The Biggest New Las Vegas Restaurant Openings, July 2025 | Eater Vegas

"Chef Ray Garcia reanimates his taqueria concept within the new food-hall setting, emphasizing house-made chorizo and birria nachos, preserving the chef-driven approach and made-from-scratch components that defined the original operation." - Janna Karel

Google
This classic Los Angeles taqueria really brought their authentic Baja style, street tacos and chicharrones right here to the Vegas Strip 🎰 Never imagined Chef Ricardo Diaz could recreate this muy authentico style for the masses here in Las Vegas. These are the best street tacos you can find in a casino in Vegas, just my opinion, but it's probably true for you too 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

Google
The quesabirria tacos were tasteless and not sure what the heck they consider rice and beans puffed rice and garbanzo beans. The name is correct BS for sure. If you want Mexican food do not waste your money on this expensive trash!

Google
We had the Carne Asada street tacos and the Chorizo Tacos. OMG so freaking good. The staff were friendly and as long as you dont mind a packed atmosphere do to tables shared between a couple of eateries then your good their. We took it back to the room. But again the Tacos were Lit as my son's would say! Lol

Yelp
B.S. Taqueria is located at Via Via Food Hall. You'll find them on the casino floor between Grand Lux Cafe at The Venetian and The Venetian Shoppes. Menu offers a nice selection of starters, street tacos, side of rice and beans, B.S. classics, and refreshing beverages. They also have krunchwrap especial ($17) which is crunchy tortilla tostada wrap with fillings of wagyu, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and salsa.  Jerk Chicken Quesadillas (2 pieces, $14) is incredibly delicious and super flavorful! It reminds me of a slightly crisp flour tortilla taco, inside has shredded tender mild spicy jerk chicken, with a wonderful blend of melted queso chihuahua, topped with delightful salsa composed of diced sweet mango, and pico de gallo of finely chopped crunchy red onions onions, and cilantro, it's really good!. No sauce is needed for this quesadilla, it's perfect the way it's made, superb! Paired with jerk chicken quesadilla is Agua Frescas for cucumber lime which is very refreshing, it has a lovely sweetness and so yummy!   Service from Hakim, Victor, and Mayra is very kind, courteous, polite, welcoming, and friendly! They make delicious Mexican food, amazing drinks, and this made my visit a pleasant experience!

Yelp
I've already tried two places here at the new Via Via food hall at the Venetian, so I decided to check this place out. Came here around 1200 on a Thursday and it wasn't too busy. I ordered one of each tacos (carne asada, pollo, and hongos), birria nachos, and a side of rice and beans. Food was ready in about 8 minutes and it was still nice and fresh when I walked back to my room at the Palazzo. I was actually craving some actual rice and beans, but this play on rice and beans was a little strange. Can't really describe the flavor. It was ok, but pretty salty. I would stay away from it. The tacos were pretty good. Nice and flavorful proteins and the mushroom one was pretty tasty. They are pretty spicy, so if you can't take heat, maybe you can tell them not to put the salsa? I also wish the tacos were a little bigger. Two bites each and they were gone. The birria nachos were really good. Very flavorful with the avocado salsa and pico de gallo and cheese sauce. The beef was also pretty flavorful. Overall, it was around $35 (without tip), so it is pretty expensive. It's Vegas pricing for sure. I would come back for the birria nachos and the tacos were pretty good. I would also like to try some of the other items on their menu.

Yelp
Dinner at 8pm here and picked up the nachos (lots of shredded meat), crunchy tacos (slightly spicy, great crunch) and carne asada street tacos (petite sized). For an extra $10, we "made it a combo" and got a bag of tortilla chips, medium sized salsa and a plastic bottled Coke -- might skip this next time and get the side of rice and beans instead. Prices were great for a quick meal right off the Venetian Casino gaming floor. Despite differing reviews, I thought the individual items had ample filling and I loved the fresh ingredients. Wait in line and food prep was about 20 minutes total. Plenty of seating to enjoy your meal.

Yelp
Fresh ingredients made to order chicken tacos with fuego salsa is a win! These street style tacos are delicious however at $16 for three petite tacos that's a bit of a stretch. I'm seriously still hungry but I can't justify spending twice the amount for another round of tacos. I hope some of the other menu items are more filling. The service was excellent and the gentleman at the counter was kind and recommended some of his favorites which sound yummy, but I don't consume beef.

Yelp
I'm so glad that Via Via has finally opened... Venetian was seriously lacking in lunch/casual type places to eat. B.S. Taqueria is the third place we've tried in the new Food Hall and it's a pretty good option for a light meal. My partner got the Street Tacos with Carne Asada ($16). They were as expected with fresh toppings. He ordered a side of chips and salsa which was $6. The chips were stale, so this was not enjoyable. The salsa was just OK. I ordered one crunchy taco ($7), which tastes almost exactly like what you'd get at a Taco Bell. Only about $4 more. It's not bad at all - and it's a nice snack, but it is no better than a typical fast food taco. They have draft beer ($11 for a small cup of Pacifico or Negra Modelo). There was nothing that made us want to rush back, but we got lunch (with a beer) for $40 and in about 5 minutes. That's very A-OK. Worth a shot.

Yelp
The food wasn't bad but oh my gosh, it was quite expensive $66 for two people. We had one meal consisting of two very very greasy quesobirria soggy tacos with one bottle of beer and a second meal with 3 small chicken street taco combo that came with a bag of nondescript corn chips and some flavorless salsa and a water. I would not eat here again.

Yelp
I got the 3 carne asada tacos. Eh they were okay. They were a little cold too. The meat was seasoned well and the salsa was pretty spicy. The downside was the price tag, $16 for three mini tacos. They also were dripping with grease which made it difficult to grab the tortilla. Ehh there's better tacos out in Vegas. The service was fast and friendly, no complaints there.

Yelp
I ordered 1 Beef, 1 Chicken and 1 Mushroom in an order of 3 Tacos. All 3 were very delicious, well-seasoned and juicy. The beef one was a bit spicy from the sauce with a great flavor possibly being my favorite of the 3, then the mushroom coming second with a great fungi punch, then the milder, but still tasty. Very welcoming, friendly service. The tacos here were better than several street tacos I've had even in TX.

Yelp
I had been drinking all day and wasn't sure if I wanted to eat, but it was definitely the move. Went to the food court for dinner and nothing really spoke to me, and figured I'd just grab some tacos. I got the carne asada tacos and they were bomb. Sauce was legit.

Yelp
The quesobirria tacos is ok. Saw someones pic of the carne asada tacos so I thought I'd try it... yea... it was ok too. They were VERY stingy on the carne asada! Maybe if they added more meat I would be able to taste it more lol Would I come back for this? Most likely not.

Yelp
I tried birria nacho and it was real good. Tender meat, flavorful toppings and crispy chip, exactly the way we want. It is vegas price, but since there is no good nachos around my area, definitely try again next time in vegas.

Yelp
Unassuming, delicious, authentic flavors. This place is located in a food court that just opened so expect wait time and a line. Best taco I've had so far in Las Vegas and I am from Los Angeles if that says anything. Everyone is nice and I a great mood. Tip: arrive well before the start of any sphere show to avoid a longer wait time

Yelp
Worst Mexican I've ever eaten...side dish of rice and beans had no cheese and whole garlic cloves (not mentioned on menu description)?! Somewhat tasty, but nothing like you'd imagine rice and beans to be-was like eating puffed wheat with taco seasoning. The street tacos were filled with white onions (again no mention of them on description) and I'd expect better than fast food grade chicken for the price-these were tiny chopped up pieces like you'd find in a pre-made to go salad. Very disappointing.
