Badiani Gelato Chelsea

Amazing shop, lovely decorations and lighting and friendly staff. Late opening hours which is a bonus. We were able to get a late night hot chocolate and gelato (both of which were incredible) after an unsuccessful trip to Venchi South Ken. Will be back!

Badiani Gelato in Chelsea is fantastic. The gelato is smooth and with authentic flavours made from high quality ingredients. The shop is clean and welcoming, and the staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Mr Rupesh and roshan for his excellent service he made our visit even more enjoyable. One of the best gelato spots in London and a must-visit in Chelsea.

Badiani Gelato in Chelsea is an absolute gem. I specifically thank full Mr Pertab Kherka for a great service me and my wife really had a great time The gelato is exceptionally smooth, rich, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Every flavour tastes authentic and perfectly balanced — not overly sweet, just pure indulgence. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the shop has a lovely, clean, and inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, Badiani never disappoints. Easily one of the best gelato spots in London and a must-visit in Chelsea.

Hard to miss with that blazing orange branding, but sadly Badiani Chelsea is all style, no scoop. I’ve been before and had great experiences, but this visit? A letdown from start to finish. Staff were visibly unbothered, the queue moved at glacial speed, and delivery drivers clogged the front like they were guarding the gelato vault. Two customers actually gave up and walked out. The loyalty app puck was buried under receipts like it was an inconvenience to even acknowledge. Yes, a small thing, but indicative of the chaos. The gelato itself was packed with ice crystals and noticeably lacking in flavour. My affogato came with no advice, no smile, and no care. And don’t even start on the outdoor area: stained cushions, bird droppings, and an AC unit loud enough put off any customers that made it past the ordering experience. Not exactly the vibe. For a premium spot in Chelsea, you’d expect better, at the very least, clean tables and customer service that isn’t allergic to enthusiasm. Sadly, even after opening at 12:00 on a weekend, the stools were still on tables 30 minutes in. If you’re not ready for customers, don’t open. Two stars, and that’s mostly because I remember when this place used to hit. Here’s hoping it finds its groove again, but right now, it’s just not it.

Genuinely some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Their gelato is insanely rich and decadent with fantastic flavour. Every single variant I’ve had have been fantastic but their buonetelli collection is an absolute standout with the pistachio one of the best bites of ice cream I’ve ever had. I’m also a big fan of their cheesecake, coconut, mint chocolate and hazlenut flavours. They consistently have seasonal flavours which are always amazing. Most recently I’ve tried their hot cross bun flavour which was great. Their staff are always been friendly and encourage you to try several flavours to pick the right one. The only possible negative is how rich everything is making a few bites more than enough to satiate you. Would definitely recommend coming with friends or family to get to try as many flavours as possible. It is always an instant favourite with those I bring. A definite recommend!

I love their gelato shop! It’s the best and today I got a free fragrance with my matcha! 🍵 😍 the staff are lovely and I the matcha is amazing!

I recently visited this gelato place in London and had a lovely experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Dhruvi, who helped me choose the raspberry sorbet flavour — and I absolutely loved it! It was refreshing, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavour. The place had a nice atmosphere too, though it could be a bit more spacious during busy hours. Overall, a delightful visit and I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
