Yelp
Ambiance: this Bacari restaurant is located outside the Americana shopping center, and they validate parking, the indoor dining area is limited including regular tables and bar stools, although they have a large outdoor dining space, the restroom is a bit messy and should've been cleaned more often, overall still one of the better dining experience I've had at the Bacari chain restaurants
Service: very friendly and attentive, served water and placed order promptly, and food was brought to the table at a comfort pace
Food & Drink: standard Bacari menu
shrimp ceviche - *** citrus fennel vinaigrette, heirloom cherry tomato, cucumber, za'atar, sesame, sumac, lime chili chips, bold flavors and overpowering acidity
chef's salmon - ***** pan seared, walnut crust, tomato rouille, garlic & herb bulgar, parsley, crispy outside and juicy inside, balanced flavors, highly recommend
shawarma tacos - *** chicken pargiyot, shredded cabbage, pickled red onion, sesame, garlic tahini, blend taste, chicken was a big dry
petit filet - **** grilled zucchini, tarragon aioli, frantoia olive oil, maldon salt, tender and flavorful meat, recommend
pistachio crèmeschnitte - **** crispy sfoglia, pistachio cream, toasted pistachios, the cream was great, and pastry tasted old not so crispy, still recommend for the overall taste
salted caramel latte - *** overly sweet cream, but blend coffee
Price: the food is served in tapa style, generally small portions, overall decent quality, expect $50+ per person
