"B4 Barbecue & Boba, owned by Nolan Belcher, offers a unique combination of barbecue and boba. The menu features a variety of smoked meats and homemade sides and desserts. The restaurant is known for its meticulous preparation and cooking process, using local suppliers and proprietary spice blends. Despite starting as a food truck, it has become a popular destination for both locals and travelers. The boba tea pairing, inspired by his son's idea, adds a quirky twist to the traditional barbecue experience." - Tiffany Leigh

The staff there are incredibly friendly and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure everything is going well. We ordered a family meal and the Belly Buster, and overall, the food was excellent. As a group, our unanimous favorite was the Meat Candy — the pork burnt ends were absolutely delicious.😮‍💨🤤 DUDE! The blueberry cobbler topped with vanilla bean ice cream and a caramel drizzle is next level — absolutely top-tier! A must-try for sure!

***UPDATE*** Pictures can not convey the experience here! The BEAUTIFUL presentation of perfectly smoked meats and delicious sides are complimented by customer service that makes you feel like extended family! I truly wish Google had a special designation for a 10 star experience, this is it! We’ve ventured to many BBQ places, this being our second experience here it has moved to the top of our list!!! 🏆🥇 B4 Barbeque has cemented itself as a top-tier BBQ destination. If you’re a serious meat lover, prepare to be amazed. From the moment we walked in, the intoxicating aroma of expertly smoked meats filled the air, and the reality lived up to the hype. Let's get down to the meat of the matter. The brisket was a masterclass in low-and-slow cooking – tender, juicy, with a perfect smoky bark that crackled with flavor. The turkey was incredibly moist and flavorful, a testament to their smoking expertise. The ribs, were fall-off-the-bone perfection, each bite a symphony of smoky, savory, and slightly sweet notes. The sausage had a satisfying snap and a deeply satisfying smoky flavor. And then, the peach burnt ends. These were a revelation. The sweet, caramelized peach glaze perfectly complemented the smoky, tender meat, creating a flavor explosion that was simply unforgettable. The sides were equally impressive. The mac and cheese was creamy and decadent, the potato salad was perfectly balanced, and the cucumber salad was rich and flavorful. Even the pickles and onions were a cut above the rest, adding a refreshing tang to the meal. But what truly elevated our dining experience was the exceptional service. Their passion for BBQ was contagious, and they made us feel like valued guests. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. B4 Barbeque is a must-visit for any BBQ enthusiast. The quality of the meat, the innovative flavors, and the outstanding service make it a standout. If you're looking for a truly memorable BBQ experience, look no further. I'll be back, and I'll be bringing a serious appetite!

Wow, wow, wow! I've driven by this place for two years and never knew it was here. It's in the Mabank feed store. Very cool, great music, great atmosphere & great decor. The staff is very very friendly. Another thing I love is that they let you order in quarter pounds so you can try everything. I tried the brisket, brisket pastrami the pork ribs and the burnt ends a quarter pound of each and it was amazing. It has a really nice crust on all the barbecue, it tended to be a little on the dry side but overall excellent barbecue and excellent barbecue sauce. What a hidden Gem in Mabank Texas! Run don't walk to B4 barbecue💙

I stopped at B4 Barbeque & Boba in Mabank, Texas today for lunch. B4 Barbecue is inside of a shared space with a feed store and clothing boutique so there are plenty of interesting shopping options before or after you eat. The restaurant dining room walls are adorned with local business signs and cooking competition signs and awards. I decided to order their "Belly Buster" platter to have a selection of various meat as well as side items. Brisket: light smoke ring, great bark and perfectly rendered fat. There is a light smoke flavor in the meat, the fat cap was not cut too thin so the rendered fat flavor balances the lean portion of the meat. The bark is visually heavy and dark but melts into the meat so as to not overtake it. Pork rib: soft and sticky crust with a flavorful glaze and a drizzle of spicy mustard sauce and chives on top. The middle had perfectly rendered fat that pulled easily from the bone but did not fall off so taking bites was simple. Pulled pork: with a good variation of outer crust and inner moist and lean meat this was a great side that had a drizzle of their smoky BBQ and spicy mustard sauce on top accompanied by picked onion and a fresh jalapeño slice. The meat was lightly pulled so there are larger bites and small strands of meat. Turkey breast: smoky flavor, thin sliced and moist not dry- this would be a great meat for a sandwich or to eat alone with a side like the broccoli slaw that they offer. Jalapeño cheese sausage: crisp casing, smooth grind, smaller pieces of jalapeño and large chunks of melted white cheese Burnt ends: very good mix of crust on the outside with mostly rendered fat center. This is like eating a perfect rib without the bone with crust on all sides. Texas Twinkie: this had some serious bark! The crust was heavy with seasoning and had the taste of a BBQ rub that has alot of paprika plus the addition of a sprinkle of Tajin. The center had chopped brisket and no cream cheese. Broccoli slaw: small pieces of crisp broccoli with shredded cheese, raisins, craisins and a smooth sauce Macaroni and cheese: parmesan and herb crust on top, smooth creamy cheese with soft noodles. This was a great side. Beans and rice: creamy pinto beans with soft white rice below, this is great mixed or spooning equal parts to get the flavor contrast of the beans vs rice. Light top garnish with cilantro, if you are a fan this is nice to mix into the beans. Blackberry cobbler: crispy crumble crust, sweet reduced blackberries in warm pie crust filling with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on top with a sweet caramel drizzle. This was the perfect finale to an awesome meal. Overall, for a restaurant in a small town B4 Barbecue could compete with the best BBQ restaurants and or food trucks that I have tried all over the state of Texas in my recent travels. The variety of flavors in each item was much better than I expected as this was my second visit. My last was at the tail end of their service where most of their items were sold out. The staff were friendly and very responsive to conditions inside the dining area consistently checking on guests and cleaning. The location is on a busy road less than a mile from the main highway 175 that carries traffic East or West through the town. I met the owners and was offered a pit tour to see one of their new mobile smokers that is used at the restaurant as well as as festivals and competitions. I would definitely stop back for a platter and hopefully with friends to share vs taking home leftovers! #b4barbecue #Mabanktx #texasbbq #barbecue #texasbrisket #smokedporkribs #porkburntends #pulledpork #blackberrycobbler

Ribs were outstanding! Brisket was delicious also. The sides and strawberry tres leches cake are taking up space in my memory! They’re calling me back. So good!! Met the owner and really enjoyed our conversation. He is down to earth, kind, gracious, and you could see he works hard to bring delicious food to the table. We will be back!

While in town for a long weekend getaway, my wife and I stopped here for lunch twice. Quick shoutout to Nolan, the owner, for his hospitality and taste tests! Day One: I got in line at 12pm and was eating 15 mins later. We ordered the B4 Belly Buster as well as a ½ lb of pastrami. The meats: 2 slices brisket, 2 slices of turkey, a sausage, 2 ribs, 2 twinkies, 3 sides and a dessert. It was super peppery but not overwhelmingly salty like most top briskets. 5/5 The ribs were also top notch, perfect flavor and doneness. Meat held to the bone upon biting but still tender. 5/5 The burnt ends were the best I’ve ever had. 5/5 The sausage to me was the real standout 5/5 For sides we ordered elote, cilantro rice and mac/cheese . The sides: The mac/cheese was good but I’m not a mac/cheese guy, my wife chose but I wouldn’t get again. My wife makes amazing Mac so the bar was already set impossibly high4/5 U Cilantro rice was creative and refreshing. It was a solid addition on the lineup. Great flavor and great compliment to fatty BBQ 5/5 The elote was the real standout on the sides. I’ve had some great elote in my day and this was a cut above the rest 5/5 I ordered the horchata boba and again, a very creative and delicious invention 5/5 Service was phenomenal, 5/5. Bathrooms were clean, 5/5 The prices are reasonable, the service was great, the restaurant was clean as was the restroom. 5/5 Everything was exceptional so I happily give this a 5/5. Day Two: We tried the brisket tacos, cucumber salad and broccoli/cauliflower salads. All exceptional, again 5/5

Yelp
Let me just say I come from a family full of BBQ snobs(me included)! So I officially state this is the BEST BBQ I've ever had. The meal(yes I ordered all this for myself!)was phenomenal! First off I loved the charm of this down home atmosphere and knew instantly if the food was good I'd be a forever customer when I'm in the area. Guess what? I'm a forever customer! I ordered and immediately was drawn to the incredible staff! Friendliest most helpful staff I've encountered! Chatted with you and explained all the items to me to a tee! I got to know Debbie and she filled me in on the restaurant plus you could tell she loved what she does! A+!!! In fact they all had a great positive attitude and I've eaten at hundreds of restaurants and rarely find this great service anywhere! Now to the food! Man o man I was in absolute heaven! The portion were huge and the meats were so tender they melted in your mouth! My late Uncle who was called the chili king of Texas at one time would have loved the ways the meats were smoked and prepared! The plate itself was a true southerner treat and had all the right accompaniments!!!! The ribs, turkey, brisket and sausage were amazing. There were two items I hadn't heard of, Meat Treats and Twinkies(no not the Hostess one) the Twinks are burnt pork ends and holy moly they were heaven!! Now to the Meat Treats. They were jalapeños stuffed with meat and wrapped in back. Damn good! The sides were also incredibly good and original. Now to the desserts. I don't even know what to say. The Texas chocolate pecan tres leches is one of the best desserts I have ever had in my life! So moist and a treat to your tongue. Then there was the banana pudding. It was like no other banana pudding I ever had. The texture is so creamy it's like cheesecake! Wow!!!!! They serve until they sell out. They sell out no question! I came towards the end of lunch so the pics looks they have no crowds but I know they get them especially on the weekends when they serve dinner. I also really dug the communal tables. Takes me back to the time when a lot of BBQ joints did that and you could chat up fellow patrons. I did that! What I pure joy it was to experience this amazing restaurant, staff and of course the FOOD! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Also these prices CAN'T be beat!

Yelp
It should be a crime to serve food this good! Like, the 7 pounds I just gained from the most delicious platter of bbq I've ever had may just be worth the scale tipping over. The owner? Fabulous human. Stopped by the table several times to make sure every burn was good. Servers? Dandy in the best way possible. Refilled my drinks, took my trash , buttered me up with compliments like a true southern restaurant should. Food? Made me cry. That's how beautiful inside and out it was. We ordered the $75 platter for the TWO of us. Because everything looked that amazing and we wanted to try it all. We will be back. This place will be huge. Better go now before you need a month advance reservation

Yelp
Owner likes to bash people on Facebook that just want to know where they can get a free meal for their kids on Halloween. Goes out of his way and makes several comments and then posts on his page about it. All this person was trying to do is feed their kids when money is tight. Absolutely immature and unprofessional. Would take my business elsewhere.

Deborah M.

Yelp
owner does not respect senior citizens, people with children and likes to keyboard rage against people in his community. Likes to rage about his freedom of speech then delete his posts after he does. Seriously... grow up. He deletes comments and edits posts to try to correct his rude behavior. We were customers, but no more. I am adding shots that are after the derogatory remarks about seniors were edited off. The entire post has been removed.

Yelp
BBQ IN A FEED STORE. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We drove an hour and were not disappointed. In fact, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We got there before opening.(OPEN Wed-Sat. 11a-3pm). Ordered the Brisket Elote and add a Texas Twinkie.. It even comes with a drink. O.M.G.! Absolutely Delicious. Also had the Meat candy. It was supple sweet with just the right amount of spices. We had Brisket to go. Supple, tender and moist. My friends had the ribs as well and they were great. The owner and staff were friendly and attentive. By far some of the best Bar-B-Que I have ever had. The Bar is set here. I am only in this part of Texas for a little while. I will be coming back.

James M.

Yelp
Always my 1st meal an arrive and final snack when I leave. Sample of pastrami, brisket, candy and twinkies.

Lane L.

Yelp
Best BBQ I have had to date. I have tried them all from South Texas, Houston to Austin to Dallas and there is none better than B4 BBQ. They have an occasional option of a pastrami BBQ rib that melts in your mouth. Their variations on the sides are outstanding, including their deserts. I understand why they were written up in several magazines. Worth the trip no matter where you are in Texas. I am just lucky enough to live within 20 minutes. Get there early as they consistently sell out of their favorite items.

Victoria R.

Yelp
First time & will definitely return! Legit brisket, turkey & sausage. And we've tried many Texas spots. Other faves were charro beans, potato salad & elotes corn. Located in far back area of western clothing store. Staff was also super friendly & helpful & kept the place clean.

Mando R.

Yelp
I've walked into many BBQ spots in Texas, from Gainesville, to as far south as Arroyo City, and this place is one that has been marked on my map as a, "MUST TRY". B4 Barbeque is tucked inside a little feed store in the small town of Mabank, TX. We will get to the food shortly.. but the location itself is beautiful. A very clean, modern rustic look. The cleanliness and friendly smiles alone make the experience here, very nice. The food.. well, the food it truly out of this world. This barbecue is masterfully prepared by owner Nolan, his wife, and his crew. Not only is Nolan a talented pit master, but the guy has the most amazing attitude. As I enjoyed my delicious meal, he walked around greeting the customers, and offering a firm handshake and a smile. You can tell that he has an honest love for the craft. I had the pleasure of trying the very much hyped, Pastrami Brisket.. and Oh my goodness.. It's so tender, and absolutely full of flavor. Hands down, some of the BEST brisket I've ever had, and that no exaggeration. Smoked to perfection, with a mesmerizing red color all the way through from the marinating process and skillful smoke. The Texas Twinkies, a staple in Texas BBQ, were big, appropriately, and packed a nice kick along with a creamy, meaty center. The Meat Candy, boy... I tell you I'd trade real candy for this, for the rest of my life! These little flavor bombs are another highlight of the meal. Smokey, sweet, and tender as can be, topped with a dusting of brown sugar. Highly recommended. The sausage, made in house, like the rest of it, packs some nice heat, and has a beautiful snap, as expected from any quality sausage. Well balanced mix of meat, with just the right amount of lean to fat. This kind of sausage takes years to master, and at B4 Barbecue, it is done right. ..BUT, let's not forget the sides. Normally, side items are an afterthought, but here, they play as big a role as any other part of the meal. I mean, when I say you can see the love in the way they prepare the food, just look at pictures on their social media. Everything is so beautifully plated. A real treat to the eyes right away. The take on Mexican street style corn is a delight to the palate. Seasoned corn, crema, green sauce, cilantro, lime.. all workin together in perfect balance, for an insane bite. The Mac and Cheese, creamy, cheesy, with a good consistency. I love that it doesn't fall off my spoon when I scoop it up, like many liquidity Mac and cheeses at other restaurants. You can get a nice grouping of macaroni, and it holds nicely. The flavor is rich and savory. Fantastic. Even the sliced bread, you can tell is quality and soft.. and as a pickle lover, when I asked for extra, there was no hesitation, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a heaping pile of them on my tray. Also made in house, if I'm not mistaken, the pickles are crunchy, tangy, and accompany the food very well. I can tell you now, there is no stopping this spot. I am not surprised to find out that folks are already coming around from all over the place to try it. Do you yourself a favor, and TRY THIS PLACE. You HAVE TO. Thank me later.

Kristen L.

Yelp
As transplants from Oregon this was our first experience with true Texas BBQ and holy moly we were blown away. This was hands down the best food we've ever eaten. We went away stuffed with a bag full of leftovers after feeding a family of 4 for $55. Including dessert. The value was great and the customer service over the top. Every staff member stopped by our table to see if we needed anything and played and interacted with our kids making us feel so welcome. When we accidentally ordered the wrong item they quickly offered us the thing we meant to order at no charge. Above and beyond. The brisket was literally falling apart tender and the sides were drool worthy. The broccoli salad was the best we've ever tasted. The owner stopped by our table and made sure we enjoyed everything and chatted with our kids too. Best dining out experience we've had in years. Well done!

Jaime C.

Yelp
I'm very disappointed in the attitude Mr Nolan has shown to the small town where he got his start. Hopefully, for him, the out-of-towners will keep him afloat as I'm afraid most of our town won't go back. Their food wasn't that great the one time I went and it was pretty expensive for one person. Attitude is everything.

Boone W.

Yelp
I have tried just about all the best bbq restaurants in Texas and I have no doubt B4 will be recognized as one of the best in the upcoming Texas monthly rankings. I had the Belly Buster and it was tremendous. Everything was Cooked to perfection, the service was great and atmosphere was pleasant. Thanks for the great experience!

Temika H.

Yelp
My job had this mess catered to us. The brisket was dry as sandpaper. The sides they had were Mac and cheese, elote or chips. I'm glad they had chips because my co worker got the Mac and cheese and said it was disgusting. The lemonade I got tasted like it had dirt in it. But the servers were nice. They should have just got Hutchins BBQ to cater

Tifani S.

Yelp
Hands down the Best BBQ on this Planet. You will not find more flavor from all the meat and sides anywhere. It's incredible and so are the owners and staff. I am so glad I live close and hope they never move because I'll have to move with them. lol So dang delicious!!! The pic is of it half eaten. I couldn't wait to get back home with it!!!

Ken P.

Yelp
The bbq is banging !!! You won't regret your wait in line. My favorite are the ribs and the bark on the ribs is like heaven. What I like the best is the friendliest of the staff and the care they take in making sure the presentation of your plate. Follow there Facebook as they post when they have sold out. Also check out the pop ups they have in various areas around Texas. I will definitely be back.

Susan P.

Yelp
First off, prepare for a hunt. B4 BBQ & Boba doesn't need to advertise. They are hidden in what appears to be a feed store but is a series of small shops and some kickass bbq. Get there early, they sell out often. We got there around 145 and were the last customers served. The serving team is inventive and enthusiastic. They will use whatever they have to make an outstanding meal. I grabbed the last of their meat candy and boudin. Some of the meat candy made a sandwich for my son. Some was just for me. The stuff was amazing. Meaty, charred like burnt ends and unconditionally delicious. We also snared the last two pieces of fruity pebbles tres leches (I know, right? Fruity pebbles = sacrilegious but damn it was good). It's three hours from home but I may have to hightail it back to try more of the menu. That good!

Hyper T.

Yelp
Absolutely the worst people, horrible service. The owner, Nolan, has an awful attitude. He's incredibly immature.

Dan R.

Yelp
Barbecue in a feed store!! It caught me by surprise and what a fantastic surprise! I enjoyed the three meat- pork, sausage and turkey. Enjoyed every bit.

Lowkey D.

Yelp
Food: 100/5 super delicious and moist, even the Turkey is moist Service: 5/5 nice but kind of pushy because they want you to hurry up and order because the line is too long, feels like an Army chow hall. Ambiance: 5/5 some people might say it's a little trashy, but I like it, the unfinished ceiling wall and military memorabilia is nostalgically pleasing. Reminds me of my time in Iraq, chow hall looks similar. 100/100 recommend this place.

Sai V.

Yelp
Had to write this review for a reason. I was in Dallas on business and had one amazing experience (this one) and a bad experience (Haywire). If curious, look at my other review and this will make sense. I think the owners name is Cody. He had a warm welcome and was attentive the entire time. I could tell that he is passionate about his craft. When not serving his customers, he came out to the tables and checked on all of us. Food is on another level, but I'm highlighting the customer service and atmosphere. It was even better than expected. I was out in the country, kinda middle of nowhere, not my usual science. I had fun light conversation with two different couples and everyone was nice. This is the essence of Texas. Hard work, down to earth quality people who are genuinely nice. Don't know what's happening in downtown Dallas, but don't change a thing Cody. Probably best Bar-B-Q I have had in Texas. (Been to most of the Top 20)

Bones B.

Yelp
I visited this restaurant Saturday 9/23/2023. I got to try everything I wanted except the sausage and beef rib as I didn't arrive before they sold out. The meat is so flavorful and tender. Nolan assisted me, now he didn't introduce hisself as the owner but I am 99.9% sure he is the owner. His customer service is unmatched!!! He was very personable and knowledgeable. I saw a review that said this place was racist. I didn't experience this at all as an African American woman, quite the opposite. I will return with more patrons lol!! Nolan you are awesome and so are the ladies at the register!! I encourage everyone to try everything on the menu. I tried turkey, pastrami brisket, regular beef brisket, meat candy, texas twinkies, and pork ribs. Everything I tried was my favorite lol.

Adriene H.

Yelp
Fantastic! My husband saw this place on a you tube video so we decided to check it out. Got there about 12:30 on a Saturday and the line was about 15-20 people deep. It took maybe 20 minutes to get to the register to place our order. By this time of day all the sides except one and most the meat was gone. We were able to snag a 1/2# brisket, 2 pork ribs, 1/4# turkey and 4 barbacoa tacos that were on the special for the week. Best pork ribs we've had in Texas hands down. The brisket was excellent! I prefer the fattier meat but we were lucky to get any so I'm thankful they had the lean still left. The turkey & tacos were incredibly flavorful. This is one of those places I'm almost hesitant to review because I hate to let the secret out. Worth a drive, get there early and wear your stretchy pants.

Phillip C.

Yelp
Ate there a few months back and honestly was not impressed and neither were others in my party. Food was not really that good. Potato salad had a weird taste to it and brisket was way too fatty to eat even though we asked for lean. Maybe the "twist" is not for me. At the time didn't feel the need to leave a review and just chopped it up to a bad experience but based on what transpired yesterday that is not acceptable. I agree that no business should feel they have to be a charity and give away free food (which I don't believe was the intent of the original poster) but what did it for me was the way B4 disparaged senior citizens without provocation. I don't think seniors are looking for free handouts but a lot of restaurants (corporate or not) have a senior plate/menu with smaller portions and lower price where seniors can get a better deal (not a discount) and the business still makes a profit. Win/Win

Breck M.

Yelp
Well, their food is more expensive but stands above most other places when you're able to get it. They need a better process for customers trying to purchase this high quality food. On 3 different occasions I have waited in line 30+ mins only to be told "no more turkey, brisket,..." It does not matter how good the food is if it's too hard to get. Today we arrived at 11am and at 11:35 the middle aged man came out and told us all that most of the meats were gone. "25 briskets, turkey, sausage,..." I'm done waiting for nothing and will just call ahead to Vicky's since I know they'll answer and won't have to wait in line.

Chris W.

Yelp
Brisket was not great but everything else was great. The burnt ends ribs and the Twinkie were unbelievable. The Turkey was pretty good for smoked Turkey and the mac and cheese was great

Austin M.

Yelp
Wow! This place is incredible! I've eaten at a majority of the top BBQ places in DFW and East TX and have to say this is probably the best. Get there early they sell out fast and have a line. Crazy, it's in a feed store with no signage out front telling you there's some world class Q inside. Also, get the strawberry tres leches cake

Joel R.

Yelp
The food is really good would recommend but it is a little pricey but really good better then dickeys bbq pit

Cody C.

Yelp
Not only is the food awesome but the staff is top notch as well. Nolan makes everyone feel welcome and will come visit for a moment in between customers. Always enjoy it here

Kirk M.

Yelp
I have eaten at this local establishment 5 times in the last month. (I would have eaten there more but for them running out of BBQ before I could get there.) I have always looked for these type of small operations that the pit-master is the one serving you his pride and joy. This guy is a true master at his craft. I have had the meat sampler again today. You get to try a lot of his favorites. Brisket, Rib, Sausage, Stuffed Jalapeño, Turkey, an item he calls "meat candy" ; which is a type of burnt end that is extra special. Comes with a drink and a side of your choice. I had the Slaw today and it was really good snd different than I have ever had before. I could write a sentence on every item on my plate but I could just cut to the end and say this is the best BBQ I have had that I can remember. That is saying a lot since I have been frequenting BBQ joints all over Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Memphis and Louisianna for 40 years. This place should be listed at the top of any BBQ aficionados list. I realize that is a pretty bold statement but how often do you eat a plate of food that is both original and cooked to perfection. This guy is consistently putting out a superior product. I am taking a big risk in outing just how good his BBQ is because the lines will start earlier and get longer. My highest recommendation!

Dawn U.

Yelp
Great BBQ! Get there early and be ready to wait in line, but it is worth it. Best bbq in the area by far.

Mark W.

Yelp
Not a fan tuff brisket and ribs could not pull meat off bone , turkey was good beans and potato salad bad more of my over one hundred dollar order went in the trash than eaten

Joel L.

Yelp
This place has the best bbq I've had in a long time!! They sell out everyday so you better come early!!!

This place is as good as anything in Dallas or Austin. Split the Belly Buster sampler with my wife and took half of it home. Sides are as good as the bbq. Yes, it's at the feed store in Mabank

Yelp
Good barbecue but not worth the price. Awesome people. I definitely prefer Stanley's in Tyler.

Yelp
The food was excellent. Brisket was juicy and flavored amazing. The candy meat (burnt ends) were amazing!
