Bacari Beverly Hills - Review - Beverly Hills - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Mediterranean tapas spot Bacari is on a steady expansion march across LA, and their latest outpost just set up shop in Beverly Hills. The chaming cafe location looks pulled from an episode of Emily in Paris, with brick and plaster walls, floral curtains, and oversized windows. They’ve also added a few new dishes to the Beverly Hills menu, like lentil stew, red-wine braised beef cheeks, and roasted squash. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Cathy Park

I love Bacari. I visited other locations and have been really impressed but this was not a the case in Beverly Hills. Not a great experience for a Sunday brunch: service was really slow without any explanation or heads up, to the point where the coffees ordered at the beginning of the meal arrived right at the end, just as we were paying, and had to take them to go. Otherwise food is great (the avocado toast is amazing mainly because of the nutty bread it’s served on), atmosphere is nice.

We stopped in here for lunch after spending the morning shopping on rodeo drive. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, but my daughter’s French toast was completely raw in the center. I think their recommendation of 2-3 items per person is a little high given that their plates are a bit larger than typical tapas. We got 2 per person and couldn’t finish it all. The filet, scallops, gnocchi, and pita were absolutely fantastic. Overall I’d give it 4.5 stars but rounded up.

I had heard great things about this place, so I was excited to try it—but overall, it didn’t quite live up to the hype. The restaurant was very crowded, which made the experience feel a bit rushed and hectic. While the food wasn’t bad, it didn’t stand out as some of the best Mediterranean I’ve had. That said, I did appreciate the creative twist they put on classic dishes and the fact that everything was designed to be shareable—it made for a fun, communal dining experience.

Google
One of several Bacari’s around LA, the Beverly Hills location is really popular on weekends. The menu and portions are Tapas style - small plates to be shared at the table. Valet parking. There’s a small patio area for outdoor dining and a traditional restaurant. Eclectic crowd.

I am a picky MA Realtor… I Came to celebrate my son’s birthday… we were a party of 5 … food was delicious … got 9 different dishes and we all enjoyed for $220 tips included 👏🎂🎉

Bacari Beverly Hills is an absolute gem! The food was incredible, and the flavors stood out even without the sauces—we ordered everything with sauce on the side, and honestly, you don’t even need them. But it was fun to try both ways! The sea bass is hands-down the best dish on the menu—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and just melts in your mouth. Other standouts were the grilled pita and Bacari fries, both packed with flavor. The lettuce cups were fresh and well-balanced, though they had a slight bitter aftertaste. The beef cheek was rich and delicious but a bit on the heavier side. The chipotle chicken wings were insanely tender and just melted in our mouths. And to top it all off, we had the best cake, which lived up to its name! For drinks, we tried the Bacarita and the Royal Blood. The Bacarita was a bit too sour for my taste, but the Royal Blood was perfect—a beautifully balanced mix of sweet and sour. Beyond the food, the experience was top-notch. The prices are incredibly fair, especially for Beverly Hills, making this one of the best-value spots in the area. The service was exceptional—Richard, the manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure to go over ingredients with us to accommodate our food allergies. We can’t wait to go back! It’s places like this that make us love supporting local businesses. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely time at Bacari Bev Hills. Took friends visiting from Australia and they loved it. We sat on the outdoor patio for dinner and they had warm heaters, which was really nice, I didn’t even need a jacket. Parking is easy with structures nearby - first 2 hours free and $5 flat rate after. They also have valet. Our server made great recommendations and was so thoughtful! We ordered some drinks, the Asian pear pizza , lamb hummus, ceviche, brussel sprouts, pork belly, grilled pita, and stuffed mushrooms. The ambiance at night is such a vibe, and it’s lovely to see everyone dressed up for a nice night out. Wish I had more photos but we gobbled it up lol

Everything was great. The service is outstanding! We were seated immediately. We were seated outside, exactly where we hoped to sit. The weather was perfect. The ambiance is comforting, a good place for a date or just a meal with a friend. It would also be fitting for a business lunch. The players were perfectly sized for sharing. Each item was priced fairly, making it easy to try out the menu. Everything was yummy. I'd recommend the scallops, so good! 😋

Yelp
This is a great spot for lunch! My friend made a reservation for 4 total. We all arrived a little later but still within 10 minutes of the reservation, and we were seated immediately. We ordered a bunch of stuff to share, and one person in our party ordered some items and requested they were made without dairy, which the kitchen honored. The food came out really fast and it was all really fresh. We ordered both brunch and all-day items, and everything was really good. I think my favorite items were the French toast, pork belly, and shawarma tacos.

Yelp
This is a tapa style restaurant, so they recommend 2-3 dishes per person. If you like sharing food with others, then this is a great way to try multiple dishes. The Beverly Hills location has more indoor villa vibes with brick and cobblestone material and fabric curtains with a patio. The majority of the dishes were salty, even the bloody mary. The potato breakfast tacos sounded the best, but it was very salty. Other salty dishes were: brussel sprouts, stuffed mushroom, and potato bureka. The best dishes are crab cake benedict and chilaquiles, not salty. Our server Leah was amazing, she helped separate our large groups into smaller tables for ordering and checks. She's a great leader, she broke down the table systems to help table runners serve food efficiently. After that, there was less confusion when food was being brought out. I would probably visit their silverlake restaurant for the aesthetic.

Yelp
I stopped in for a quick snack, not realizing my life would change after eating the lamb hummus. The three hosts were so sweet and friendly, one brought me a blanket as I was sitting outside and it was starting to get chilly. One of the managers (Paola I think?) greeted me and got me started. She was so warm and friendly, it felt like I was being welcomed into her home. I ordered the stuffed mushrooms and lamb hummus alongside a yuzu passionfruit mocktail. SO SO GOOD. The lamb hummus was the stand out though. Served with the softest and warmest pita. Like-I'm already ready to go back to eat this again. The entire staff were kind and I was pretty blown away by how well I was taken care of, even just being a walk-in solo guest. This place is amazing can't wait to bring my hubby in for brunch, we've been looking for a spot that serves shakshouka!

Yelp
Been wanting to try the new Bacari in town. We were immediately seated for 2 people at 2pm on a Saturday. It was such a pleasant experience. The service was quick. The food was delicious. The scenery was beautiful. Definitely coming back to see the night life. We got the beet root plate, shawarma tacos, and the braised beef plate which was a great option for someone who wants to avoid fried items.

Yelp
Made reservations using Open Table. The restaurant texted me asking if there was a special occasion and confirmed my reservation. Nice touch. Service was on point and they made my drink which was not on the menu The food was excellent and tasty. We ate ion the patio. The restaurant was a little loud inside but on the patio it was quiet and easy to talk.

Yelp
So cute! Wonderful service and amazing small plates. A huge diversity of different kinds of foods. The cauliflower were incredible and savory. Our waiters were both so sweet and had such a lovely sense of humor. Knocking off a star for how expensive, bad parking and how dark the restaurant was. I feel like 4 of us had our flashlights on our phones in order to read the menu.

Yelp
- Vibes: dark, moody, candlelit aesthetic - Crowd: busy but not overfull, can get busy around lunch on the weekends - Menu: TONS of options, tapas-style - Value for price: 5/5 (good serving size for restaurant of this price point) - Service: 4/5 (a bit slow) - Parking: it's LA...good luck (try the street metered) My friend and I came to Bacari for a late lunch around 2pm. We caught the end of their brunch menu and stayed for about 2 hours! The menu is tapas style so I'd recommend taking your time and soaking up the atmosphere. Think rustic European setting, with flowers, candles and ornate metal trim. Lovely place for a date or a birthday meal. We tried drinks first. My friend loved her spiced mocha, and I tried the sunrise with oatmilk but sadly it just tasted like a normal latte (a good one, to be fair). We also shared four dishes: - Shakshuka (brunch): DELICIOUS, tomato-y, gooey egg, with toasted sourdough bread. Amazing flavor profile. Just wish it came with a bit more bread! - Smoked mushroom pizza: one of the best white pizzas I've ever tried....not kidding. If you like mushrooms, get this!!! Lots of arugula and smoky cheddar flavor. Pretty large too. - Lamb hummus: incredibly flavorful, generous portion of lamb! Lovely appetizer to share. Wish it came with more crudités...we're seeing a theme here :) - Shawarma tacos: good safe option with lots of flavor and corn tortillas that somehow don't fall apart when you bite them?? Not as much of a wow factor as the first two things we tried though. The only reason for four stars was that the service is very slow (we had to flag someone down for our check after waiting [without water] for 40 minutes) and our drinks, albeit decent coffee, were not worth the price in my opinion. Overall would highly recommend for a good aesthetic Beverly Hills experience!

Yelp
Whenever my friends can't decide on a dinner spot, we inevitably end up at Bacari. They recently opened this gorgeous location in Beverly Hills and it's every bit as good as their other fantastic locations. I went twice in one week and simply could not get enough. The first night, we got 3 pizzas to share. I am obsessed with their smoked mushroom pizza which has fromage blanc, white cheddar, mixed greens, and (of course) mushrooms. The margherita pizza was a beautiful take on a classic pizza. The Asian pear and brie is always phenomenal and honestly works as a dessert pizza. You really can't go wrong with any of their dishes. The next night, we got the beef cheek, lamb hummus, mac and cheese, and brussels sprouts. The beef cheek was braised in red wine on a bed of goat cheese polenta, pickled fennel, and radish. The lamb hummus was so delicious with the crudites and fresh, pillowy pita bread. The mac and cheese was actually not as gooey as I imagined and didn't have a strong truffle flavor. The brussels sprouts were phenomenal as always. I also got a non-alcoholic drink called the visual soundscape which was refreshing and a nice addition to a super savory meal. I love Bacari; it's one of my favorite restaurants in LA and this is probably my new favorite location!

Yelp
Nikki B. was right about this Bacari location, as it is beautiful and resembles the Sherman Oaks location. I must say that the service and food quality is consistent with the other Bacari locations, and the price is consistent as well, even though they are in the high rent district! Our courses were rainbow beets for health and chicken tacos for a nice mix of protein and flavor. I have always loved the idea of small plates, which allows for more experimentation of the large variety Bacari menus have incorporated. Having such a selectioin of fine foods supports visiting Bacari more often and trying all their locations. My next stop is the Grove!

Yelp
I love it when new restaurants pop up in Beverly Hills so I can walk to dinner. I didn't take many pictures because the lighting is not conducive for good photos as you can see from what I posted The restaurant was vibrant and packed with patrons. The decor is dark and eclectic. The inside seemed to cramped so we opted to be seated outside which was nice The hostess and her staff were professional and accommodating We brought our own wine and the corkage fee was reasonable at $25 a bottle The menu is long and not organized well but as you navigate and write down what you want, it gets easier These are smaller plates meant to be shared and taste different dishes Overall the food was pretty good and prices are reasoanble Here is what we had Smoked mushroom pizza- very good flavor but they put on gluten free crust which I didn't ask for Rainbow Beet salad - pretty good as well Stuffed mushrooms- loved this dish Scallops- really enjoyed this Burger- was pretty good but it is more of a fork and knife style Chicken shawarma tacos- pretty good Fried Chicken sandwich- not bad. Honor bar way better Brussel sprouts and cauliflower both were good Service- could have been better as our waiter was no very attentive We were four people and the bill was $184 including the corkage fee but not including the tip I would go back

Yelp
I think some of my dreams must be coming true. Back five Bacari's ago, five of their now seven spectacular restaurants, I wished these brothers to take over more restaurants in Los Angeles, and, abracadabra! The newest one just opened last week in Beverly Hills and it is just as exceptional as the others. Each Bacari is unique. Many of them are nestled amid thick foliage but this one has been planted right in the middle of the prettiest shopping street in Southern California, at the corner of Brighton Way and Camden. A bonus I had not expected is the presence of numerous perfume shops up and down Brighton -- perfumes being one of the latest crazes to take hold and I am so here for it! The menu is the same as all the others, such a welcome feature when dining at Bacari. You know exactly what to expect and the quality and flavors are identical among the seven. Joy! The afternoon was sunny, cool, and breezy so the doors to this Normandy cottage style space were thrown open to let fresh air flow through the dining room and delicious aromas waft out onto Brighton, drawing in passersby. When we got there, with a reservation of course, the place was packed. It didn't take long for BH to discover the magic of Bacari. You can see what we ordered in my pictures. Everything came out fresh, flawless, sparkling with perfection. Our servers, Yara and Lawrence, were the very symbol of professionalism and cheer. They took better care of us than we would do for ourselves. Thank you both. And best of all -- and I really have to emphasize this -- there was two-dollar (yep, $2!!) parking steps away on Camden in a completely automated garage. We zipped in and out, so nothing could detract from an overall luxurious, delightful lunch. Oh, and by the way, the tab was beyond reasonable. I don't know how they do it. Now I cannot decide which Bacari is my favorite. When I want to be immersed in retail therapy, I will head to this one and thank my lucky stars that I apparently wished it into existence, LOL. Goddess power!

Yelp
One thing that can be said about Bacari is that each location is beautiful. However, the Beverly Hills restaurant is Très chic! Co-owner Robert Kronfli worked with Adean Studios to create an atmosphere that exudes a classic elegance. I've been eagerly anticipating the opening of this gem located on the corner of Brighton Way & Camden Dr. Even though I missed the soft opening, I had the honor of being the first customer on the grand opening day and had the pleasure of meeting owners Danny Kronfli, Robert Kronfli, & Chef Lior Hillel. The staff here are so friendly & welcoming. Everyone greeted me warmly and they all genuinely seemed happy to work here. I heard, "they treat us like family," from several of the employees. Dennis the bartender was an absolute doll, as was the other bartender that was working with him. I had a delightful conversation with them both while sipping on my Bacarita. Comprised of Tequila, Watermelon, jalapeño, basil, & lime it was a tasty & refreshing treat. I ordered the Little Gem Salad to go since I had to get back to the office. I've dinned at other Bacari locations in the past and the food has always been top notch and my salad did not disappoint. The combination of chickpea crunch, parsnip chips, parmesan, & cherry tomatoes mixed with the delicate little gem lettuce was a delight on the taste buds. The dressing was also very good. This place has such a great vibe - from the ambience to the staff to the food & drink they check all the right boxes. I recommend stopping in for a delicious meal and an exceptional dining experience.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this Bacari location. I think I've been to all of them in LA but this one might just be my favorite! If you've never been to Bacari It's Mediterranean/Italian style tapas served family style. The dishes all have a modern twist and you can tell they use good quality ingredients and put a lot of love into their dishes. They recommend you order about 2-3 dishes per person. Here are some of my favorites: - fried chicken sliders on cornbread crusted Hawaiian rolls - sea bass with shishito peppers - shawarma tacos (chicken) - Noah's cauliflower - the Brussels sprouts which are crisped to perfection - lamb hummus with the most delicious braised ground lamb. The pita it comes with are served warm and super fluffy. - Mediterranean street corn with shallots and feta. So good! The service was great, our server was very attentive. This location had a chic vibe and really big bathrooms. Their drinks are awesome as well. Great for a group dinner and especially if you are the kind of person that likes to try little bites of everything.

Yelp
What a great addition to BH and a block from Rodeo Drive! We recently hosted a lunch and the communication with the staff was so incredibly easy. We felt so well taken care of. Truly, they transformed this place to make you feel like you're somewhere in Spain or Italy. This is a perfect spot to enjoy with friends or family, sharing in tapas style dishes that are all absolutely delicious. The space feels cozy inside, with accordian doors that lead to their patio seating. Fresh flowers and plants surround the facade of the space. Their 90 min open bar and asian pear and brie pizza is a must. We will def be returning.

Yelp
Happy New Year!!! So, my friends and I decided to try this restaurant location, and my first time at any Bacari on New Year's Eve, last night. Located at the former spot of Villa Blanca, the Valet Parking is located on the Camden side and not in front on Brighton, which I originally thought. The restaurant, being NYE, was beyond packed with people. The layout of this place is typical LA style, where tables are super close to your neighbor. The place was very loud, too. The customer service was good. Now for the food: I ordered their macaroni and cheese, and their Pear and Brie pizza. The pizza was delicious and ample. My macaroni and cheese was ok. My friends ordered the petite filet and chipotle chicken wings. Those particular dishes were flavorful and delicious. Most portions on all of their menu items are small, so share up with your party. The service was not as attentive as I would have expected, but again, they were slammed because it was NYE! The mocktail I ordered was called Visual Soundscape, and you can most definitely taste the passion fruit, it was a little too sweet to my liking. Overall, we all had a pleasant evening and enjoyed our experience. I will return again, during lunchtime in the future. Valet is $17. Food is mostly flavorful. I would skip the macaroni and cheese, it was mediocre, in my opinion. Happy New Year, Yelpers! Thank you for reading this! Cheers!!!

Yelp
Conveniently located in Beverly Hills. Parking in the streets or parking lot. The service is good and staffs are very welcoming. The server gave great suggestions and explained how each dish are shareable. Which is great to share and we were able to order more. Food is great and the presentation is very palatable. The decor is quite homey indoors and the patio is great god people watching. Must return for the evening dinner service

Yelp
Ambiance , service and food was 10/10. I loved the rainbow beet salad and burrata caprese to start. Plates are small and it's recommended to order 2-3 plates per person . I also loved the Mac n cheese . It has a flavor punch with truffle and some spice with the scallion inside . The Mediterranean street corn was spicy and kind of heavy . It has feta cheese and cream so it's really filling . The grilled pita was also a hit . The flavors of all the dishes were so unique . Don't skip out on dessert . Save room for the bread pudding . You won't regret it .

Yelp
I was excited for Bacari to open up close to my house as I've always gone to the 3rd street location. 3rd location is still superior as it has a beautiful garden area and more vibes. The BH location is more casual. We got the olives and almonds, sea bass, falafel, Mac and cheese, petite filet, squash, fried chicken sliders, and Tuscan kale salad. My favorite was the squash, kale salad, olives/almonds, and the filet (if it came out warmer). Overall everything was good but not great. It's good for a neighborhood spot but I'm not running back.

Yelp
New spot for tapas, great for dinner Outdoor seating has heater around so it was actually pretty comfortable Food: Beef cheek (9/10): Must order! So tender and soft!! Red wine braised, paired with goat cheese and just juicy and on point! Not too heavy and not over-seasoned! Bacari fries (8/10): Great dish for sharing, I would definitely order this for group gathering. Comes with egg and a tangy sauce, worth trying, the combination of having an egg on top of fries works out greatly Mushroom stuffed with pesto (8.5/10): Flavourful and light dish, great choice for balancing out the other meat plates, love the pesto sauce. Refreshing Scallop medallions (8.5/10): Great scollop with carrot parsnip puree and white truffle oil, well balanced dish. Wish it could be fresher, but it overall very flavourful! Shawarma Taco (7/10): a bit dry, wish there's sauce served on the side Chocolate cake (9/10): The ice cream is so good! The chocolate cake isn't that sweet either, great balance- but the ice cream is very good, it tastes like the mascarpone in tiramisu somehow? Cocktails: Great, alcohol isn't watered down Service: Staffa are friendly, nice and helpful This is a great restaurant like a tapas bar, decent choice for group gatherings where you could try out multiple dishes over some drinks and catch up. Casual and not too upscale spot in Beverly Hills Cute and cozy ambience, great hospitality

Yelp
So this was my 1st experience at Bacari Beverly Hills. I've been to a few of the others. The restaurant was very energetic and music was loud with the night. Seemed everyone was trying to get a table tonight. The service was quick with each course coming after each other. It didn't skip a beat at all. The food was what you expect at any Bacari location. The place never misses. I definitely plan to try a desert next time.

Yelp
Currently one of my favorite restaurants in Beverly Hills. It's super cute and cozy, perfect for date night. I came here with a friend and loved the ambiance and the service. Our waiter was super friendly and recommended great dishes, I highly suggest you try the beef cheek and their pizzas. Their pizza is on a cracker like crust, thin with the perfect crunch.
google avatar

Yelp
I went for an early dinner at 6:30pm last night. It was busy for the time, but it was full when I left closer to 8pm. It's a great place to share a bunch of dishes. It's very casual. The falafel was my least favorite, the Petit filet was okay and was cold, the Fried chicken sliders were good, the Mac and cheese was a must-order, the Tuscan kale salad was very good, delicata quash was very good, and the house-cured olives with marcona almonds were good the olives were tasty. I got the bacarita cocktail, which I like, and the cocktails were inexpensive. I would come back for a casual dinner.
google avatar

Chrystine H.

Yelp
I've been to the 3rd St location several times and really love the outdoor ambiance there but this one has slightly different vibe. I prefer to sit at the bar however this bar only has 6 seats so you'd have to come early. Food is always delicious here and plates are on the smaller side but still just enough to fill you up. Friendly servers.
google avatar

Marleni G.

Yelp
The service is great and the food and drinks are DELICIOUS! It's a beautiful restaurant
google avatar

Reza M.

Yelp
Food was just okay.. service was excellent.. BUT, the restaurant is freezing. Every single person at the tables had their jacket on. They leave all the doors open to the patio for the coming and going. I do not recommend this restaurant in the winter or cold nights. Also, way too much traffic and movement for a serene and peaceful dinner. I felt like I was sitting in a subway station with all the foot traffic. Overall, would not come back.
google avatar

Anqi L.

Yelp
I used to work in this area, the average price is very expensive in this area. Bacari offers such decent price with various tapas style menu is really a sweet heart in this neighborhood. Must try the Asian Pears pizza. So delicious

Yelp
Stopped in to order a mushroom pizza togo. I waited at the beautiful vintage bar for my togo order. Love the ambiance; It's like a dimly lit old speakeasy! The service at the bar was great. I was offered my soft drink that I ordered while I wait. I was able to chat with some locals, but felt that the wait was too long. When I finally got my pizza, it was over cooked-too crispy-burnt on the bottom and cold. I felt that after waiting that long it should have been hot and fresh. Honestly, I wish I would've just sat there at the bar and ate it, cause then I could've sent it back to the kitchen and asked for another.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was extremely plain and bland Over priced with 20% gratuities for horrible service.

Hanna S.

Yelp
5 stars because I'm still thinking of their pork belly and beet gnocchi! I came here with a friend for lunch and we decided to do the unlimited drinks for $32. The dishes are shareable and not huge portions, which was perfect for us to share different dishes. We got the bacari fries, Brussel sprouts, braised pork belly, ricotta & beet gnocchi, beef cheek, and stuffed mushrooms. I was hesitant about beets in gnocchi but 100/10, SO GOOD! Service was excellent, as soon as we ran low on our drinks, the server was always there to get us another! And when we finished a dish, they made sure to grab the plate right away for us. The ambiance was nice too! It wasn't too busy during lunch time and maybe the fact that it was a holiday too. We did make reservations though just to be safe! I would definitely recommend and come back!

Naz E.

Yelp
Sensational new restaurant. Well, new to me. I'm not sure how new it is really. We tried the burrata, sea bass, Brussels sprouts and the star of the show, fried chicken sandwich. Apple cobbler for desert. Honestly can't wait to go back and try new things. It's tapas style and the service is excellent. The servers are helpful and honest with their reviews of the food. Try it. You won't be sorry!

Yelp
This is the newest deliciousness spot that just opened in BH. Chef Angel is doing an amazing job with the food. Must order the shawarma tacos, gem salad and Mediterranean corn! So delicious! Servcie is great too with friendly staff and the decor is sooo beautiful! I love how the remodeled the place and it so cheque and elegant and very warm and inviting! Perfect lunch spot and brunch!

Yelp
My wife and I usually go to the Sherman Oaks location since it's down the street from us however we decided to check out the Beverly Hills location this weekend. This location had a very comforting and romantic vibe to it. Service was excellent and everyone there made our dining experience top notch. Food was delicious as always. We will definitely be coming back to this location on a regular basis along with the Sherman Oaks location.

Yelp
They JUST opened last week officially to the public so l understand that service wasn't totally up to par. Ordered tea with honey and the tea cups were unevenly poured with hot water, the two creamer containers with honey literally had maybe a tablespoon full each so we had to ask for more often..no tea kettles either since they're waiting on shipment still. Other than that the food was really great, had a small appetite but the rainbow beets and pear and brie pizza were perfect for a later night snack. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Service was great. The host was so welcoming and sweet. Very nice way to enter the new restaurant!

Yelp
Service was great, the staff kept asking how we were doing pretty often, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. The restaurant's location is beautiful, we walked around Beverly Hills, decorated beautifully for the holidays, the food was delicious, love sharing plates so you can try different things on the menu, definitely will be coming back soon!

Yelp
Pictured is the chef's french toast and the house baked baguette. The food was great but the portions were really small. The french toast only came with one slice!

Yelp
What an incredible addition to BH. This is one of the best spots (both food and service) that I've been to in a while. It's a place that you would feel just as comfortable dressing up for a date night as walking in for a casual dinner. It's got that chic, 'home' vibe. Service is excellent - the whole team made sure that we were taken care of throughout our visit. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. It's a tapas style menu, we ordered 4 dished between two people and were plenty full. The food comes out pretty quickly and you can choose between staggering courses or having everything come out at once. You can tell that the raw ingredients are a great quality and cooked to perfection. It's the definition of good food. Seating outside was a comfortable temperature and let's you pick up some of the vibes just a block from Rodeo. This will definitely become one of my go-to spots anytime I'm in town.

Yelp
This afternoon I returned to Bacari Beverly Hills for a lunchtime family birthday party of 8. The food and service were excellent. The waitstaff handled the large party and an outside birthday cake wonderfully. We all had a great time. We will be back.

Yelp
Everything incredible. Great vibe cozy dark with solid music selection. Great tapas style food and great service all around especially since they just are barely opening. We loved bacari playa and moved to this side of town will definitely be a regular here. Love water cocktail is amazing. Great addition to Beverly Hills which has lots of great restaurants but really needs some that are a bit vibier and less pretentious - bacari is exactly what we needed in the area.

Yelp
I've been a few times but the most recent visit was amazing because of the one and only Janine! Is she even real? Janine was everywhere and everything! We had a company dinner here on a Sunday and the place was PACKED! Not one empty table yet Janine somehow kept the drinks and food coming while juggling plates and helping what looked like every table in our side of the restaurant. Janine was beyond attentive and let us know when and what food was on its way so we were not left guessing. Thank you Janine!

Yelp
I'm sure the food was as good here as the one we go to in Sherman Oaks, but sadly we never got a chance to experience it. We have friends in Beverly Hills and it was a special birthday so I booked a table for 4. The location of the table was abysmal - right in front of the 2 adjoining entrances to the kitchen. I am amazed that any decent restaurant could honestly think this was an acceptable dining ambiance. We asked to move but were told they were busy but if we ordered and a table became available they would let us have it!!! I called Il Pastaio which is actually our go to restaurant in BH and explained the situation and they said they would accommodate us. We walked over and had the usual excellent dining experience. Just really disappointed that Bacari let us down so badly.

Yelp
I went there on a Sunday evening. There is street parking. Restaurant was busy with a lot of chatter. Nice low lit ambiance for a date. Service was good. Some of the food was too salty. Some of the food was oily. Bathrooms were clean. Expect to spend over $100 on food if you are two people and not get full.

Yelp
We had a birthday dinner for my daughter and her 14 friends at the Bacari in BH Sunday night. We sat outside and dined while the girls sat inside. The manager, Richard, was such a delight to work with. He made the night perfectly easy for my husband and I. He advised us on how to order for the girls and what dishes were more popular. He coursed out their dishes properly. He brought out the cake and kept us informed of everything. He was very easy to work with and made us feel special. Very good food and affordable for large groups. Highly recommended for large group dining.

Yelp
Some of the most incredible food I've ever had and at such a great price. Every plate was less than $20. The service was also great - complements to our wonderful server Dullah! The ambiance is also wonderful, as it feels like an Italian home. I will be coming 100 times again! Definitely order the Chef's french toast!!! Best french toast I've ever had :)

Yelp
Decided to stop by to check out the new Bacari location in Beverly Hills for brunch! I frequent the Sherman Oaks and PDR location, so I was excited to see what this location was about. As I walked up to the host stand I was greeted with a big smile and friendly staff. We got seated promptly and soon after our amazing server Yara came over to introduce herself. We were very hungry and she gave us some very good food recs. We tried the chilaquiles, bacari french toast, crab cake Benedict's, Avocado Toast, and the lamb hummus as the dinner menu is available during the day time as well. She recommended the Love Letter which we've tried at the Pdr location and we can see why it's a favorite among the staff :) the strawberry Bellini's were great as well. Food: 10/10!!!!! Drinks: 10/10!!!!!! Service: 10/10!!!! Ambiance: 10/10 Overall we had such an amazing experience and can tell the staff cares about first impressions and taking care of customers! By far one of the best Sunday brunches ever! We'll be back soon.

Yelp
What a great addition to Beverly Hills. The food is fantastic and the service was top notch. Loved the great attitude of the staff and positive energy. The space is beautiful and makes you feel like you're on vacation. Loved the Shwarma taco and the hummus. Will be visiting often!

Yelp
Such an incredible place! I scoped out many LA restaurants to host my birthday party and Bacari stood out by far in terms of food, value, hospitality and flexibility. It was $45 per person and $80 per person with open bar. They let my guests opt in or out of open bar, gave us a customized set menu with customized menu cards, accommodated my guests' dietary restrictions with extra tapas, and even let me bring my own cake and cut it for us! Most of all, when the unprecedented LA fires struck a few days before this event, I worked with the special events leader Celina to move the reservation from W 3rd to this Beverly Hills location the day before to make sure we were seated indoors to avoid smoke exposure. Despite the last minute notice, the Beverly Hills team did not miss a beat and the service was unbeatable. The restaurant was very busy, and we took up their entire back alcove, but they always made us feel welcome and took their time serving us, and the manager Richard was always around and checking in on us. Thank you Zoey, Richard, Celina and everyone else for making my birthday one to remember! I highly recommend them, especially for special events! We will be back soon :)
