Cofounder and brewmaster Chad Daniel, who worked alongside Brent Daniel to experiment with techniques like infusing casks with roasted coconut to create a mosaic-hopped wheat IPA, died in a motorcycle accident over the holidays; a Facebook announcement honored his immense passion for craft beer and his willingness to push outside the envelope.
