of ALS. :( She wanted to celebrate, and we all came with our fur babies. It was a lovely, fun day. That Saturday happened to be not too busy. Maybe because it coincided with White Linen Night in The Heights. I went last year, so I wanted to try something new. The ground is sandy (your shoes and toes get dusty), and there are picnic tables spread throughout. You can enjoy your beer and food indoor in the nice A/C or outdoor. There's one food truck with Texas/Louisiana fusion. It gets hot in this summer heat, but there are plenty of trees for shade. For entertainment, there's a giant Connect 4 and corn hole. This place is great for parties. The outdoor bar is covered, has picnic table seating, and flat screen TVs to catch the game. The parking is a smaller, winding version similar to RenFest. The entrance and exit are the same, so be careful. The beer is great. I tried the breakfast stout, which is similar to an oatmeal latte, pineapple watermelon, which tasted more like watermelon, and a cherry sour. I wanted to try the rainbow sour belt, but the inside bar didn't have it ready. It's one of the 'After the Internet' beers with CBD. They will tell you. I wanted to try it for the flavor, not necessarily the CBD, but I wouldn't have minded. My friend and I took an uber anyway! Lol. Leave your tab open. Get a flight, or keep coming back to try more flavors. Depending on your ounces, the price can range from $2 to 8. I tried 3 flavors, and it only cost me $10.50. I highly recommend this brewery. Come check it out for yourself!

Cristina L.

Yelp
It's a great place. Beer is super good. They also have food trucks and events. They have an AC room to hide from the heat

Sean P.

Yelp
Great beer! Love the location and ambience. We'll be back for sure. ... bring bug spray during the summer!

Ivy W.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I took a weekend trip up to Lake Conroe and decided to stop here a B-52 in the afternoon for a lunch break after a long day. There is plenty of ourdoor seating and they've got a lovely vibe going on here -- string lights turn on when it gets dark, corn hole, etc. Great place for family or just to chill with some friends. Got a great selection of craft brews as well! When we came, there were also two food trucks on premise.

Taylor D.

Yelp
This is literally the coolest brewery I've ever been to in my life. It's out in the middle of the woods with TONS of seating. They had tons of shade because trees are EVERYWHERE!they had SO many beers on tap that you could literally be there all day trying beer! Everyone who works there is beyond friendly, and more than happy to chit chat with you about all the beer. Even the bathrooms are excellent! Super clean and super nice, it what you would expect from a brewery! I can't recommend this place enough if you're in the area!!!!

Daniel L.

Yelp
Well, shave my back and call me an elf. This joint was amazing in every sense, by far my favourite of the local breweries outfitted with a taproom. Their motto is "too good to ignore" and I can definitely get behind that mood. B-52 started in this space in 2014 and they quickly picked up a number of well deserved industry accolades that built on the original success that took a small number of kegs in the Daniels' garage into this, a wooded paradise of beer that the Dalish elves and the dwarves of Orzammar could both enjoy, not just Oghren who is 2019's true spirit animal for our times. Chad Daniel (one of the cofounders along with Brent Daniel) had an untimely death in a motorcycle accident over the winter holidays 2017 and B-52 started January 2018 out on a sad note. The team pushed forward in his memory. So what you see these days is intentional and the result of the B-52 team pushing forward through adversity. My dad died at the same time as Chad, the two are unrelated in everything but time, but to see B-52 doing well makes me feel good about honoring the legacy of another family that went through a lot of the same difficult things we did at the same time dealing with a sudden unexpected death. The parking lot is set among the woods so you get that real country flavour like we're out here moonshining in an episode of The Dukes of Hazzard or down along Copperhead Road with John Lee Pettimore. There are open air tables near the outdoor sports games, there is an outdoor bar with a top covering that really seemed to cater to people there to watch sportsball, and then the actual taproom inside the main building which was respectfully quiet for conversation save for appropriately low-volume classic 80s and 90s (original Alice in Chains, early AC/DC, Stone Temple Pilots, givin' me the vapours of my youth) background rock which are always a nice mood elevator that pair well with a high ABV beer in my hand and a Harley jacket draped around me. The taproom is ringed by a small patio so you can be taproom adjacent but still outside if that is your speed to be in nature a bit, but just a bit. The taproom bartender was supes nice and chatted about the beer before we finally made the daydrinking magic happen. I like how they do flights here where you write it down on a slip so there are zero mistakes possible and then you get a nice little souvenir or whatever if you are here making a nice memory with the Lieutenant or another drinking companion memefriend you cherish. Things you need to know: their website is great, look at it before coming. There is a different menu for the outdoor patio bar vs the indoor taproom. They also seem to rotate the beers very often so availability may get you one day but not another. At least they have a big refrigerator of cans and bottles in the indoor taproom so if it is not on tap and it is a rare one, they probably will have it available in bottle or can. If there could be any complaint about a fabulous day out at B-52 it was that I was told there were stray cats here and I wanted to pet a nice cat, and I did not see any stray cats here and did not get to pet a nice cat. However on the flip side there was a great amount of uncertainty whether there were food trucks or not and I can report back that there was a food truck parked just outside the outdoor bar so you could just follow your nose. So no cats to pet, but food that pairs well with beer. I still want to pet a cat though, I really must insist upon a cat to pet. But I had my fill of the good stuff which prominently featured imperial stouts Stratofortress at 14.2% and Double Stargazer at 12.8% ABVs. So I will forgive them their lack of cats situation as long as they promise to work on that for next time and keep the delightful suds coming north of 10%. Excellent family business, outstanding location set among the serene trees, friendly service, beautiful beers inside, and a food truck outside for your convenience too. Where's the lie? Five yelp stars, but zero meows.

B H.

Yelp
I was recommended to this place by someone on Twitter after southern star brewing went rogue and showed their true values (never going back) I had a blast and will definitely be keeping b-52 on my favorites list (great atmosphere) Just moved into Conroe and this place checked all the boxes I will definitely be coming back

Geoff R.

Yelp
I just had one of the best lunch "experiences" I've ever had, and can't wait to come back. This very cool brewery is nestled in the woods off of SH 105, surrounded by picnic tables and all under a huge canopy of mature trees. The people working the counters where you pick your beers could literally not be nicer - friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful as you navigate the 20+ selections. I couldn't wait to finish my first 8-oz. pour so I could try the next one, and found one that was so good I bought a growler's worth to take home. On this Saturday the food trucks present were 242 Pub (crawfish) and Straggler's BBQ, and both delivered some of the best versions of their specialties I've had. 242 gave us large, perfectly seasoned bugs, the best of the year, and Straggler's meats and sides were some of the best I've had in a long time. On top of everything else, the customers seated and walking around all over the grounds are some of nicest and friendliest people I've ever met - everyone asked how the crawfish were, if the barbecue was good, which beer was my favorite - total strangers just mingling and digging the shaded setting, mellow vibe, and awesome beer. It reminded me a lot of hanging out with my son and his friends at their favorite Austin brewhouse. I'll be back as soon as I can get there, and expect this to be one of my regular lunch places from now on.

Yelp
My boyfriend's mom wanted to visit a brewery on our Conroe trip so we decided on B-52 because of its great reviews. And because it was the only one open on Sunday. 5 stars for the atmosphere because both the interior and exterior were great. There's an outdoors bar with tables and games like giant Jenga and Corn Hole. We opted for the indoors bar which had barrels along the opposite walls - it's super cool and great for pictures. We got 3 flights amongst 5 people because we wanted to try a bit of everything before we order a bigger glass for ourselves. Unfortunately, the amazement died down there. My boyfriend and I really wanted to love the fruity selections but all it did was disappoint. None of his family members liked the beers as well. We ended up competing to down the beers so that we could get it over with. The prices were pretty decent. We got the flights so each flavor was charged based on the price for a 4 oz. They range from $2-$4 I think. The little glass is SO CUTE by the way! I do believe that everyone's taste is different, so what's bad to us could be fantastic to others. It just wasn't our taste or style of beer. The place is great for gatherings or if you just wanna chill with your friends and family.

Pax S.

Yelp
Dang, this place has some strong beer. While I was on vacation in Lake Conroe, my brother mentioned this place. I love the atmosphere (there's a geocache nearby if you're into that) and the culture is super laid back. The music was great, the crowd was diverse, and the bartender was super patient and nice. The craft menu is kind of overwhelming but I was able to navigate it with some help. Definitely check this brewery out!

Justin M.

Yelp
Some of the beers were ok. Expensive. $20 for one bottled beer and two small tasters. And the staff sucks. One short, short blonde hair girl needs a new job she was so rude and not friendly. Went up to bar she looked at me disgusted and said I didn't wave you up. Sorry I didn't see a sign saying you wave someone to bar to order. When buying a can to take home I tasted another one I thought would be similar to see if maybe a can of that would be better. She proceeded to give me more attitude when I had a disliked reaction to the acai beer. She told me "fyi no bartenders or places want to hear the beer is bad". K well fyi brewers want to know people's opinions to gage what to possibly change to make it better if needed. And fyi you're hurting the business cause no one wants to return to poor attitude service. Big outdoor space which is nice when it's not 100 degrees. Tried the breakfast stout in bottle cause it's summer and none on tap which was a decent brandywine and then the two tasters were cotton candy which surprisingly was refreshing and good and super smoothie which was too sweet and reminiscent of a sweet tart.

Meg C.

Yelp
i really love this outdoor area. it's out in a heavily wooded area with cute string lights hung around the picnic tables. and they have plenty of tables to sit at! they have a couple food trucks outside, an outdoor bar and an indoor bar. they have a huge selection of canned beers as well. they are pretty heavy on the sours but have an okay selection of other brews. it's a cool spot if you are ever in the area, just gotta be a sour lover.

Vlad V.

Yelp
I spent a day in Conroe and part of the agenda was visiting B-52 Brewing Co. While I wasn't familiar with this brewery, I'm a big fan of breweries in general so I was pumped to check it out. They have a large gravel parking lot surrounded by trees which reminds me of the parking at Ren Fest. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. The first thing that stood out was the size of this brewery. They have a large patio with picnic-style seating and games like giant Jenga and cornhole. They also had a food truck while I was there. I'm not sure if they cycle through food trucks or if they have some usual suspects but it was a Mexican/Asian fusion one while I was there. Since it was cold, we stuck around inside for the most part. While they have a good amount of seating, it was almost full while we were there. The interior is clean and they had a couple of TVs showing the NFL playoffs. Probably my favorite part? They have a large selection of brews. We're talking 30+. I've been to a lot of breweries that have less than 10 so it was nice to check one out with so many options.

Shelby L.

Yelp
How anyone could give this place less than 5 stars baffles me! It's only downside is that it's not closer to my house. Their beers are creative & delicious, their outdoor seating is abundant & beautiful (and well spaced), I can bring my dog, the people are cool, and the food truck is tasty stuff. What more could you ask for?!

Michael B.

Yelp
Yummy Beer and great place to relax and have a good time. Can't wait to get back over there and enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality they offer.

Stephanie W.

Yelp
This brewery ranks in my top five in terms of location, set up, beer quality and beer variety. I was very impressed. When you pull up, it feels like you're going camping. Trees everywhere, flags showing where to park, rustic exterior. There's a ton of outdoor seating, a fire pit, and an outdoor bar with tons of taps. Inside, there's more seating, another bar with additional beers on tap, swag area, and their cold storage to buy beer to go. They also seem to have food trucks regularly, which is nice because there's nothing really around it for food options, it feels so remote. I had decent service, the only weird thing was the bartender made a snarky remark about us being from the Dallas-area, which I thought was odd. Anyway, I am there to drink beer not make friends, so it's not a huge deal, but I thought worth mentioning from a customer service perspective. Absolutely visit B-52 if you are on your way to or from Houston.

Mimi W.

Yelp
The parking might be the only bad thing about this place. It's a forest with trees and dirt everywhere. No lines and no assigned parking. Watch out for other automobiles and the trees. If it's wet outside, you're going to get mud and in your car. Now on to the good part! Hugh "parking lot", Hugh seating area outside with games, and a deck with seating. Inside with a/c, seating, and free video games. There are two sets of bathrooms both outside but one is connected to the building and the other one is like around and at another building. The TVs inside show what beers they have, keep looking because they change to show more beers. Super friend staff, the people who go here are also great, and we spent 4 + hours here.

Ami P.

Yelp
First time in Conroe, and we decided to check out B-52 brewing. Since it was raining, I liked that there was so much indoor seating. I had a hazy pale ale with apricot, and it was surprisingly good. I would come back!

Kelsey B.

Yelp
The staff seems like they are inconvenienced and unhappy. We enjoyed the arcade games though!

Mel L.

Yelp
The location and property is so beautiful and peaceful. I loved the ambiance and the bbq chicken pizza from the food truck on site. We each got flights and I enjoyed what I got! The staff was very friendly and helpful with providing information and recommendations on their beers.

Hayden S.

Yelp
The beer here is great. But the service was not. My group of friends got cut off after two beers, one reason is because "my eyes were red". Most people come to a brewery and have at least 2 beers if not more. It would have been one thing if they just said no more, but they continuously stared at our table and pointed at us making us feel uncomfortable. I understand safety but to cut people off after two beers who were sitting at a table not making a commotion seems overkill.

Dustan W.

Yelp
So what to say about B52.... this is a brewery where dreams come true! This place has a great indoor room. Outside a huge fire pit, connect four, ping pong tables. You can bring your pets, and your kids. Now let's get real about something. This is not the place to go if you like Bud light or Miller, cause you won't find it here. What you will find is some crazy good IPAs and stouts, sours, and BA goodies. They are constantly updating and getting new beers out in their taproom. Every Wednesday is a new "one off keg" so make sure you get on their email list, or check Instagram or their untappd. Well worth the drive to Conroe for sure!

Avery H.

Yelp
Such a cool spot. Can't say it enough. It might be a haul if you're in Houston, but it's worth it. Cool indoor and outdoor space with plenty of shade to keep the sun at bay. Amazing selection that changes gears all the time, so it's never the same selection. At least two dozen beers at any point including some traditional and some whacky choices. Unreal brewers and great (and patient) service. Kid and dog friendly. An absolute staple now.

Yelp
Lovely area surrounded by trees and so is the parking lot so drive slow. I love the atmosphere of this location! Pet and kid friendly what more could you ask for! The beer is delicious I had a strawberry guava sour. They do have food provided by food trucks that rotate through I ended up getting gumbo from the truck and it was delicious!

Yelp
There was no posting on Yelp about their hours changing by 2 hours on Yelp. Atleast they stayed until 7 but date night was starting off on a baddd foot. We traveled to Conroe to come see this brewery from kingwood and are super disappointed we didn't get to enjoy the food and beer. Food truck was gone when we got there.:( will come again but I will call first...

Yelp
This my favorite brewery that I have found in east texas. The wooded out door area is fantastic, even on a hot summer day. Bring your dog or kids or both! The outdoor environment reminds of German brew house or restaurant found on a volksmarch or up in the mountains. The staff seemed friendly and fairly knowledgeable and the beer that I've had has been great so far! Has picnic tables outside, tables and chairs on the deck and an outdoor bar. Inside is another service area, merchandise, many tables and even WiFi.

Yelp
I was happy to finally visit B-52 Brewery, however it was uncomfortably cold. We were lucky enough to get one of the two tables with a heater over it. I imagine they didn't have the heaters out since it's April and the cold weather is typically gone by now. At any rate, we didn't stay as long as we wanted to because it was just so cold. On a warmer day, it would have been awesome! It will be nice once the expansion to the tap room is completed. It looks like it's going to be pretty large and accommodating. I had the Peanut Butter Stargazer Stout on nitro that was really good! I didn't realize how much of a difference a beer can taste when it is on nitro. We bought some beer to take back to the house and I didn't like it nearly as much (out of a can). I didn't even think it was the same beer. They have a ton of beer options and the prices are reasonable! A small (8 oz) glass was $4 and this particular beer is 9% ABV. I would have tried some other ones, but again it was too cold to hang out. They have so many picnic tables throughout the property. I was a little turned off by the porta potties, but my friend told me they had actual restrooms on the other side of the construction area which was a relief! I had just driven over an hour to get there and was not looking forward to the porta potty. There was also a food truck, but I'm not sure which one it was. This is a great place to hang out with a group of friends. I could even see it having a sports bar feel. The signage for parking and the bathrooms could be a little bit better, but I'm glad to see that they have plenty of parking. I would love to come back and visit on a warmer day. There's so many beers that I want to try!

Yelp
What a great set up in the woods. Cool name, great location, solid beer. I liked the IPA.... pretty mellow, not too hoppy. Five stars during the right weather. Cool place near lake conroe to enjoy a fall or spring afternoon. Winter might be the best with a huge fire pit. Summer days can be hot 100+. If you are in the lake conroe area, definately worth a stop. Stoked so many solid breweries in the area now!

Yelp
Recently discovered this place with several out of town guests, and can not believe I haven't been here! I came with a pretty large group and it was raining outside so there weren't a ton of covered spots by the bar station, but we walked around the side and discovered the indoor tasting room which was pretty empty! We got a combination of flights, ciders, and sour beers and everyone (& their wallets) were so satisfied we bought a few 4-packs for home. The staff was very friendly, and super helpful offering little samplers for those that weren't quite sure what they'd want. This place is dog friendly (even the indoor tasting room), and there's a lot of outdoor space with a few frisbee golf stations, several bags/cornhole games set up, giant connect 4, and a fire pit. When we went there was a food truck out front too which is nice! And a ton of picnic tables and chairs scattered around the property. Very family friendly, totally recommend grabbing a group and coming by for a few drinks! Rain/shine it's a fun spot!

Yelp
Interesting place. Great selection and helpful staff. We were inside while a family with 2 toddlers and a baby were there. That's the only negative. I enjoy my beer drinking "baby free". The constant crying made us leave.

Yelp
We had our first visit on Octoberfest 2021. It is a very well run event, and great choice of food trucks. Lots of seating outdoors, with families and kiddos playing about. Dogs too!!! Loved the setting. Beers were good, but I think I need to try more of them.

Yelp
I've been here twice, and it is my favorite brewery in Conroe. Lots of shaded outdoor seating and a wide selection of beer. They also have food trucks weekly. The bbq food truck was decent for BBQ. They have a lot of sours if you're into it. I tried the blueberry lemonade and it was pretty good!

Yelp
Went here just because we were looking for something fun to do in the area! This place was having trivia night when we got there and it made for a cute date night adventure! Got to try a huge variety of different beers and the vibes were just right! They've got lawn games for the day time. Definitely a cute secluded spot.

Yelp
I cannot believe I haven't been here before! This place is awesome!! That's counting also that it's outside. It's really that nice, and ALL the beers have been amazing!!! A lot of fruity beers for the summer and they're great. I'm not a fruity beer guy but none of these have disappointed me. It's set back in the woods, so there's cover from the Texas summer heat. The bar is covered with fans and TVs. Free WiFi. There is a rotating food truck there on Wednesdays (I'm here now). So grab some food to offset all the alcohol you're gonna want to drink! Service has been amazing. They'll let you sample beers. They'll tell you about the beers. You can fill a growler with a favorite. They also have wine and non-alcoholic drinks. There are a lot of picnic tables set out in the woods and there is plenty of shade. You'll still get hot, but the shade is nice. If you're in Conroe and you love craft beer, head over here! Go!!!!

Yelp
I have no idea where to begin as this place is one of my favorite places to visit (as far as drinking goes). They have an amazing selection of craft beers all of which are unique in their own respect. The prices aren't incredibly cheap but the quality speaks for itself. I love how they have a happy hour (the times escape me) making them $3 pints. The brewery is huge and you won't have to worry about being next to someone taking up their elbow room or asking people if they mind sharing a table ( I've had these experiences at smaller breweries) they have two different rooms in the brewery in which you're able to order from. The restrooms are kind of limited and are off to the side however, they're always very clean. Hats off to the staff. Cheers!
