"Baby Doll has built a reputation as the quintessential neighborhood pizza joint in an area with a lot of quality pizza options. A Baby Doll ‘roni slice sits right in the Goldilocks zone of pizza perfection: not too much of anything and just the right amounts of what’s there. The crust is crisp where it should be and pliant everywhere else, and the pepperoni curls delicately upward to cup every golden drop of rendered oil. If basic slices won’t do, look to the specials (whole pies only), like the #2 that’s a sweet and savory masterpiece with bacon, walnuts, and dates, or the #7 white pie topped with sweet caramelized onions and homemade ricotta on a nutty sesame seed crust. "Both a longstanding neighborhood bar and quietly one of the best slices in town, Baby Doll Pizza checks a lot of boxes for a lot of service industry folks: carbs, conversation, and an in-house cheap beer (owner Old Town Brewing’s Old Baby).
