Unfortunately, we did not get the rooms we originally booked. After our first room was damaged, we were moved to a premium room for two nights (we are thankful for that), but then shifted to much worse rooms for three nights that were uncomfortable and not worth the price which is unacceptavle. The reception and restaurant are 400 meters uphill, which is inconvenient and they could have mentioned about it somewhere at the time of booking. WiFi was unreliable and there was no continuous hot water for showers. This was supposed to be a special babymoon trip, but the poor service and inconvenience were very disappointing.
Have been to better places than Hotel Bacco for the price we paid. Suggest to avoid!
