"This rooftop restaurant at the InterContinental hotel boasts stunning 180° views of the historic centre and castle through its floor-to-ceiling windows, especially at night when the illuminated castle is surrounded by the lights of the city. Inside the restaurant, the contemporary design and open-view kitchen provide the setting for a choice of dishes which is as extensive as the views. As a result, the restaurant has built a well-deserved reputation for its international cuisine, alongside Slovenian specialities. We particularly enjoyed the fresh red prawn ceviche served with a mango sorbet that enhanced the freshness of the prawns, and an excellent tapioca quail with green asparagus and a delicate jus. Before dinner, we recommend a cocktail in the adjacent bar to admire the views of the other half of the city!" - Michelin Inspector

Had an evening meal here on a Monday night. Was very quiet, but music and the open kitchen gave it background noise and atmosphere. Service was good and considerate and food was incredible. Pear salad and scallops for starters, truffle pasta and tuna for mains, followed by pear and creme brulee desserts. Desserts were nice but unusual (the creme brulee was a foam). Great views across the city.

Very good rooftop restaurant with excellent views and atmosphere. Has indoor and outdoor seats. Dining space takes up the majority of the floor and the bar is round the corner. Dinner exceeded expectations with interesting menu options featuring quality local produce. Selection of local wines were very good too. Breakfast was very good as well... pastry selection was amazing. Chefs kept replacing items regularly and kept things fresh.

We had a wonderful dinner at the B-restaurant. The lobster pasta was my all time favourite! The steak was good too. I also love the bread that comes with locally produced olive oil and pumpkin oil! The dining experience was further augmented by the wonderful service by Ivan! He was so attentive and friendly!

It’s very hard to write a review that truly reflects what a great time I had here. My partner surprised me with this place for my 35th birthday, which was extra special because I was far from home (I’m from Argentina). Ivan, who greeted us, was a key factor in making the evening so splendid. He was so attentive, he made sure I blew out my candles and even changed my wine when a fly decided to give it a taste. The flavors were on point (I still think about the last dessert, a selection of sweets, the chocolate one was an elixir of the gods). Thank you very much for an unforgettable birthday evening.

With no reservation we were welcomed warmly by Ivan and shown to a lovely table with a super view of the city. Ivan looked after us very well, helping us with local wine knowledge and excellent service. The kitchen is visible from the dining area and the staff were clearly working under pressure, but the dishes were delivered in good time and were without fault. The kitchen and dining areas were very clean and well organised.

I had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to the incredible bartenders Anze, Rimi, Ivan, and Llija. Their wonderful service and warm demeanor made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. Each drink they crafted was perfect, showcasing their expertise and passion for what they do. They went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt at home, creating such a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere. This kind of service is rare and unforgettable—I can't wait to return! To bad I can't let many people know how great this place is. Lol.
