been a loyal customer for years! call ahead to place a pick up order especially during the morning rush. they cook their bagels perfectly where if you want them toasted— they’re not burnt. i always recommend a lightly toasted / toasted moment because who doesn’t want a hot bagel? their chicken salad sandwiches here are so good if you want a savory lunch. parking can be difficult

First time and I'm really happy they serve my favorite breakfast sandwich! Bagel Oasis brings back memories from my previous workplace in Jamaica, NY. Coffee is just exactly what I wanted and I wish this place to closer to home. Located along Horace Harding after Utopia Ave. You can miss it and if you want to grab an excellent breakfast sandwich (anyway you want), stop by the Oasis!

Been coming to Bagel oasis since I was young and I have to say it’s great. They have excellent tuna. I don’t even know why their tuna is this good but I would travel the seven seas for their tuna fish. The bagels are good too, but I wish they had a bigger selection of flavors. Definitely a staple to the neighborhood. It’s not really big inside. I’d prefer a takeout option, but there are about three tables inside for dining in.

Bagel Oasis in Fresh Meadows is a reliable 24/7 spot for fresh, fluffy bagels and quick, friendly service. Their bacon, egg & cheese on an everything bagel hits the spot, and the turkey sandwich is a sleeper favorite—loaded and satisfying. The bagels are lighter than traditional NYC style but still deliver great texture, and the eggs are always cooked perfectly. Whether it’s a late-night craving or early breakfast, this place rarely misses.

This place was suggested by a local and it didn't disappoint. The staff was quick and the food was great. The price is pretty good considering they make the bagels in house daily. They also had a large selection of bagels and cream cheeses. They only have like 8 chairs so don't plan on eating in there.

Bought 4 bagels to go. First, they were not fresh (@ 7:45 am). All were uneven which makes making a sandwich challenging. Since they reopened the bagels haven’t been the same quality. The coffee is excellent.

Great experience, went last night on my bike around 9pm. Store was empty but my order came out fire. Had the turkey club on a cinnamon raisin bagel with an egg in it and it was sooo good. They really packed it up for $13 and I would consider this as a meal / dinner. Bagels were fresh and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect 🫡

A neighborhood favorite, established seemingly from the beggining of (neighborhood) time recently reopened. It was closed under renovations for a while. I heard due to a kitchen fire. The grand re opening was this past weekend. Aug 30th. I heard from the neighbors. I went with two toasted everything bagels with creme cheese. After being in Montauk for a week and having the bagels out east, I needed to see how a Queens bagel compares. Pictures are of the two bagels we shared. Verdict. They are finger licking good. Literally. The bagels are fluffy and bigger than those out on the east end. Generous amount of creme cheese. No gimmicks with fancy wrapping or labeling, just a simple wrapping of parchment paper around a plump bagel filled to the bagel hole and over flowing out the sides. Washed down with an ice coffee. Glad they are back!

The King is back! After being closed for about 6 months or more, Bagel Oasis is once again serving up fresh and fluffy bagels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I recently ordered a bacon egg n cheese on a roll, as well as a chicken salad on everything bagel. Both were made perfectly. The chicken salad here is my favorite. Big chunks of chicken, heaping portion, perfect balance of salt & pepper.. doesn't get better!

This review is for all the times I have gotten the most delicious, toothsome, and reasonably priced "bakers dozen" bagels over the last few years. I'm counting the days till they reopen! #supportlocal

How aren't you accepting online orders in an empty store?! Being from Long Island I'm a bagel fan and queens isn't known for having bagel shops. I finally found a bagel spot that comes close to what I'm use too. The one thing this place lacks is that inviting bagel smell but aces in all other areas. I had the turkey bacon egg and cheddar cheese with avocado on a plain bagel, it was really good. The guy who helped me was helpful and such a nice person so I left a tip. I will definitely be returning.

Yeah not sure what happened since the fire but every time I order from here, it's super disappointing. My last order was a BLT with avocado on a roll with mayo. The roll was ginormous for no reason, so much bigger than my fiancé's bagel egg sandwich which was pathetic. The avocado was sliced in chunks so none of it stayed on the sandwich like it should. And there was no mayo.... It literally says it on the menu, "with mayo". I shouldn't have to ask for it. The egg sandwich on a bagel was horrible. The egg tasted like doo doo, and the bagel was so thin, I couldn't believe that any sane person would sell a bagel that thin.

Wonderful place for bagels. Large, fresh and lots of salmon. The service is quick and reliable!

Been going here since high school days. Now it's been 20+ years. I'm not a raisin fan but all of their raisin related things are SO GOOD. from bagels to spreads. Can't go wrong. They also have some of the most interesting chips selections to go with your bagels. Don't miss out!

I hadn't been to bagel oasis since it re-opened after the fire. Where you can get a great always fresh NY bagel 24hrs a day you ask? Bagel Oasis! I had a plain with veggie cream cheese, the bagel was soft and there was enough cream cheese to generously cover 2 bagels. (I should have bought a second bagel for the extra). I got my brother an everything with chicken salad which he raved over. Only downside is even at 9:45 at night there wasn't any near by parking.

They are back. Been coming here for 50 years. Got an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and a large coffee was $10.35 too expensive

This used to be one of the best bagel stores. Now the quality is not nearly what it was the prices are absolutely ridiculous. I bought specialty cream cheese and there was no seal on the container look like it had thumb prints in it [see photo if you don't believe] Flat bagel is $2.25; regular bagels $1.50. Does it cost 50% more to smoosh down the dough? Please!

Decided to try this spot recently and ordered my usual everything bagel with BEC and it wasn't tasty. For one, the bagel was VERY SALTY! I've never had a salty everything bagel until now. After the 1st bite I inspected the bagel and noticed huge pieces of Coarse Kosher Salt on top. Ewww, whyyy?? The eggs were also undercooked. Not my cup of tea!!

I was thrilled to see my favorite bagel spot reopen after being closed for six months, but the quality is no longer the same. The sesame seed bagels now have fewer seeds, and the cinnamon raisin bagels have fewer raisins and they are not sweet at all. Also, the cream cheese is of lower quality now, too. And, for some reason, they're really cheap with the jelly. I suppose they're trying to cut corners to make up for the fact they were closed for so long, but I'd rather just pay a bit more for better quality.

The ingredients turns over so fast so you can taste the freshness. Most delis have their food fridged for long periods. Can really tell the difference! Only problem is that it is 1000 deg outside, they have no AC. Imagine the workers in the kitchen! Would come here during winter, though.

Fantastic local bagel spot in fresh meadows! We ordered the Cheddar jalapeño bagel and the everything bagel with cream cheese spread. Both fresh, hot, and huge! Best bagels around definitely recommend.

I took some out of town visitors to Bagel Oasis to get some legit NYC bagels and it didn't disappoint! The place looks just like a regular deli, but the bagels are excellent and really hit the spot. We got an assorted baker's dozen (13), including some jalapeno cheddar bagels (my favorite of the bunch) which cost a little extra. We also got three cream cheese flavors: plain, scallion, and walnut raisin. All very good, though the walnut raisin was a little too sweet for my taste. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving suggestions and guiding my guests on their order. They also seemed to take pride in making high quality bagels. We went in the middle of the day, but I liked that the deli is open 24 hours since I wasn't sure if we would make it in time for when bagel places usually close (around 5PM usually for other spots).

This place never disappoints. I love their egg bagels soft and fluffy with a crunch. I always get the eggs, sausage and a cheese. There are so many choices of bagels. The ordering system is very self explanatory. The pick up for ordering for app is kind of confusing. If you come in the morning there is always a line so plan accordingly. I have def waited 30 mins for my bagels. There's some seatings in the shop and the atmosphere is like every other bagel shop. Def one of the best bagel I had and I consistently come back when I have a bagel craving.

I would consider myself to be a regular at Bagel O! It is one of the most consistently good bagel shops in Queens. The bagels are made fresh all day so whether it's 9am or 9pm, you can get a good bagel. It's hard to say which bagel is best since they are all so tasty but my usual order is a cheddar jalapeño bagel with veggie cream cheese. The bagels are soooo big and fluffy! The staff is very pleasant and it's always kept clean in the shop. I love this place so much!

When you go in there, there really isn't a line and the service is fast. Bagels are good too

This is one of my favorite bagel places in the entire five boroughs. The location is super convenient, especially if you are on the LIE headed to Long Island and want something delicious to enjoy in traffic. The bagels are always fresh and I love that they have tofu cream cheese for those of us who are dairy sensitive :) Staff gets you in and out quickly, even with a long line. I never even have to get these toasted - these are real, traditional NY bagels that never disappoint!

I must start my review with this info: I am a native New Yorker Baby Boomer who was born in Brooklyn and moved to Queens. I was introduced to bagels back in the 70's by my grandmother forward praying them home from her Manhattan job all the way to Freeport Long Island where they lived. We would be waiting up past midnight for my grandmother to walk in the house with bagels, lox, whitefish and cream cheese!! We'd have a feast that ended around 1:00 a.m. in the morning! With that said, this bagel place to see right back to those times. These are the real deal. Made the old school way. But you wouldn't know this if you were not someone familiar with a true NY bagel. The variety of bagels are amazing and the customer service is awesome. Long story short, if you are in Queens and looking for a real deal bagel whether- it's with butter or made as a sandwich this is the spot to go to... And they're open 24 hours a day 7 days a week!!

Decided to give this spot another try. I get the same thing at any bagel spot... Scooped out everything bagel cream cheese and lox. Their bagel tasted good. I got the garlic herb cream cheese. It was ok. Didn't care much for their lox though. Just wasn't good quality. The service was great. Only reason I gave it 3 stars.

I went specially for the chicken salad sandwich on a bagel / roll/ croissant & order all 3 to be shared. It was delicious & returned to buy a pound in the container. The service is very good & friendly. We were allowed to taste before purchasing. You can eat in or take out. I will definitely return at least once a month.

This is one of my local bagel spots and wow it's always so good! Their croissants are always freshly made and I recommend an everything flagel with their delicious scallion cream cheese. The staff is very friendly as well and the line goes pretty quick. I definitely recommend to come here for a New York bagel!

Best Bagels in Queens. They are freshly made daily. They also have different types of cream cheese to go with the bagels. There is usually a line on the weekends but the service is usually quick. Highly recommended.

Looking to get some bagels for a trip as a gift from New York. Flight was too early for most bagel places to be opened yet so I went to Bagel Oasis to get some since I found out that they have two baking times per day out of their 24/7 schedule. I always wondered how fresh the bagels were with an all day operation. So I stopped by to buy a dozen of bagels ( you get a baker's dozen). Have heard from many that this was their go to place so I was excited to give it a try. Bagels did not disappoint! They are full size so that's the first plus. I stopped by at 8:15pm and the bagels were soft and good. There were only several choices to pick from - everything, cinnamon raisin, plain, and sesame. It didn't matter since those are my typical selection anyway. Definitely will go back for bagels if in the area or if I want some later in the day. They also sell lotto tickets so one can kill two birds with one stone. LOL

Got some bagels and cream cheese. My wife thinks they make it there. She needs tofu spread to allergies and really liked.

Open 24/7 great good at reasonable prices. High recommend. Can be busy in the morning.

I'm 57 years and have been getting bagels here now for 50 years. Open 24 hours and one of the best bagels shops in the world. Always fresh and delicious. Still have working man's prices. Good coffee too. Especially if you dislike Starbucks. Oh and if you see them grab a fresh bialy. So good. Have it toasted with butter or my favorite way, toasted with cream cheese and grape jelly!

Randomly came upon this bagel spot while mid night cravings kicked in and i must say the best bagels I've ever had and they taste amazing days later just wrap in aluminum and pop in air fryer ughhh the best! Only bagels I've ordered more then once and will definitely continue to order!!!!!!

Let's start by the mold and dirty containers where the tuna/chicken salad and cream cheeses are !! Absolutely disgusting !!! The service is horrible, overnight employees inside and out the store meanwhile customers don't get helped. They're either on their cellphones or outside. Also don't bother calling because the manager mike tells his employees to "HANG UP" !!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Now let's talk about that slicer !! They cut meats and cheeses all from one slicer and yet it's not taken apart for cleaning you can literally see the left over meats on the walls and the machine itself !!!! Also DONT order muffins or any pastries in that little case they have !!! It's filled with flies !!!!! This place would not even be getting a star if I could.

Bagel Oasis is one of my top three favorite bagel shops. My family and I have been coming to this shop for over twenty years. They are conveniently open 24/7. This place has been a lifesaver in the past when I've had to order bagels during the wee hours for an event or just when I was craving it. They are located right next to the bus stop on the LIE service road. Don't worry about the lines during the morning rush. They always have a lot of staff working behind the counter. As soon as you come in, someone will greet you and take your order. I love that they still make their bagels onsite--you'll always be guaranteed a fresh bagel. If you're lucky, you'll get a bagel that literally just came out of the oven. I think in the past I've also tried some of the other items on their menu like their sandwiches and muffins. I'm sure they were good but this place is known for their bagels. It's what they do best. The bagels are always delicious with a crunchy exterior and chewy middle. For $12.50 you get a free container of cream cheese with an order of a dozen bagels on Mon-Wed. What a bargain! They have other bagel specials on the menu. They offer 3 or 4 different bagels specials. This place is a must try if you've never had it.

Bagel Oasis had some pretty good bagels. They have a good variety of options, ranging from bagels to sandwiches, to coffees, pastries, snacks, drinks, etc. I got one of their deals that includes a dozen bagels, .5lbs of lox, and .5lbs of their homemade cream cheese. I also ordered their beef cheese sandwich on a roll, their matcha cream cheese, and a small black coffee. Overall, good bagels and good food. My favorite bagel was their jalapeno cheese bagel, and my favorite order was the beef cheese roll. I did not get the chance to try their everything bagel, unfortunately, although it is traditionally my favorite type of bagel. Their coffee is good and so was their cream cheese, though, I must say, matcha does not belong in cream cheese. Their style of operation and cooking feels somewhat like a deli. Very busy, with orders coming in and out. Even when crowded, your wait time will be relatively short, because they're good at churning out orders. The store does a decent job reinforcing social distancing. Customers here pay attention to the signs on the floor. They appear to be pretty innovative, introducing seasonal or holiday-specific items, such as green bagels for St. Patty's day. They are also forward-thinking, encouraging people to use reusable bags. I would keep Bagel Oasis on my list for future visits. I am certainly a bagel person and am looking to refine my list of "best bagel spots", so I would be curious as to what others think about Bagel Oasis.

How does this place get uttered in the same sentence as some of the other places around? Either these guys sent me some stale bagels or they don't know how to make them. Utopia Bagels and Bagel Parlor still tops in the area.

It's great in the sense that it's super close to school and is really cheap, but unfortunately that's about it. The selection here is pretty extensive and even includes a French toast bagel (which was unfortunately appalling) and lots of other breakfast items. Considering I got a lox bagel for less than $10 with a more than adequate amount of lox in it, I might be harsh with a 2 star rating. However, if the price point is the only thing a place has going for it, it probably isn't worth it. First, the lox was just off. It didn't taste like it had gone bad or anything of that sort, it just didn't taste how lox is supposed to taste. Lox isn't cheap, everyone knows that. But it's not meant to be. I would rather opt for a $15 bagel from Russ and Daughters any day versus a $8.50 bagel from here. Real lox should melt in your mouth, and this one was chewy and unsatisfying. On top of that, my bagel wasn't toasted either. And yes, I did ask for it toasted (who doesn't eat a bagel toasted)? Adding on to the dislike of bagels here- the French toast bagel sealed the deal for me. Please, can someone explain to me why in the world a bagel should be sticky? I get it, it's "French Toast" but that doesn't mean that a bagel should be smothered in syrup. I had high hopes when I saw that they carried them here as the bagel shop near me (Hand Rolled Bagels) doesn't have them regularly (only as a flavor of the month on occasion). Maybe Hand Rolled raises the standards too high on a French Toast bagel for me, but this was just a major miss. Sticky, tough to chew, and, most importantly, didn't even really resemble French Toast. I wouldn't come back here as the only redeeming quality about this place is the price point- but let's just say their price point is low for a reason.

It's open late night so that makes it a win for late night bagels but if it's early sick this place and go somewhere else- the bagels were bad tho

Ordered a tuna melt with hot sauce, and extra cheese. extra toasty, hot, melted, and this is what I got... bread, tuna and cheese. I usually have to be extremely specific in this place and supervise as they make the sandwich. Today I sent my bf with instructions. The employee asked him if the tuna goes in after it's toasted. I was shocked to have to give them cooking instructions too so I made my self more specific. Bagel, toasted, add cheese and toast, add tuna and hot sauce and toast. If you can't toast with the tuna then wrap it and put it in the grill. Or oven, what ever you have. They simply slapped tuna and cheese on a bagel and called it a day. What a disappointment.

So, I am yelled at the second I walk through the door and told that Im required to wear a mask to get my bagels. Yet, the guy handling people's food can have his long dreads flying around in front and behind him. Yeah, ok. How's about a hair net. Gross.

I love Bagel Oasis, but I have to give the three stars because there is always something missing off of my sandwich. Most of the time it's the onions. It's aggravating because for the cost of the sandwich everything the customer asked to put on it should be there. That's the one thing I can say that needs to be improved. But other than that I love this place.

If you ask most people where to get the best bagels in Queens, they usually say a store in Whitestone. But I beg to differ. I think Bagel Oasis has better bagels. They're open 24 hours and you can also call your order ahead. The staff here is also much friendlier than that other well known bagel store. I never feel rushed and the staff gets my order right. The other thing I like is that their bagels are bigger. They don't skimp on their fillings as well.

I came from new Orléans just to try the best bagels!!! I could tell it's really the best one. Service was friendly and helpful. Clean place, small exactly what I needed! Don't waste your time for search, go straight to oasis, wouldn't regret.
