There will probably be a wait on the weekends because this is really Brickell’s only true brunch spot, and the food is good enough to justify waiting about 23 minutes. But B Bistro, a breakfast and lunch spot in Brickell, made that a bit easier by allowing us to talk about how crispy their croissant is.
