Bagatelle

We had a reservation for a party of 9. We were supposed to have it in the upstairs space but when we got there, they told us our table was given to another group because they arrived before us. We ordered the warmed Brie and cinnamon rolls, but both were brought out cold. They did end up bringing out an actually warmed Brie and warm cinnamon rolls. One person in our group ordered the fried chicken sandwich. It was well undercooked. They ended up remaking her food but she didn’t get it until everyone was done eating. We were also supposed to have champagne but did not get it. Our server then brought out a pie for the mistakes. However when we received our bill, it was on there. She offered to give us the pie free or a 10% discount on our bill. We ended up speaking with a manager later in the day (who was not working at the time of our brunch) and he comped our whole meal, which was the best customer service we received the whole time. The food itself was good. We did enjoy the entrees once they were corrected. Due to the service, we would not return, at least in a large group. However, the food was tasty and worth trying.

Our group came here for brunch and everything was incredible! Highly recommend the crab cake Benedict. The key lime pie was also delightful! There were roosters roaming around the outdoor patio where we sat, so cute!

Overall a great place for a formal meal. Food was exquisite and the server talked me out of ordering the grouper for some exotic Asian fish and it was worth it. Everything at Bagatelle’s is of high quality. Definitely worth a visit.

Excellent food, perfect service! We ate dinner on the Duvall Street veranda, perfect for people watching and enjoying fine food. Excellent cocktails, followed by a Baked Brie appetizer was fantastic.... Swordfish entree was perfectly cooked, and Mike high key lime pie for dessert! Highly recommended!

Dinner was absolutely delicious! The mussels with cream sauce was fabulous so much so we’re still talking about that sauce!!! We also had the crab cake loaded with crabmeat. We got the fish special and chicken for our entrees. The atmosphere was Devine and it was a beautiful night sitting on the outside porch upstairs. Our server Edgar was awesome and made our experience so much fun. Would highly recommend.

Maybe an off day, but I tried the lobster eggs Benedict, beautifully plated, but over cooked. Hubs had lobster Mac and it was very good. I’m not a mussels fan, but are told they are great- take advantage of happy hour if you can! Beautiful place!

See server Coco! She is the friendliest server in all of Key West! Love the upstairs area… Bloody Mary was delicious! And avocado toast was on point!

Don’t miss this perfect little spot while traveling to Key West! The crispy corn flake battered French toast with blueberry jam is THE brunch item to order & the lobster Mac & cheese is some of the best I’ve tasted! Pro Tip: Go for the hangover happy hour (from 9-11:30am) or the afternoon happy hour (from 4-6pm) and ask to sit at the upstairs bar. You won’t be disappointed!
