"Downtown Culver City has had a rough stretch of restaurant closings, but the addition of BäcoShop pretty much wipes that all away. To put it simply, this place got it right. Opened by the Bäco Mercat people, this spot in the heart of downtown Culver essentially serves as the fast-casual version of their original DTLA restaurant. Think all those incredible bäco sandwiches (basically a Mediterranean pita taco), now under $10 and created solely for your (Sony) lunch hour. Skipping carbs this week? Don’t worry, any bäco can be made into a bowl too. The chile shrimp baco is our favorite, but don’t leave without getting an order of those hash brown balls. photo credit: Stan Lee" - Brant Cox

"Prior to operating as Amacita, the corner location in Downtown Culver City was actually an offshoot of Baco, called BacoShop, which sold even more casual versions of the famed baco sandwiches and other vegetable-focused sides." - Farley Elliott

Amazing!!!! The food, the customer service the atmosphere the location. Everything about this place is great! I had the Chile shrimp Bäco. The hash browns and the Brussels. Wow!! They have so many great choices I have no choice but to come back and try the rest of the menu. Easy to find. Street parking was pretty easy. This is a Culver City favorite! ❤️❤️ Check out my photos for more!! Oh yeah they make their own SODA!!! ❤️

Absolutely love this place with its modern and hip design. The staff are the nicest, and the menu has something for everyone depending on your appetite and interests. Aside getting a slightly overcooked and dry steak baco, everything else is delicious and well balanced. Definitely coming back again for more!!!

Fingers- crossed that BäcoShop is here to stay. Nice casual decor and atmosphere mixed with great food. I think the Bäcos were a little pricey for the size, but it's made with quality ingredients. Agua fresca was awesome

Got the grilled steak bacoritto and a side of the nacho tots. The steak bacoritto was flavorful and whatever sauce they use in it gives it a little extra zest. I like how they use lettuce instead of the typical rice in a burrito. The nacho tots are amazing. A must try at least once. Biggest tots I've ever eaten. haha

Unbelievably friendly, considerate and professional staff. The food is healthy and appealing even for a paleo (roasted cauliflower and fried chicken)and the prices are so fair and practical considering the large portions

Modern mediterranean cafeteria like atmosphere that serves menu items like bacorritos, baco rice bowls, fries, and salads. Healthy and served in decent sized portions for the price. Terrific customer service, humble and chill atmosphete, wonderful window watching to see Washington Blvd and Venice Blvd sidewalkers mingle at the crossing. Food is delicious!! I had the trio salad with a side of pita-like baco bread and sampled my friends bacorritos because they were so yummy looking!! The bacorrito is made with these crazy layered tortillas that are textured and almost flavored like crepe layers and the steak is cooked in small bits to a crispy perfection. Its a must eat for anyone visiting within 10miles around, check it out Los Angeles!!

Sandwiches were average flavor and pretty small. We were more surprised with the sides and salads--which were generous and fair priced. Service was good. No desire to come back.

I like more their sides like the tots than the actual main entries, the bacorrito has potential, but for now it is not worth it for me to go here and spend 20 dolars on lunch. They should lower their prices or improve their offerings quality. Friendly staff.
