The Biggest New Las Vegas Restaurant Openings, July 2025 | Eater Vegas

"Chef Ray Garcia reanimates his taqueria concept within the new food-hall setting, emphasizing house-made chorizo and birria nachos, preserving the chef-driven approach and made-from-scratch components that defined the original operation." - Janna Karel

The Quality & Portion of the serving was very generous. The Taste was Absolutely Authentic as it comes and being served so rapidly and kindly gave it an extra punch. Here at Venetian no other place has anything as good. The Guacamole & Chips will blow you away. Definitely Our Top Choice. I tried the Carne Asada Tacos and Beans, guacamole and Salsa and a bag of Fresh Tortilla Chips. We’re going back before 10pm tonight to try The Birria Tacos and more Guacamole.

Quick Bite at The Venetian – Worth It for the Experience We grabbed food here and overall it was really tasty and came out pretty quickly. The open-concept kitchen is fun to watch—love seeing everything made right in front of you—and the staff was super friendly and helpful. That said… it’s Vegas, so $75 didn’t go very far. Portions weren’t huge, and it felt a little pricey for what you get. But flavor was great, service was even better, and that’s kind of the deal in Vegas—good food, fast, and not cheap. Would definitely go back for the taste and the vibe.

When we went, there was a chef behind the counter to ask questions re: food allergies for my friend! We weren’t incredibly hungry since we had a big brunch and we were able to share the quessaburrias nachos and add rice/beans and drink for a good price (for Vegas). I think the food hit the spot compared to other offerings in the food court!

Food was just okay, but honestly not worth the price. I paid around $60 for tacos that weren’t anything special — no lime, no salsa, and they even wanted to charge extra just for a small cup of salsa. For that kind of money, you’d expect real flavor and proper sides. The portions were tiny, the service felt rushed, and it just didn’t live up to the hype or the price tag. There are way better taco spots in Vegas for half the cost. Save your money and skip this one.

This classic Los Angeles taqueria really brought their authentic Baja style, street tacos and chicharrones right here to the Vegas Strip 🎰 Never imagined Chef Ricardo Diaz could recreate this muy authentico style for the masses here in Las Vegas. These are the best street tacos you can find in a casino in Vegas, just my opinion, but it's probably true for you too 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

Google
The service and food was outstanding. We had the birria and Piccadilly tacos and they were outstanding. The guy that took out our order was extremely friendly (I believe his name Marcellus). It was $31 and my wife and I shared it. It was was enough food especially for lunch. It’s Vegas so $31 is really not a bad price.

Street tacos were good taste and beef was tender but certainly not memorable. Salas has a nice kick.

Had heard amazing things about all the food vendors at Via Via at the Venetian so decided to come visit here to lunch! I ordered some tacos and asked the cashier if they sold salsa: I decided on the habenero. The Habenero salsa was amazing but it was super super spicy. I thought my lips were going to fall off, hahah! I brought my empty cup of ice provided by them and asked for some water as I thought I was going to die. My eyes were watering from how spicy the salsa was, and the woman at the counter refused me water!! She could see my eyes were watering and my lips were red from the spicy, and she outright refused me tap water. I couldn't believe it. All she kept offering was for me to purchase a bottle of water. Quite frankly, I think this is illegal, and I think it's disgusting that she absolutely refused me any water. I will NEVER eat here ever again. The idea that she refused me water is quite alarming, and downright dangerous. You are a joke, BS tacqueria; and your name is absolutely valid. You are BS.

Yelp
Wanted a quick bite before a concert. Service was good and fast. Tacos (8/10) were tasty. Not dry. Fresh. Flavorful. Great spot for a quick dinner!

Yelp
A good, quick service option when you just need a lil something to eat. B.S. Taqueria is very conveniently located in the food hall right off of the casino floor. They have bar seating on the side of the restaurant as well as use of the tables in the food court area. I always grab tacos here when I'm hungry but not quite wanting to spend the time to dine in at a restaurant. They're reasonably priced by Vegas standards. Nothing spectacular, but good enough. I will say the beef tacos are always spicy and you will need to take plenty of napkins with you so be prepared for that!

Yelp
I am from San Antonio so I have high standards when it comes to Tacos... I was not disappointed! Great chicken and beef street tacos. I was a little disappointed with the chips and salsa which was not spicy at all- but the rice and beans were very good. Pricey (to be expected) but good overall.

Yelp
Cute place! I first tried this establishment when they had a location at the uncommons food hall. I was obsessed and was very sad when it closed. I saw they had another location at the Venetian and added it to my list when I went to see the wizard of oz. It's situated in an open food hall concept with plenty of seating. I was dreaming of the Jerk chicken quesadilla again.. so I got that! It wasn't the same taste but it was still good. Super fresh and full of flavors. The pineapple salsa and cilantro salsa went perfect. I thought the portion was good, so plenty to eat and I didn't have to worry about carrying around leftovers.

Yelp
I made a second visit to B.S. Taqueria and was craving for another quesadilla, they make it taste fantastic! It's nice they're easy to find at Via Via Food Hall. You'll see them near the Venetian Grand Lux Cafe, the restroom is around the corner, and it's a short walk from the Grand Canal Shoppes escalator. The atmosphere here is always lively and busy! They have a nice selection to try including their Birria Nachos and Breakfast Burrito. For now, I'm happy with a light snack. Jerk Chicken Quesadilla ($14) is my favorite go-to, the flavor is amazing! Consistently light and crispy flour tortilla with a nice pocket of savory jerk chicken in melted cheese, and a delightful mango salsa, it's so good! There's a new flavor for seasonal agua frescas. I had Blackberry Lime ($6), super refreshing! It has a light tart and lovely sweetness; I asked for extra ice, and that kept my drink to stay cold. Service from Logan is so kind, welcoming, accomodating, and friendly!

Yelp
After seeing Backstreet Boys at the Sphere, me and everyone else wanted to get some food, lol. All of the restaurants had an extremely long line, but this one was reasonable. I probably waited 10 minutes. I just got chips and guac. I wanted something more, but I am vegetarian, and it was quick and easy, so that's what happened. The guac was a little spicier than I like, but it was good. The chips were also good, and a big portion. I didn't finish them and ate some of the leftover ones for lunch the next day. I'd get them again.

Yelp
I'm so glad that Via Via has finally opened... Venetian was seriously lacking in lunch/casual type places to eat. B.S. Taqueria is the third place we've tried in the new Food Hall and it's a pretty good option for a light meal. My partner got the Street Tacos with Carne Asada ($16). They were as expected with fresh toppings. He ordered a side of chips and salsa which was $6. The chips were stale, so this was not enjoyable. The salsa was just OK. I ordered one crunchy taco ($7), which tastes almost exactly like what you'd get at a Taco Bell. Only about $4 more. It's not bad at all - and it's a nice snack, but it is no better than a typical fast food taco. They have draft beer ($11 for a small cup of Pacifico or Negra Modelo). There was nothing that made us want to rush back, but we got lunch (with a beer) for $40 and in about 5 minutes. That's very A-OK. Worth a shot.

Yelp
I've already tried two places here at the new Via Via food hall at the Venetian, so I decided to check this place out. Came here around 1200 on a Thursday and it wasn't too busy. I ordered one of each tacos (carne asada, pollo, and hongos), birria nachos, and a side of rice and beans. Food was ready in about 8 minutes and it was still nice and fresh when I walked back to my room at the Palazzo. I was actually craving some actual rice and beans, but this play on rice and beans was a little strange. Can't really describe the flavor. It was ok, but pretty salty. I would stay away from it. The tacos were pretty good. Nice and flavorful proteins and the mushroom one was pretty tasty. They are pretty spicy, so if you can't take heat, maybe you can tell them not to put the salsa? I also wish the tacos were a little bigger. Two bites each and they were gone. The birria nachos were really good. Very flavorful with the avocado salsa and pico de gallo and cheese sauce. The beef was also pretty flavorful. Overall, it was around $35 (without tip), so it is pretty expensive. It's Vegas pricing for sure. I would come back for the birria nachos and the tacos were pretty good. I would also like to try some of the other items on their menu.

Yelp
Dinner at 8pm here and picked up the nachos (lots of shredded meat), crunchy tacos (slightly spicy, great crunch) and carne asada street tacos (petite sized). For an extra $10, we "made it a combo" and got a bag of tortilla chips, medium sized salsa and a plastic bottled Coke -- might skip this next time and get the side of rice and beans instead. Prices were great for a quick meal right off the Venetian Casino gaming floor. Despite differing reviews, I thought the individual items had ample filling and I loved the fresh ingredients. Wait in line and food prep was about 20 minutes total. Plenty of seating to enjoy your meal.

Yelp
Fresh ingredients made to order chicken tacos with fuego salsa is a win! These street style tacos are delicious however at $16 for three petite tacos that's a bit of a stretch. I'm seriously still hungry but I can't justify spending twice the amount for another round of tacos. I hope some of the other menu items are more filling. The service was excellent and the gentleman at the counter was kind and recommended some of his favorites which sound yummy, but I don't consume beef.

Yelp
I got the 3 carne asada tacos. Eh they were okay. They were a little cold too. The meat was seasoned well and the salsa was pretty spicy. The downside was the price tag, $16 for three mini tacos. They also were dripping with grease which made it difficult to grab the tortilla. Ehh there's better tacos out in Vegas. The service was fast and friendly, no complaints there.

Yelp
I had been drinking all day and wasn't sure if I wanted to eat, but it was definitely the move. Went to the food court for dinner and nothing really spoke to me, and figured I'd just grab some tacos. I got the carne asada tacos and they were bomb. Sauce was legit.
google avatar

Grace M.

Yelp
The quesobirria tacos is ok. Saw someones pic of the carne asada tacos so I thought I'd try it... yea... it was ok too. They were VERY stingy on the carne asada! Maybe if they added more meat I would be able to taste it more lol Would I come back for this? Most likely not.

Julieanne H.

Yelp
The food wasn't bad but oh my gosh, it was quite expensive $66 for two people. We had one meal consisting of two very very greasy quesobirria soggy tacos with one bottle of beer and a second meal with 3 small chicken street taco combo that came with a bag of nondescript corn chips and some flavorless salsa and a water. I would not eat here again.

Yelp
Disappointing. Food portions are extremely small. Limited menu. Extremely high prices. Disappointing they don't have water for paying customers. They do not give water to customers eating at their store. Such a scam. Will not return.

Yelp
The Smell and View caught my eyes I had to see it up close. I sat at the bar seating no wait at all. Watched as they prepared the food for a bit. Looked very clean and large in portions so I had to order. I got the Carne Asada Tacos it came with fresh Corn Tortillas. I ordered Refried Beans and Guacamole and Fresh Tortilla Chips and Salsa. Took about 10 minutes not bad anything less I would have been concerned (like microwave or already sitting under heat lamp for example) But no it's all Fresh. Everything tasted authentic and down to every seasoning I like. We will be back to try the Birria Tacos tonight. Grabbed few Bags of Tortilla Chips and few Cups of Salsa that we put in our fridge in the room. At 2am those Chips & Salsa were Perfect to the Tee.

Yelp
I ordered 1 Beef, 1 Chicken and 1 Mushroom in an order of 3 Tacos. All 3 were very delicious, well-seasoned and juicy. The beef one was a bit spicy from the sauce with a great flavor possibly being my favorite of the 3, then the mushroom coming second with a great fungi punch, then the milder, but still tasty. Very welcoming, friendly service. The tacos here were better than several street tacos I've had even in TX.

Yelp
I tried birria nacho and it was real good. Tender meat, flavorful toppings and crispy chip, exactly the way we want. It is vegas price, but since there is no good nachos around my area, definitely try again next time in vegas.

Yelp
Unassuming, delicious, authentic flavors. This place is located in a food court that just opened so expect wait time and a line. Best taco I've had so far in Las Vegas and I am from Los Angeles if that says anything. Everyone is nice and I a great mood. Tip: arrive well before the start of any sphere show to avoid a longer wait time

Calysta B.

Yelp
Portion size to price is not good. I mean I came here and ordered the jerk chicken quesadilla after traveling all day. My total was 15.17 and it was 2 tiny street style quesadillas. On top of it the flavor was just alright wouldn't go again. Nice employees though

Suzie S.

Yelp
Worst Mexican I've ever eaten...side dish of rice and beans had no cheese and whole garlic cloves (not mentioned on menu description)?! Somewhat tasty, but nothing like you'd imagine rice and beans to be-was like eating puffed wheat with taco seasoning. The street tacos were filled with white onions (again no mention of them on description) and I'd expect better than fast food grade chicken for the price-these were tiny chopped up pieces like you'd find in a pre-made to go salad. Very disappointing.
